Nomono

Nomono is about to change podcasting as we know it with disruptive hardware and software. We’re a Norwegian tech-startup and lucky to be building a global brand where customer satisfaction is a key ingredient. Many challenges exist between recording and publishing. Getting ready and setting up equipment can feel like a time drain. Cables, microphones, and obtrusive stands get in the way of natural conversations. Laborious editing and audio cleanup distract you from being creative with the content. Faced with heaps of hurdles and complexities, even the most experienced creators sacrifice quality when crafting a story. We have created a portable recording studio that offers high quality audio recording and processing, consisting of a compact and easy to use recording kit (microphones, recording unit, charging station) controlled with a mobile app, as well as a web app supplying the ecosystem for processing it (offered as a SaaS solution). Recordings automatically sync to the cloud, and through machine learning you can clean out the sounds, remove background noise etc. A lot of great feedback from users, backing by large investors, and recently receiving the Innovation award in the audio category at SXSW 2023 is a great proof point that we are on the right track! Our main customers are broadcasting houses, agencies, journalists and independent podcasters, and our products are currently mainly shipped to customers in the US. We are a team of 37 (and growing) with expertise across signal processing, acoustics, consumer electronics and media production. Our headquarters is based in Trondheim, and we have a satellite office in Oslo and New York. We build hardware and software that is intuitive, collaborative and easy to use while delivering exceptional audio quality. Our vision is to make voices heard. We imagine a new way of audio production that is intuitive, creative, and collaborative from start to finish. We remove barriers between people and technology, producers and engineers, as well as hosts and guests — connecting the dots between stories and listeners. Karma

Karma is leading the fight against food waste with an app that connects restaurants, cafés and grocery stores with users eager to purchase unsold food at a lower price. The platform creates a new way for retailers to minimise their food waste and reach new customers, while users eat well and save money—it’s a win-win! Karma is rapidly expanding and we're always looking for new talent to join our team. Every year, 1/3 of all food produced is thrown away, resulting in 1.3 billion tonnes of waste worldwide.The idea is simple; Karma is an app that connects restaurants, cafés and grocery stores with users eager to purchase unsold food at a lower price. Resights

Resights started with a vision to gather all property data on one platform to save time and improve decisions. No more messy spreadsheets or gut feelings. Today, we're much more than a database: our customers use Resights for everything from finding investment properties to analyzing urban development, automating contact with property owners, and getting an overview of upcoming and current construction projects. The common thread is property and construction data – and how we help our customers drive more business. The reality is, though, that Resights is first and foremost the 50 people behind the software. A bunch of nerdy team players who in 5 years have built one of Denmark's fastest-growing tech startups with +1,400 customers. Without VC money, with a healthy bottom line, and (most importantly) with loads of fun along the way. Our talent comes from professional backgrounds like engineering, music, biotechnology, and real estate. Our youngest employee is 16 years old, meanwhile, we just gifted another employee a game of pétanque for his retirement. Some have higher education, while others didn't pass elementary school. Grad ApS

GRAD ApS is a Danish startup on a mission: to sustainably refine the global beverage cooling industry. Located on Vesterbro in Copenhagen and based on its patent pending technology and award winning design, GRAD has developed a portfolio of “Perfect Serve” cooling products for the global hospitality industry. The product has gained international traction and the company is currently scaling up fast on several markets globally. GRAD is an international team of 10 with backgrounds varying from engineering and design, to business and supply chain. It is an open, friendly, trusting and hardworking environment where coffee is always flowing, and (perfectly cooled) drinks can be enjoyed on a Friday at the home-built office bar.

Glint Solar

Glint Solar is accelerating the adoption of solar energy by building the world's leading solar screening and analysis software. One of the main headaches for the development of large scale solar is identifying where to build and understanding the specific site conditions - we're tackling this! The world needs to build more renewable energy to combat climate change. We in Glint Solar believe that technology is the solution. We are therefore working effortlessly on building technology for developers of solar energy parks. We started with the very exciting floating solar market as this is one of the fastest growing energy sectors in the world and have since expanded into land based solar as well. We're backed by leading Norwegian and international VCs and private equity. proprty.ai

proprty.ai is building a service to help Danish property managers leverage machine learning technology to create better condition assessments and maintenance plans. The cost of maintaining the Danish property mass is growing fast, and property managers are struggling to keep up with maintenance and regulatory responsibilities. This is not only hurting the property managers, but also the people using and living in the buildings. The challenge to live up to the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities, is made harder, by not having the tools nor data to make the right strategic choices when planning and executing maintenance. With our service we aim to create property condition assessment and maintenance plans faster and more accurately than what is possible today. Using machine learning algorithms trained on millions of m2 worth of data, we can provide property managers with data to make the right decisions, when it comes to spending resources on maintenance. That way they can cut costs, improve property conditions and push the property mass towards a sustainable future. We're creating an AI powered web platform, that allows property managers to create condition assessments and maintenance plans in a fraction of the time they're using today, by mixing output from our machine learning models with boots on the ground input. It's not only faster. It provides high quality data instead of subjective information. At proprty.ai we've already signed partnerships with 18% of the Danish residential property market. We have a very real problem to solve, and a strong team to do it.

Adversus

Our cloud-based platform is used by several enterprises in Denmark, and we are working hard to provision the system as a global SaaS platform.
