We are now taking our deep proprietary process knowledge into an AI strengtened automated workflow. We use this for our internal research for our clients, but also propose clients to use our research process platform themselves.

Komposit

Komposit is conservation/restauration business that deals in preservation, registration and consulting for both corporate business and public institutions. Currently we are working on the first danish digital platform specifically developed to provide art-owning businesses with an easy and cost-effective way to gain an overview of their art collections. The platform is based on automated features that safely guide the user through all necessary steps in the registration process. The platform has been developed by art conservators who have carefully selected the features to ensure a “need-to-know” registration process. The process is simple and efficient, ensuring that the business knows what artworks it has and where they are located. The tool is primarily used via smartphone, making it convenient to work with on-site. The collected data is stored in a database that can be accessed through both the app and a web browser. Once the company has an overview of its art, it opens up entirely new possibilities for activating and showcasing the value of the artworks. This could include re-curating the collection, creating communication initiatives for employees or guests, conducting valuations, conservation assessments, preservation planning, restoration, refining the collection through acquisitions or sales, and more.

Spontanique

Spontanique is a platform where venues can list last-minute availability in seconds and reach spontaneous bookers - with no upfront cost or added friction. Every day, cultural, fitness, and entertainment venues lose revenue due to last-minute cancellations and unsold capacity. These unfilled spots go unnoticed by people who might have attended - if they’d only known. Our customers are experience providers (gyms, studios, theatres, tour operators, venues etc.) that rely on consistent bookings. Many lack the tools or reach to market last-minute openings, and that results in economic inefficiency. On the consumer side, people are increasingly spontaneous - they book based on mood and availability, often just hours in advance. But the market isn’t built for them. We’re solving both problems: wasted capacity for venues and a lack of spontaneous discovery for consumers. We give customers a live feed of discounted experiences they can book right now, across categories like fitness, entertainment, wellness, and events. It’s seamless for partners (fully self-serve) and exciting for customers - who get access to great experiences that would otherwise be lost. We turn empty spots into revenue and spontaneous moments into opportunities. Our platform functions like a “Too Good To Go” for experiences - a win-win for both businesses and customers.

Monii is a danish fintech company with a vision to build Gen. 2.0 digital bank targeted micro businesses in Europe. Via a Banking-as-a-Service model we can integrate an unlimited amount of financial services into our banking platform via API integrations. This gives us the possibility to customize a digital bank that and integrate the specific financial services which these customers need to run their business today. For decades newly started businesses, in large part of Europe, has been discarded by traditional incumbent banks. Many have been declined when applying for a basic business bank account and small business loans. We are here to change that! We want to ensure financial inclusion for all micro businesses in Europe, both newly started businesses and existing micro businesses. The segment is severely underserved in many markets and they are struggling to get serviced by current players. The competitions is very low in this segment, despite the segment accounting for 22,8 million micro businesses in Europe. The potential is huge and we are seizing the opportunity! Our mission: We want to ensure financial inclusion and fairness by utilizing the new BaaS banking technology to create a unique product, tailored to micro businesses in Europe. What is Banking as a Service (BaaS)? BaaS is a model that allows non-bank businesses (like Monii) to offer financial services by integrating bank products through APIs. It enables companies to provide banking-like services without becoming a licensed bank.   How BaaS model works? BaaS allows non-banking businesses to offer financial services through licensed banks.
