Buildright is developing an AI intelligence layer for construction projects to help contractors and project teams solve invisible risk — by turning the data already generated on every project into actionable insights before problems become costs. The problem hiding in plain sight Construction is broken. 85% of large projects finish over budget. Rework accounts for 9% of total project cost. Delays cost $280bn annually in North America alone. The signals that predict these outcomes already exist — in meeting notes, deviation logs, change orders, and task lists. But no one sees them in time to act. Risk only becomes visible after it has already cost you. This affects every contractor, project manager, site foreman, and HSE officer on every project — in an industry that represents trillions in global economic activity. From raw data to the right decision Buildright connects the data already generated on construction projects and surfaces the right insight to the right person — at every level of the organisation. Project directors get cross-project risk visibility to see which projects need attention before they escalate. PMs, HSE managers, and quality leads get role-specific dashboards with the decisions they need to make, surfaced daily. Site crews get targeted microlearning triggered automatically when a risk pattern is detected — before the next shift starts. But we go beyond insights. Buildright also automates the everyday tasks that consume project teams — generating alerts when something needs attention, and producing artifacts like meeting packs, reports, and change-order traces automatically. The result is not just better visibility, but a meaningfully more efficient project team. We're live in production with AF Gruppen and Betonmast, two of Norway's largest contractors. 100,000+ deviations, tasks, and meeting notes analysed — with a confirmed 10x ROI from our pilots. The urge to solve a global problem Lars Gaustad spent years at the top of the construction industry — and watched the same story play out over and over. Projects bleeding money. Deadlines slipping. Matezy AS

Matezy is a co-living platform that solves three problems every person in shared housing faces — but that no single product currently addresses together. Finding a compatible roommate today means scrolling through Facebook groups, TikTok and Finn.no ads with no personality filtering and no verification. The result is conflict and instability. Once you move in, managing shared finances is equally broken. Rent splits and shared bills are tracked across WhatsApp messages and Excel sheets. Money disappears and people argue. On top of that, rental contracts and deposits are handled without proper tools. Matezy solves all three in one app. Users find compatible roommates through a personality-based matching system — think Tinder for co-living. Once matched, they manage shared expenses and communication through a built-in household dashboard. Rent payments, digital contracts, and deposit handling are managed directly in the app. There are approximately 600,000 people living in shared housing in Norway alone, and hundreds of millions worldwide. No product currently owns this space.

Products are manufactured, purchased, used briefly, and discarded, often long before their functional life ends. This cycle drives resource depletion, carbon emissions, and growing waste streams. At the same time, consumers are becoming more aware of environmental challenges. Many want to make better choices, but the systems around them are fragmented and inconvenient. Second-hand markets exist, of course. But they are often scattered across multiple platforms, inconsistent in quality, and sometimes lacking trust. Sustainable alternatives, on the other hand, can be expensive or difficult to find. As a result, the intention to consume responsibly frequently clashes with convenience, price, and habit. People default to what is easiest — and that often means buying new, fast, and disposable. CircuCity bridges this gap. We provide a unified, user-friendly platform where circular choices are not an afterthought but the default. By integrating resale, reuse, and sustainable new products into one marketplace, we reduce friction in the decision-making process. The problem we are solving is simple but deeply rooted: kebab has become synonymous with low transparency, inconsistent quality, and shortcuts hidden behind speed and convenience. Consumers want fast food that feels honest, crafted, and worth trusting, but the category has largely failed to evolve. Killer Kebab exists to change that. From day one, we set out to prove that kebab can be both fast and uncompromising. We build our kebab from scratch, marinating our meat in-house every morning, making all sauces and falafel ourselves, baking sourdough flatbreads fresh to order, and frying every falafel only when it’s needed. We deliberately serve fewer options, focusing instead on quality, repeatability, and operational excellence. Our approach turns quality from something subjective into something systematic. By owning every critical step of production, we create a product that is consistent across locations while remaining deeply human and handcrafted. Tally acts as an assisting number brain: it understands financial data, translates it into simple insights, and helps businesses work smarter and faster. Sociallearning is an edtech platform built around peer-to-peer mentoring. We connect students with slightly older student mentors, so the conversations feel relatable and safe – about school, pressure, and study habits. More and more young people struggle with motivation, stress, and confidence in their studies. At the same time, teachers and counselors are under huge time pressure and simply can’t support every student as much as they would like to. That’s where Sociallearning comes in. We create a structured framework where resource-strong students support their peers through guided mentor programs. It makes help easier to access, faster to get, and less intimidating for students who might not ask adults for support. Because schools subscribe to the platform, every student can get help – it’s not dependent on parents’ finances. In short, we help schools scale support, while giving students a space where they actually feel understood.

FitArenaa Oy

FitArenaa is a B2B fitness technology startup helping gyms reduce member churn through data-driven and inclusive engagement. Gyms struggle with high churn and limited insight into how members actually engage with their facilities. Most existing systems focus on access and billing, leaving gyms blind to early disengagement — especially for members with different needs, such as neurodiverse individuals. FitArenaa enables gyms to understand member behavior, identify churn risk early, and support more inclusive fitness experiences without adding operational complexity. By focusing on retention rather than acquisition, we help gyms grow sustainably while making fitness more accessible to everyone.

After growing internationally for many years, we’re now building a new production hub in Stockholm where we focus on developing courses, recording with artists, producing marketing material and gradually bringing more of our content creation in-house.
