The Spotscale team consists of engineers and developers with degrees in mathematics and computer science. Most of us work in Linköping where we meet once a week to share what we’re working on. A startup is a lot about balancing structure and chaos, and we need to adapt quickly. Within the team, we are respectful to each other, and we stay open-minded. Since we are a pretty small team, everyone is involved in everything, and every opinion is valued. All of us are very self-reliant and use each others strengths.
