Alight

At Alight, we’re on a mission to kick carbon off the grid by helping energy-intensive businesses switch to solar. We develop, own and operate onsite and offsite solar projects across Europe and sell the clean energy to businesses at a low, fixed cost backed by a power purchase agreement (PPA), always independent of government funding or subsidies. By 2030, we aim to have an installed capacity of at least 5 GW, paving the way for a more sustainable future.

TrackSights

At TrackSights, we’re building an AI-powered intelligence platform for the automotive industry. We help car dealers make faster, smarter decisions on pricing, inventory, and sales — all in one workflow. Our mission is to bring clarity and confidence to an industry that still relies heavily on fragmented data and gut feeling. We raised our pre-seed round in 2025, quickly launched our first product, and have already validated both our solution and go-to-market. Now, we’re scaling across Europe. Auxilium Infrastructure Partners

Auxilium Infrastructure Partners develops, owns, and operates flexible energy assets that help stabilize the electricity grid while creating new revenue streams for industrial sites and asset owners. The electricity system is becoming increasingly volatile as more wind and solar power enter the grid. This creates a growing need for fast, reliable flexibility: assets that can consume, store, or release power when the grid needs support. Today, many industrial sites have unused grid capacity, heat demand, backup systems, or space for batteries, but lack the technical platform, market access, and operational expertise needed to turn that flexibility into revenue. Auxilium solves this by combining physical energy infrastructure with proprietary software. We deploy and operate assets such as battery energy storage systems, electric boilers, load banks, and other controllable loads. Our platform connects these assets to energy markets and ancillary service markets, allowing them to support grid stability, optimize power consumption, and generate income. We handle the full process from site assessment and technical design to installation, operation, market participation, monitoring, and optimization. This gives customers a simple way to monetize their grid connection or energy assets without needing to build their own trading, control, or compliance capabilities. Our mission is to accelerate the green transition by making distributed energy flexibility scalable, investable, and easy to deploy.

