”We want to transform the way we seek out and receive information.” Kupla is an AI-based media platform. The AI software collects data across all news sites in Denmark 24/7, thereby creating a fully encompassing news platform that can solve a lot of problems for companies and brands. The platform features useful tools which include a news search engine, surveillance of keywords, a variety of search functions to provide a fast and purposeful news overview, and much, much more. kupla.io not only provides our users with insight and access to all news sites in Denmark, all in one place. It is also a contribution to change the way companies look at news. “News articles are published in unfathomable numbers, on more platforms than ever.” Kupla is contributing to advancing a purposeful and insightful news overview, detached from algorithms, click bait and hidden agendas. Our mission is to provide media transparency, which has all but disappeared today. When searching on Google or clicking on a news site, one often wonders: Why are these articles shown? Is it because of algorithms? Click bait? Hidden agendas? – or actual relevance? Is it original journalism or reposted content from somewhere else? Our platform empowers our users by providing them with the ability to navigate in the news without questioning any of the above. “The news are a societal phenomenon that we can learn a lot from.“ The infrastructure we are building for our AI models is unique in the way it has the capacity to manage and store information about the whole world of media. The structuring of news data allows us to explore the societal phenomenon that news are. By enabling our AI models to learn more about the news, we are teaching AI’s about human society as a whole. This advances the quality of AI technology. “We want to be the best at utilizing AI-models and suit them to our purposes.“ We are building the technological infrastructure in which current and future AI-models of the highest caliber can perform at their best. Our infrastructure will be able to cater not just one or two, but hundreds of AI-models. We plan to use existing – and future – AI-systems, wipe them clean and adjust them to our purposes. This includes ensuring that new AI-models will inherit the knowledge and memories from the previous ones. In doing so, we believe we will become more agile than our competitors. Our product: Kupla consolidates news stories from all media sources into one single, accessible news site. Our platform empowers the users by giving them complete freedom of choice, enabling them to navigate the entire media landscape fast and easy and monitor keywords of interest to them. Our AI’s will also analyze the behavior of news publishers, enabling our users to gain more in depth insight into their media presence: timelines: how frequently a company/brand is mentioned the nature of the publicity (positive or negative) early warnings regarding potential media storms geographical data: in what areas are people talking about your company/brand Our message is simple. We have created a tool based on artificial intelligence that can solve a lot of problems for companies – and change the way we use the internet. We offer media transparency – an impartial news overview and insight into the way stories develop over time. By bringing together news articles from every media site into one platform, Kupla enables companies to access news more efficiently, allowing them to strengthen their strategies and make informed decisions.

SLASHPLAY

SLASHPLAY has spent the past two years developing a Discord-based game-server hosting solution for gamers. Our bot can set up and configure game servers through Discord chat, reducing setup time from approximately 30+ minutes to 3 minutes and cutting costs for users. We achieve cost efficiency by utilizing cloud infrastructure, enabling on-demand services. This means we only incur costs when we generate revenue, allowing us to offer a more affordable and convenient service. By integrating our service into a Discord bot, we engage with our customers directly on their preferred platform, ensuring seamless interaction and accessibility. Additionally, we have recently secured Innofounder funding, which will accelerate our development and expand our capabilities.

Calori

Hi, we are Calori - a fast-growing and ambitious startup on a meaningful mission to help people make a lifelong transition towards better lifestyles. We help people achieve healthier lifestyles, create the right habits, and get in shape with our personalized meal plans. We plan, cook, and deliver all the meals based on the nutritional needs of every customer. Over the past year, we’ve launched a successful pilot, completed the Kiuas accelerator program, and closed a funding round. In 2024, our goal is to execute a full-scale launch in the Helsinki area before scaling to other cities in Finland and other countries. In the long term, we see a huge potential for integrating Calori with other services related to health and well-being management. That is why we are building a stellar team of top talent who share our vision and ambitions.

