Charlie

With Charlie, we are introducing a completely new way of buying houses in Sweden. In today's market, buying a house if hard. With high home prices, stagnant wages, and on top of that strict mortgage approvals. We are developing a completely new rent-to-own offering which means that our customers find their dream house, and we buy it for them. The customers will then rent the home from us while saving to their down payment. When they are ready, they will buy the house from us. We're on a mission to make the housing market more transparent and available for everyone. We are a Stockholm based start-up and a part of Stockholm School of Economics - SSE business lab. Workability

Workability is a web-based enterprise application empowering leaders to take responsibility for employees workplace welfare and employee follow-up, and allowing employees to be at work as much as their health allows. Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. By solving structural barriers that exist today we help employers co-ordinate efforts with doctors, NAV and other stakeholders to keep people at work and prevent unnecessary sick-leave. Our tools help leaders follow-up their teams, create an open dialogue and an inclusive approach to workplace welfare and how they organise work, key factors in preventing sickness and workplace absence.

Arcticode AS

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Having a simple way to both order and leave feedback while gaining something from it will create a mutually beneficial situation. And that’s what we have in common. We are creating a new and unique initiative within digital health with our vision “Make your own choices for your own health”. A digital health communications platform, Care Communicator, for international use that links the patient with the caregiver that simplifies the process to get quick and adequate health care outside the patient’s normal geographic border. By providing actionable data and a software platform to boot, users can build automated marketing campaigns with hyper personalized marketing content for print. This has been a trivial an time consuming effort in the past, and the results has usually been sub par. With our software users can create messages that works, thus saving time and money, as well as getting much higher ROI on their marketing spend compared to traditional methods (flyers/direct mails). The company was founded by Simon Saxtorph who is himself a real estate agent. At a point where he wanted to become an independent agent, he found the tools that bigger agencies had access to, was not available for smaller, independent agents. This sparked the idea that that, perhaps other agents were missing out on market share, simply because they didn't have access to certain tools. This was quickly confirmed, and thus began the journey on building the ultimate toolset for agents and stakeholders.

The purpose of Godtandpleje.dk is to improve dental habits and dental health of consumers through close cooperation with dental clinics. Dental health has a clear connection to overall health, and preventive dental care is very effective. Yet habits are hard to change for many consumers, and in Denmark only around 7-10% are green patients and have no active oral condition. Denmark is among most healthy countries with regards to dental health. Dentists and Dental Hygienists are the single most important authority concerning dental care in the eyes of consumers, but typically consumers or patients only interact with their dental professional 1-2 annually. We aim to get more out of this interaction helping both the clinic and the patients.
