We provide a software service that automates housing cooperations and facility management.Nordic housing cooperations (Norwegian: borettslag/sameier) place a lot of responsibilities in their elected leaders. Our software automates many of the tasks required of these leaders and simplifies their management as dictated by law (Norwegian: "Internkontrollforskriften").  Each new member of the team is better at something than the others. That is why they started working here. We find people who fit in and can contribute something new - in that order.

Webcoaching, online training and dietary guidance. Navnet «Norgesbeast» ble først startet som en hashtag på Instagram. Etter bare 1 måned var det over svimlende 2000 treningsglade mennesker som hadde brukt denne hashtaggen i sine spreke bilder og videoer, dette har siden spredt seg som ild i tørt gress!

Vilect is an AI powered recruitment assistant that helps non-hr managers run high quality processes and hire the best candidates in record time. The assistant identifies the most relevant candidates and lets the hiring manager screen short-listed applicants with recorded video interviews integrated directly in the system.www.vilect.ai  We are Vilect and we are really trying to keep one of the biggest time thieves in the retail sector at bay -- hiring and more specifically, hiring the wrong people. What we are doing is creating a recruitment software with the store manager in mind and improve the workflow. How do they reach out to the applicants? How do they evaluate applicants? How do they choose the right applicant? We thus want to make a system created around this workflow. Through this, we hope to help them sort through hundreds of applications and narrow those down to a more manageable number.We are saving time on writing the application by introducing video interviews instead. The applicant can complete the video interview as part of the process and the store manager can review those videos at his convenience. We started testing our prototypes which had a video element in it, with great feedback. We were wondering if they could actually get a good impression of a person with short video answers and thus far, the store managers' feedback has been really great.

Recipients can give instant feedback with a simple tap, regardless if they have the app installed or not. With statistics in the app you immediately see how many that opened, read and answered your message. Infoping automatically gathers all the statistics, saving time and puts you in control.

We are a dedicated team and our culture is built on trust. Everybody can work where and how they want. We try to share the common burden of customer support, but other than that we have clear responsibilities and we trust everyone to do what they do best. At 46elks, we don’t have regular meetings as we often work from different places, which means we offer a lot of freedom. Customers are our first priority: we always try to answer quickly on emails and we are always available for a phone call. Our features are based on their feedback and we listen carefully to them to know what to do next. We have two core values at 46elks: stability and honesty. The service should always work, and we tell our customers if we have a technical problem. Simple as that.
