Many schools struggle with outdated or inefficient evaluation processes. The lack of clear insights and ongoing improvement in teaching practices creates less effective learning environments. There's a widespread need for a simple, user-friendly evaluation system. Opinoma stands out with its innovative feedforward mechanisms, including video presentations of evaluation results, graphical representations of submissions, smiley ratings for above-average responses, and concise text messages offering feedforward. This teacher-centric platform identifies areas for improvement and provides targeted support for teachers' development. School leaders also get valuable insights to make informed decisions and improve educational quality. The journey began when a lecturer at CBS posted on LinkedIn about being recognized for his evaluations. A thought popped up: other teachers must want similar recognition but don't have the tools to improve their teaching. This sparked the idea for Opinoma. Finally, the mission is also to bridge the gap between how today's students learn and the methods used by their teachers.
