Vores værktøj hjælper bygningsejere, ejendomsadministratorer og rådgivere med at træffe langsigtede og bedre beslutninger for deres ejendomme. Plando gør det nemt og overskueligt at arbejde med vedligeholdelse og forbedring af en ejendom - eller hele ejendomsporteføljer. Samtidig sikrer Plando overblik over bygningers CO2e-rejse og energimærke - noget som kun bliver vigtigere i fremtiden, hvor krav om bæredygtighed og ESG-rapportering (virksomheders miljømæssige, sociale og ledelsesmæssige rapportering) vil fylde endnu mere. Vi drømmer om en ejendomsbranche, der vækster i værdi gennem bæredygtige forbedringer. For vi lever i en verden, hvor vi ikke har råd til at spilde flere ressourcer. Derfor har vi besluttet os for at gøre op med vores branches ’sådan har vi altid gjort’ -måde at gøre tingene på og finde en ny vej. Vi mener, at det er på tide, at vi tager springet ind i en smartere måde at arbejde med ejendomsudvikling på. Vi holder til i det tidligere mejeri Enigheden på Rentemestervej i København NV. Vi hjælper danske virksomheder med AI. Det gælder både undervisning, rådgivning, udvikling, samt egne AI produkter de kan nyde godt af. Vi udvikler ikke egne sprogmodeller eller leverer "kundeservice chatbots" på samlebånd. Men ligger os midt imellem, med løsninger, der er tilpasset den enkelte virksomhed. Derudover vil der det kommende år være endnu større fokus på egne interne projekter og produkter inden for AI feltet. Vi startede med udelukkkende at udbyde kurser i AI til danske virksomheder, med stort fokus på praktik. Vi afholder stadig mange kurser, men oplever oftere og oftere, at folk søger yderligere specialist hjælp til projekter. Hvorfor vi udvider den gren. Udover HverdagsAI.dk driver vi også "subbrandsne" ChatGPTkursus.dk og Copilotkursus.dk. Plus et par andre brands/produkter, der snart vil blive lanceret.

Rabatta er et dansk tech start-up med kontorer i Aalborg og Aarhus. Virksomheden blev grundlagt i 2021 og har siden hjulpet danskerne med at spare mange penge. Rabatta er nemlig en app og en browser extension, der automatisk finder rabatkoder, når forbrugeren er i kurven på en webshop. Vocaire is a startup that focuses on empowering physical therapists with AI technologies. The problem we are solving is that PTs cannot be 100% present during their consultation since they have to focus on administrative work and other tasks. The founders of our startup are previous elite sportsmen who experienced firsthand the inefficiencies of the current system. Physical therapy is a crucial part of the recovery process for many individuals who have experienced injuries or other physical limitations. However, the current system is highly inefficient and often requires PTs to spend a significant amount of time on administrative tasks. For example, PTs may have to spend time scheduling appointments, documenting patient progress, and communicating with other healthcare providers. This leaves less time for PTs to focus on their patients and provide the best possible care. At Vocaire, we believe that technology can help alleviate this problem.
