Solid IO is developing a test that shows in advance whether immuno-oncology (IO) drugs will work for each cancer patient, helping doctors avoid trial-and-error and giving more patients access to these promising medicines. IO drugs are transforming cancer care, but they don’t work for everyone. Today, most patients tat receive these treatments don't benefit. Valuable time and resources are lost, and side effects and emotional stress can be heavy. This problem touches millions of people worldwide, frustrates doctors, and slows down the development of new IO drugs. Our solution is a test that mimics a patient’s cancer and immune system outside the body. With it, doctors and researchers can see how that patient reacts to IO medicines before starting treatment. This means patients get a more effective plan right away, and pharma and biotech companies can design smarter, faster trials for new IO drugs and combinations. We started Solid IO because we believe cancer patients deserve more than guesswork. In our work we saw how life-changing IO medicines can be, but also how devastating it is when they fail. The system parses PDF or digital bids, compares them against structured industry data (such as Molio standards), and highlights missing items, hidden costs, or inflated pricing. Instead of relying on manual review by expensive consultants, users can within minutes receive a clear, data-driven analysis showing whether the bid is fair and where they should ask critical questions before signing. Nordic Bio-Graphite aims to transform industries toward a net-zero future by supplying CO2 negative graphite. Graphite is the largest component in EV batteries and a critical material for green steel production. However, traditional production methods emit up to 20 kg of CO2 per kg of graphite and consumes significant energy. Leveraging two patent-pending innovations developed by leading materials scientists at KTH Sweden, we have developed the first solution to produce fossil-free graphite from bio-based materials at scale. This unique process enables us to produce green graphite at a cost close to fossil based graphite, while significantly reducing emissions and boosting energy efficiency. Within four years, NBG aims to prevent over 150,000 tonss of CO2 emissions annually.
