Human Rights in Action is a non-profit knowledge resource center working to make human rights matter in th 21st century and beyond. It was established as a reaction to recent years development in state security measures with increasing power to the state, and an increasing control and surveillance of the citizens. Human rights in action means a proper balancing between security-measures and the fundamental rights of the individual.

OncoImmunity develops machine-learning methods for personalized cancer medicine. Our flagship product predicts a patient response to cancer immunotherapy, from genomic data. We offer new possibilities in the field of urban gardening. BEDD design, produce and sell modular raised garden bed systems in steel. Simple as Lego bricks and cool as Montana shelves.  The concept is developed in close collaboration with ByBye Design and our production partner is Tronrud Engineering in Moss, Norway. Since prototype launch in 2016, BEDD has experienced 3x growth every year. In 2019 our goal is to expand to 60 stores and launch a great self watering system for BEDD.  Our company vision is "Cultivating passion". It covers our passion for urban gardening and green living, but also our passion for sustainable growth in new and exciting markets. Our team is a nice bouquet of experts from fields such as gardening, design, strategy, marketing and business development. Like the cool steel panels in our products, we like to join people with different backgrounds and know-how. In near future we hope to increase this team with more people, and will return to this when the time is right.

Wonderwall.no is a subscription based service for organisations that want an easy and affordable way to decorate their office spaces with art from alot of different artists. Through this service we allow artists with a burning interest and talent for visual art to show off their art to many people without loosing focus of their own work. The subscription service is based on rotations so that new art will be available throughout the year.

We design and build neat, feature-rich, and competitively priced, mobile apps and sell them on the Scandinavian and the German-speaking B-2-B market. We want to exploit the full potential of being one of the most innovative actors in the marketplace. We want to develop business activities that are in good and meaningful synergy with the 2016 activities.

Moonwalk designs startup challenges organised as programs. Alone or together with a strategic or financial partner. A program creates startups and runs for two semesters with paying participants. Then the program is incorporated. With participants as sweat equity part owners of the entire portfolio. An equity crowdfunding campaign decides how many startups are launched. Moonwalk is a 100 days startup hatcher and accelerator. No one should work here for any other reason than that they really want to. I had to figure out a way to fund and source the competence of people, but also fund their activity so that we can share in the outcome. No one had really given me any pointers on how to do that, so I had to find a new model of crowdfunding, crowdsourcing and shared ownership. Me and my colleague Victor developed that over the course of two years. He was a previous customer and the most talented person I know in the areas of value-chains and complexity. I asked him to join me and he said yes. We are in this together.

Working on our first own audio product together with renowned audio engineer Andy Rigby-Jones who created the Allen & Heath Xone series fo DJ mixers.
