RATOONG

Buildright is developing an AI intelligence layer for construction projects to help contractors and project teams solve invisible risk — by turning the data already generated on every project into actionable insights before problems become costs. The problem hiding in plain sight Construction is broken. 85% of large projects finish over budget. Rework accounts for 9% of total project cost. Delays cost $280bn annually in North America alone. The signals that predict these outcomes already exist — in meeting notes, deviation logs, change orders, and task lists. But no one sees them in time to act. Risk only becomes visible after it has already cost you. This affects every contractor, project manager, site foreman, and HSE officer on every project — in an industry that represents trillions in global economic activity. From raw data to the right decision Buildright connects the data already generated on construction projects and surfaces the right insight to the right person — at every level of the organisation. Public procurement represents over 800 billion NOK annually in Norway alone, yet the average government tender receives only around 3–5 bids. In nearly 20% of tenders, only one or zero suppliers submit a bid. The reason: tender data is scattered across closed platforms, the process is complex, and small businesses lack the resources to keep up. Suppliers can't find the opportunities, or give up because the process is too complicated. The result is less competition, worse deals for taxpayers, and lost revenue for businesses that could have won. Cobrief aggregates public tenders from procurement databases across Scandinavia, Finland, and Germany — including Doffin, TED, Udbud, and Hilma — into a single searchable platform. AI-powered matching scores every opportunity against each company's profile, sending relevant alerts via email, Slack, or Teams. When a team decides to bid, an AI writing module drafts proposal responses from a knowledge base of past submissions. Automated price sheet filling pulls from product catalogs, and CV matching identifies the right personnel. A Bid Manager Agent provides autonomous support throughout the entire process — functioning as an AI colleague from evaluation to submission. Teams collaborate in shared workspaces with task boards, deadline calendars, and role-based access. Used by 1,500+ companies, with a free plan to get started. The founders experienced firsthand how broken the public procurement process is for suppliers. Tender data that should be freely and directly accessible by law is in practice locked behind commercial platforms, creating unnecessary barriers to competition. They saw that businesses — especially SMBs — were missing out on opportunities worth billions simply because the system was too opaque and complex. Brandog is developing an AI-powered counterfeit detection and enforcement platform to help brand owners solve the problem of online counterfeiting with autonomous scanning agents that find, verify, and take down fakes across 500+ marketplaces — in minutes, not months. Online counterfeiting is a $2 trillion problem. Every brand with a digital presence — from luxury fashion to consumer electronics — faces an endless stream of counterfeit listings across Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, Shopify stores, social media, and thousands of independent websites. Today, brand protection is manual, slow, and expensive. Companies either hire law firms charging $300/hour to file takedowns one by one, or they pay enterprise platforms $50K+/year that still require human analysts to review every detection. Small and mid-size brands simply can't afford protection, and even large brands can't keep up with the volume. The counterfeits multiply faster than humans can find them. TUYO is a Denmark-based specialty coffee and fine cacao project rooted in long-term relationships with coffee- and cacao-growing communities in Ecuador, and inspired by Nordic values around creativity, innovation, and sustainability. We are building a regenerative business that prioritizes transparency, fair collaboration, and high-quality products, while questioning extractive models within global value chains. Our approach is relational and place-based, centered on people, landscapes, and craft rather than scale. TUYO is currently in an early build phase, finalizing its first pilot specialty coffee line and preparing for an initial public launch moment in late February. Coffee is the immediate focus; fine cacao is part of the broader product vision and will be developed in parallel at a later stage. We work as a small, hands-on team with close collaborators across sourcing, quality, and production, and we value clarity, reliability, and care in how we build both products and partnerships.

21-Draw is an online art education platform built together with artists from Disney, Marvel, DreamWorks and other leading studios. We create high-quality video courses, books and tutorials that help people learn drawing, character design, illustration, animation and digital art in a practical, structured way. Our material is used by students around the world, from beginners picking up a pencil for the first time to working professionals who want to sharpen their skills. After growing internationally for many years, we’re now building a new production hub in Stockholm where we focus on developing courses, recording with artists, producing marketing material and gradually bringing more of our content creation in-house. The goal is to build a team that can produce world-class educational content efficiently, creatively and with a modern, AI-supported workflow. 21-Draw has always been a small, focused and fast-moving team.
