Currently, its a standard in the industry that customer goes to the shop with the piece of clothing and the price is negotiated. We wanted to make repairing clothes as easy as ordering new ones. For tailors, we improve their efficiency by reducing the amount of customer interaction and service needed - which can take up to half of the working time. Soon, we also enable hobbyists to make an extra income off their skills.
