Det foregår primært via vores eksisterende freelance-community samt online kurser og produkter.

Kinexit - SaaS Sportstech

Kinexit is a SaaS service that is revolutionizing how golf academies, golf clubs, and PGA Professionals grow their golfers' game through personalized digital golf fitness programs. Most Golf Teaching & Coaching Professionals lack the time and expertise to add golf fitness that gets results. At Kinexit we provide a golf fitness platform to help their players move better to play better. Just as a launch monitor quickly measures the club head speed and position at impact, we use a flexible and functional mobility screening to get a relevant assessment of the player’s physical ability. The test automatically generates several individual training programs that have a direct impact on areas leading to improved range of motion, stability, rotation, and strength.

We provide simple, natural and authentic beauty products all with a clear multi-use approach. Fewer products, fewer ingredients and less plastic is our way of doing things. Born out of a frustration of long (and impossible to understand) ingredient lists, perfumes causing irritations and complicated routines. We want to turn the modern beauty industry upside down and go back to the place where it all started. Nature.

Arcticode AS

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Having a simple way to both order and leave feedback while gaining something from it will create a mutually beneficial situation. And that’s what we have in common. We all want to have a good experience. This is why we do what we do. To create the best possible outcome for both.

The solution: Mindclip is a mobile-first tool that enables individuals to understand each other's behaviour, give & receive feedback leading to individual growth and improved team performance with the help of micro-habits. The Why: We want to make the world a better place. One team at the time. The story behind Mindclip: Ten years ago, Founder and CEO, Maria Pennan, came across a leadership program at INSEAD called “Coaching for Change and Challenge”. She realised the importance of psychology in motivating people. "This program changed my life," says Maria, who was educated traditionally as a process engineer and an MBA, and made a career in large corporations moving from technology to sales and management. Maria left the corporate world and started living. She became a more empathic person and used her passion for learning to help entrepreneurs perform their best. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Maria finally got time off her busy lifestyle to setup Mindclip Behaviour and scale her success to teams around the world.

Withsara is subscription-based online health and wellness platform offering home workouts such as pilates, barre, yoga, HIIT, stretching classes, meditation, and more. The company supports women from over 50 countries to improve their health and wellbeing. Our goal is for women to get access to effective, fun, and motivating classes from the comfort of their homes when it suits them and wherever they are in their fitness journey.

Culmas

Work at Culmas is shaped around our coding cycles. They are around 4 weeks. They start with a kick-off, an improv class for the whole company and training sessions on any topics! Every two weeks, we also meet to discuss our processes and our performances. Those rituals are made to include everyone at Culmas and are important to us. Culmas is spawned out of the Improv Comedy Copenhagen Theatre. EU member states are among the world's leading tourist and migration destinations. The amount of visa application processed each year is an ever-increasing number. While, this is a good thing, there are also some drawbacks. The many incoming applications has increased the cost of making sticker visa and residence permit cards. Lengthy process and Shipping the visas and resident permit cards through courier service delays the visa process and adds a risk of documents being lost or damaged, in such case a re-issuing of visa or re-submitting of documents is needed. Moreover, visa applicants, that lack knowledge and understanding of Visa Process, end up being rejected or opting for consultancy service where sometimes they become victim of frauds. The last change that was made to visa application process for Europe was in 2010. This means that there are 10-years’ worth of problems that require a solution to be developed, in order to address them. VisaPocket is a proposed solution for the mentioned problem. VisaPocket ensures Identity assertion, collecting biometric and biographic information about an applicant and ensures it meets the government quality requirements. It has a simple and user-friendly interface and is easy to learn and use which results in fewer frustrated guests, fewer complaints and a quick onboarding of employees. The service is ready to use out of the box and is a cheap alternative to developing an internal tool from scratch.

Oyama

Oyama is a mental health company on a journey to enable individuals to become balanced, sustainable humans. We are creating an evidence-based self-guided app with AI-assisted personalized self-care recommendations to help prevent depression. We have developed, Oyama, a platform to talk about your life challenges. We provide personalized, evidence-based tools from psychotherapy to understand yourself better and a peer-support community to encourage you on your journey. When a user enters the Oyama app, they join an anonymous community, where one can relate to other users’ stories. You can give helpful advice and positively reinforce one another. At the core of our app is our personalized journal, which teaches you to express yourself and guides you through a motion of evidence-based psychotherapy exercises to help you build healthy and sustainable habits. These exercises will help the users reflect on their thoughts, emotions, levels of stress, difficulties and possible relationship problems on a regular basis. We are introducing a unique pedagogical user-experience with gamified and interactive features, which will allow outcomes to be continuously monitored and followed up, reinforcing the learned healthy behavioral patterns. Currently, we rolling out our beta to consumers and high schools in Sweden and Finland and starting a collaboration with a Finnish occupational healthcare company. Additionally, we wish to deliver our new mobile app focusing on social support as soon as possible in the midst of a historical period in time, the COVID-19 pandemic.

Unde

Unde is on a mission to disrupt piracy and at the same time adding a new layer to the customer experience by giving each product a digital identity and a history to be told, where you as a consumer is an actor contributing to this story. Through this, we are also opening up a global marketplace for sales of artisan and luxury goods, increasing transparency and significantly lowering risk of piracy. The Unde-product will be built using blockchain and AI in a wonderful mixture. The founders of Unde have more than 80 years collective experience within tech, digital and retail. We are currently in stealth mode but are set to launch the beta during winter 2020.
