At Clause Out we know that it’s impossible to make good decisions, when policy makers are out of touch with real life consequences - and this didn't start with the current administration. We aim to give people in the U.S. an easy-to-use platform that provides them clear insight into all things moving about in the policy space, as well as a channel to voice their opinion on these developments. At the same time, we offer political advocacy groups the opportunity to test their policy drafts with the public and keep up with important updates on the policies close to their cause. Milva er en innovativ dansk techvirksomhed, der udvikler avancerede softwareløsninger til ressource-, miljø-, og materialekortlægning i byggebranchen. Vores mål er at hjælpe både private aktører og offentlige myndigheder med at effektivisere deres processer gennem præcis registrering, prøvetagning og afrapportering. Vores løsninger gør det nemt for kunderne at overholde lovgivning og bidrage til et bedre arbejdsmiljø. I Milva er vi ved at revolutionere måden, man dokumenterer materialer og eksisterende ejendomme på. Med vores software, Milva, har vi vendt hele processen på hovedet og omdanner en eksisterende bygning til en minedrift frem for den bunke affald, som det oftest opfattes i dag. I processen nedsætter vi tidsforbruget, standardiserer data og automatiserer afrapporteringen for lovpligtige processer. Den korte version er, at vi med vores digitale værktøj i hånden under en fysisk inspektion af huset kan finde ud af, præcist hvad det indeholder af materialer, miljørisiko og muligheder. En Milva-rapport bliver beriget med en masse ekstra data og udregninger, på baggrund af de informationer, som der er indsamlet på matriklen. Informationer som enten er lovpligtige, nødvendige eller snart bliver det. Det er mega smart, hvis vi selv skal sige det, at automatisere tidskrævende skrivebordsopgaver og standardisere dataformatet. Alle aktørerne i byggebranchen, de offentlige instanser og endda civilsamfundet har interesse i den data vi dagligt indsamler og behandler. Denne information kan vi bruge til at optimere logistiklinier, projektøkonomier, arbejdsmiljø, forsyningssikkerhed, affaldsstatistikker og meget, meget mere på sigt. Vi har fundet en lille niche som ingen andre udvikler digitalt, men som alle har interesse i. Nogle vil endda kalde det fundamentalt for udviklingen af fremtidens digitale byggeindustri. Men hvis vi skal være helt ærlige, så er det de økonomiske besparelser og effektiv compliance vores kunder oplever i dag, der er den primære årsag til væksten på vores SaaS. Relovie.com is a search engine for second hand consumer goods. Shopping second hand is getting more common and many more are interested in doing so. A big problem today is that buying second-hand goods is time-consuming; the supply is available on a variety of different players and consumers spend a lot of time searching on several sites and plattforms and also often miss out on a large part of the supply. Relovie aggregates a wide range of second hand and refurbished products from various online marketplaces into one single, user-friendly and searchable website. By using our smart search engine, users can quickly compare prices, quality, and delivery options across a broad spectrum of products, from fashion accessoars and technology to home decor and books. We leverage AI to intelligently categorize, tag, and make an unstructured inventory searchable and filterable.

The problem we're solving is the time-consuming and manual management of parental leave, sick leave, and related processes. People & Culture and payroll departments are often overwhelmed with manual work, complex regulations, and fragmented systems. This affects both employees, who struggle with confusion around their entitlements, and People & Culture and payroll professionals, who spend significant time on repetitive administrative tasks. By addressing this, we aim to free up valuable time, reduce errors and costs in reimbursement, and improve employee satisfaction and belonging. bclude simplifies the leave management process by automating leave planning, automated reimbursement, and communication between employees and the organization, including management. Our platform provides clear guidance to both employees, managers, People & Culture, and payroll, ensuring that all leave-related activities are completed on time and accurately. With bclude, employees can easily register their leave, track their entitlements, and receive timely notifications. People & Culture teams can manage all leave processes from a single platform, ensuring consistency and an inclusive process. We started bclude because we saw firsthand the frustrations employees and People & Culture and payroll teams face when it comes to managing leave. As parents ourselves, we experienced the complexity of parental leave and how it could affect work-life balance. At the same time, we noticed how much time People & Culture and payroll teams were spending on manual processes, which could be better spent on more strategic work. Our motivation was to create a solution that makes this process smoother for everyone involved, freeing up time for People & Culture and payroll teams and ensuring employees have a clear, positive, and inclusive experience during their leave.
