Why We are going against the narrative to battle loneliness and the negative impact of social media because we want to design a platform to increase the quality of life! The insatiable business-centric model of current social media growth engines is solely designed around consumerism and addiction keeping people on screens and facilitating (new) social connections by staying online and isolated. At LifeBonder we want to take the lead with a human-centric social media platform designed with a purpose - to increase people’s quality of life by meeting new connections in-person. Therefore, encouraging physical activity, preventing isolation and thereby increasing mental health. We aim to design a safe platform to connect with like-minded people. We encourage people to go out and enjoy shared experiences off-platform by suggesting activities in the local area that they're both into. Additionally, we prioritize user needs by positioning them at the core and forefront of our business and placing the advertiser where they should be - at the periphery! Purpose To combat loneliness by improving the quality of life through local activities connecting people with shared interests. Lifebonder NextGen mobile app empowers lonely, depressed and isolated individuals to ignite their social life by facilitating real life off-platform friendships locally. Our privacy-safe AI enables authentic, modest and anonymous profile matching, with trusted pre-verified users, who share common interests to ensure our users have a safe space for expressing themselves. Metacore

We are the game company where players are the closest thing to a boss. That means our dream is to make our players’ dreams come true. Metacore is formed by small game teams, each deciding which games to build, when to ship them, and when to pivot or kill them. As a company, we’re relatively small too. We’re going at 50+ employees but growing fast. Metacore was officially launched in August 2020, alongside our first hit game Merge Mansion and €25M in funding from Supercell. In April 2021, we announced our first results and a €150M credit line to further accelerate our growth.

ProfitMetrics empowers the daily work in e-commerce through real-time profit overview and laserfocus on the profitability of orders, ads, campaigns and channels. By calculating and sending profit data to the preferred marketing platforms, one can make profitable decisions and harvest the full potential of automated profit-bidding - a feature proven to cut up to 10-20% of marketing costs without profit loss. ProfitMetrics works with the existing setup and makes it easy for any organisation to adopt profit, as the primary KPI. It requires a minimal effort to implement ProfitMetrics and stops all the money-wasting activities.

All Gravy: All the people stuff in one employee app - built for hospitality Hospitality is one of the largest employment sectors in Europe. It's also one of the most chaotic to operate. The average multi-site restaurant group or hotel brand manages hundreds of hourly workers across dozens of locations - none of whom sit at a desk, have a work email, or receive information through the same channel twice. The result is predictable. New starters show up on day one not knowing what to do. Training happens inconsistently, or not at all. Managers spend half their day answering the same questions on repeat. Communication happens in WhatsApp groups that the business doesn't own, can't audit, and can't control. Staff churn - already the highest of any industry, averaging 75% annually - gets worse. And operators have no way of knowing why. The tools that exist to solve this were built for office workers. They assume laptops, corporate email, and people who sit still. Hospitality doesn't work like that. All Gravy is the fix. We're a communications and learning app built specifically for multi-site hospitality operators - restaurant groups, hotel brands, contract caterers, quick-service chains. Our customers typically manage between 200 and 1,000 staff across multiple locations in the UK, Scandinavia, and Germany. The product gives operators one place to run everything people-related: Staff communications - a branded, structured feed that works like social media. Onboarding journeys - automated, role-specific sequences that start the moment a new hire is added to the system. They arrive on day one prepared, connected to the brand, and knowing what's expected of them. Training and learning - a full LMS designed for deskless workers, supporting both digital courses and in-person sessions, with attendance tracking, completion records, and automated reminders built in. Digital handbooks - a living, searchable library that employees access from their phone. Update once, everyone sees it instantly. No more outdated PDFs or laminated binders no one reads. AI assistant - trained on the operator's own content, not the internet. Employees get instant, accurate answers to questions about policies, procedures, and their role. Managers stop answering the same things over and over. The employee experience looks and feels like a social media app - because that's what people actually use. Adoption is high because the product meets people where they already are. The admin side is a web dashboard where operators build and manage everything centrally, with full visibility into engagement, training completion, onboarding progress, and team sentiment across every location. The problem is big. There are roughly 90 million deskless workers in Europe. Hospitality alone employs millions, with vacancy and churn rates that cost the sector billions in lost revenue every year. At Mia Health we build products where we can change lives and impact public health care costs. Our core is our digital twin – data analysis based on world-leading research. These analysis can help people live longer (8 years) and healthier (quality of life). BUT!
