In Norsetek we combine industrial design methodology and conventional solutions in order to design a new type of large wind turbines. The Norsetek Wind Turbine Technology is estimated to reduce the levelled cost of wind energy by up to 15% (mainly by CAPEX reduction). In comparison, the expected effect of all known and unknown technology improvements until year 2025 is estimated to 5.5 % (ref.
