Sinful

Sinful is Northern Europe's largest e-commerce company with sex toys. Sinful was founded in 2008 and has since won several e-commerce awards and 8 gazelle awards. Sinful's mission is to inspire a better sex life. We want to bring more love, presence and intimacy into everyday life. We have our head office in Højbjerg, Aarhus, where we are around 200 employees. At Sinful, we have a unique culture where there is room for many different personalities. Our values consist of 3rd half, unpretentious, straightforward, fighting spirit and ownership. We are unpretentious, but at the same time mega ambitious. We fight together, but also take individual ownership.

The Hub

The Hub is the go-to platform for hiring among startups in The Nordics. We have built a two-sided marketplace, where startups can post their open positions and handle their incoming applications, and talent can apply for said jobs. We currently serve four Nordic countries: Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway, and hope to expand further in the future 🗺. Since we started we have built a value-adding service and successfully: - Distributed more than 2 million applications - Had over 7.000 startups register a profile on the platform - Connected more than 300.000 candidates with jobs in the Nordic startup scene Our mission is to help startups grow faster to reach their full potential, and help talent find their next dream job. Our ambition is to create a complete startup recruitment marketplace, offering the best service available. The Hub family is a small international team based at the beautiful Matrikel1 in the centre of Copenhagen. While our HQ is in Denmark, all team communication is in English, so no Danish is required to join us. Outside working together, we enjoy monthly dinners, board game nights, and other fun activities. We have the freedom to work remotely, but also enjoy seeing each other as often as possible. Besides amazing colleagues another great plus in coming to the office is that lunch and coffee are second-to-none 😋 The Hub was initially started in 2015 by Danske Bank Growth with the help of Rainmaking Innovation to create valuable and impactful services for the rapidly growing Nordic startup ecosystem, focusing on tailored recruitment and fundraising services. In December 2022 Mesh Community took over operations of The Hub. Mesh Community is a leading Nordic provider of co-working spaces, innovation hubs, and startup accelerators. Youth on Demand

Youth on Demand is an on-demand task platform that connects busy families and elderly who want help with everyday tasks, with youth (13-25) in need of work experience. We are working with two of the biggest megatrends globally: 1. Unemployment amongst youth 2. The elderly wave & growing demand for help with everyday tasks Our mission is to become the largest employer of youth in Norway, and to make a big social impact on the issues raised as a result of the aging wave. We started by building an app for the B2C plattform, and will also soon launch B2B products for businesses in need of: - Short-term tasks (similar to our B2C on-demand plattform) - Recruiting talented youth longer-term - Gift cards for employees on the B2C plattform All of these services are automated with our AI-powered technology.

kapa.ai

kapa.ai makes it easy for technical companies to build AI support and onboarding bots for their users. Teams at +200 leading startups and enterprises incl. OpenAI, Mixpanel, Mapbox, Docker, Next.js and Prisma use kapa to level up their developer experience and reduce support. We enable companies to use their existing technical knowledge sources incl. docs, tutorials, chat logs, and GitHub issues to generate AI bots that answers developer questions automatically. We’ve been fortunate to be funded by some of the greatest AI investors in Silicon Valley: Initialized Capital (Garry Tan, Alexis Ohanian), Y Combinator, Amjad Masad and Michele Catasta (Replit), and Douwe Kiela (RAG paper author and founder of Contextual AI), and other folks incl. angels at OpenAI.

Againta (Trio Line Holding)

Againta is a new Start-Up with focus on implementing and running AI Agents. Based in Copenhagen we will target small and medium sized companies and support from strategic and practical perspectives with the implementation and running of AI Agents. The company will be part of and owned by Trio Line Holding, which has a number of investments from Robotics to AI to Hospitality and production companies.

PSV

Ohma

Ohma er et litt annerledes alarmselskap som hjelper deg ü ta vare pü det som betyr mest. Ohma bygger det vi mener kan bli infrastrukturen for skadeforebygging i hjemmet. Ved ü kombinere sensorer, sanntidsdata og tjenester flytter vi forsikring fra reaktiv skadeutbetaling til proaktiv risikostyring. Vi bruker innsikt og data for ü predikere skader og dermed forebygge store kostnader og invaderende ulykker i hjemmet. Selskapet er majoritetseid av If Holding, bygger første del av skaleringen i Norden med If som forsikringspartner og har en ambisjon om ü jobbe tett med Europas største forsikrings- og partner miljøer i løpet av de neste fü ürene.

Porterbuddy

Porterbuddy er et innovativt internett oppstartselskap innenfor logistikk, kundedrevet distribusjon og plattformteknologi. Dagens tilbud for varelevering etter netthandel mangler gode alternativer som matcher kundenes behov. Porterbuddys logistikkplattform skal gjøre leveranseopplevelsen smidig og fleksibel for kundene og sørge for økt konvertering og salg for vüre handelspartnere. Porterbuddy skal ta en ledende posisjon i markedet som tilrettelegger for samme-dags leveranser i urbane omrüder.

Hoxhunt

Hoxhunt was founded in 2016 by four visionaries. Today, we are a team of 200+ amazing Hoxhunters advancing one of the hottest scale-up companies in the human risk management category, with locations in Finland, Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Hoxhunt is one of the fastest-growing software companies in Finland, premiering in the Deloitte Fast 50 rankings for three consecutive years. Hoxhunt educates employees on how to protect themselves and their employers against malicious cyberattacks. Our core belief is that the best way to do this is through frequent, personalized, and behavior-changing cybersecurity training. Hubert.ai

Hubert is using AI-technology to automate early stages of the screening process and free up valuable time for busy hiring teams. Recruiting for entry-level positions can be a daunting task as applications often reach 300-400 for a single open position. Hubert automates the initial screening from application down to a curated shortlist of the most promising candidates. Each candidate is invited to an automated chat session with Hubert, which, in combination with the resume and cover letter, is automatically analyzed and used to rate participants in an unbiased way and according to requirements. In addition, as Hubert collects all the responses via open form text, the data is easily transferred to help you build a great candidate database.
