Operating

Operating is the SaaS tool to run an agency business we wished we had when co-founding and growing consultancies like Futurice, Reaktor and Columbia Road. Operating connects upcoming work from a CRM with people's skills, availability, and time tracking data to minimize idle time, keep projects profitable, and consultants motivated. In the same app, you can plan, track time spent and create invoices – it's an end-to-end solution for operating a lean, modern consulting firm. We've reached nice amount of MRR self-funded, and are now growing the team to develop the product further, and to go global. Below you can see us visiting our customers, old and new, in the UK and the US. We are a very pragmatic startup and have chosen not to conduct photoshoots of our team working in our office :)

LM Consulting

LM Consulting specializes in career coaching, workshop delivery, and public speaking, supporting ambitious women in STEM careers. We design and provide clients with various customizable coaching programs catering to their individual needs. For us, coaching means exploring, discovering, and empowering people on their journey to self-discovery and success. Coaching is the source of inspiration, motivation, and progress, creating experiences and emotions that will last a lifetime. Personal approach, creativity, and trust are the cornerstones of our path together.

Astma Allergi Shoppen ApS

Astma Allergi Shoppen ApS er en virksomhed dedikeret til at forbedre livet for mennesker med allergi og astma. Grundlagt for fire år siden af Kristina Andersen, drevet af hendes personlige erfaringer med sønnen Elliots alvorlige allergiske reaktioner, har virksomheden vokset sig fra et hjemmebaseret initiativ til et omfattende lager i Roskilde. Kristinas motivation til at starte Astma Allergi Shoppen stammer fra de udfordringer og mangler, hun stødte på i sin søgen efter allergivenlige produkter. Hun indså, at mange produkter, der markedsføres som "allergivenlige", faktisk ikke lever op til dette løfte. Dette førte til, at hun personligt undersøgte og testede hvert produkt, hun tilbyder, sikrende at de virkelig kan gøre en forskel for mennesker med allergi eller astma. Hun trækker viden fra anerkendte kilder og organisationer som Asthma Allergy Nordic, ECARF, NOMITE, DTU, Videncenter for Allergi, COPSAC og Lungeforeningen. Virksomheden startede med en investering på 40.000 kroner og gode leverandøraftaler. Fra at købe kun et par stykker af hvert produkt, er Astma Allergi Shoppen nu vokset til at bestille store mængder, hvilket afspejler den stigende efterspørgsel og kundetilfredshed. Oprindeligt hjemmebaseret, flyttede virksomheden først til et lille lager i Hillerød og derefter til det nuværende store lager i Roskilde. Ud over at levere produkter, engagerer virksomheden sig også i projekter for at forbedre arbejdsmiljøet i hjemmeplejen og hos virksomheder. Virksomheden arbejder på at udvikle sine egne produkter, såsom kemifrie madrasser, for at imødekomme et marked med begrænsede muligheder. Astma Allergi Shoppen har opnået en betydelig omsætning, og Kristina sigter efter endnu højere mål i de kommende år, inklusive en potentiel Gazelle-pris. Hendes virksomhed er ikke blot et handelsforetagende, men en passioneret indsats for at skabe en bedre hverdag for allergikere og astmatikere.

Digital Commerce Finland on digitaalisen kaupan vertaisyhteisö, joka koostuu verkkokaupoista, palveluntarjoajista, digitaalisesta kaupasta kiinnostuneista sekä siihen vaikuttavista tahoista. Missiomme on kiihdyttää digitaalisen kaupan kehitystä ja kasvua Suomessa. Tarjoamme yhteisön jäsenillemme esim. valmennus-, koulutus- ja verkostoitumistapahtumia, kansainvälisiä koulutusmatkoja, toimialan markkinatietoa ja yhteisön coworking-tilan, jossa tulee operoimaan myös digitaalisen kaupan kiihdyttämö alan lupaavimmille yrityksille. Hubbl

Hubbl is developing an innovative platform to revolutionze workplace interactions. Our core product empowers employees at larger companies or coworking spaces to foster meaningful connections, tackling the growing issue of social isolation and disconnection in modern workplaces. We believe in the power of genuine relationships to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity, and our secret sauce lies in creating engaging, user-friendly tools that bridge the social gap. We're addressing the pervasive challenge of social disconnection at work. It affects employees across industries, leading to feelings of isolation and hindering collaborative teamwork. With remote work becoming more prevalent, this problem is more widespread than ever, impacting both coworking spaces, large corporations and scale-ups struggling to keep their tightly knit culture with their growth. Our solution targets everyone from HR professionals and community managers striving to build inclusive cultures to individual employees seeking genuine workplace relationships. Hubbl offers a dynamic app enabling employees to create and join social hubbles (activities) seamlessly. As a borderless and unconventional museum, we are open and live for people and ideas everywhere. We drive actions, rather than showcase artefacts. Læsk

Læsk is out to challenge the soda industry by offering fermented soft drinks that has less sugar and less calories than conventional sodas. Through fermentation and being selective with ingrediens, we create well-balanced drinks without alcohol that are less sweet. The kombucha category is fairly new and despite Læsk being the leading brand in Denmark, represented in 7Eleven, Coop and lots of restaurants and cafes across the country, there's still a lot of customer education to be made. It is a fun journey and we are driven by the opportunity to get people to make better choices for themselves. Founder Line started Læsk because she thought the soda category was boring and drinks were too sweet. Cheers to a healthier soda!

HverdagsAI

Vi hjælper danske virksomheder med AI. Det gælder både undervisning, rådgivning, udvikling, samt egne AI produkter de kan nyde godt af. Vi udvikler ikke egne sprogmodeller eller leverer "kundeservice chatbots" på samlebånd. Men ligger os midt imellem, med løsninger, der er tilpasset den enkelte virksomhed. Derudover vil der det kommende år være endnu større fokus på egne interne projekter og produkter inden for AI feltet. Vi startede med udelukkkende at udbyde kurser i AI til danske virksomheder, med stort fokus på praktik. Vi afholder stadig mange kurser, men oplever oftere og oftere, at folk søger yderligere specialist hjælp til projekter. Hvorfor vi udvider den gren. Udover HverdagsAI.dk driver vi også "subbrandsne" ChatGPTkursus.dk og Copilotkursus.dk. Plus et par andre brands/produkter, der snart vil blive lanceret.

Boet

The Swedish Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments [Lagen om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade] (LSS) is an entitlement law that guarantees good living conditions for people with extensive and permanent functional impairment, ensuring that they receive the help they need in daily life and that they can influence the support and services they receive. Boet's goal is to strengthen the individual's influence, participation and self-determination through easily accessible and clear educational support for the individual, which also gives the staff the conditions to provide the right support, in the right way, at the right time. With Boet, the user can participate and influence the planning and implementation of the intervention. The staff at recidences with special services are heroes! It is therefore important to protect the resources that are available. Boet gives the staff a tool that facilitates their important work, so that they can in turn do their best to help and support the users.

Nordic Gazelle ApS

We are creating content on TikTok organic as well as for ads. What we are doing differently is that we take a databased stand to content, where we do 3-4 weeks of research prior to production. Firms in the northen countries wants to enter TikTok, but often do not have the time nor knowlegde to do so. That is there we, Nordic Gazelle, provide them with a opportunity that does not only solve this, but connect their TikTok to their sales funnel, in accordance with the customers core values and strategy.