Nabostylisten is a platform offering beauty services performed at the comfort of your home, office, friends place, nursing home, ANYWHERE. We give buyers a chance to get beauty services performed wherever they are located. We help beauty stylists create a living out of their dreams and to be their own boss by giving them a platform to showcase their work, get bookings and a dashboard with all necessary tools. The way people use beauty services today is unnecessary complicated. There is a million different choices and they are all on different platforms, lacking a uniformed list of information. Beauty services are performed in salons- as they have been for the last 100 years. In recent years more and more stylists have transferred their businesses to Instagram where they can showcase pictures of their work and get in touch with potential clients, doing their bookingsystem via direct messages. This has resulted in a huge and unstructured beauty service market, confusing for both buyers and sellers. Making it difficult for buyers to get an overview of the offers and for stylists to be visible for customers, as well as a lacking booking system. On top of this buyers still have to travel to the salons and set all of their responsibilities aside to get a service performed in a salon. This problem affects men and women, in all ages and lifestyles all over the world. Especially in Norway with our remote landscape, hectic lifestyles and beauty needs always developing. Nabostylistens solution to the mentioned problems above is a one-stop-hub for buying and selling beauty services. Giving a full and uniformed overview of stylists and their services within your area with prices, pictures, duration, descriptions, bio of stylist, timeslots available and a booking flow. Customers can choose to get the service done at their location to fit beauty needs into their hectic everyday life. Stylists will only need nabostylisten for all of their duties, booking overview, chat, services and profile, income section, working schedule and a platform to showcase their business. Nabostylisten is founded by Tomas Erdis, a well known and sought after makeup artist with over 13 years of experience. Tomas is one of Norways absolute best and most booked stylists. He has worked with brands, celebrities, other profiles and regular customers. He noticed that normal people did not know if they were allowed to book him for his services, or how to do it. He has been delivering services at location all of his career and noticed that for other stylists this was not the regular way to work. He was able to meet his clients needs by travelling to them, and in doing so he became very popular. 
Tomas knows what it’s like to be on your own, trying to get a name for yourself in the business. He wants to help other stylists so that they do not have to go through the same challenges as he did. He also wants buyers to be able to express their beauty needs and for everyone, no matter who you are to get beauty services that suit you!

Launched amidst Covid-19 in 2020, we swiftly adapted to the emergent needs by supplying face masks, Covid-19 self-tests and disposable gloves to governments and retailers, marking our foothold in the health sector. Since then, we've expanded our vision to encapsulate a broader range of self-testing products, aspiring to become a brand synonymous with quality and reliability. Our ethos is grounded in bridging the gap between demand and supply of health-centric products, ensuring they are within reach for everyone. By intertwining innovation with practicality, we aim to present a curated range of products that resonate with the prevailing health consciousness.

Læsk

Læsk is out to challenge the soda industry by offering fermented soft drinks that has less sugar and less calories than conventional sodas. Through fermentation and being selective with ingrediens, we create well-balanced drinks without alcohol that are less sweet. The kombucha category is fairly new and despite Læsk being the leading brand in Denmark, represented in 7Eleven, Coop and lots of restaurants and cafes across the country, there's still a lot of customer education to be made. It is a fun journey and we are driven by the opportunity to get people to make better choices for themselves. Founder Line started Læsk because she thought the soda category was boring and drinks were too sweet. Cheers to a healthier soda!

No more hassle with paperwork or waiting in line. We are 100% digital and are providing a full insurance experience in the pockets of everyone leaving their homes. In Norway 50% of all young adults don't have travel insurance, and they perceive insurance as complicated, expensive and unavailable. At the same time, the insurance industry lacks digitisation with only 40% of all insurance sales taking place on a digital platform. We have developed travel insurance tailored to the specific needs of each traveller, all within a convenient and user-friendly app. By harnessing the power of GEO-fencing we ensure travellers receive seamless coverage when and where they need it, offering a level of flexibility unseen in the industry. We have built the insurance product, and we are going to build the app. Simen started working on Kvikk while studying Innovation & Management, and has previously been travelling around the world several times and do understand the importance of travel insurance. We honestly believe that insurance companies should do better. In this digital world, insurance should be more available for the customer. There should be possible to buy insurance, get an overview and file claims within minutes, and always available in your own pocket. We also believe in fair and transparent products, where the customer actually gets a personalised products tailored to their own travel pattern. We want to rewrite the rules of insurance by making it available, fair, easy and personalised.
