The green hydrogen revolution is underway, and the team at IðunnH2 is working on developing the supply chains required to put this clean, green gas to use, both in Iceland and globally. IðunnH2's first project is a commercial scale e-SAF facility under development near Iceland's international airport which will produce a carbon free drop-in fuel using renewable power and sequestered CO2. The project's development will require a dedicated team of engineers and a wide array of experts in the fields of contracting, policy, and communications.

Standard bra sizing is based on only two measurements, forcing 2 out of 3 women to settle for a bra with the wrong size, wrong fit, and terrible comfort. Upwards of 70% of women suffer daily discomfort from bras in the wrong size and fit, that are just not designed for their body type. If we are unable to find something that fits, that can create a sense that no-one has seen a body like ours before. The inability of the general fashion industry to create garments for the individual not only creates heaps of waste and overconsumption - it toys with our sense of self and how we see our bodies. Even though the industry is getting better at showing us diversity on catwalks and photoshoots, that mindset rarely manifests in the products. We are here to change that. How? Our technology works as a digital tailor, intelligently mass customising wirefree bras. Our proprietary algorithm calculates customers individual bra size and shape based on their body measurements, and we produce on digital production machinery - meaning that we can produce almost hands-free, eliminating overproduction and textile waste. We are building a community around the idea that everybody and every body deserves to be seen, and to have clothes that actually fit - and that we need to (re)learn how to build products for the individual.

There is a great need for immediate climate action with tools to mobilize financing for transition to a low-carbon economy and the need grows more urgent by the day. To achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius, the global community needs to reach net-zero emissions by no later than 2050. The voluntary carbon market has the potential to significantly accelerate efforts to mitigate climate change and achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement. Investments needed for scaling emerging low-carbon technologies do not meet the risk and return expectations of today’s markets. An effective and adaptable carbon market can facilitate capital flows to these technologies through carbon offsetting mechanisms established on the principles that emerged in initiatives such as Clean Development Mechanism. Carbon credits enable organizations to compensate for emissions by financing the avoidance/reduction of emissions from other sources, or removal of greenhouse gases from the atmosphere and thus contribute to the transition to global net-zero. Carbon credits also support emerging climate technologies and can help scale down costs and introduce these technologies to market earlier by decreasing additional costs against carbon-intensive alternatives. It is thus crucial to identify and support new and expensive technology and to help finance and deploying these solutions now, so that economic development can continue in countries across the world, including those rapidly industrializing today

It enables importers, companies, customs authorities, and governments worldwide to exchange sustainability, climate, and product compliance information to meet regulations such as CSRD, CSDDD, CBAM, REACH, Product Passport, and more. SacsiN allows for data comparison and the reuse of questions and answers in a standardized manner, regardless of industry. This empowers companies and consumers to be able to choose sustainable, climate-friendly, and legally compliant products and components. SacsiN was initiated by the industry as a response to the lack of a standardized methodology. In multinational companies often hundreds of people are working with different industry sustainability- and compliance systems and are manually moving information between them and using PDF. We are not many employees yet but are working close with the member companies, the different industries, to find the right solution for them. We are now seeking a CTO to help finalize the development of SacsiN platform if we receive the applied for grant.