BuddyUp Social

BuddyUp Social is a social discovery platform helping adults in Denmark—especially expats and newcomers—find meaningful connections through shared interests and real-life events. We’re solving the problem of adult social isolation by making it easy to create, join, and engage in hobby-based meetups, all through one intuitive app. Making friends as an adult can be surprisingly difficult. Whether you're a Dane moving to a new city or an expat starting fresh in Denmark, it’s common to feel socially disconnected. Many adults don’t know where to start when it comes to meeting new people outside of work, dating apps, or closed social circles. This problem is widespread and well-documented—especially in Denmark, where surveys consistently show that many internationals struggle with social integration, and even locals describe it as awkward to make new friends past a certain age. We’re tackling this head-on by making socializing more accessible, interest-based, and low-pressure. BuddyUp Social is designed to break down the barriers of adult friendship and create opportunities for spontaneous, real-world connection. Whether it’s joining a hike, hosting a board game night, attending a ceramics class, or finding a casual pub quiz crew, BuddyUp is all about connecting people who are "up for it"—with no pressure, no awkward messaging phase, and no algorithms getting in the way. Unlike traditional social platforms focused on digital interaction, BuddyUp is built around real-life meetups. Users can explore and join events happening near them, or create their own. Events can be public or invite-only, recurring or one-off, and are always centered around shared hobbies or interests. The app also welcomes collaborations with local businesses, allowing them to showcase open community events, bringing even more variety and accessibility to users. We’re launching in Denmark first—starting with Copenhagen and Aarhus—before expanding to similar cities across Europe. The idea behind BuddyUp was born from personal experience. As someone who returned to Denmark after years abroad, and with friends struggling to meet people after relocating, it became clear how socially challenging adulthood can be. We kept hearing the same story: “I’d love to meet new people, but I just don’t know how or where.” Instead of settling for outdated forums, clunky Facebook groups, or apps not designed for platonic connection, we decided to build a better solution ourselves. BuddyUp is more than an app—it’s a movement to make adult friendship and community-building normal, easy, and enjoyable again. We’re passionate about creating a product that helps people feel less alone and more empowered to take the first step toward new friendships. Blok is a digital real estate agency for residential properties. Simply put, we help people buy and sell apartments. Why? Real estate transactions are notorious for being the largest and most stressful financial decisions we take during our lives. There are a lot of questions, uncertainty and the process has traditionally been opaque and costly. Our goal at Blok is to fix that by providing a transparent and cost-efficient service, where the customer feels that she’s in control. At the core, we’re a technology company, since we recognize that winning in this market requires us to augment the best real estate agents with the best technology. Our digital services enable us to give our customers a modern customer experience and provides massive operational efficiencies for our real estate agents, which saves time and money, both for us and our customers. Founded in 2017, the company has grown rapidly with apartments sold for the combined value of over 500 MEUR to date and employs over 35 people in Finland and Sweden. We’re backed by prominent Nordic and Swiss investors and our financial situation is solid. The Story Blok's story started from our own experiences in the real estate market. In January 2015 our CEO Rudi Skogman found his dream apartment. To afford it he had to sell his old flat. After some price negotiations the apartment was sold and the real estate agent cashed in a 7000 € commission. Afterwards Rudi started thinking if using an agent had been right choice after all. There had to be a better (and cheaper) way to sell apartments. In the spring of 2016 Rudi got the idea of using technology to automate most of the selling process. Soon after that Juha, Samu and Olli joined. Things started to fall in place: What if we would let the owner arrange viewings? What if bids could be made online? What if the home valuation would be done by an algorithm? What if the transaction cost was a bit more reasonable? After taking a leap of faith and founding Blok the service was officially launched in the spring of 2017. Since then the company has served thousands of home sellers and buyers across Finland and Sweden. The company has won recognition as one of the hottest startups in Europe (Wired) and as the best new web service of the year (Grand One). The Service Our apartment sales service provides an easy and seamless digital experience for selling and buying an apartment throughout the whole home buying and selling process: - The valuation service estimates the value of your apartment based on advanced algorithms and actual transactions. - The trading platform enables bidding for apartments electronically. - The agent service automates nearly all routine tasks of the real estate agent, making the whole process extremely cost-efficient. Our Etsivä service offers an unique way to buyers to find their dream apartment. The service looks for a suitable apartment among all existing apartments in the Helsinki Capital Region and can tell you how many actually exist, how many are sold per year and for what price. You can ask us to contact the owners of those apartments to check if they are interested in buying. Our digital services matched with our stellar customer service team has resulted in a world-class customer happiness which has steadily measured in the 80-90 range on the NPS scale.

Common Clouds

Scandinavia’s first acne-positive skincare brand is launching February 2022. Common Clouds is on mission to normalise acne – the world's most common skin condition which affects 90 % of all people at some point. The connection between acne and mental health is well established, impacting everything from self-image to social interactions. Studies have shown that almost 60 % of 15-22 years olds have experienced low self-esteem because of acne, and as many as 19% have declined being photographed because of an outbreak. This is simply not right. With science-backed skincare and acne-positive digital platforms to match, Common Clouds is changing the narrative around acne. Simply put, we created the brand we wish existed when we were teens – flooded in sebum and sadness. It was time to give acne a glow-up. Common Clouds is a 100% digital, direct-to-consumer brand created for Gen Z. Our social commitments are built into the brand DNA from scratch, and we are working closely with organisations supporting mental health initiatives for young people. Sizzle

We are a foodtech company on a mission to diversify the food industry. We find chefs from cuisines that are not found in the mainstream and provide them with all resources to share their amazing food and stories with the world. We want to disrupt the food & beverage industry's tendency to favour the big brands and provide equitable opportunities for solo entrepreneurs and small business. We provide access to capital, personnel and infrastructure to our partner chefs so they can create food and drink products under the Sizzle brand. These products can be purchased through our vending machines in offices, retail stores like Tempo or even via delivery apps like Foodora and Wolt. As Swedes, 1st and 2nd generation immigrants, former bike messengers, and sons and daughters to mothers who have worked hard to give us opportunities, we understand that the forces that rule this world, and why we need to create equitable opportunities for all.
