Our story ChromaWay is a blockchain technology company. Since 2014, we have been developing and refining industry-defining blockchain technology platforms. Blockchain pioneers We created the first protocol for issuing tokens on the Bitcoin network. We used it to issue fiat currency together with LHV bank in 2014, and then to crowdfund startups on the Funderbeam platform. We designed a blockchain agnostic client-side validated smart contracting platform that put privacy first before privacy became a hot topic in blockchain. We have used it to support internal leasing in large organisations, issue financial instruments, and to allow government agencies to issue licenses digitally. In 2018 we used it to demo a live property sale together with the Swedish Land Registry. Technology by us We are the creators of relational blockchain, a new blockchain architecture which combines the power and flexibility of a relational database and the fault tolerant decentralised security of a blockchain. We built Postchain, a private blockchain or consortium database using the relational blockchain architecture. Postchain has registered property on three continents, accelerated the growth of green finance, and formed the basis for a proposed national e-currency. Relational blockchain also powers Chromia, our public platform for decentralized applications. Relational blockchain allows Chromia to offer a user and developer experience which no other blockchain platform can match.

Working Group Two enables product development and differentiation for telecom operators. It does this with public APIs and an app ecosystem on its cloud-native core network. It also collaborates with companies such as AWS, Atos and CCA to offer operators a simplified, end-to-end mobile network solution. Designed for missions where time, access, and risk define the outcome, whether it’s offshore logistics or frontline resupply. With a proprietary ducted-fan system and fixed-wing efficiency, the E200 model carries 200 kg at 450 km/h, delivering critical supplies up to 10× faster than land and at a fraction of helicopter cost. DiFacto is an AI-powered SaaS startup based in Aarhus at Incuba, automating invoice auditing for companies with complex supplier and rebate agreements — starting with the Danish construction industry. The problem: Construction companies operate under intricate price agreements with major suppliers like STARK, XL-Byg, and others. These agreements contain volume discounts, seasonal rebates, and project-based pricing. In practice, invoices frequently deviate from the agreed terms — but checking them manually is time-consuming, expensive, and requires specialist knowledge that most SMEs simply don't have. Our own pilot data shows that around 10% of all invoices contain errors or rebate breaches, putting 1–1.5% of total procurement volume at risk. Why we built it: We spent 14 months manually analysing hundreds of real price agreements and invoice structures from Denmark's largest building suppliers. That deep understanding became the foundation for a platform that does in 30 seconds what a trained analyst would take hours to do. Our core engine reads invoices via OCR, converts them to structured data, and cross-references them algorithmically against the client's price agreements — flagging every discrepancy automatically. Why now: We have a working MVP, real pilot customers, and a clear path to a commercially scalable product. We're a small team of three co-founders building something technically complex in a space with almost no direct competition. This means an intern won't just watch from the sidelines — you'll work directly on live problems, contribute to a microservice-based backend architecture, and learn how to build AI-driven data pipelines in a real startup environment at Incuba, Aarhus.

På platformen kan etiske hackere lede efter sikkerhedshuller hos vores kunder. Finder en hacker en reel sårbarhed, udbetaler kunden en dusør. Det gør it-sikkerhed resultatorienteret frem for tidsorienteret, som ellers er normen i konsulentverdenen. Målet er at få flere danske virksomheder til at tage bug bounty modellen til sig som et aktivt værktøj i deres sikkerhedsarbejde. Defend Denmark er søstervirksomhed til islandske Defend Iceland.
