Hele systemet styres fra ét dashboard, hvor brugerne både kan tage nye backups, sætte en løbende backup i gang samt tjekke status over de nuværende backups. Hvis der skulle ske en fejl med backuppen af servereren eller databasen, så vil Backup Bird sende alarmering direkte til brugeren.
