Our company was born in the waste industry and designed to change it. About Kørt Kørt is a female owned and founded. The name Kørt is my (Courtney - owner, and founder) nickname after a mispronunciation occurred in the job I was transferred to Norway to do, at DNV. I've been leather crafting for 9 years now. I owned a small leather goods business in Australia which broke even and was gaining consistent orders before I had to choose to either continue or relocate to Norway with my day job. I am building Kørt because, in my corporate career, I was traveling internationally regularly but could never find the bag that did all the functions I needed. Travel size laptop bag, great for in the board room and customer meetings, easy to take around while exploring the city I was in, and could also take me to a bar or black tie event, and then become a backpack to take on the plane when I was flying home the next day. In all my travels I didn't find anything, so I created it myself. I am building my company right from the start. I am fully focused on the entire supply chain of my materials and manufacturing. Chargo er en «bysykkelløsning for powerbanks». Tjenesten lanseres i Oslo i samarbeid med Telenor og baserer seg på utleiebare powerbanks, slik at kunder kan lade mobiltelefoner på farten. Systemet fungerer likt bysykler, hvor kunden kan leie en powerbank fra et nettverk av ladestasjoner via vår app. Ladestasjonene vil bli plassert i kiosker, barer, cafeer, restauranter, museer, osv. Vårt mål er at en Chargo stasjon alltid skal være i nærheten, og håper at folk vil ta i bruk tjenesten på lik linje med Voi og Lime. This award-winning technology is not affected by changes in blood circulation, heart rate, hypotensia, environmental temperatures, and hypoxia, and shows low variation between individuals at the same level of pain. The pain monitor can be used on patients as young as 23 weeks of gestational age, as well as geriatric patients. MS is currently working on a miniaturized and wireless version of the SCA.

It doesn't only cause pollution, but also torture and death of enormous amounts of animals. About 10% of the total amount of seafood harvested are wasted to ghost fishing. Hundreds of thousands of crab- and lobster traps are lost every years. In the Florida Keys alone an estimated 100 000 traps are lost every yearCaptured animals starve to death, and become bait for others to follow. Lost traps thus become endless killing machines at a severe societal and environmental cost. Over time traps also start dissolving, releasing microplastics into the ocean, working its way into the food chain and polluting our seafood. The solution:ResqUnit is a device that's mounted on top of a trap or a pot. If the trap is left under water for a longer period of time, ResqUnit activates and floats to the surface. Thus enabling you to retrieve it.We are hoping to raise awareness so that anyone who sees the unique floating device, will either pull up the equipment or report it's location. That way everybody can do their part keeping the oceans cleaner and stop the unnecessary killing of sea life.

Fishency Innovation can give access to the entire salmon industry to affordable equipment to count automatically sea lice in the cage. Monitoring sea lice is the key to controlling them, it is access to good decision support for optimized treatments and to a reliable tool to measure the efficiency of preventive measures and existing treatments. Today, sea lice are counted manually over 20 fish, every week, in each cage. It is labor-demanding, and the collected data are not reliable. Sustainability starts with good data.

"Sammen om en jobb" (Together for a Job) is a Norwegian NGO running a mentor program between young immigrants and elderly Norwegians. DogCue is developed by Liceer AS, a Norwegian tech startup founded back in 2013. DogCue is the world's 1st dog show organizer (app). The app simplifies the organization and execution of dog shows and is meant to improve the experience for both the show organizers and participants. DogCue is an end-to-end management system for handling dog shows. It is not only a very useful mobile app for participants during the show but also has the tools needed for organizing and setting up an event. The product will be launched in 120 countries during the fall of 2016 through a collaboration with an international dog club organization.
