Balkan Sach: A hearty dish featuring three types of meat or a vegan alternative, cooked to perfection. Balkan Shashlik: Skewered meats or vegan options, grilled to tender perfection. Original Bulgarian Kebaps: Savory kebaps simmered in clay pots, capturing the essence of traditional cooking. Pleskavitsa 100% beef, minced according to Leskovac recipe. Kapama with three types of meat and homemade sudzhuk according to Bansko recipe. Vegetarian and Vegan Options: Vegetarian and Vegan Lean Casseroles: Rich and flavorful casseroles prepared in clay pots, showcasing the versatility of Balkan cuisine. Desserts and Beverages: Homemade Bulgarian Yogurt: Served with jam or honey and walnuts, a classic Balkan treat. Roast chicken or suckling pig on a spit / by customer order or events.

Updropp wants to transform electronic waste into resources. We do this by enabling citizens to get rid of their electronic devices, especially household equipment, in an easy and responsible manner, so they can be sent back into the flow. This is done through our "Uptainers", conveniently placed outdoor drop-off stations. At the Uptainers, citizens are able to place electronics, they no longer use, while running their daily errands. Other citizens can then use the Uptainer to find "new" electronics they can take home and give new life. To support the Uptainers, we are developing an application, that shows an overview of Uptainers and the items placed in them and gives the users statistics showing their personal impact as well as the combined impact. Updropp is a one-person startup, being developed with ongoing help from advisors, collaborators, and interns. We are still in the discovery/product development phase. Right now we have a BETA version of our Uptainer placed at Det Bæredygtige Forsamlingshus, and are using this to gather insight for our 1.0 design of the Uptainer. We expect that to be ready for launch in primo 2024.

We are a natural wine import, spirits, cocktail and craft beer company. We have the bar Alfons on Skelbækgade 42, 1660 Cph V and a bottleshop and eventspace on Dannebrogsgade 3, Cph V. Alfons is a small local neighbourhood bar, where we offer affordable natural wines, cocktails and craft beer while you can listen to vinyls by up and coming dj's. Vintrovert bottleshop is a local Vesterbro shop where you can find affordable natural wines, our own whisky, craft beers and soon CBD. Behind the shop is our eventspace which fits up to 25 people. The space is our cultural collaboration space where we co-host events with other importers, local shops, communities, book clubs ect.

Mumutane is inspired by the Nordic aesthetics and vibrant African expression. African wax print textiles contain a lot of tales of life in Africa, which gives the interior products a special story. Every product is unique. The front is made of wax print textiles purchased by women who run small, local textiles shops in Westafrica. The back is made of leftover textiles from the Danish company Kvadrat. The aim is to create ’products with purpose’, which is why Mumutane has a sustainable approach with a focus on minimising textile waste, as well as production with social impact businesses in Denmark, which create jobs for vulnerable people. The cushions are flexible and can both express Nordic minimalism and African liveliness. This cultural crossover adds a personal and playful design experience to any conscious, modern home. The name Mumutane means ’we humans’ and the philosophy behind is that we work across cultures and borders to create better conditions for more people. In 2021 Mumutane became B Corp-certified, which means that we live up to high environmental and social responsible standards through a transparent third-party process.
