True Energy A/S

Many people are talking about the smart grid and how we can reach 100% sustainable energy, and avoid global warming getting out of hand, by intelligently balancing the consumption so it fits with the electricity production. At True Energy we're already doing it! True Energy offers a smart charging app to our end users so they can register their car or charger and have it start or stop charging based on the hour of day and the electricity price, so the user optimizes their charging to be cheapest. The service is free of charge for the end user because they participate in our flexibility pool where the power companies can buy offsetting of the consumption if the grid is overloaded or production is expensive. We use Google Workspace, GitLab as code repo, Jira for our agile project management, and Slack for chat. We have a policy of 100% line coverage for unit tests, and want to support continuous delivery. We focus on collaboration and an open, inclusive work environment. Our team is multinational, and the working language is English, so full proficiency is required.. We have team members in several time zones.

Cliarly

Cliarly is an ambitious startup rethinking the way we write, read, and understand text – powered by AI and driven by accessibility as a core value. We build intelligent tools that integrate directly into where you already work – Word, Outlook, your browser, and more. Our AI proofreader, Cliarly Corrected, offers real-time professional feedback without compromising your personal voice. And with our text-to-speech tool, even the heaviest PDFs and academic texts become fluid audiobooks – thoughtfully formatted and read aloud with natural-sounding voices. For students, that means clearer writing and faster reading. For companies, it means stronger internal and external communication. And for anyone who has ever felt left behind, it means language that is more accessible and inclusive. With Cliarly, it’s not you who has to adapt to the technology – it’s the technology that works for you. We’re doing this because we know how much it matters to be understood. For us, it’s not just about text and speech – it’s about equal access to knowledge, opportunity, and community. Based in the Copenhagen startup ecosystem, we share our office with other entrepreneurs who are passionate about making a difference. And we’re always looking for talented people who – like us – want to use technology to solve real problems for real people. 👉 Ready to help change the way we communicate?

More Music Technologies

More Music Technologies is built on a fundamental love for music and a desire to secure that more people get access to unfold their musical potential. For this, we have built a platform that supports our online marketplaces for private education that makes qualified music education more accessible to the general population while securing more teaching jobs for many musicians with a decent pay. Practically, this works by giving the teachers easy access to market themselves to potential students along with a range of digital tools that simplify the administrative aspects of their work. Simultaneously, students find it easier to find the teacher that match their musical dreams and ambitions, along with flexible booking and payment solutions. Since 2014, more than 50,000 students have found instruction through one of our sites in Denmark (Musikundervisning.dk), Norway (Musikk-undervisning.no), the Netherlands (muziekonderwijs.nl), and the United Kingdom (MusicTeachers.co.uk), and it's actually going quite well, if we may say so ourselves. That's why we need an extra sharp mind on the developer team.

Vandre

Vandre is a young Norwegian tech company with the ambition to impact the environmental situation by making textile brands succeed in reducing their footprint by making clothes and garments live longer. The world’s garbage piles are growing. In 2021, 40.000 tons of used fashion clothes ended up in the Atacama desert in Chile as their final destination. This is just one example of how the textile industry is not even close to being sustainable. The sports and textile industries face strict requirements and a major upheaval, when the EU is planning to introduce sustainability reporting and requirements to offer consumers repair of products in 2025. Our platform connects brands in the industry with certified repair centres and facilitates a seamless user journey with logistics and payment options. The platform is also a sought-after tool at repair centres, as it helps to make their daily operations more efficient. We have currently launched in Norway, and plan to expand to the rest of the Nordics and beyond in the future. Our HQ is in a co-working space office in downtown Oslo – a two-minute walk from Nationaltheatret, where we share office with a small PE fund, and have lunch break together with. We also have employees in other cities working remotely. As a small team, some of us are quite often on the go and strive to stick to our digital workplace practices as much as possible. This enables the whole team to work quite flexibly when needed, together with some well-appreciated face time at the office as often as possible. Today the team is communicating openly using Slack and ClickUp to organise daily work and product development. There you will feel the motivating and active vibe from the other team members, our CEO Henriette, and our always-on-the-go working Chairman and brand relationship manager Simen. We are still a small team, but team spirit we have and everyone is highly motivated to make a difference in the world and help grow Vandre to reach it's full potential. Our culture is built on trust, freedom and humour. As most team members work from home most of the time, we always strive to be available during the working hours, and prioritise weekly meetings to stimulate the team spirit being a partly remote team. In addition we believe in a high level of freedom for each colleague to find their own optimal w/l balance. Prioritising a run before lunch or picking up kids in the afternoon is all up to the individual colleague. You know best what works for you. Finally our culture is also characterised by a high level of humour, with lots of laughs and a good vibe between team members. Our team today consists of passionate and skilled people representing deep industry knowledge and experience. We are constantly open-minded scouting for entrepreneurs with a varied skill sets with the proper drive to take us forward, together with a few dedicated roles (as below). We are looking for employees who always strive to develop themselves and our organisation. We expect you to be committed and eager and to have the ability to work in teams. The team is characterised by an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. Working at Vandre you join our effort to create a better and more sustainable textile industry, you will be part a highly dedicated and ambitious team with great and talented colleagues who love their job, and last but not least you will have fun at work.

