Akademikernes Startup

Akademikernes Startup er blandt Danmarks største og mest succesfulde iværksætterprogrammer. Siden programmets begyndelse har vi hjulpet over 1.400 virksomheder med at tage deres første skridt mod succes. Programmet er et intensivt tre-måneders forløb, der gennemføres cirka tre gange årligt med 50 deltagere på hvert hold. Her mødes engagerede iværksættere på vores kontor for at danne et stærkt og dynamisk fællesskab, hvor idéer udvikles og vokser i samarbejde med eksperter og ligesindede. I takt med at vi videreudvikler Akademikernes Startup, arbejder vi også på at styrke vores brandtilstedeværelse og øge kendskabet til programmet gennem sociale medier. Samtidig udvikler vi en omfattende digital platform, som skal blive Danmarks største inden for iværksætterlæring. Denne platform vil indeholde online videokurser og ressourcer, der gør det muligt for endnu flere at få adgang til den viden og støtte, vi tilbyder. Akademikernes Startup er ikke kun et program, men også et fællesskab, der inspirerer, motiverer og understøtter iværksættere på deres rejse mod at skabe bæredygtige og succesfulde virksomheder. Hvad tilbyder vi vores deltagere? Vi tilbyder en kombination af fysisk tilstedeværelse og digitale værktøjer, der er skræddersyet til at give deltagerne de kompetencer, netværk og praktiske værktøjer, de har brug for til at realisere deres forretningsidéer. And here, we are dedicated to helping small- and medium-sized businesses in Europe navigate the complex world of tax receivables. Our software checks your business expenses for cross-border VAT, and helps you get it refunded. It’s about fairness; European SMEs are strong at paying their taxes - as they should be. What we SMEs are not as good at, is making sure we get the right deductions. The process - especially for cross-border deductions - is so complicated that it’s typically only large enterprises who utilise these options. But VAT is a tax on consumption — not on doing business! Therefore we’re helping European businesses recover their cross-border VAT - one euro at a time!

Airmine AS

Airmine is a technology company delivering pollen forecasts. Our vision is to help people who are affected by pollen allergies. New ways to deliver pollen forecasts - data-driven and local pollen forecasts, based on weather, topography, vegetation and measurements. We deliver local pollen forecasts as socially useful service.

Preo

"Preo" is a white label e-commerce platform for event organisers that works with the onsite experience. Founded in January 2022, Preo is mobile pre-ordering platform for event organizers. It works perfectly with onsite operations and helps organizers sell products online, reduce waste, and evaluate guests’ behavior, all while taking the overall event revenue to a whole new level. Since its launch, Preo has achieved several milestones, from developing fully-functional products to successfully launching at major events like Roskilde Festival and Kulturnatten. Preo currently has three products, each catering to the unique needs of guests, organizers, and event staff. And it’s just the beginning. We’re planning to expand our presence to the European and American markets and become a go-to partner for every event organizer aiming to grow. Preo has raised angel investment from a group of significant event tech industry players.

Kintella

Kintella improves dialogue between relatives and staff within the caregiving sector. Today, dialogue in the caregiving sector is inefficient and insufficient. Time is spent on coordination, not care. Dialogue is on practicalities, not personalities. By 2050, 17% of the global population will be 65+. In Denmark 65+ year olds will increase by more than 40%. Many of them in need of care. Global shortages in the caregiving sector leaves relatives to be the backbone of caregiving. Relatives who are juggling caring for elderly family members with holding down full-time jobs. Kintella offers multiple services through one user-friendly platform. We digitize and automate the coordination of calendars and tasks. We structure and target the communication. At the same time, we integrate with health care systems. Kintella started out of a personal experience of the founders. At the same time as a family member moved into a care home in Denmark, other family members moved into care homes other places in Europe. The family wanted to be able to stay close and follow the citizens in their everyday life as it was difficult to visit - especially during Covid-19 lockdowns in Europe. We were faced with having to coordinate a lot of tasks and calendar-topics - both with the staff and within our group of relatives. Moreover, communication from the care homes was poor in some areas which affected the quality of the dialogue with the family members and staff badly. We dream of the day when staff or a relative of a citizen in a care home comes up to us and says that Kintella has supported them in providing a better value of life for the person they’re taking care of.
