The demand for quality assurance in the construction industry is rapidly growing, but for many building contractors Quality Assurance is a time-consuming and tedious task done manually with an ineffective workflow. With TJAEK even the smallest contractors can meet the highest quality assurance requirements - totally uncomplicated. By working closely together with contractors and entrepreneurs we have made a platform that's tailored to the needs of construction companies - making it hassle free for every contractor to execute sufficient quality assurance. This results in time saved and better control quality. And less construction defects means less ressources wasted - helping the construction industry lower it's environmental impact. TJAEK participated in Accelerace's Beyond Beta co-hort 2 and is now scaling.

Be Customer Smart offers AI Optimised CX Management solution that uses operational data to reveal what causes customer dissatisfaction and churn along customer journeys to help businesses know how to improve customer retention, and increase customer satisfaction and revenue. In order to reduce churn, one must know why customers leave. The traditional methods such as surveys are slow and provide incomplete and biased data due to low response rates. In contrast, our AI Optimised CX Management solution takes already existing data of daily operations and builds a machine learning model to calculate the following in real-time for the whole customer base, each segment or an individual customer: 1. How each customer touchpoint impacts retention and future revenue 2. The most important improvement areas and their revenue impact 3. Which customer-centric KPIs to track and what are optimal target values 4. Which customers are likely to leave and why 5. The overall revenue at risk

We are a growing startup which is now reemmerging with a climate award for hotels in 2021

Consults Center

We are developing an one stop shop e-commerce platform for showcasing and selling "Intangible Services" on the net offered by individual professionals or business representatives. Any type of service which could be conducted via an online session fits the platform like tutoring or consulting. Visitors can browse or search between the available services, book, pay and participate online in meetings or sessions. As a central hub, the platform makes organizing and conducting the service easier in addition to establishing trust and security between the service providers and their clients. The advancement of technology during last decades has made it possible for us to work from distance but impacts of the recent global pandemic have drastically changed our working habits. The definition of how we conduct our business or work will remain changed even in post-pandemic period. When individuals and companies have been forced to - at least partially - experience some forms of working from distance, realizing the benefits and feasibility of such workstyle has enforced the popularity of remote working. Change is here to stay! Consults Center was born as a simple idea at Linné Innovation AB company in Sweden in early 2020. After investing hundreds of hours of discussions, analyzing and data processing, we successfully made our first version of product in form of this digital platform which provides a convenient environment for both Service Providers and their Clients to securely conduct remote sessions on the net. The MVP is functional and running. We are in process of providing instructions and help documentation for new users. Afterwards we are going to invite our first round of service providers to register and publish their services. Right now, the project is running at Företagsfabriken, an incubator for startups in Växjö, Sweden where Consults Center has won an innovation competition to enter.

We tested the concept in traditional workshops and it worked. Dozens of professional board members felt that finally they had been given a tool that can help everyone in the business understand value creation.
