iZell

We’re living in a buyer-centric world, where companies need to connect with customers on their terms. But the scale and nature of online business means it's harder than ever to create personal connections with customers. That's why we created iZell -- to help businesses build better customer relationships through personalized one-to-one liveshopping experiences. We´ve developed a solution based on three insights… 1. Personal digital meetings. There is a need for e-retailers to bring personal shopping experience online. Today, there is no good support for personal digital meetings (one-to-one) where sellers can showcase products live and help the customer to buy, for example by adding products to the shopping cart. 2. Modern communication. There is a need to improve the customer experience with modern communication such as chat, video and live streaming. Today's consumers are used to modern communication such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Youtube, TikTok. 3. Omnichannel communication. There is a lack of sales coordination between physical stores and e-commerce (omnichannel) which puts the buyer at the center and uses the selling company's resources efficiently.

Logary Analytics

Measuring marketing effectiveness is hard. Campaigns are reported on different KPIs because they target users in different stages of the consumer journey or they lack measurability. For a marketing lead, responsible for both internal and external specialists, understanding the returns on marketing investments is a nightmare. We solve this problem through data science models that generate continuous recommendations for improved performance. Our model can calculate the returns of marketing investments across different channels and campaigns, and even across offline and online, by learning from millions of rows of marketing data.

Mama Havana

Mama Havana is a premium Latin dance shoe brand that designs and develops professional dance shoes for confident females who value quality and timeless design. Today, the dance footwear market is filled with countless cheap dance shoe models, that vary in design, colour and type of fabrics used. Many of such models are following temporary trends and are poorly sown and thus get out of fashion and break relatively easily, increasing overconsumption. Mama Havana's mission is to slow down the purchasing cycle and provide the best dancing experience by producing shoes that are comfortable, durable, yet pleasing to look at for a long period of time. Motivation for starting this business was born out of a strong passion for Latin dances and a genuine interest and love for shoes. It was strengthened by the personal experiences buying dance shoes online and strongly believing that a better, more conscious Latin dance shoe concept could be introduced to this market.

Leid AS

With our sharing-economy concept Leid, we are on a mission to change consumption one rental at a time. Our goal is to make equipment rental the obvious choice for all your home projects. We have made sure that the customer can book what they need and be able to pick up instantly. They get the perfect “equipment” for the job without having to pay a fortune for those 30 seconds they needed it. Instead of the glue gun ending up forgotten at the bottom of the drawer. We make sure that it gets a lifetime of usage.

50 til 100 er et nytt nettverk hvor vi mobiliserer kompetente og erfarne mennesker alderen 50 år og oppover, til å styrke bedrifter i tidlig fase. Vi har møteplasser hvor modne personer treffer oppstartsbedrifter, og går inn i tettere samarbeid med dem. Alt fra styreplasser og mentorer til rådgivere eller å bli ansatt i en ny bedrift. Vi bruker tilgjengelig erfaring til å skape og styrke fremtidens arbeidsplasser og næringsliv. Gruppen utgjør i våre øyne tidenes mest kompetent og hurtigst voksende befolkningsdel med uutnyttet potensiale. For veldig mange oppstartsbedrifter er det en stor styrke å kunne knytte til seg erfaring, nettverk og kompetanse som de ikke har internt. Vi legger også vekt på at bedriftene i stor grad har ønsker om å løse samfunnsproblemer, i kombinasjon med å tjene penger. 50 til 100 jobber mot vanlige bedrifter (for-profit), sosialt entreprenørskap, non-profits, og organisasjoner. Vi samarbeider også med større virksomheter (private og offentlige) hvor det er 50 plussere som har skaperglede.

WeRug findes på grund af dig og din unikke natur. Fordi du ikke skal begrænses eller nøjes. Aldrig puttes ned i en grå og generaliserende "one-size-fits-all" standard-kasse, når dit behov er ganske særligt. Det skal være nemt for dig at få det, som det passer dig. Også selvom det bare er et tæppe. Indtil nu var det netop besværligt at få tilpassede tæpper til sin bolig eller arbejdsplads. Man skulle gå på kompromis, enten med størrelser, farver, struktur eller pris. Og værst af alt – man skulle finde tiden og lysten til at slæbe sig ned i en fysisk butik for at få rådgivning og kigge på støvede tæpperuller – i stedet for at klare det hele online, ligesom man kan med stort set alt andet til indretningen. En unødvendigt trist og utilfredsstillende proces. Det udfordrer WeRug!

Only recently has the technology matured to combine the concepts lasertag and go-karting. We are now ready to solve the technical challenges. We are a growing startup which is now reemmerging with a climate award for hotels in 2021

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Having a simple way to both order and leave feedback while gaining something from it will create a mutually beneficial situation. And that’s what we have in common. We all want to have a good experience. This is why we do what we do. To create the best possible outcome for both.

We are an IT company with great passion to launch our first product. We have been working hard on the development of our idea and now we are going to bring it into reality. Our first product is a Marketplace salon App that will connect users to salons. Moreover, will open new opportunities for start-ups, small, medium and bigger salons. When we surveyed the market, we see the great need of such an app that allows people to book their appointments with salons based on their performance, price, availability, with just 1 click and give people wider choice to choose the best stylist. As a company, we took this challenge to enter into Nordic Market .because we believe in our idea and we believe that we as a company can grow from smaller size to medium size company in no far future. For the salons, it will be perfect platform that provides them everything related to their business in just an App. To see the performance of their salon as a whole and track loop holes, and make strategy based on the data and improve the performance. Put great offers through our great marketing tools and get more leads and more customers. Be connected and manage their business wherever they are in the world. Salons would be our paid customers by using our subscription model. Whereas for the general user the app will be for free to use. Our main target audience will be salons but at the same time, our target group will be all general users from all forms of life (female, males young, old).
