EasyTranslate

EasyTranslate is on a mission to HumanAIse translations and change the way businesses create multilingual content. We’re building a future where AI and humans work hand in hand to make multilingual communication faster, smarter and on-brand. Today’s companies need to create a lot of content across markets, channels and platforms. Doing it in every language usually means choosing between slow and expensive, or fast and low-quality. We don’t think anyone should have to make that choice. So we built a different kind of localisation platform. At EasyTranslate, AI does the heavy lifting, and humans add the magic. Our HumanAI workflow spots exactly where human expertise is needed and loops in the right language specialist only for those segments. The result? Content that is produced more than ten times faster than traditional translation workflows, without losing accuracy, creativity or brand personality. Our tagline says it all: Content in any language, created by AI, enhanced by humans. Whether you’re a scaling SaaS company, a global e-commerce brand or a marketing team juggling too many deadlines, EasyTranslate helps you break the language barrier without breaking your budget. You get speed that competes with pure AI and quality that rivals top-tier human translation, finally bringing together the best of both worlds. We’re here to make multilingual communication feel effortless, exciting and ready for the future. And we’re only just getting started.

Proptly

Proptly was founded in 2021 by Kristoffer Gjerde, Gunnar Windsand Sem, and Thomas Kristiansen, with a bold vision to transform the often-overlooked, yet critical, part of the climate tech ecosystem: installations. What started as a casual conversation over Christmas drinks about the headaches of managing contractors, quickly turned into a mission to streamline the installation process for climate tech solutions across Europe. We recognized that while there’s no shortage of companies innovating in the climate tech space—producing world-class EV chargers, heat pumps, and solar panels—the bottleneck often lies in getting these technologies deployed quickly and efficiently. That’s where Proptly comes in. We’ve built a B2B marketplace that connects climate tech companies with a network of skilled, vetted installers, making sure that cutting-edge green technologies reach consumers without the typical delays and frustrations. Think of it like Uber for installations: companies get real-time data on installer performance, response times, and customer satisfaction, allowing them to scale their operations with ease. Revolutionizing the Installation Process Our platform tackles a glaring inefficiency in the market—the installation bottleneck—by ensuring that the best installers, backed by proven performance metrics, are always available to deploy climate tech solutions. For climate tech companies, we’re solving a massive headache: ensuring their innovations get installed, not just built. For contractors, we’re providing consistent job opportunities, helping them grow their businesses in a fast-expanding green economy. With $4 million in seed funding, high-profile partnerships including Easee, Sungrow, and Coop, and a stellar team of industry veterans from companies like Kahoot, Oda, McKinsey, EY, Tesla, and Easee, we’re setting the standard for how climate tech installations should be done. Our Vision Proptly aims to become the leading B2B marketplace for order-to-installation processes across Europe and beyond. With climate tech adoption on the rise, we aim to play a crucial role in accelerating the deployment of these technologies, helping the world transition to a greener future more efficiently. We’re not just about getting the job done; we’re about getting it done right—with transparency, speed, and customer satisfaction at the heart of everything we do.

Newsec Maps

Newsec Maps is developing a web-based SaaS platform to help the Nordic commercial real estate (CRE) industry turn data into opportunities. Digitalization is a new term in the CRE industry, even though it's one of the world's largest asset class. The fact that it's such a big industry with huge value being transacted and managed, makes information and the speed of information extremely valuable. But today, most companies are subscribing to multiple different public sources, agency brokers, manual processes and personal networks to receive information used in decision-making. Newsec Maps collects, merge and enrich data from legal, property and commercial sources and makes it accessible in a modern map-based user interface. The platform saves countless hours of manual labour and makes it easy for CRE companies to discover opportunities and manage assets. The CRE industry physically shapes the cities we live and breath in. It's a conservative industry, all though not resistant to change. The potential for more efficient urban development and infrastructure is huge and achievable through digitalizing the industry. Meaning we can help shape cities by making information available and developing solutions that provides insights hidden in the data. This is what motivated us to start this company and develop Newsec Maps. At the time of posting, we are a team of 6 in Oslo and 12 consultants located in Europe. We are now growing the Oslo team and are actively searching for talented and motivated members. All our employees receive the same benefits and here's some of them: – Fast-paced startup environment backed by Europe’s largest full-service property house – High-end office facilities in Central Business District, Oslo – Subsidized gourmet lunch programme in Restaurant Haakon – Access to gym with towel service and spa showers – Top notch health and travel insurance – Competitive pension plan – Flat company structure – freedom with responsibility – Young and vibrant culture

Peak Cadence ApS

Peak Cadence ApS was formed in 2020. We are currently two co-founders. We have a passion to develop interesting software that we can potentially spin out into new startups. We are constantly seeking new ideas that we critically evaluate. Our most recent product is MapADay.com - a website where users can find, create and share travel itineraries. The motivation behind the platform was to alleviate the hours of internet research and pasting into spreadsheets required to plan a trip. Our site has around 80 detailed and hand-crafted travel itineraries, and over 1,000 locations of interest - packed with meta data to drive our algorithms. Our site allows users to complete a profile with their travel preferences and interests - and we're finalising an algorithm to create automated travel itineraries. Not only does the site make trip planning easier, but it also acts as an internet marketing platform for businesses in the tourism and travel sector. MapADay has many gaps (we've been focusing on basic functionality, content and SEO) - but we have a roadmap to where we need to get to in order to evaluate the product's potential. We're looking to expand our team with a focus on business development and marketing.

Hireproof

Hireproof is a recruitment SaaS that helps companies make better hiring decisions, decrease bias in interview situations, and give candidates a human-centric interview experience. Based on organizational psychology best practices, Hireproof makes anyone a world-class interviewer just by clicking a link. The one constant in every company's recruitment is the employment interview. Unfortunately, the commonly used unstructured interview style is notoriously prone to bias and a poor predictor of job performance. The current trend in the recruitment industry is adding more tools, skill assessments, personality tests, and prerecorded interviews, all of which only increase recruitment complexity and dehumanize candidate experience while providing little increase to hiring validity. Hireproof takes the opposite approach. We aim to simplify recruitment and make interviews so reliable that companies won't need anything else to reach the best possible hiring decision.

Airplant

Airplant ApS develops innovative and effective solutions to improve the air quality in office settings. Airplant increases the effect of nature's ability to purify and humidify air by combining plants and technology. 20-40 % of office workers experience dry indoor air. The feeling is triggered by dry air or chemicals which cause general discomfort. As you may know, plants reduce chemicals and humidify air. The Airplant system boosts the plant's natural way of working, and an airflow expands the treated area so that one single plant has the effect of 10 plants, corresponding to or better than comparable machines. Ventilation systems switch indoor air with fresh air. But fresh outdoor air is dry during the entire flu season so the Airplant system will humidify the fresh air and also reduce the amount of harmful chemicals. Sustainability is at the heart of our product, our production and everything we do in our company, guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We strive to make the world a better place to live: Airplant's mission is to support health at the office. We love to work with ideas that solve important problems and to bring the products to life, to do product development, prototyping and the initial low volume production. We do our own research and development - standing on the shoulders of NASA, among others. Do you see the potential in a partnership, an investment or would you like to work at Airplant? Please do not hesitate to contact us. Next step: Introduce the Airplant product for offices to the market this fall. Attract commercial competencies to the Airplant company. Frequently given answers: We have a PCT patent pending for the Airplant system. We have a strong partner for sales and service who will bring our product to the Danish market. We are always interested in exploring new ways to improve indoor climate in cooperation with others. The Airplant system yields plenty of opportunity for interaction with other products, e.g. to support solutions for smart buildings and smart cities.
