FEESH

FEESH...the feed for your fish Aquaculture is the fastest-growing food sector and is vital for meeting the protein needs of a growing global population. Yet, its growth is constrained by reliance on two unsustainable protein sources: fishmeal and soy protein concentrate (SPC). Fishmeal is produced from wild-caught fish, putting pressure on already fragile marine ecosystems, while soy production drives large-scale deforestation and carries a heavy carbon footprint. Both are also subject to volatile global markets, making aquafeed production environmentally damaging, expensive, and vulnerable. Insects, particularly Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL), are an attractive and more sustainable alternative. They can be produced locally, upcycle organic waste streams into valuable protein, and have a low environmental footprint. However, despite this potential, insect meal remains a niche ingredient in aquafeeds. The main barrier is chitin, a fiber-like polymer in the insect exoskeleton that reduces digestibility and locks away valuable proteins. This limits inclusion rates of BSFL meal in aquafeeds to just 2–8%, far below the levels needed to meaningfully replace fishmeal and soy. At FEESH, we are solving this problem by applying a precision microbial fermentation platform, enhanced with ultrasonication pre-treatment, to upgrade BSFL meal into a high-performance protein ingredient. Our process disrupts the chitin-protein matrix, making proteins more bioavailable, reducing indigestible fiber, and enriching the lipid fraction with beneficial fatty acids such as EPA and DHA. Additionally, fermentation produces bioactive peptides and immunostimulatory compounds that improve gut health and disease resilience in fish. The result is a fermented insect meal with digestibility levels reaching 90–95%, enabling high inclusion rates of >20% in aquafeeds without compromising fish growth, palatability, or welfare. By combining biological and physical processing, FEESH unlocks the true nutritional potential of insects, transforming them from a niche supplement into a viable replacement for fishmeal and soy protein concentrate. This matters because the aquafeed industry needs scalable, circular, and climate-friendly solutions. Our innovation reduces dependence on environmentally destructive feed sources, cuts CO₂ emissions, and strengthens food system resilience. For insect producers, it creates new market opportunities with higher-value products. For aquafeed formulators and fish farmers, it delivers a sustainable, locally produced protein that supports both performance and animal health. And for society, it contributes to global food security and a more sustainable bioeconomy. FEESH is pioneering the next generation of aquafeed ingredients, designed not just to sustain aquaculture, but to make it thrive responsibly.

NoorD Consulting

NoorD Consulting is a boutique strategy and design firm that helps organizations rethink systems with equity, ethics, and long-term sustainability at the core using systems thinking to address structural challenges, not surface-level symptoms. We work across sectors to design more inclusive products, services, and cultures; from tech and investment to education and the arts. At its core, NoorD was created to solve a problem: too many organizations say they want change, but keep replicating the same patterns. We exist to help them see the system, understand their role within it, and design impact that lasts.

Vena

We build software for general practitioners (doctors) in Denmark. Our software manages everything the doctor and other staff does, including calendar, journaling, prescriptions, vaccinations, lab tests, etc. We started in 2024 and launched in May 2025, and are now onboarding customers across Denmark.

Eversay

Eversay is a new social platform designed to help hosts and event planners spark meaningful connections among guests before, during, and after life's big moments -from weddings and birthdays to company parties and retreats. We're solving a common challenge: guests often don't know each other beforehand, and the connections made at events tend to fade quickly afterward. At the same time, photos and memories get scattered across private chats, cloud folders, and phones, and the host has to beg for them to get uploaded. Many of them are lost. Eversay brings it all together in one place: the guest list, playful introductions, a quirky (AI)event assistant, a shared media pool, and interactive tools that build excitement and a sense of belonging. We're reimagining the guest experience, focusing on human connection, shared joy, and effortless memory-making. Unlike most event or social platforms, we're building Eversay on Europe-first values: strong data privacy, ethical use of AI, and a deep respect for digital. Guests should feel as safe online as they do at the party. Our vision is to become the preferred, privacy-conscious alternative — rooted in European design principles and community spirit. We started in Denmark with endless global ambitions and roots in Copenhagen and Barcelona. Our goal is to become the go-to platform for social event engagement, where people don't just attend events; they feel part of something meaningful.

AddMeetings is an AI-powered meeting qualification platform for B2B professionals. It is the first place where they can say, “Find my time on AddMeetings,” knowing every meeting request comes with a pitch-first approach and a paywall, ensuring relevance, intent, and zero spam. Only high-quality conversations make it through. Decision makers are overwhelmed by a flood of cold, irrelevant, low-quality outreach and meeting requests every day. With the rise of automation, inboxes are full of noise, making it harder to spot valuable opportunities. AddMeetings solves this by filtering and qualifying inbound meeting requests so buyers only see the ones worth their time. GitHub made it easy for the world to build software together. SomebodyMakeIt does the same for physical products. SomebodyMakeIt is where brands, IP owners, and product creators can turn ideas into real products without building supply chains from scratch through a shared infrastructure for sourcing, collaboration, production, and scaling. Physical product creation is still absurdly broken. If you want to launch something real, you usually need to find the right people, manage scattered files and feedback, coordinate suppliers, handle production risk, and commit money before you know if demand exists. That kills speed, margins, and momentum. It also locks out a huge number of creators and companies that could launch great products if the system were easier. This is a massive market gap hiding in plain sight. We are building the platform where physical products get built. A place where ideas, briefs, collaborators, makers, manufacturers, production knowledge, and execution can live in one system. Instead of every company rebuilding the process from zero, they can plug into shared infrastructure for developing, testing, and scaling products. The more projects that run through the platform, the stronger the network becomes. More data, better matching, faster execution, more repeat production, and more value captured across the lifecycle.
