Nordic Waves Group

Nordic Waves Group is a Danish climate-tech and education startup building digital tools and learning experiences that help people better understand climate change, sustainability, and their own impact on the world around them. We believe one of the biggest barriers to climate action is not a lack of information, but a lack of understanding. Climate science is often complex, fragmented, and difficult to translate into everyday decisions. At the same time, traditional learning formats struggle to engage younger generations in meaningful ways. Our mission is to make climate literacy accessible, engaging, and actionable. We are currently focused on two core product areas: Greenhouse Calculator (GHC) – an AI-powered carbon footprint platform that helps users understand their emissions through intuitive calculations, personalized insights, and practical recommendations. The platform is designed to make climate impact understandable in minutes rather than hours. Educational Gaming Universe – a science-based learning platform that combines educational games, interactive experiences, and immersive technologies to teach climate and sustainability concepts. Rather than building games for entertainment alone, we are creating learning experiences with clear educational objectives, developed in collaboration with educators, game designers, developers, and climate scientists. What makes Nordic Waves unique is our interdisciplinary approach. Our team brings together professionals and volunteers from technology, climate science, education, game development, design, communications, and business development. We work closely with a Climate Scientist Board and a growing Teacher Community to ensure that our products are both scientifically credible and educationally relevant. Today, Nordic Waves is an international team of passionate contributors working across Europe and beyond. Mitt Barnebarn

Mitt Barnebarn er en seniorhjelp-bedrift i Trondheim. Vi hjelper hjemmeboende seniorer med det praktiske i hverdagen: renhold, hagearbeid, småreparasjoner, handling og digital hjelp. Navnet sier det meste: vi stiller opp slik et barnebarn ville gjort. Et menneske på døra, god teknologi i ryggen. Problemet vi jobber med er at mange eldre faller mellom familie som ikke rekker det, og en kommune med vedtak og ventelister. De trenger trygg, fast hjelp uten byråkrati. Det er det vi gir dem, med samme hjelper hver gang. Det som gjør oss spesielle: hjelperne våre er unge mennesker, og for mange er dette den første jobben. Hvert besøk blir et generasjonsmøte der en ungdom og en senior faktisk blir kjent. Vi tror unge kan styrke eldreomsorgen og avlaste en presset kommune, og vi bygger en bedrift som beviser det. Vi er et ungt team som bygger noe fra bunnen, og vi tenker stort: å vokse by for by, og gjøre kontoret til en hub der unge får prøve egne ideer, lære ferdigheter de tar med seg videre, og bygge noe som betyr noe. Å jobbe hos oss skal være meningsfullt, og du skal vokse av det.

OMotion

OMotion is a developer and manufacturer of light electric sports vehicles. Our current model is the OMOTION 2, a street-legal electric 3-wheeler which is intended for leisure driving and short distance commuting. We are also working on a new model, which is intended to be our premium model of the 3-wheelers. In this project we are working in many different fields, such as vehicle dynamics, powertrain, lightweight construction, aerodynamics, electronics, embedded software, design.

Om House of Leap I Januar 2023 stiftede Christian Mailind og Victor Prager House of Leap. House of Leap består af 3 ben. LeapMarketers, LeapSystems og LeapAI. I LeapAI hjælper vi traditionelle virksomheder med at automatisere manuelle processer og effektivisere interne arbejdsopgaver med hjælp fra AI. I LeapSystems rådgiver vi andre virksomheder hvordan de skal forbedre deres markedsførings indsats og salgs processer. I LeapMarketers hjælper vi ambitiøse virksomheder og content creators med at vokse igennem datadrevet digital markedsføring og salg på sociale medier. Vores kundeporteføjle er inden for e-commerce, fitness, coaching og content creation i markeder som Danmark, UK, USA, Sverige og mere.

Our customers include some of Norway's largest companies such as Skatteetaten, DNB, Vipps, VY, and Norsk Helsenett. We have facilitated over 12,000 user tests through our platform, making it faster and easier for companies to gather valuable user insights.

