What is Between? The process of moving out of your home and into a new one can be one of the greatest stresses of life. To the average person, it’s an expensive and overwhelming process that involves listmaking, phone calls with real estate agents, taking time off from work, packing, heavy lifting, buying takeaway dinners, cleaning, and so on. Have you ever wondered why there’s no app that could help alleviate the pain points of moving? We have. That’s why we founded Between – Norway’s first moving platform. Between is a digital service that revolutionizes the moving process with technology, innovation and the ability to understand needs. To the average person, it means less stress and more control. To electrical and insurance companies, who each year lose thousands of customers due to address changes, it will lead to a lower churn rate and a higher return on investment. To real estate agents and developers, we will provide added value to a much smoother customer journey. What we have achieved We are a small group of entrepreneurs who have founded several successful businesses together. One of which is an online change of address service, a pilot company which has helped us research the moving market for the last two years – with over 50.000 registered customers in Norway and Sweden. Between is the next step. Not just for us, but for the millions of people out there who are about to begin a new life in a new home. We’re doing this because we know that if we can make moving easier, we will also make life easier.

ZHOOTS AS er et selskap som driver med foto, video og inspeksjonsoppdrag med drone. ZHOOTS AS er sertifisert av luftfartstilsynet. Oppdragene er i hovedsak rettet mot eiendom og eiendomsutvikling. Dette innebærer blant annet foto til 3D modellering, tomteutvikling og eiendomsalg. ZHOOTS AS har tilholdsted på Sørlandet, men vi utfører gjerne oppdrag andre plasser i landet også. LangO is changing the way companies deliver English language training to their employees online. We do this through a blended learning solution; a combination of live virtual lessons (Group Live Lessons and One-to-One) complemented by our on-demand micro-learning activities. Our responsive web app brings in the best-qualified teachers from around the world, custom-made LangO lesson content based on client's needs, and a scalable tech stack enabling employees to learn effectively on any device, at any time.

ExploCrowd

ExploCrowd wants to build and secure competence within Oil & Gas Exploration through the market turmoil, by building a database of Ready-to-Drill Prospects to be available to Oil Companies. This will be achieved by creating an optimal workspace for explorations, enabling creativity, innovation, competence- and knowledge building. ExploCrowd will use CrowdSourcing and the Principles of Sharing Economies to enable explorations to unlock their potential and create value for themselves, their customers, and society. Our mission is to maintain and build exploration competence in the community and create possibilities for oil companies to rebuild their exploration portfolios, for them to save time and resources, thereby accelerating the creation of jobs in the Oil Industry Chain in Norway when the market turns.

Xientia AS

We believe in People! The understanding that culture is important has in recent years become a major focus area for many companies. Research says that managers want better information on how to better utilize the strengths of employees. The tools they have seen today are not adapted to the everyday lives of managers. Quick and easy overview of what matters for how to manage the organization tomorrow. Based on this, we started Xientia to give leaders better tools to describe how the organization really is. The analyzes should be easy to interpret and implement for all employees.

Zirius Kompetanse AS

Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.

Willy Roger Jacobsen startet Norwegian Food Partner AS i 2012. Han har arbeidet med salg og markedsføring i næringsmiddelindustrien siden 1974. Han har hatt stillinger i Rieber og Søn, Toro, Denja og Minde Sjokolade. Fra 2000 til 2012 har han bygget opp og ledet Brynhildsen AS til en betydelig aktør i norsk dagligvare med mange ledende merkevarer. I 2012 overtok han eierskapet i Vossakjøt AS og har ledet en snuoperasjon som har gitt bedriften en solid omsetningsøkning. Han blant annet har lagt vekt på markedsføring og riktig distribusjon for å få dette til. Norwegian Food Partner AS har også andre interessante samarbeidspartnere. Catrine Nordvik er økonomi og administrasjonssjef i Norwegian Food Partner.

Tema Innovasjon AS

Tema Innovasjon AS ble opprettet av Tor Magnus Anfinsen i 2016, og jobber med utvikling og salg av løsninger innen foto, dataspill og applikasjoner, samt salg av rådgivningstjenester, fotografering, bilder og andre produkter/tjenester, som naturlig hører sammen med dette. Vi er 3 ansatte og har som mål å utvikle seg som en ledende bedrift innen foto, rådgiving og innovasjon i Kongsberg.

Solgt.no is growing and we are looking for a developer who will join the journey and create Norway's most innovative home sales platform. About Solgt.no Solgt.no was started in 2020 with a vision to build a marketplace that revolutionizes how we buy, sell and finance housing. The vision will be carried out in various steps, of which step one will shed light on the seller's experience. By combining machine learning, efficient operation and a spotlight on user experience, the company will transform the home sales process that traditionally takes 120 days into a few clicks on a website. The company is well capitalized, and brings some of the most talented investors in the industry on the owner side. Recently, the company also received support from Innovation Norway.
