PayProff is developing an escrow service to keep users safe and secure from fraud or scams when they buy or sell high value goods (or when they're buying that personalised pair of sneakers). You just bought an expensive bike from someone online. They give you their MobilePay number and all you need to do is just send them the money. This is the all too familiar beginning of a scam and you've heard it from at least one of your friends. In the last few years the numbers of online fraud have exploded and we want to offer a solution so that people can protect themselves in such situations. The way we are solving this is by offering an escrow secure account where the buyer can place the money until the seller sends the product. In this way, the seller is sure that the buyer actually has the money and the buyer is sure they can get their money back if the product is not living up to their expectations. PayProff grew out of a leading European car auction platform, where users had to deal high value cars with strangers and needed a way to protect their money and assets.

At Datapult we are developing a SaaS to help companies schedule employees working in shifts with artificial intelligence. While we might talk about the post COVID-19 future of work thousands of employees need to punch in at hospitals and factories to make the society work in the future. We think it is worth helping them with innovative technology such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing. We are developing our own video conferencing system to get that next level user experience of online training. Our market is divided between private customers and corporate customers. The sale of private memberships started in august 2020 and corporate memberships started in November 2020. So far we have about 2000 paying members and grow very fast. Our corporate customers include some of the largest Norwegians companies like Tine, Crayon, Tryg, Schibsted ++. We have 20+ trainers working for us and about 15 live and interactive classes every day. Our trainers are regarded as the top fitness trainers in Norway.

At Coastgrass we have developed a sustainable replacement to crude oil-based plastic materials. By collecting and upcycling eelgrass from the Danish beaches we can offer a variety of different polymer compounds with a much lower carbon footprint than traditional plastic materials. GoPitch is a matchmaking service for startups and investors. Startups make their pitch via a pitch flow, where they need to provide the information investors need, but often lack in other pitch environments. A key part of the pitch is a video of the team behind the startup, as that is as big a part of why investors see a startup as the perfect fit. The investors get automatically matched with startups that fit their profile in the GoPitch app, where they get a quick overivew of new exciting startups in their own personal feed.

Encryptia is developing an education in programming to help young people below 30 year to get an education and a job, with starting to play a game.(our course) Many young people are not in education or employees (NEETS), they are sitting at home and gaming. The lack of IT developers are increasing. We are working with UN Sustainability Goals no 8 and 10, to help more young people back to work, and to cover the gap of IT developers in Norway and the Nordic. Encryptia is togheter with seven young adults below 30, building a solution like a game. Made by gamers for gamers- to be motivated, fun and fast way of learning. The founder of Encryptia has a background from large tech Companies in Norway. Working with recruitment and employer branding, she learned that the lack of IT developers was and will remain a growing problem in the future. At the same time, her son was without a job and education and spent a lot of time in front of the PC screen. Then the idea was born,that also solves some socially critical problems.
