Niuton is a deep tech platform that works on autonomous and decentralized solutions based on Newtonian principles and our end customers are hedge funds. Currently, we have a team of five people, the tech dev and research stretches three years back and we have been with one year live with clients. Now we are looking for a senior python specialist to automate the data flow in and out of our core machinery. The data feed into Niutons machinery is from Twelvedata and the output is clients around the world. For the right candidate, we can consider offering 0.5% of shares equity (valuation right now 7.5 million USD), you will be assisted by our other senior python specialist that handles the core machinery itself. The expected duration of this assignment is three to four months ONLY. Start date 1. January 2022. Resources have to be available 100% of the time during the assignment, most preferably in Oslo. New drugs for treating diseases of Down syndrome. More than 1% of the global GDP is spent on nursing demented people, and the number requiring nursing will triple within 2050. The disease is progressive, leading to death. There is no current cure available, only symptomatic treatments. Individuals born with Down syndrome have a more than 10x risk of developing dementia as well as a host of other diseases including diabetes. Our drug target, DYRK1A is an enzyme found on chromosome 21, and is considered a key factor determining developmental and medical challenges faced by individuals with Down. The enzyme interacts with multiple biological mechanisms involved in Alzheimer’s and autoimmune diseases. Advanced drug designUsing advanced drug design technologies, we have designed a potent DYRK1A inhibitor drug, PST-900. A use and substance of matter patent have been applied for. The company is currently working on chemical Lead Optimisation with 8 full-time medicinal chemists contracted.Financing and milestonesThe Company raised NOK 5 million in 2015 and 8.8 MNOK in 2016/2017, matching non-dilutive research (BIA) and business grants (Innovation Norway). Zirius Kompetanse is a two-year-old company that delivers all training for the users of Zirius ERP.  We specialize in e-learning, but also hold courses at different locations in Norway on the system Zirius, accounting, VAT rules, and changes. As Zirius expands, so do we, so now we also will cover payroll-system, and HR and will make a training program for new hires, etc. We use Moodle as our LMS (Learning Management System), and use a local provider in Lillehammer, who is the only Norwegian Moodle partner.   We also make promo-videoes for Zirius, our customers, and other companies. Zirius Kompetanse started with Sissel Rogne as Manager, and a board consisting of the owners, which is Zirius and a few of the sales offices. I have hired one person for Project Management and video production. I have a vision of doing social entrepreneurship and have a good dialog with NAV. The person I hired came through a training program in NAV and ended up getting a work contract. We have built a good course portfolio, and are ready to start a more active sales process, which we need more marketing funds to do, and we need to upgrade our LMS, make integrations with other sites, and hire one more person to work with course development.

Game-changing technology for structural integrity monitoring. The Ferrx FEMM (Ferrx ElectroMagnetic Method) has been developed and tested for 2 decades, first by SINTEF and since 2005 by Ferrx. The method has provided unique features for the condition monitoring of steel structures. Material deterioration can be directly measured and early warning of risk for fatigue can be established long before any crack is detectable. Furthermore, the same sensors can also measure changes in metal loss, and thus provide for non-intrusive monitoring of internal corrosion and erosion in pipes. During the last years, instrumentation technology has been industrialized and the first commercial systems have been delivered and installed. Different types of instrumentation systems are available both for onshore and offshore/subsea applications. The industrialization, marinization, and production of the instrumentation systems are being done in cooperation with the most specialized suppliers. Ferrx is an independent company located in Trondheim, Norway with the business idea to provide the FEMM technology for different onshore and offshore markets to monitor the actual condition of steel structures and thus prevent loss of assets and pollution of the environment. The FEMM is protected by 2 patents and all rights are vested in Ferrx. The system for riser inspection has been qualified by DNV-GL in accordance with DNV-RP-A203 Technology Qualification.

Based in Kongsberg - the heart of the Subsea Valley - Kongsberg Ferrotech is utilizing world-leading competence to develop the first-ever automated solution, the Oktapous, for riser cleaning, NDT inspection, maintenance (coating), and structural repair (glass/carbon fiber reinforcement). The repair will be performed inside the patented Habitat - allowing for composite repairs subsea and in the splash zone while offering quality as if the repair was performed in a laboratory environment. The Oktapous will offer the client around 50% cost reduction, together with improved quality and significantly reduced HSE risk compare to existing solutions by removing the need for rope access, divers, and ROVs. Kongsberg Ferrotech is partly funded by the Malaysian-based oil and gas company, Petronas Charigali. This ensures us access to the market needs during development, an offshore platform for prototype testing, and the critical first client for market acceptance.
