Private markets (equity / real estate / debt crowdfunding, crypto / crypto-like, etc.) have recently opened up to retail investors. We believe that access to private markets is very important to retail investors as it outperforms public markets and adds diversification to the portfolio. It also serves as a gateway to financial literacy for youngsters and minorities. However, private market investments are inherently opaque. We want to shed light on these opportunities. We are basically building Seeking Alpha / Motley Fool for private markets. The company was founded by two serial entrepreneurs. We are looking for a third co-founder, a Nordic social media star (social media marketing, excellent blogger and podcaster, face of the franchise), preferably a woman. We are looking to do a Series A at the end of the year at a valuation of USD 5M (raising USD 1M). Until then, the project is self-funded. Vår historie Mikalsen Utvikling ble stiftet av Andrè Mikalsen i 2015. Etter mange år med utvikling av nettsider ble det ofte et tomrom og ønske om å bidra mer når nettsidene var ferdig levert. Spørsmålet som hele tiden dukket opp var om kunden faktisk kunne få enda flere besøkende til siden. Selv om nettsidene så grafisk bra ut, var de optimale for konvertering til salg? Dermed startet ferden inn i markedsføring og de digitale kanalene. Etter mange kurs og sene netter ved siden av full jobb, var det på tide å omsette teori til praksis. Elonroad develops a high-tech electric road system – it auto charges all types of electric vehicles when parked as well as when driving and the system is equipped with IoT sensors and software that captures and analyses transportation data. The solution is a conductive charging infrastructure designed for all electric vehicles (EVs), e.g., buses and trucks, cars, taxis, that operate in urban and highway conditions with the capacity to transfer up to 300kW with 98% efficiency. EVs that connect to Elonroad obtain direct power drive energy and charge their batteries to continue driving when disconnected from the electric road system (ERS). The power is distributed in very short segments of 1 meter and is unlocked by encrypted radio communication between the vehicle and the rail. Our ERS is equipped with IoT sensors and software that captures and analyses transportation data to generate intelligent feedback that interacts in real-time with moving and stationary vehicles. The digital road can facilitate the transition to autonomous vehicles by adding safety as it can inform about coming obstacles on the road, traffic movements and local deviations of temperature and weather conditions. Elonroad is the perfect union of disruptive tech and traditional engineering. Our vision is to electrify the entire transport sector and make fossil fuel a thing of the past, without increasing the demand of batteries. We will be the enabler of electrification of vehicles just like fiber has been for digitalization. We can contribute to reducing road transport CO2 emissions by more than 50%.

We have performed a demo version of the DEEP tool at a sawing mill and are since 2019 performing a Pilot Case for one a big facility owner (revenue 10,6 B€) for an office building of 4500 sqm in Gothenburg. The DEEP tool optimizes buildings energy efficiency by measurement, logging, analyzing and control the buildings equipment and manufacturing machines by AI. Large buildings* HVAC system are usually controlled by a PLC. DEEP communicates (read&write) with the PLC by OPC server, API or other interface. The data is stored in the MySQL database which is read from the AI-unit, who analyse the data through a data driven Deep Reinforcement Learning, DRL algorithm. The control signal is communicated to the PLC who controls the equipment. The DRL gets a positive or negative reward depending on the step. *Offices, Schools, Hospitals, Hotels, Industrial facilities, enough sized condonomiums. 4: The DEEP story 2017 we wanted to create an easy-to-understand product, with advanced technology, giving our property owners and tenants lower costs, improved climate impact and more time for important value-adding things. After several years in climate-smart real estate solutions, we found that property management could receive valuable support from AI-based tools that automatically identify the optimal where and when it shall control, and automatically does it.
