Custom Pair is turning branded and authentic sneakers into sustainable items. We are helping individuals to accept and love second hand items with up-cycling. At Custom Pair we believe uniqueness, creativity and sustainability are the perfect match to revitalise the sneaker game. Meanwhile pre-owned clothing is getting the deserved attention, shoes are not perceived in the same way. Since we started to restore our own shoes, we promised ourselves Custom Pair is here to change that. The sneakers we sell have been though the process of revitalisation where we sanitise, restore and even customise them. We are a Copenhagen based startup and most of our customers are located in Denmark and USA. Our mission is to disrupt the sneaker industry adding value to pre-owned items. Our vision is to change the way individuals look at used items.

Pangara

Pangara startade 2016 och har sedan dess byggt en marknadsplats för freelancers i länder med stark ekonomisk tillväxt (emerging markets) och globala kunder. Utöver moderbolaget i Sverige är Pangara etablerat i Vietnam med ett starkt nätverk av förkvalificerade freelancers inom mjukvaruutveckling. Idag finns en stark konsultaffär med svenska kunder och en hög förmåga att leverera kompetenser som det är en brist av i såväl Sverige som internationellt. Nu är vi redo för att växa och utveckla konsultaffären med nya affärsmodeller och marknader.

StudMatch

StudMatch strive to make employment of students accessible and easy for all companies, such that many more choose to make use of this often underrated resource. We help businesses define good projects that create value for both themselves and the students, make their recruitment process slick and easy by providing them with a shortlist of candidates; and give them the framework for ensuring good and effective HR for the students during their employment. In turn allows the businesses to provide meaningful relevant experiences to students through internships and part-time jobs during their studies. We deliver this value by systemizing domain knowledge into our data driven platform, allowing us to deliver our service in a scalable way. The goal is to make student employment the obvious decision for any business that seek to connect with solid talent.

180 Degrees Consulting Copenhagen

This is a Copenhagen branch of 180 Degrees Consulting, the world's largest student-led consultancy for non-profits and social enterprises. The management board consists of student volunteers who dedicate their free time to organise and lead for sustainable impact. 180 Degrees provides socially conscious organisations around the world with high quality and extremely affordable consulting services. We work with organisations to develop innovative, practical and sustainable solutions to whatever challenges they might be facing. Each semester, we have a carefully selected team of 30 highly motivated and engaged university students who possess a combination of expertise, creativity and problem-solving ability.

Treffiboxi

Treffiboxi is a product made for couples, that provokes discussion and entertainment for the evening / date ahead. The aim of our products is to create conversations that go deeper than the surface, that aren't overly sweet, rather easy to grasp and get into. Creating fun together in a " warm " fashion. Treffiboxi is perfect for curious couples that like to try new things instead of sitting on the sofa every night with phones integrated into their hands. Cheering up the norm is in the middle of the idea. Our products are multi-use, and aren’t restricted into a one time use, it brings joy, ideas and lasting discussions for many weeks and even months to come. Our startup has developed and changed a alot since we started and we swe that it’s only a good thing! We want to develop and grow!

Grossisten Gro-inde ApS

Grossisten Gro-inde ApS has become a melting pot of several branches. 1) We sell equipment for planting and maintaining plants to every green (and not-so-green) thumb. 2) We repackage Big Bags of perlite and vermiculite (also used for plants) and send them out to big companies that redistribute and sell them. 3) We deliver different types of services to customers. A dedicated and ever-expanding team of workers deals with assignments like cleaning apartments, construction work, clearing overgrown gardens, and much more. When Gro-inde started, there was a need for more variety in how people kept plants. So we began by selling equipment for plants' hydroponic, aeroponic, and aquaponic cultivation. CEO Cristina Melgarejo is our go-to plant and equipment expert. She founded the company in 2016 with a vision that everyone should be able to find alternate ways of keeping plants without it breaking their wallet. Now in 2023, we are a company with over ten employees. We have a physical shop, an office space, a production line, and a webshop, and we have an online presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Disc Tree

Disc Tree is an ecommerce focused on disc sports. We are helping to grow disc sports starting in Denmark and looking to grow across Scandinavia an Europe. During the pandemic, the growth of hybrid sports has shown that everyone can be part of outdoor fitness activities. Disc golf is one of the fastest grown hybrid sports in Denmark and at Disc Tree we want to help making this great game available to all.

Packclub

Pain: When you make an online purchase that needs to be sendt to you, all the infomation regarding the delivery is sendt to you via SMS and e-mail. Those two platforms are allready filled with other relevant information, making it very confusing to keep track of your delivery. It requires you to proactively search for your delivery data amongst all the other informations on thoses two platforms allready drowning in informationoverload. We want to remove all the confusion and make it easy and convenient to receive a delivery, and provide you with an automated updated overwiev of your deliveries. At the same time we want to give webshops acces to the last part of the customer journey, from after purchase to delivery. Today 89% of webshops hand over the communication with the customer to the delivery company, after the orderconfirmation have been sendt. By doing so they miss out on a big business oportunity and leave the last part of the customer journey in the hands of a third party. Webshops have a big interest in ovning the complete customer journey, because in ensuring the right customer experience and continuing the contact with the customer right after purchase, is good for business. This is something Retailer have known and done many years, to ensure customerloyalty. Now it is time for the webshops to do the same.

With Purpose

With Purpose is a volunteer-driven Startup School for female entrepreneurs in the Nordic countries. We guide women through the early stages of starting a company. From helping them select the right idea to work on, to building an MVP to test with customers. All while joining a community of women who are in the same startup stage.

Fairytalez.com was launched in 2015, and today Fairytalez is the world’s largest collection of fairy tales. The collection consists of more than 4,000 tales, including classic fairytales like Grimm and Andersen, local tales from around the world, and a fast-growing category of user-written tales, uploaded on Fairytalez.com. The website has 60,000 monthly visitors, of which roughly half are from the USA. The stories are all available on the site, and some have been made into ebooks and paperbacks.

Hey hey, we are deidei. We're a Nordic-based global DEI agency that helps your organization reach its full potential. It's not really a story of why we wanted to start deidei, but why we had to. There were three reasons. One of them was the enormous need we saw for a DEI agency that genuinely understands DEI as both a people case and a business case. For true impact, DEI has to be looked at as continuous business development, not a box to tick. Another reason: we needed to build ourselves the kind of company we dreamed of working at, with DEI in its DNA. We knew we had to practice what we preach, and we needed a safe, kind and ambitious environment to do that.
