The lack of transparency creates mistrust and unnecessary financial risk. FairByggePris applies AI to automatically analyze contractor offers. The system parses PDF or digital bids, compares them against structured industry data (such as Molio standards), and highlights missing items, hidden costs, or inflated pricing. Instead of relying on manual review by expensive consultants, users can within minutes receive a clear, data-driven analysis showing whether the bid is fair and where they should ask critical questions before signing. Over time, the system becomes smarter by learning from thousands of analyzed offers. The idea came from repeated experiences with how opaque and inconsistent contractor offers can be. Many homeowners and organizations enter construction projects without knowing if they are overpaying or missing critical details, leading to stress and unexpected costs.