Hume Agency

At Hume Agency, we hate buzzwords. We do Personal & Employer branding, but that's mainly a label we slap on our website to make decision-makers quickly understand the scope we're dealing with. Let's get to it. We help CEOs, Founders, Consultants, and key people build their personal brand on LI (Personal brand = Your online presence). We help companies build their employer brand. (Employer brand = The world's perception of a company as an employer). In short, we elevate brands to the next level, making them relatable – human. No more sounding like that textbook everyone hates. We help brands communicate like, well, humans. We often work with founders, CEOs, or entrepreneurs. We formulate a strategy that positions them strongly in their market, build the content calendar, strengthen their networks, and write content for them through our content writers. It all results in increased visibility, a stronger voice, and better opportunities coming their way. Who are we? Two founders, Johannes & Jonas, our first full-time employee, Christian, and a network of creatives who truly get it. Our office is right at the center of Frederiksberg. It's called Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship – filled with startups pushing boundaries, just like us. We're moving into a new office 1st of July 2025 near Reffen and La Banchina. A place for you? Let’s find out.

ARIS Robotics

ARIS Robotics was founded by a shared vision: to steer the world towards a greener future. One of the critical challenges in the green transition is how we manage our resources and waste. Today’s processes are highly linear: raw materials are extracted, processed into products, used a few times, and then discarded—either incinerated or buried in landfills. We aim to change that. At ARIS, our ultimate goal is to create a world without waste. This means transforming linear processes into circular ones. The first step towards effective recycling is good sorting. We develop scalable and automated solutions using deep learning to recognize and sort waste efficiently. Currently, we are serving our beachhead market—public recycling centers. Here, we assist visitors in correctly sorting their waste, extending the lifespan of materials and reducing the need to extract more raw materials from our limited planet. We are always on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our mission. Keep an eye on our open positions, follow us on LinkedIn, or feel free to send us a motivated application. Let’s create a greener future together!

AquaFood

AquaFood has a patent-pending method for extracting high-value, food-grade components at cold temperatures from the side streams of fish production (e.g. heads, backbone, scales, etc.). The components we extract are; pure fish oil that fits as a supplement, a unique protein mass with high functionality (almost minced meat consistency) that fits perfectly for fish balls, fish burgers, or even tubed fish spread, and lastly, we extract a fine collagen powder that fits for dermatological applications. Today, the side streams of fish production account for 40-70% of the fish that is brought into the processing plants. This is a remarkably higher amount than any other food-producing industry. At the same time, the food production system worldwide accounts for 1/3 of green-house gas emissions, 1/3 of land usage, and 2/3 of groundwater withdrawal. The seafood industry has problems of their own, where 95% of our fish stocks are fully utilized and about 30% have already collapsed. There simply is not way for us to increase or even continue to produce the way that we are in a sustainable way. But we still need to increase food production as the globally increasing population will demand a doubling of protein production in the year 2050 compared to now. AquaFood believes that resource efficiency is a huge stepping stone toward reaching a sustainable food production system. A system where we use our resources efficiently and to their full potential is what needs to happen to step into a sustainable future. In our process, we can make sure that the FULL fish is used to its full potential. Through our process, we use no heating steps and the only effluents from our process are the water that we introduce to the system mixed with a small amount of protein. Therefore, our process is highly efficient, sustainable in terms of lower energy and water consumption but also in terms of the resource efficiency that it brings. Our technology is research-based and stems from decades of research in the area of utilization of aquatic biomasses.

Agoprene AS

Agoprene is a biotech startup based in Oslo and Copenhagen. Bionamic AB

Bionamic is a SaaS helping antibody focused biopharma companies accelerate their discovery and development of life saving drugs. Problem: The idea behind Bionamic was developed while consulting at various biopharma companies, where the challenges of organizing and analyzing development data were obvious and researchers were frustrated by the inefficiencies caused by the lack of appropriate software. Solution: Providing a SaaS to bring all relevant sequence, assay and meta data together in one place - a scientific data backbone - to enable faster and more powerful analysis and visualizations with full traceability. Our mission is clear: To get this incredible SaaS solution into the hands of every antibody focused life science team on the planet and help speed up the R&D process for life saving drugs.
