We are a team of students from different parts of NTNU, ranging from computer engineering to marketing. Our software automates many of the tasks required of these leaders and simplifies their management as dictated by law (Norwegian: "Internkontrollforskriften").  Each new member of the team is better at something than the others. For the past three years, SHFT has been working on creating the worlds most intelligent virtual running coach. SHFT is here to help runners worldwide reduce the risk of injury while improving their running technique and energy efficiency.The system consists of two pods - one placed on the chest, and one placed on the right shoe - that in combination collects your individual running data, and communicates over bluetooth with our app.The company is based on the 5th floor of the IT University.
