1. Short description (the pitch) Memorise is building a powerhouse network of senior digital-marketing specialists that helps growth companies turn marketing spend into measurable pipeline — with a client-set price cap, no lock-in, and full ownership of everything we build. 2. The What (the problem) Most companies overpay for marketing that can't prove its worth. Traditional agencies bill for activity, not outcomes: junior-heavy teams, opaque retainers, and reports that count clicks instead of revenue. Clients rarely own their own accounts or data, which quietly locks them in. It affects nearly every SME and scaleup buying marketing — budget leaks into overhead and "the name on the invoice" rather than work that actually moves the business. 3. The How (the solution) Memorise runs as a powerhouse: an in-house strategy function leads every engagement and activates senior specialists from our network — SEO, Google Ads, web, content and AI search — only when the work demands it. Every action is tied to a business goal and reported as leads and pipeline, not impressions. We work to a price cap the client sets (never more; less if we spend less), with no binding period, and the client owns all accounts, data, code and material from day one. And we go all the way to execution, not just the report. 4. The Why (the motivation) We started Memorise because the agency model is built backwards — clients pay for the office, the brand on the invoice and a PDF, while the right senior person is never free when you need them. We'd watched too many businesses pay premium retainers for junior work, then lose access to their own data the moment they wanted to leave. Memorise is the answer: pay for the work that's actually done, prove the result, and let clients keep everything. Marketing that shows up in the business, not just on the invoice.

Vi er en service provider I Saas-løsninger, for store distributører, hvor vi er i deres partnernetværk. Vores kundebase er B2B kunder, som benytter sig af cloud workspaces og backup/data recovery dertil. Vores samarbejder er med, Microsoft, IBM, Arrow ECS, Crayon og Keepit. Vi har 2 IT-supportere på siden som hjælper mig, som enkeltmandsejer så vi har en solid onboarding og en masse støtte og tryghed i vores behandling af egen data, opbygning af database og intern hjælp er tilgængelig hurtigt gennem mig eller en af dem. Vi søger grundlæggende praktikanter til at kode/styrer website, og være med til at bygge den fra bunden, vi bruger Claude.

We combine carefully selected spaces with a thoughtful booking flow to replace generic, transactional venue sourcing with a more human, design-driven experience. The problem we’re solving: Finding inspiring spaces for meetings and small events is still fragmented and inefficient. Companies often rely on a mix of spreadsheets, emails, and generic listing platforms that prioritize volume over quality. The result is wasted time, inconsistent experiences, and venues that don’t reflect the purpose or culture of the gathering. This affects: • companies that value design, brand, and experience • venue owners with distinctive spaces who lack the right distribution and tools Despite a clear demand for better spaces, the market remains operationally outdated and aesthetically undifferentiated. How we solve it: maiaa brings structure, curation, and clarity to the process. We: • curate a limited selection of character-rich venues rather than listing everything • focus on storytelling, aesthetics, and context — not just capacity and price • provide a request-based booking flow that respects how venues actually operate • integrate experiences and add-ons to make gatherings more intentional and complete The platform is being built to balance design sensibility, operational realism, and scalable technology — with a strong focus on usability for both guests and hosts. Why we started: maiaa grew out of firsthand experience. As a founder, operator, and boutique hospitality owner, I’ve spent years working with spaces, guests, and teams — and repeatedly experienced how broken and uninspiring venue sourcing can be, especially for gatherings that actually matter. The motivation behind maiaa is simple: to create a better alternative for people who care about where they meet, how they gather, and the experience they create together. This is not about building another marketplace — it’s about raising the standard for how physical spaces are discovered and used.
