Be Customer Smart

Be Customer Smart offers AI Optimised CX Management solution that uses operational data to reveal what causes customer dissatisfaction and churn along customer journeys to help businesses know how to improve customer retention, and increase customer satisfaction and revenue. In order to reduce churn, one must know why customers leave. The traditional methods such as surveys are slow and provide incomplete and biased data due to low response rates. In contrast, our AI Optimised CX Management solution takes already existing data of daily operations and builds a machine learning model to calculate the following in real-time for the whole customer base, each segment or an individual customer: 1. Kiddo er en værdibaseret start-up og digital platform der formidler oplevelsesgaver til børn og unge. Visionen for Kiddo er, at vi skal give vores børn og unge flere oplevelser og færre ting. Oplevelser som glæder og udvikler børn, unge og deres relationer. Oplevelser som gavner miljøet og lokale oplevelsesvirksomheder relativt til fysiske gaveprodukter. Kiddo gik live for mindre end et år siden med webshop, social media og annoncering. Vi har mere end 35 oplevelser herunder samarbejder som Det Kgl Teater og Copenhill og flere i pipeline. Kiddo oplever til trods for covid19 restriktioner og nystartet virksomhed stor vækst. Vi tror på oplevelsesgaver i fremtiden især pga. en øget miljøbevidsthed blandt forbrugerne men også stor udvikling og vækst i oplevelsesøkonomien generelt.

50 til 100 er et nytt nettverk hvor vi mobiliserer kompetente og erfarne mennesker alderen 50 år og oppover, til å styrke bedrifter i tidlig fase. Vi har møteplasser hvor modne personer treffer oppstartsbedrifter, og går inn i tettere samarbeid med dem. Alt fra styreplasser og mentorer til rådgivere eller å bli ansatt i en ny bedrift. Vi bruker tilgjengelig erfaring til å skape og styrke fremtidens arbeidsplasser og næringsliv. Gruppen utgjør i våre øyne tidenes mest kompetent og hurtigst voksende befolkningsdel med uutnyttet potensiale. For veldig mange oppstartsbedrifter er det en stor styrke å kunne knytte til seg erfaring, nettverk og kompetanse som de ikke har internt. We buy our coffee direct from the farmers. We only buy Specialtycoffee grown without any peticides. We have a headquarter in Brazil from where we also make education for the farmers. Today we have a danish and a german webshop, cafees and shops in Denmark, Germany and Italy. We have our own roasterys and warehouse. We have a subscriberservice for a new coffee every month, and we sell to offices, cafees and restaurants who want to serve good sustainable coffee.

Arcticode AS

The Company Arcticode is developing an easy to use mobile order and payment service to help food and beverage venues capture feedback while at the same time creating better loyalty from guests by incentivizing feedback through loyalty points. The issue We solve an issue common in the bar, venue and club scene. Customer insight and feedback. There is often less dialogue between guests and staff, and guests these days demand more and more from every visit. This occurs especially in the younger generation starting with millennials and younger. They constantly seek the best experience and will move on from a venue quite fast if expectations are not meet. Most venues in both the food and beverage sector could benefit from having a simple solution to better capture feedback while at the same time providing a simple mobile order and payment solution. The Solution Our solution combines ordering and feedback into one service. The service lets you order and pay while out for food and drinks with your phone as this is becoming the preferred way today while also capturing feedback in-app which provides cash points. These can then be used for discounted meals, snacks, goods, drinks etc. (not alcoholic beverages – Norway edition). We create a win-win situation of having guests leave feedback while also being enrolled in a loyalty program which creates higher interest and recurring visits. Why we do what we do Having worked in the food and beverage service sector you may encounter a lot of less friendly feedback at times, but this is often individuals who do not represent the majority of guests. But when you just don’t know this can make a workday long and tiresome, and rarely inspire anyone to provide a better service. But regardless, you start to understand your guests even better, you can facilitate for an even better service and experience, and this will in turn create a better day for both staff and guest. As a guest, you simply want what you came for, a good experience and a good service. Regardless of what the situation for the staff is. Having a simple way to both order and leave feedback while gaining something from it will create a mutually beneficial situation. And that’s what we have in common. Qaptale is a brand-spanking new NFT-startup, creating the future marketplace for in-game items (weapons, skins, gear, consumables, animations, etc.) on the Flow blockchain. NTFs are perfect for legitimising the trade of in-game items, and the timing to create the means to do so is perfect: The NFT market is simply blowing up right now. It tripled in 2020 to $250+ million (according to Emerging Tech Brew). But no one is grabbing the biggest opportunity out there — the emerging (and literally game-changing) industry of Mixed and Virtual Reality, and the explosive count down for coming into its true potential with the roll-out of 5G! --- BUSINESS MODEL --- As a marketplace, we will naturally sell listings. These trees can be over 50 meters high and the tea leafs grow without pesticides, fertilizers or irrigation. Far away from human impact. We have let some of the world's most famous and prestigious Gastronomers / Guide Michelin Chefs try our products and we have got their blessings! Our Leafs are also represented at PRADA and Four Season. Our goal is to be a global sustainable premium brand with more interesting products to come.
