Vi mangler: en eller to programmører, som brænder for at udvikle en virkelig fed platform med meget potentiale på baggrund af et hul i markedet. Platformen skal indeholde mulighed for at lave en profil af sig selv og sine kompetencer samt et “musiker-CV”. Her vil man kun have mulighed for at kontakte personer i egen kategori samt dem under en, da det bibeholder en kompetence status samt relevansen. Samtidig er der mulighed for at skrive, hvad man søger, hvilket bidrager til netværks relevansen. Man skal dog have mulighed for at pitche sine kompetencer ved at skrive til TalentSpring, som derefter vil hjælpe med at sætte dem sammen med individer, som kunne finde det relevant og afhjælpe en talentudvikling på disse henvendelser - her ville det være ideelt at modtage støtte, som kunne afdække dette talentforløb og dermed skabe relevans for hele fødekæden. TalentSpringForCreators: er dermed en platform som skaber muligheder for alle aktører i branchen uanset om du er live-musiker eller producer. Det er et større, men overskueligt projekt, som vil bidrage til alle afkroge af musikbranchen, da det vil øge kvaliteten i hele fødekæden indenfor sangkomposition samt eksport og formidling i form af udvalgte samarbejdspartnere.
