No. We’re a exclusive network reserved for Nordic startups and scale-ups. To be able to use the site you must be a registered business in the Nordics with a working website. You must recruit on behalf of the company that you are working for - no recruitment agencies allowed. The Hub’s recruitment services are purely for startups and scale-ups and our customer success team will review every single company that registers to ensure that they can in fact be defined as a startup or a scale-up. We do not have a strict definition that we follow, but typically your company needs to meet three or more of the following four requirements;
- The company was founded after year 2000
- The company intends to grow through the means of external investors
- The company’s core business is scalable purely or partially through software
- The company is innovative, challenging the status quo within its market

However, we also offer startup-friendly professional services to drastically increase your ability to hire on the platform. With the newly added PRO service, you’ll be able to unlock a powerful bundle of promotional features, generating 3x more qualified applicants for your job at only €449. Our most premium offering is the HEADHUNTER service, enabling job posters to unlock a dedicated recruiter working proactively to fill their job opening, The HEADHUNTER service comes with a guaranteed hire at only €2,499, making it the most cheap headhunter-like experience on the market.

What are the terms of the guaranteed hire in the HEADHUNTER service?
The HEADHUNTER service comes with a guaranteed hire on a no-cure no-pay condition. If none of the applicants submitted through The Hub have been hired after 12 weeks, you are entitled to a full refund minus the promotional services unlocked in the PRO service at a total cost of €490.
*If an applicant that has applied through The Hub has been hired, but said candidate applied for your job through a different channel first, you will not be charged for the service but you must be able to prove the timing of the application.
We’re currently not recruiting, should we still have a profile?
Yes. Talent are constantly scouting The Hub to find the perfect company to work for. All companies on The Hub can be discovered based on markets, company stage/size, culture, location and more. If you want to be on their rada you’ll need a profile, and as soon as your hiring needs occur you’ll be ready to post jobs with just a few clicks.
We use an ATS. Can we still use The Hub?
Yes. We currently support integrations with Teamtailor, Workable, Greengarden and Lever, but are adding more systems to our roster every quarter. To connect your ATS, head over to ‘startup settings’ to explore specific guides on each ATS. Once connected, you will be able to automatically post your active ATS jobs directly to The Hub. All applicants applying via The Hub will be directly forwarded to your careers site (ATS) so that you can manage all applicants in one place. Are you using an ATS that we currently don’t support?
