Nordic Strong ApS is a Copenhagen-based fitness company. The Nordic Strong fitness concept is inspired by the active outdoor, Nordic lifestyle, with the concept centered around the Nordic Trainer, a multi-functional training machine (formerly known as the ThoraxTrainer). The Nordic Trainer connects to an accompanying workout app, the Nordic Strong App, via Bluetooth. The app offers an increasingly wide range of online workouts, that will make your home training easy, fun, and effective. In November 2022, Nordic Strong opened its first flagship fitness studio in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. As humans we can naturally hear where sound is coming from, and how far away things are. But when listening with headphones we cannot use these abilities since all the sound is inside our heads.
