Vievo

Vievo installs smart charging lockers for e-bike batteries at workplaces and commercial properties in Sweden, delivered as a fully managed service. The problem: more people commute by e-bike, and their lithium-ion batteries end up charging under desks, in stairwells and in bike rooms. A faulty battery can go into thermal runaway, so many facility managers do the only thing they can and ban indoor charging. Staff charge anyway, because they need the battery to get home. That leaves a safety risk nobody controls and a policy nobody follows. Our solution: every battery gets its own ventilated compartment with gas and heat detection, automatic power cut-off and built-in suppression. The cabinet is designed so that a failing battery does not spread to the compartment next to it. Employees get a safe place to charge while they work, and the building gets one monitored charging point instead of dozens of chargers in random sockets. How it works: Vievo handles the site survey, installation, monitoring and service. The customer pays a fixed monthly fee with no upfront hardware investment. Energy and usage data from each locker gives employers and property owners measurable input for their sustainability and CSRD reporting. Why us: a charging ban with no alternative does not work, and we are building that alternative for the Swedish market. Our lockers are built on hardware from PowerShelter (Netherlands), whose units are already in use at sites such as Tesla Gigafactory Berlin and IKEA. Vievo was founded in Uppsala and is backed by an angel investor.

Utleieagenten.no

Utleieagenten is a Norwegian proptech startup solving the "word against word" problem in residential rentals. When a tenancy ends, landlords and tenants routinely disagree about the condition of the home: was the damage already there, was the cleaning good enough, who pays? Without dated documentation from move-in, deposit disputes come down to memory and claims — and thousands of these cases end up in the Norwegian Rent Disputes Tribunal every year. It's a costly, stressful, avoidable conflict built into every one of Norway's 500,000+ rental households. Utleieagenten removes the conflict by making documentation effortless and neutral. The landlord sends a single SMS. The tenant opens a secure link on their phone and walks through the home room by room, taking photos and reporting any issues — guided by a checklist, no app download, no login. Both parties instantly get the same time-stamped condition report. Repeated at move-in, during the tenancy and at move-out, this creates one shared, verifiable record of the home's condition — protecting the landlord's asset and the tenant's deposit at the same time. The product is free to try (send a test inspection to yourself in under a minute) and free through 2026; from 2027 a licence costs NOK 490 per rental unit per year. We also offer free tools used by Norwegian landlords: a digital handover protocol, a rent adjustment calculator built on official CPI data from Statistics Norway, and local housing price statistics. Rental housing is a growing share of the Norwegian market, dominated by small private landlords with no professional tools. Utleieagenten gives them the documentation layer the industry is missing — simple enough for a first-time landlord, systematic enough for a portfolio.

HumanityPacts®

How people interact in the flow of work determines performance. The way they share information, express emotions, challenge ideas, make decisions, and protect focus shapes every outcome. Most teams leave these interactions to default. Humanity Pacts® is the interaction layer of work—an AI-powered system that helps teams intentionally design the agreements that shape how they interact, so high performance becomes the team's default, not an accident. Through AI-powered workshops and ongoing team support, we help teams identify the human patterns that matter most and transform them into TeamPacts®—AI-generated, context-aware agreements that define how people will respond when those patterns emerge. Instead of reacting on autopilot, teams pre-agree how they will communicate, challenge ideas, make decisions, navigate conflict, and support one another before predictable human dynamics take over. Every TeamPact® is tailored to the team's unique context using behavioral science, social norms, team dynamics, and AI—making high-performance behaviors easier to activate in the moments that matter most. Not values posters. Not policies. Not another personality assessment. A practical operating system for human interaction. Our work helps teams systematically and sustainably: • Speak up with ideas, concerns, and insights before opportunities are missed. • Make decisions with clarity instead of assumptions or politeness. • Use healthy friction to strengthen thinking and improve outcomes. • Build trust through consistent day-to-day interactions. • Protect focus and attention as a shared responsibility. • Surface misalignment early and course-correct before it becomes costly. Whether through in-person workshops or AI-powered guidance, Humanity Pacts® helps teams move from default behaviors to intentional interactions—creating cultures where people step up, speak up, give space, and show up when it matters most.

fbstats

ABOUT FBSTATS & THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE fbstats is a Swedish sport-tech startup aiming to revolutionize how floorball is analyzed, understood, and developed. Floorball is a massive sport, but when it comes to automated match statistics and deep video analysis, it is lagging far behind. Existing solutions on the market are either built for completely different sports or require expensive, fixed arena camera installations that are financially out of reach for the majority of clubs. This leaves coaches and managers at most levels with two bad options: guessing, or spending countless hours on manual, analog tagging of video files after games. It’s inefficient, expensive, and not scalable. We are changing that. WHERE ARE WE TODAY? We are in an extremely exciting early startup phase where the market need is clearly validated. Through our founders roots in the floorball community, we have unique insights into the actual everyday problems and needs of coaches. We are moving fast. We already have a strong, concrete interest from pilot teams who are ready to test the platform. We are currently incorporating the company (Aktiebolag) and have secured the initial funding. Most importantly: our AI engine is already proving itself, accurately tracking players and equipment in early test footage.

North Star Tech

North Star Tech Oy is a Finnish company that makes research integrity verifiable. Its product, North Keeper, is a verifiability layer for the research lifecycle, built on Microsoft Azure. Research integrity is now a board-level obligation for universities, research funders, and publishers, driven by the reproducibility crisis, fabricated results, and tightening funder mandates. Today integrity is asserted, not proven: ethics approvals sit in filing cabinets, reproducibility lives in a methods section few can rerun, and grant spending is reconciled long after the money is gone. North Keeper runs deterministic checks on the research record and turns each passed check into verifiable evidence. It can prove that identified records met defined integrity controls at a point in time, recorded as evidence a funder, journal, or auditor can verify directly. This is the distinction the product is built on: proof, not assurance. It does not claim that a scientific conclusion is true. The first check covers ethical consent, with reproducibility and responsible spending as deliberate later phases. Each passed check is issued as a tamper-evident, post-quantum-signed True North Certificate and recorded in the True North Registry, a public, append-only record anyone can verify against. North Keeper consumes Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Cost Management as substrate rather than rebuilding them; the owned engines and the registry are what make the evidence independent. North Keeper is a transactable ISV product on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, with metered consumption pricing and Microsoft co-sell, so customers buy through their existing Microsoft agreement. North Star Tech Oy is based in Helsinki and serves universities, research funders, and publishers across the EU and the Nordic region first, then the wider global research market.

Cobrief

Cobrief is one of Norway's fastest-growing SaaS companies. In under two years, more than 2,500 companies across Europe have adopted Cobrief. We use AI to automate public tendering, an industry that has stood almost still for decades. Today we work with some of Europe's largest tendering players, and much of our growth comes inbound. This market is being created right now, and we want someone on board who wants to win it. Demand for the product is higher than ever, and we're scaling further both in Norway and across Europe, with existing customers opening doors for us. To succeed, we need talented people on the team who want to help build something internationally unique from Norway. The team consists of serial founders, developers, and AI experts who have built Cobrief from zero to one of Norway's fastest-growing SaaS companies. We're small enough that everyone has real influence, and ambitious enough that what you do actually matters. At Cobrief, distribution is part of the product, so sales has the entire team behind it. Now we're looking for a Sales Representative to join us. Someone who wants to drive our sales engine from inbound to outbound, and who wants to help scale Cobrief from Norway to Europe.
