From eco-friendly apparel made from recycled plastic bottles, to removing plastic waste from the ocean and coastlines, everything we do is for the love of our ocean. Oceanness provide sustainable clothes made from recycled plastic bottles, and jewelry made from ocean plastic collected on the shores of Oslo and Grimstad. For every item sold, we collect 2 kg plastic waste, equivalent to 100 plastic bottles, from the ocean and coastlines in partnership with Plastic Bank. Kinexit is a SaaS service that is revolutionizing how golf academies, golf clubs, and PGA Professionals grow their golfers' game through personalized digital golf fitness programs. Most Golf Teaching & Coaching Professionals lack the time and expertise to add golf fitness that gets results. At Kinexit we provide a golf fitness platform to help their players move better to play better. Just as a launch monitor quickly measures the club head speed and position at impact, we use a flexible and functional mobility screening to get a relevant assessment of the player’s physical ability. The test automatically generates several individual training programs that have a direct impact on areas leading to improved range of motion, stability, rotation, and strength.

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Having a simple way to both order and leave feedback while gaining something from it will create a mutually beneficial situation. And that’s what we have in common. The story behind Mindclip: Ten years ago, Founder and CEO, Maria Pennan, came across a leadership program at INSEAD called “Coaching for Change and Challenge”. She realised the importance of psychology in motivating people. "This program changed my life," says Maria, who was educated traditionally as a process engineer and an MBA, and made a career in large corporations moving from technology to sales and management. Maria left the corporate world and started living. She became a more empathic person and used her passion for learning to help entrepreneurs perform their best. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Maria finally got time off her busy lifestyle to setup Mindclip Behaviour and scale her success to teams around the world.

Our goal is for women to get access to effective, fun, and motivating classes from the comfort of their homes when it suits them and wherever they are in their fitness journey.

Culmas

Work at Culmas is shaped around our coding cycles. They are around 4 weeks. They start with a kick-off, an improv class for the whole company and training sessions on any topics! Every two weeks, we also meet to discuss our processes and our performances. Those rituals are made to include everyone at Culmas and are important to us. Culmas is spawned out of the Improv Comedy Copenhagen Theatre.
