Through conversations with over 50 businesses — from small startups to large enterprises — we discovered that teams frequently use platforms like Slack, Excel, Teams, Notepad, or Google Docs for note-taking. Teams work where they want to work, but this often leads to frustration, omissions and errors getting CRMs updated.
Our innovative solution integrates with the client's existing tech stack, utilising AI to extract unstructured data from these various mediums and seamlessly update CRM records from where teams are already working. By prioritising efficiency, reducing update time, and enhancing data accuracy through AI-driven automation, we make administrative tasks simpler and more reliable.
This is just the beginning. Our ambitions are to expand and accommodate more sources of unstructured data and destinations for structured data. With preliminary technical feasibility confirmed and use-case validation from future users, Jurnie is poised to transform data management processes.
