Magistra is a an electronic sports (esport) team based in Aarhus, Denmark. We focus on growing, cultivating and educating the danish talent mass and produce the esport starts of tomorrow. Most environments are either too small, too informal or lacking supervision, creating a gap between commercial gaming cafés and traditional youth facilities. At the same time, parents struggle to find positive, healthy gaming communities for their children, while hobby players (Pokémon, Magic, Lorcana) lack dedicated spaces for trading, events and tournaments. When COVID forced that project to close, it sparked a deep understanding of what young people and hobby-focused adults truly need: a safe, structured, social and modern environment that supports healthy gaming behavior and real-world connections. The vision has grown stronger since. Heinrich has a background in police, defence, leadership and youth work, and has seen firsthand how powerful gaming and structured hobbies can be when given the right environment.
