Kontorhuset driver utleie av cellekontorer og plasser i åpent landskap med tilhørende fasiliteter i et profesjonelt kontorfellesskap i Drammen sentrum. Kontorhuset Bragernes har 37 moderne kontorer, free seating plasser og et stort kontor til 11 personer i 4 etasje. Vi kaller det Plug and work som betyr at du skal få ditt nøkkelkort og passord ved ankomst, koble deg på det trådløse nettet og starte jobben. Vi organiserer alt med tanke på møbler på kontoret, sosiale soner og tilstelninger, kjøkken, kopi/print og vask av lokalene. Du skal bruke all din tid på jobb og ikke små praktiske unødvendigheter i hverdagen, det tar vi oss av. Fra høsten av åpner vi Kontorhuset Strømsø, der skal vi ha ca 120 business mennesker under samme tak. Dette betyr at på Bragnernes og Strømsø vil Kontorhuset ha ca 180 mennesker som skal bygge relasjoner og skape verdier i jobben.
