Signat.se is the bridge that connects private legal services with the customer. With the vision to give everybody easy access to legal contracts we have created different forms for the customer to fill in. That information is then processed by our lawyers and complied to a legal contract. By replacing the unnecessary offices and expensive suits with AI and easily understandable forms we have removed the barrier between lawyers and normal people.

Skunkworks Games is a bold and innovative new studio based in the heart of Helsinki, the European capital of mobile game development. We are a startup founded in 2019 with a growing team of diverse and international employees. Our goal is to reach, understand and engage underserved audiences. I Bedste Fald is a method that enables and empowers people to fall safely, simultaneously addressing associated trauma and focuses on limiting restrictive lifestyle change. The method holds potential within the healtcare field, as the concept has been validated and now calls for scaling. With the aim of incorporating co-creation, further research, and development, I hope to change the way fall prevention is tackled, to allow for a broader holistic approach, that will allow people to fall safely and stand stronger.

Art Nordic salgs- og kunstmessen afholdes den 26. – 28. november 2021 på Lokomotivværkstedet i hjertet af København. Vi forventer deltagelse fra op mod 250 kunstnere fra ca. 30 lande. De sidste 7 år har udstillingen haft +79.000 besøgende gæster fra seks kontinenter, hvilket gør den til den største salgs- og kunstudstilling i Skandinavien. Som den største kunstmesse i Skandinavien er Art Nordic et unikt forum for samtaler om kunst. Og det er netop formålet med messen: At skabe rum til dialog, følelser og oplevelser relateret til kunst. Art Nordic er dedikeret til møderne mellem skaber og tilskuer – mellem kunstværk og menneske. Art Nordic blev Skandinaviens største kunstmesse i 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 og forventningerne er de samme til 2021. I april 2019 gæstede over 15.000 kunst interesserede Art Nordic kunstmessen – Bl.a. aflagde repræsentanter fra over 176 kunstforeninger besøg på Art Nordic.

Flow Studio er et high-end 3D visualiseringsstudio, der leverer stillbilleder og animationer overvejende til ejendomsudviklingsbranchen. Vi arbejder sammen med landets førende arkitektvirksomheder, designbureauer og møbelbrands. Vi arbejder med nationale såvel som internationale kunder. Vi skal revolusjonere turbussmarkedet gjennom å digitalisere små og mellomstore turbusselskap og ved å gjøre det mye enklere å leie og bruke turbusser. Det være seg til firmaturer, festivaler eller fotballkamper. Turbussbransjen i Europa er preget av et stort antall busselskap og lite digitalisering. 85% av tiden står bussene parkert eller kjører på veien uten passasjerer i setene. Våre nye digitale tjenester kombinert med maskinlæring og rute-optimalisering vil gjøre det mulig å utnytte bussenes kapasitet mye mer effektivt enn i dag. I flere tiår har boligprisene utviklet seg i et langt raskere tempo enn lønnsveksten, og som et resultat av dette ender stadig flere opp utenfor markedet. Dette er en uønsket utvikling ettersom en høy andel boligeierskap har flere samfunnsmessige gevinster. En av årsakene til denne utviklingen er at det de siste 100 årene ikke har vært vesentlige endringer i måten vi bygger og bor på. I Co-Own har vi en ambisjon om å gjøre boligmarkedet tilgjengelig for alle, og samtidig hjelpe unge mennesker å bygge meningsfulle fellesskap. More than 40% of the electrical energy in office environments is used outside working hours. CO2 in buildings has too high a level, which gives sick employees and students who lose 12% of their learning ability. Ventilation is often oversized by 10-20% due to uncertainty about CO2 levels, which have not been adequately investigated and measured. Often, consulting firms offer a measurement over 30 days. The measurements are only a snapshot of the real picture, which does not take into account the season and number of people in the room. VOCs in buildings are more harmful than first thought. VOC combined with too high CO2 can cause allergic reactions and over time develop asthma. The solution for reducing electricity consumption is to use intelligent automation and with behavior control. A sensor can be set up in areas that are used that automatically turn on the light when there is a person present. Several companies offer this solution, but if it is to be used for something, the devices must send data to the central server, after which you can analyze when and how much. The data set provides better management and control. For the CO2 problem, sensors are set up in the premises. The problem with existing sensors on the market is they have to be mounted with cable that is led maybe 100m away to a central box. It is both expensive and often not without surprises, especially for older buildings where drawings are often not updated. Sawux solves several of the mentioned problems.
