The working conditions at a plantage has not changed a lot over 400 hundred years. They are still to put it mildly appalling. COWASUN PRODUCT The wild growing tea leafs are unique in the world and has grown wild in the region for thousands of years. These trees can be over 50 meters high and the tea leafs grow without pesticides, fertilizers or irrigation. Far away from human impact. We have let some of the world's most famous and prestigious Gastronomers / Guide Michelin Chefs try our products and we have got their blessings! Our Leafs are also represented at PRADA and Four Season. Our goal is to be a global sustainable premium brand with more interesting products to come. And so, Længsel Design is born. The architectural lines, the contemporary elegance and the Scandinavian style are very present in pieces that were inspired by Portuguese historical marks, landscapes and cultural aspects. The nature of the brand privileges the local handmade and craftworks, natural materials and a sustainable relationship across the whole value chain. NEW NORDIC DESIGN In the Nordic product design, there is a necessity of practicality, with a focus on usefulness and durability, taking into account the surrounding natural world and its resources. PRODUCTION The production is all done in Portugal reinforcing a unique perspective on Laengsel´s creations.