GradeAid

The Problem: What problem are you attempting to solve, and how big is it? Children suffering from school refusal systematically fall out of the education system because traditional teaching methods fail to meet their individual learning needs. Today, 110,000 children have experienced school refusal—equivalent to one in five students. This target group becomes isolated at home during their school years, which later leads to difficulties in securing and maintaining employment, costing society 2.2 billion annually. Research shows that the most critical factor for these students is restoring their self-confidence regarding learning; they need to experience learning as a positive activity and process the traumas that led to their school refusal (The Back2School Modular Cognitive Behavioral Intervention, 2024). Therefore, before attempting to reintegrate students into the physical school environment, it is crucial to rebuild their confidence and bring them up to the academic level of their peers to reduce feelings of stigmatization. The Solution: What is your idea? Describe your product or service. GradeAid is an AI agent that creates personalized learning experiences. Students simply scan their homework or verbalize what they wish to learn. Our AI then generates tailored content derived from pedagogically validated materials, specifically designed for children who lack academic confidence or have fallen behind. The system continuously learns from the student's interactions and automatically adapts the curriculum. This helps restore the self-confidence and joy of learning that many of these students lack, while ensuring the process is both personalized and fun. The platform features a 24/7 AI tutor providing instant feedback. Through gamification, students earn coins for their virtual pets. This approach was selected because research has long established that gamification effectively builds confidence and helps children re-engage with learning (Impact of gamification on school engagement: a systematic review, 2024). Instead of forcing the child to fit the system, our technology adapts to the child's way of learning. Our intention is to build confidence so that children find it easier to return to school, equipped with the mental energy to focus on social reintegration. The platform supports both English and Danish. We are currently testing the Danish version.

Reveel is the leading all-in-one visitor experience platform for destinations and attractions. Through our software, attractions can turn their old paper maps into interactive digital guides in minutes, which open up in the visitors’ phones directly in their own languages. Reveel also provides attractions an opportunity to sell the visitors entrance tickets directly through global payment methods, making the visitor experience more accessible. The Reveel Studio allows attractions to maintain and update their guides seamlessly, as well as analyse valuable visitor data. All of this makes us the go-to solution for attractions and destinations looking to finally bring the visitor experience to the 21st century. Reveel is trusted by National Museums, capital cities and world-famous UNESCO-sites, but also small countryside historical sites and municipalities, from Lapland to Mexico. We believe that modern visitor experiences should be a no-brainer for all attractions. We’re looking to revolutionise traveltech, and we’re just getting started!

As the landscape evolves, there’s a need for a neutral platform that can support progress without getting in the way. That’s where we come in. Action with Purpose We design initiatives that respond to real needs in the ecosystem. Delegation visits, insight reports, and direct support to organisations are some of the ways we work. Our approach is flexible and changing to the demands of our members and the sector. Why We Started Space Denmark was founded to fill a gap. The idea came from direct conversations with people in the sector who were already doing the work but needed someone to connect it. We built something that could grow with the sector – simply focused on bringing a new level of ambition to Denmark's space sector.

Milva

Milva er en innovativ dansk techvirksomhed, der udvikler avancerede softwareløsninger til ressource-, miljø-, og materialekortlægning i byggebranchen. Vores mål er at hjælpe både private aktører og offentlige myndigheder med at effektivisere deres processer gennem præcis registrering, prøvetagning og afrapportering. Vores løsninger gør det nemt for kunderne at overholde lovgivning og bidrage til et bedre arbejdsmiljø. I Milva er vi ved at revolutionere måden, man dokumenterer materialer og eksisterende ejendomme på. Med vores software, Milva, har vi vendt hele processen på hovedet og omdanner en eksisterende bygning til en minedrift frem for den bunke affald, som det oftest opfattes i dag. I processen nedsætter vi tidsforbruget, standardiserer data og automatiserer afrapporteringen for lovpligtige processer. Den korte version er, at vi med vores digitale værktøj i hånden under en fysisk inspektion af huset kan finde ud af, præcist hvad det indeholder af materialer, miljørisiko og muligheder. En Milva-rapport bliver beriget med en masse ekstra data og udregninger, på baggrund af de informationer, som der er indsamlet på matriklen. Informationer som enten er lovpligtige, nødvendige eller snart bliver det. Det er mega smart, hvis vi selv skal sige det, at automatisere tidskrævende skrivebordsopgaver og standardisere dataformatet. Alle aktørerne i byggebranchen, de offentlige instanser og endda civilsamfundet har interesse i den data vi dagligt indsamler og behandler. Denne information kan vi bruge til at optimere logistiklinier, projektøkonomier, arbejdsmiljø, forsyningssikkerhed, affaldsstatistikker og meget, meget mere på sigt. Vi har fundet en lille niche som ingen andre udvikler digitalt, men som alle har interesse i. Nogle vil endda kalde det fundamentalt for udviklingen af fremtidens digitale byggeindustri. Men hvis vi skal være helt ærlige, så er det de økonomiske besparelser og effektiv compliance vores kunder oplever i dag, der er den primære årsag til væksten på vores SaaS. Det med cirkularitet og bæredygtighed har større potentiale i fremtiden. Et enormt potentiale!
