When I had my first child, I had a little identity crisis and I read this amazing article, which said that if you can build a business based on your personal values, you would never have to sell a thing in your entire life. This is actually kind of true because you then become more authentic to who you are.

The old outsourcing and hosting models where customers are locked into contracts and platform with a provider that does not keep up with reality have been played out. We have just launched the first version of our app and are in the process of further developing a completely rethought solution to service matching. The product can revolutionize the way people find the right help with just about anything, using clever algorithms and design. We are three experienced cofounders, two of us developers (doing Cloud, Web and Android). We need more people to join our team, movement and test phase, to scale it up.

We are an informal group, and we tend to solve problems as we go, but we are here to grow. Next year, we see the company grow with 100%, expanding the team from 15 to 30 people.
