The answer is the Motion Sensing Street Light Control System, an energy saving technology that illuminates only when and where it is actually needed, without compromising the safety. When movement is detected by the closest street light, the light turns on to a full 100 per cent, allowing full sight and turns down to 20 per cent for energy saving when no one is around.
