The one constant in every company's recruitment is the employment interview. Unfortunately, the commonly used unstructured interview style is notoriously prone to bias and a poor predictor of job performance. The current trend in the recruitment industry is adding more tools, skill assessments, personality tests, and prerecorded interviews, all of which only increase recruitment complexity and dehumanize candidate experience while providing little increase to hiring validity. Hireproof takes the opposite approach. We aim to simplify recruitment and make interviews so reliable that companies won't need anything else to reach the best possible hiring decision.

Lalatoys is a new startup, building a sharing economy retail service for children’s toys. The concept is simple: you sign up and pick the toys you want to play with. Whenever the toy becomes needless for your child, send it back and get something else. Billions of dollars are put into the children's toy market yearly, and of these, millions of unwanted toys are send to landfills every year. What is even worse is that a high amount of children's toys are produced from non-biodegradable plastic. By swapping instead of shopping, we can let our children play in a more eco-friendly way. We launched in Marts 2021 and spend more than a year to adapt and develop the concept to fit the market. Now we have had +1000 subscribers and expect to grow steady through the next year! Aside for daily operation and development of the platform and its features which is essential for us to be a scalable business. The idea started, when I, Dinesan, became father for the first time last year. We bought a lot of toys for our daughter (and still do), but in the end it showed that most of the toys our daughter didn't play with after a very short period - it was quite frustrating that we spend money of something, we either would loose money on reselling and would pile up together with the rest. This is however a completely different story when it comes to the artist's ability to perform live, and share their music with people in the real world. Here, the only available Live audio equipment is wired, complicated and extremely time consuming to use and set up - which works directly against the artists wishes of spontaneous creativity and independence of the musical industry.
