The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Our first product is a Marketplace salon App that will connect users to salons. Moreover, will open new opportunities for start-ups, small, medium and bigger salons. For the salons, it will be perfect platform that provides them everything related to their business in just an App. To see the performance of their salon as a whole and track loop holes, and make strategy based on the data and improve the performance. Salons would be our paid customers by using our subscription model. Whereas for the general user the app will be for free to use. Our main target audience will be salons but at the same time, our target group will be all general users from all forms of life (female, males young, old). Bright Day Graphene

Bright Day Graphene offers the industry a sustainable, premium graphene made from biomass, optimized for use in energy storage and high tech products. Graphene, with its electrical properties and its 2D-structure, has the potential to revolutionize the technology industry, but it even though it has been around for more then ten years now, that revolution has not yet happend. One of the biggest reasons for that, is that the mass produced graphene on the market today (Grapene Nano Platelets, GNP) does not have the properties needed for that market. The high quality graphene on the market; (Chemical Vapor Deposition, CVD, Graphene) can't be produced in large quantities and is far too expensive to base commercial products on. There is a hole in the market here and with our green graphene we want to bridge the gap between these two. Our material, that can be produced in large quantities, is a graphene powder, just like the GNP, but with flakes up to one million times bigger and much, much thiner. This gives us better electrical conductivity and higher transparency, properties that is more like the properties of CVD-graphene. We also call our graphene green, because it is made from a sustainable source and we use no toxic chemicals in our production. We strive to prove that a product can be both environmentally friendly AND high preforming.
