LifeTools AS develops digital tools for people with complex needs within the fields of communication, cognition, and challenged behavior. We put the user first and develop dynamic systems with high flexibility based on the unique user's needs. The network around the user will have digital tools to observe, build and publish expressions, routines, and activities into our systems, and use this information back into the interaction with the user. This gives a better foundation in communication and helps increase the quality of life for the user. Our philosophy is to use "everyday technology" such as tablets/phones and cloud-based solutions and develop highly intuitive and dynamic tools for the network. Users (people with special and complex needs) therefore do not need to acquire skills or knowledge in order to use our systems. This makes it easier for those who have great cognitive challenges to make use of our technological solutions.

Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.

Based in Kongsberg - the heart of the Subsea Valley - Kongsberg Ferrotech is utilizing world-leading competence to develop the first-ever automated solution, the Oktapous, for riser cleaning, NDT inspection, maintenance (coating), and structural repair (glass/carbon fiber reinforcement). The repair will be performed inside the patented Habitat - allowing for composite repairs subsea and in the splash zone while offering quality as if the repair was performed in a laboratory environment. The Oktapous will offer the client around 50% cost reduction, together with improved quality and significantly reduced HSE risk compare to existing solutions by removing the need for rope access, divers, and ROVs. Kongsberg Ferrotech is partly funded by the Malaysian-based oil and gas company, Petronas Charigali. This ensures us access to the market needs during development, an offshore platform for prototype testing, and the critical first client for market acceptance. I am Currently Looking to expand my upcoming Scandinavian fashion brand. I started sewing as a hobby, but last year I quit my job to make my hobby my full-time job. My Handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces and theme, have Found a working segment and client group, and the brand is growing fast at the moment. It has come to a point where the sales keep increasing, and I have too much to organize all by myself. I have a bachelor's degree in fashion design and modelling. I Need help and advisors to max out all the possibilities Coming my way. For upcoming future plans, I have a sew- and design book Coming up; in collaboration With the Norwegian book-publishing firm Aschehoug, we Are making a book about my concept, sewing patterns, inspiration and fashion. This book will be ready in September. I also have a collaboration involving a catwalk show With my Handmade pieces in Oslo this summer, and a design job, sewing pieces for a Norwegian artist for a summer tour and tv show. Every month Im sewing a new Collection With new, fun, inspiring pieces for my segment: girls aged 15-35 years. My summer pieces Are selling so well right now, I even have customers from all around the world. So there is a lot happening around my growing brand. Through a diverse range of programs and services, we assist international professionals qualified for a profession abroad to overcome obstacles hindering them from utilizing their skills in Finland. Although society aims at replacing fossil resources with sustainable, renewable alternatives, the production of many materials like plastics and rubbers are still very dependent on fossil fuels. To replace petrol-based rubbers in consumer products, we developed a process to transform birch bark, an abundant residue of the global forestry industry, into the novel biomaterial, Reselo Rubber. Based on a comprehensive material characterisation and encouraging feedback from customers we believe that Reselo Rubber has great potential to replace fossil-derived rubbers in applications like footwear, protective gear, playground flooring and toys.
