We combine this with taking pictures and videos that we can use for ads, marketing & our website.  We will meet up with our USA team to share results with each other. We like to celebrate milestones with going out for a nice dinner & drinks. To keep up the morale in the business we usually gather with friends and other start-ups to play board games or other activities.
