Sick-leave and workplace welfare is a problem escalating globally. As mental illness and complex health problems rise, new workplace challenges are created. Employers need new tools and practices to help deal with this adequately. Norway has the highest sick leave in the OECD, costing the state and employers over 50 billion kroner each year. 70% of sick leave is avoidable (NAV) and could be prevented through better employee follow-up and workplace facilitation. Naardic is an online gym. We focus on interactive classes - you see the trainer, but the trainer also sees you. Naardic is a fusion of fitness and tech. We are developing our own video conferencing system to get that next level user experience of online training. Our market is divided between private customers and corporate customers. The sale of private memberships started in august 2020 and corporate memberships started in November 2020. So far we have about 2000 paying members and grow very fast. Our corporate customers include some of the largest Norwegians companies like Tine, Crayon, Tryg, Schibsted ++. We have 20+ trainers working for us and about 15 live and interactive classes every day. Our trainers are regarded as the top fitness trainers in Norway.
