The Startup Sauna accelerator has been shut down after 8 action-packed years, but the Startup Sauna space will continue its existence just as before. Startup Sauna is the home base for a handful of entities and projects working on different aspects related to entrepreneurship and startups.

Native advertising has stayed out of the programmatic race to the bottom. That's the good news - it's still the publishers' premium on-site offering, with the margins and brand-safety story to match. The bad news is that native has remained almost entirely manual. Campaigns are hand-built, sold direct, and optimized by humans - operationally expensive on both sides of the deal. The format works, but it doesn't scale. A premium product ends up under-earning relative to its potential, and the operational drag is increasingly the reason publishers can't grow it.
