Rather than outsourcing, we are becoming experts in our craft, evolving every day and continually refining our understanding of how to ferment the best possible kombucha. It's a process that only improves with the experience we gain. We use only organic ingredients with flavors inspired from what grows in the Nordic nature around us and let alchemy meet science. Each bottle undergoes a weeks fermentation process, making us a true slow drink in both the soft drink and non-alcoholic segments. We combine flavor, tradition, and health in a product where no detail is overlooked. When you step through the doors of our brewery, you're joining a team of passion.
