Eupry

Here is our Journey from Start-up to Scale-Up... We are on a mission to substantially reduce the waste of valuable resources & time within the LifeScience industry. We provide the world's leading & next-generation compliance solution for monitoring and securing the correct storage of sensitive assets (Where we specialize in handling pharmaceuticals, eg. vaccines). We automate and digitalize processes, meaning freedom for employees and control for quality teams. Helping scientific teams to improve outcomes & the teams in quality to focus on actually improving quality. Eupry's IoT temperature monitoring solution was launched in 2016. Today, customers globally and such as Novo Nordisk, Novo Zymes, Astra Zeneca, Carlsberg, Arla, and many names and brands you know of, are using our product and services. We call our services Storage Compliance as a Service as we sell trust and stability with superior products and services for the elite in the industry. We are currently employing +30 people and growing 65% in revenue yearly. We are working on the forefront of Covid19 making the distribution of vaccines compliant. Traditionally this is time-consuming work, however, with Eupry's innovative solutions around 70% of time can be saved. We are in this industry to deploy changes with user-friendly solutions that will have a massive impact on humanity. Eupry will lead the way to change how medicine is distributed which will eventually cause medicine will be available to everyone around the globe. At Eupry you'll join a young and motivated team of talented and startup-experienced individuals with solid backgrounds, humor, and a certain calmness that characterizes the atmosphere at Eupry. Eupry is our trademark derived from the Latin word for a Hawaiian bobtail squid, Euprymna scolopes. It's a colorful little fellow but aside from the colorful exterior, the Hawaiian bobtail squid has a unique way of adapting to its environment because of a decentralized nervous system. We've taken inspiration from this way of transmitting signals around in our IoT sensor system which is truly one of our great advantages.

ABEL Technologies

The Problem Most workplaces struggle with high sick leave — and the root causes are rarely acute injuries or illness. They are lifestyle-driven issues: • fatigue and low energy • stress and mental strain • poor sleep • musculoskeletal pain • unhealthy habits • lack of support These problems build up over time, and employees try to handle them alone. But people don’t change their health on their own — and employers don’t have the tools or competency to help them. The result? High sick leave costs, reduced productivity, and employees who are stuck in patterns they can’t break. Why it matters Sick leave is one of the biggest hidden costs in business. A single employee on sick leave costs on average 65 200 kr per year — and 20% of employees account for 80% of the total. Most of these cases are preventable with the right support. At the same time, people want help: 85% prefer guidance from a qualified professional rather than trying to solve health challenges alone. ABEL’s Role ABEL solves this gap. We connect employees with qualified health coaches who follow them closely over time — mentally, physically, and socially. Through structured guidance and our digital platform, we help people make sustainable lifestyle changes that reduce sick leave and increase wellbeing. The impact: Employees get better health. Reduzer

Carbon Footprint Tool for the Construction Industry Making accurate emission understanding accessible to all, empowering even non-experts to confidently own carbon reduction decisions from early-stage to project completion. On a mission to accelerate sustainable construction the story Founded in 2021, Reduzer was started with a mission to accelerate sustainable construction and help the industry make better decisions - earlier in the project. We truly believe that good, sustainable choices can be made across all phases of a project, but the earlier the better. Based on research from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Reduzer is now an emerging software for carbon calculations across the construction industry and is trusted by more than 70 customers across the Nordics. The software is used widely in many construction projects, spanning from developer and architects to consultants and contractors. In 2025, Reduzer secured a financing round led by Momentum Partners, Futurum Ventures and Construct Venture - with the aim to continue developing the platform and enable more sustainable construction. We are a team of 15 dedicated people with a passion for sustainability and for making it accessible to everyone through smart software solutions. Our headquarters are located in Oslo.

GreenFish

GreenFish is a software company that uses artificial intelligence, big data analysis, machine learning and supercomputing to predict the location, quality and quantity of pelagic and groundfish species with an eight-day forecast period. The forecasts reduce vessel time at sea, lowering costs and carbon. GreenFish recieved the 2025 Seafood Innovation Award at the North Atlantic Seafood Forum in Bergen and was awarded the Icelandic Seafood award in 2024.

Fokus

Fokus is an all-in-one club management platform that helps clubs of all sizes integrate data-driven strategies into their player logistics operations. Since 2022, Fokus is the main internal scouting software for Norwegian Champion Bodø/Glimt. Today, it is the go-to solution for top Nordic clubs, including Rosenborg, Brann, Viking, and Djurgården.

Endless Food Co

We're future-proofing the chocolate industry. We are tackling a major environmental issue in the food industry—chocolate production’s significant contribution to deforestation and unsustainable farming practices. This problem affects not just chocolate manufacturers but the entire food supply chain. With growing concerns over climate change, labor issues, and the vulnerability of cacao supply, there’s an urgent need for alternatives. Our solution benefits both manufacturers and consumers by offering a product that is environmentally friendly and reduces the demand on traditional cacao farming. Endless Food Co is creating THIC (This Isn’t Chocolate), a chocolate alternative made from upcycled ingredients. It delivers the same indulgent experience but without the environmental impact of traditional cacao farming. Our product integrates easily into existing chocolate applications, offering a sustainable choice for manufacturers. We saw the environmental and ethical challenges of chocolate production and wanted to create a solution. Combining our passion for food innovation and sustainability, we founded Endless Food Co to offer a delicious, eco-friendly alternative that future-proofs the chocolate industry.

