Vi redder tøj fra at gå til spilde vha. sjove og engagerende events, værktøjer og fælles aktiviteter. Thanks to their resilience against mechanical and environmental aggressions, these sensors can sensorized even the most aggressive applications in the field. These sensors can be mounted e.g. on a mining machine, or a bridge or tunnel, on a aggressive manufacturing machine and generate data and information about the moving parts of the machines which breaks most often and therefore in crucial need of monitoring. The founders of ElastiSense are all former employees of Danfoss and have been involved on magnitude of projects where they again and again could see the problem. The founder finally took the leap to start up ElastiSense when they received an enquiry from Grundfos on digitalizing their production line with this new technology. Since then the team have succeeded to introduce the product to multitude of markets verticals.

Norway’s unique landscape necessitates one of the most extensive tunnel networks in the world. 1800 road and rail tunnels contribute to 9000km of tunnel in Norway. These are inspected manually by eye and on foot, a time-consuming and hazardous process producing only qualitative data on tunnel safety. To combat these issues, Techrail aims to provide an integrated solution that is safer for inspectors, that does not interfere with traffic, and more comprehensively evaluates the safety of tunnels. Our solution enables the measuring the change of a tunnel’s surface over time, which allows tunnel directors to predict maintenance needs and more accurately evaluate the state of their tunnels. A digital paper trail will also aid regulators in overseeing tunnel maintenance. Furthermore, our technology has a large number of secondary uses that provide value such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), tunnel construction, and crack detection.
