As a result, we can completely change the way securities are defined in the real estate industry. Ebie is an insurance agent, we are partnered with a large Swedish insurance company that enables us to sell our insurance product. This way, we can offer comfortable and risk-free securities for both landlords and renters. We are developing a platform where landlords and renters can apply for our insurance on existing rental contracts. Furthermore, we are determined to offer landlords great value beyond not having to handle deposits again. As an insurance agent, we assess thoroughly the risk with each renter. ElastiSense has developed a portfolio of unique sensor solutions for industrial applications helping its client in their digitalization journey. Assets unplanned downtime is one of the largest challenges across industrial segments causing, in average 1 million USD, revenue loss per incident. The founders of ElastiSense are all former employees of Danfoss and have been involved on magnitude of projects where they again and again could see the problem.