Toco

Toco is on a mission to revolutionize the economic system by recognising our most valuable asset - our Home Planet. Through an innovative approach, Toco introduces a new digital currency backed by real-world climate projects that reduce and remove CO2 from the atmosphere and contribute to saving our Home Planet. With an easy-to-use payment app, Toco makes every transaction - from buying a plant-based burger to renting a city bike - a step forward towards solving climate change. OUR WHY: We are on a mission to solve climate change. We must protect our common resources that are vital to life on earth. We are uniting communities to make climate action simple. HOW: We have tested this concept in Stellenbosch, a small South African town, with 67% business adoption and 45% MoM Community growth. Individuals could live in a currency that values the environment instead of its destruction. We are now expanding in Zurich and Denmark. Toco is a new global currency backed by CO2 (Supported by https://www.thecarbonreserve.org/) Every toco represents one tonne of CO2 credibly mitigated from the atmosphere. We turn economic activity into climate action. CURRENTLY: This summer, Toco is launching in Copenhagen, offering a unique opportunity to join a climate-forward movement of talented individuals called the Custodians of the Common. Custodians are passionate about using their time and talents to protect the environment and solve the greatest challenge of our time - climate change. Custodians come together to create change NOW, driven by the realisation that time is running out for the planet’s finite resources and there is NO PLAN(ET) B! As a Custodian, you will be at the forefront of introducing Toco to Copenhagen, spreading the word, and onboarding businesses and individuals to join the movement and start using a currency that directly contributes to sustainable projects that remove or reduce carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, to combat climate change. Beyond the climate impact that each Custodian creates, Custodians volunteer their time and are financially rewarded based on the climate impact they create.

AutoVex provides the most dynamic and effective way to buy and sell used cars online. We are pioneers in our field with EUR 350 million worth of cars traded to date. We are the largest player in Finland aiming to conquer the Nordic and the European markets.

Nature Preserve is a sustainability-centered tech startup. We are on a mission to make the food system more transparent and climate-conscious. We believe sustainability should be driven by data. Our primary focus is a web-based SaaS life cycle assessment solution. We help food companies to measure, reduce and communicate the emissions of food products.

IC Robotics ApS

IC Robotics is an award-nominated Saas Startup, that enables e-commerces to automate product descriptions. Backed by Vækstfonden, IC Robotics’ user-friendly NLG (Natural Language Generation) platform makes it possible for e-commerces to fully automate their product descriptions, while maintaining their textual identity. IC Robotics operates from the heart of Copenhagen, where we help some of the bigger danish e-commerces to free up time and save money from manual routine work creating thousands of product descriptions.

Uvisa Health

Uvisa are an ambitious Women's Health Medical Device company on a mission to benefit women by offering them non-pharmacological solutions to their most intimate health issues. Up to 1.45 billion women worldwide each year are suffering with vaginal discomfort and itching, most commonly caused by bacterial and fungal infections. This an extremely distressing condition that, if left untreated, can lead to infertility, increased risk of contracting STI's, and premature birth and miscarriage during pregnancy. Currently the only options for women to treat these conditions are over the counter pharmaceutical remedies and prescription antibiotics. Uvisa are a scientifically focussed startup that are using technological advancements to develop a reusable device that will treat this condition regardless of the underlying cause, without the use of chemicals or drugs, and in a matter of minutes. We believe that women's health has been overlooked, underfunded and neglected for far too long! We are a team of three passionate people that want to change the status quo and give women and those with vulvas alternative options which do not require them to pump their bodies full of man-made pharmaceuticals.

AERIS

Aeris is a Copenhagen based bottled cocktail brand, handcrafted to the highest of standards. The concept is simple: everybody should be able to enjoy a high quality, perfectly balanced cocktail, regardless of their skillset or financial status. More often than not, a really well balanced cocktail, made with high quality ingredients, is only really accessible in high end restaurants, hotels and bars. For those with the financial means to enjoy cocktails in these places, Aeris cocktails is simply a really nice supplement when one wants to have an equally good tasting drink at home (the importance of this rose during the pandemic and lockdown). For those with less deep pockets, Aeris is simply put some bottled luxury for a decent price. Our recipes are an echo from Barcelona where our founders started their journey, and every cocktail is handcrafted and bottled to the highest of standards. The essence of Aeris is all about wanting to step out of the box, do something that feels fresh and exciting, a new concept embracing that amazing Copenhagen vibe. Our brand oozes of luxury, and yet, is very affordable, for anybody who wants some atmosphere at any place, at any time. Sustainability and quality is key for us and so we have a zero plastic policy and refill options to ensure our bottles get reused. The founders are currently trying to find the time to keep up with the growth and demand, and are in need of a cool team of people to help in the journey of taking Aeris out into the rest of the world.
