"Collaborator" is a client company, who is subject to devising and creating technical solutions with Enablment. "Enabler" conventionally known as a consultant, but we enable Collaborators. We exist because we are Enablers who love to devise and create delightful technical solutions with Collaborators. We want transparency. In the sense that we have structurally implemented it in our professional relationship with Collaborators. We demystify the conventional consultancy-client relationship. We have a passion for rethinking and refining processes, why we deploy slim and execution oriented project teams. That means we have redefined the project manager as a role that is shared by Collaborators and Enablers, but it is structured by a system landscape. We place decision-making where it is due, by the people that most affected and the ones with the insight we are transitioning towards an organization with distributed leadership. At Enablement, everyone is passionate about digitization and capable to execute on it.

We are developing a generic platform for “training equipment” within various fields plus various embodiments of this equipment. Quotes because the platform is not limited to sports, it can also be used to e.g. engage kids on a playground or people in general in public areas. The system addresses 2 problems: Athletes of all levels need to maintain the sometimes tedious training routine necessary to build muscle memory and develop fine motor skills and the system gamifies these routines. There is a general problem with obesity in society and the system will help to engage people in public areas (playgrounds, parks etc.) in physical activities. The first type of physical equipment being developed is for hockey training (ice-, field- or floorball). A working prototype is already developed but minor adjustments are necessary in order to strengthen especially the feedback part of the system. The platform (app) engages the users by sending tasks to one of the physical elements which in turn reports back to the platform about their performance in order to enable tracking over time and compare with peers. The solution is new and innovative in the way it utilizes recent developments within the area of IOT and mobile devices to engage users and provide feedback at a level not seen in any existing system. Both the functionality of and the technology used in the solution is new to training equipment.

There are many solutions to help parents control and limit childrens use of mobile phones. But what if we could incentivise the "good use" of mobile phone?? A digital wallet to which parents will top up childrens allowence and children will get the money in their digital wallets when they use educational applications in their phones. The parents decide for themselves how much they want to reward the children. Since this is basically a digital wallet, it can be used just like a regular bank account for children as well. The children can get a Visa card to use their money from, they can save, invest, shop, send, donate. The parents can send money to the children in addition to the scheduled amount. The children receive educational videos to learn about the economics and value of long-term savings. The built-in AI observes the children's habits and offers better tools to improve the focus of the children's educational journey. Parents can decide which new apps the kids can download and use to get more money. We have already thought of tens of several tools to strengthen the relationship between young people and parents and we welcome your feedback and new ideas to improve our solution. Parents can separately promote different apps for their children and reward use on their own terms. We have researched the idea of ​​hundreds of parents and all have shown great interest in such a solution. The solution has been developed, but we need support for FI's EMI license to be able to perform debit cards and also marketing help. We have been asked to participate in the next round of Sting's accelerator program in January.

All concepts within Weikop Project will be based on at least one of the UN's 17 sustainable development goals. Each start-up individual will be carefully selected and will get to choose the area and direction, in which they wish to work in. From there, teams will be made, based on personalities, skills and visions. These teams will then proceed to build the start-up from the ground. All team members will receive equal equity in the project – after a proof of concept round.
