Phone.inc

Phone.inc gives your business a real phone number that lives in an app on the phone you already have. No telco, no SIM, no hardware. Built for small businesses that want to sound professional and never lose track of a customer, with AI that knows who's calling, what they've bought, and what you promised last time. Small businesses live and die by the phone, and it's where they often look least professional. A solo founder or a small team answers customer calls from a personal mobile: no greeting, no opening hours, no shared record of what was said. Calls land in the middle of dinner. A colleague picks up and has no idea who's on the line or what they ordered last week. A promise made on a call is forgotten by the next morning. The old fix was a proper phone system with SIM cards, hardware, and a telco contract. Too heavy and too expensive for a business of one to ten people, so most just hand out a personal number and hope for the best. This is the reality for a huge share of the world's small businesses, in every country and every industry. Phone.inc is a real business phone number that rings in an app on the phone you already own. Pick a local number in 90+ countries, record a welcome greeting, set your opening hours, and route calls, so every caller gets a professional experience from the first ring. Business calls come through the app, your personal number stays personal, and your whole team can see and answer the business's texts. The intelligence sits inside every call. Before you pick up, you see who's calling, your history with them, and their latest order, plus a short whisper in your ear telling you who it is and what it's probably about. What you promise on a call is turned into notes and follow-ups automatically, so nothing slips. And it connects to the tools you already use, like Shopify and your CRM, so the phone knows your whole business: every order and every past call, in one place. When you can't answer, an AI receptionist picks up, takes a message, and lets you call back on your terms. No telco. No hardware. Just an app on your phone. Fifteen years ago, our founder Niklas started a phone company for small businesses in Denmark. He grew it, sold it, and moved on, but never stopped thinking about it. Back then it was a real telco: SIM cards, hardware, the full weight of it. It worked, but it was heavy, and he always dreamed of a simpler version. The infrastructure to build that didn't exist yet. Now it does. Add AI on top, and the phone can finally do what he pictured all those years ago: know who's calling, remember what was said, and connect to the rest of the business. That's the product Niklas has carried in his head for fifteen years, the business phone small companies actually deserve, and it's the one we're building.

Triton Depth

Triton Depth is one of Europe's fastest-moving defence tech startups, building the acoustic intelligence layer for the seabed through hardware enabled software. Our nodes listen continuously to classify what moves through the water on-device. Divers, autonomous underwater vehicles, vessels behaving in ways they should not. They form a the tripwire, that warn operators in real time. The ocean is the last unmonitored domain. Ninety percent of global trade moves across it, and the cables, pipelines, and wind farms that Europe runs on sit in water nobody is listening to. Nord Stream. The Baltic cable cuts. Repeated incursions around critical infrastructure. The threats stopped being hypothetical a long time ago, and the cost of getting this wrong is not measured in euros. It is measured in cities that lose power, in naval crews who get no warning, in conflicts that escalate because nobody saw what was coming. Spun out of DTU. Backed by leading European defence and deep-tech investors. Working with navies, ports, and allied forces across the continent. The window for a small team to define this layer is open right now, and we are taking it. Join the mission.

Mova Design

Mova Design is a Copenhagen-based studio creating algorithmically generated, 3D-printed vases and candle holders. Each piece is designed using parametric, generative tools, producing organic, sculptural shapes that would be nearly impossible to achieve through traditional manufacturing. We're solving a problem rooted in how home decor is typically made today: mass production. Most decor on the market comes from injection-molded processes that require huge upfront tooling costs, encourage overproduction to justify that investment, and rely heavily on virgin plastics and non-sustainable materials that end up as landfill waste when trends shift or batches go unsold. Our approach flips that model. We 3D print on demand, which means no unsold inventory, no wasted material runs, and no need to produce thousands of identical units just to make the economics work. It also lets us use more sustainable, often biodegradable or recycled filaments, since we're not locked into materials chosen purely for high-volume industrial molding.

Dripdrop

Dripdrop is a tech company helping the world’s best hotels offer stylish, eco-friendly umbrellas to their guests and in doing so, we’re disrupting the built-to-break culture. Most products today are designed to fail so companies can sell more. We do the opposite. Our umbrellas are built to last, to be shared, and to be repaired. The longer they stay in use, the better it is for both the planet and our business. That’s the kind of circular thinking we believe should shape the future. Hotels usually spend surprising amounts of time and resources managing umbrellas on rainy days. Guests just want to stay dry and that’s where we come in. Dripdrop automates the whole experience, making it simple, reliable, and fun instead of stressful. We’re already in more than 1,800 hotels across 25 countries, including Scandic, Radisson, Marriott, and Hilton and growing fast. At Dripdrop, we believe that great companies are built by people who grow together. We value curiosity, courage, and collaboration more than titles or hierarchy. We’re a team of 28 people from across the world, Brazil, Denmark, the US, Romania, Italy, Lithuania, Sweden, Hungary, Marocco, UK, Poland, Russia, Chile, Croatia, Germany and Iceland, united by a shared goal of doing meaningful work with a smile on our faces. Every second week is a 4-day work week, giving everyone time to recharge and stay inspired. We believe in individual freedom with collective responsibility. We celebrate progress, not perfection. And we’re constantly evolving, because standing still is the fastest way to fall behind. If you want to help change how products are made, shared, and valued, Dripdrop might be your next adventure.
