Denmark’s Space Sector Landing Pad Space Denmark is a newly created, independent umbrella for Denmark’s space ecosystem. We create cohesion through networking activities, community-building efforts, and targeted international engagement. Our focus is on raising the visibility of Danish space companies and connecting them to people and opportunities that matter. A Changing Sector The space sector is moving fast. Denmark is home to both experienced players and emerging talent, and interest in the field is growing. As the landscape evolves, there’s a need for a neutral platform that can support progress without getting in the way. That’s where we come in. Action with Purpose We design initiatives that respond to real needs in the ecosystem. Delegation visits, insight reports, and direct support to organisations are some of the ways we work. Our approach is flexible and changing to the demands of our members and the sector. Why We Started Space Denmark was founded to fill a gap. The idea came from direct conversations with people in the sector who were already doing the work but needed someone to connect it. We built something that could grow with the sector – simply focused on bringing a new level of ambition to Denmark's space sector.

For decades newly started businesses, in large part of Europe, has been discarded by traditional incumbent banks. Many have been declined when applying for a basic business bank account and small business loans. We are here to change that! We want to ensure financial inclusion for all micro businesses in Europe, both newly started businesses and existing micro businesses. The segment is severely underserved in many markets and they are struggling to get serviced by current players. The competitions is very low in this segment, despite the segment accounting for 22,8 million micro businesses in Europe. The potential is huge and we are seizing the opportunity! What is Banking as a Service (BaaS)? BaaS is a model that allows non-bank businesses (like Monii) to offer financial services by integrating bank products through APIs. It enables companies to provide banking-like services without becoming a licensed bank.   How BaaS model works? BaaS allows non-banking businesses to offer financial services through licensed banks. FabiBoks is a Danish startup founded by a former researcher on a mission to make Denmark curious again. We help families kick-start play with creative DIY boxes filled with ideas, materials, and inspiration for hands-on learning. Our products are made with sustainable materials from European suppliers and packed in Denmark. After a successful crowdfunding campaign with an average rating of 9/10, we now have five fully developed, tested boxes and are preparing to scale — expanding our webshop, forming retail partnerships, and developing new creative experiences for curious kids.
