Byggnader formar våra liv. Med byggnader som förbrukar 40% av total energi och producerar 25% av växthusgasutsläppen är denna transformation existentiell. Europa står inför en aldrig tidigare skådad utmaning: renovera 35 miljoner byggnader fram till 2030 för att bekämpa klimatförändringar och energifattigdom. Dock skulle traditionella metoder som kräver expertbesök för varje byggnad ta 40 år bara för planeringsfasen - vilket i praktiken innebär att det inte finns någon genomförbar plan alls för en av de mest samhällskritiska utmaningar av vår tid. Zerotude har utvecklat en banbrytande mjukvara som revolutionerar hur fastighetsbolag angriper energirenoveringar i stor skala. Kärnprodukten genererar omfattande, skräddarsydda renoveringsplaner omedelbart från inget annat än en byggnads adress. Med hjälp av avancerade algoritmer baserade på forskning från LTH (Lunds universitet) analyserar mjukvaran byggnader genom kartdata, AI och energideklarationer för att identifiera de mest kostnadseffektiva renoveringsåtgärderna för att minska energiförbrukning och klimatpåverkan. Zerotudes mjukvara kringgår flaskhalsen. Istället för att kräva fysiska inspektioner skapar den korrekta renoveringsplaner digitalt, och identifierar exakt vilka renoveringar (tak, fönster, väggar, etc.) som kommer vara mest effektiva för varje specifik byggnad. Detta gör det möjligt för planerare att kartlägga renoveringsstrategier för hela städer, län och länder. Sedan lanseringen i augusti har Zerotude snabbt skalat upp till att analysera 5 000 byggnader som representerar 2% av alla svenska lägenheter. Med 8 fler företag som ansluter sig i oktober och aggressiva expansionsplaner siktar de på 20% av svenska lägenheter innan årets slut. Företaget har säkrat tre stora fastighetskunder, erhållit finansiering från Energimyndigheten och investerare inklusive Saminvest, och är positionerat för att skapa Sveriges första omfattande nationella renoveringsplan - direkt stödjande kommande lagstiftning kring implementationen av energiprestandadirektivet. Detta representerar en förskjutning från manuella, byggnad-för-byggnad-bedömningar till automatiserad, rikstäckande renoveringsintelligens.

Alvenir is an open-core speech recognition company. Our product makes it easy for our customers to create and maintain specialized models for their speech and voice projects. We do so by pre-training industry specific foundational models that are easily adjusted and optimized when exposed to new data in the wild. Exur is a Danish startup developing tech for the insurance industry. Our core product is a data enrichment- and delivery platform helping insurance intermediaries with the extensive data collection and processing that precedes an insurance tender or submission. Our mission is simple: we want to activate and engage data in any small-sized, mid-sized and large-scale insurance intermediary. We believe data is poorly leveraged in the insurance industry and it puts both buyers and sellers of insurance at a disadvantage. Therefore, our objective is to provide a method that allows insurance data to be utilized to its full potential. We do this through an innovative technology that systematizes and automates the data collection processes of insurance intermediaries. With more than 10 years of experience from working with data and risk modelling in both the insurance and banking industry, we have developed a framework for efficiently obtaining and processing risk data. With our technology, insurance intermediaries can deliver high-quality datasets to their providing partners without wasting valuable time on manual data collection.

Spect8 is a norwegian tech startup with a mission to help sports organizations, pro-athletes and sponsors that don’t have enough time, capacity, or the necessary skills to reach their potential in growing fan engagement and commercial value. Due to the power of association among consumers, brands allocate an increasing amount of their advertising budgets towards sports teams and athletes. To measure the value of a sponsorship, sponsors rely on manual measurements and expensive consulting services. At the same time, athletes, clubs, and federations are left with few resources to decide what their commercial value is, and often forfeit revenue (and funding for their sport) by underselling their commercial value. To solve this problem, we have developed a tool called Foqus. Foqus is an easy-to-use machine learning tool created for sports teams and individual athletes to determine their commercial value for sponsorships, and for brands to manage and measure multiple agreements. We are currently working with Norsk Toppfotball, sports associations, clubs and and several brands, and are off to a good start to reach our goal of creating a new industry standard for how sponsorship value is created, measured, and driven. The existing team consists of three business developers with expertise in strategy, marketing, sponsorship, data and analysis. In addition, we have associated development teams with both front-end, back-end and database expertise. We have recently become a part of StartupLab's Accelerator program, are supported by Innovation Norway and have ambitions to scale our business both nationally and internationally in the coming years. We therefore wish to expand our team with a skilled developer who also wants to make a professional career as an entrepreneur. The CTO will have the overall responsibility for the further development and scaling of our core product, Foqus, as well as the development of new tools and concepts going forward.
