Centralized waste systems are costly and inefficient, leaving small municipalities and farmers in need of accessible, regenerative solutions. By closing the loop between waste and soil health, Melta creates a system that reduces costs, revitalizes ecosystems, and supports local communities. Founded by a soil scientist and a systems designer, Melta was built to tackle soil degradation and waste inefficiencies, turning food waste into a resource for a regenerative future.

What is RE-ZIP RE-ZIP is a circular packaging concept offering circular packaging to more or less all players in the ecommerce industry. By circulating and hence reusing rather than using single-use packaging (even recycled) we save CO2 even the first time a packaging is reused. It works likes this RE-ZIP delivers the packaging to webshops who offer the sustainable packing solution to their customers at check-out for a minor fee (paid back via reward voucher upon returning the packaging). Upon receipt of the goods the customer folds the RE-ZIP packaging to a return format and return it at a Drop Point. The packaging is returned to the RE-ZIP warehouse for cleaning and re-circulation to the webshops. The RE-ZIP packaging can be circulated up to 10 times, but more importantly the packaging will begin saving CO2 Within the first or second use – depending on the type. RE-ZIP has developed a state-of-the-art backend system supporting the above process and are currently operating in Denmark, UK and Poland.
