The Problem We Are Solving: Many premium vodkas focus solely on taste and quality, but they often lack an experiential element that can elevate the consumer's experience. For bars, restaurants, and cocktail enthusiasts, presentation is crucial, especially in an era where social media plays a massive role in consumer engagement. There's a demand for innovative products that stand out and provide a unique talking point while still delivering on taste and quality. We do this through screening candidates and presenting them to our clients, while having focus on complete confidentiality between us, the client and the candidates. The company is currently in a stage where we are launching a new job-portal while still holding on to our core values of creating a better working environment for the working class. We do this by implementing steps such as having our clients (the restaurants, cantines, hotels etc) sign a faith and promise statement about their working conditions.

About Us: Monogram is a startup focused on art inventory management for individuals and businesses. The project originated from the realization that 98% of all art buyers/collectors do not have a digital inventory system. In addition to inventory management, the platform has two other main features: a social component where users can view other collectors' collections and a marketplace where users can sell works without a middleman. The product currently exists as an MVP being evaluated by a test panel.

Our startup is revolutionizing the way football clubs train and develop their players by introducing an innovative, interactive training platform. The core idea is to shift from traditional, passive learning methods to an engaging, active learning experience. This approach is designed to enhance players' tactical understanding and decision-making skills, both of which are crucial for on-field success. The problems we are solving: Clubs invest significant time and resources in onboarding new players and coaches to integrate them into the team's systems and culture. This process involves extensive training sessions, meetings, and practical drills to ensure everyone understands the club's philosophy and tactics. However, it is often inefficient and time-consuming, particularly when done manually. Clubs also typically lack concrete data on how well players grasp tactical concepts. The understanding of tactics is often assumed rather than measured, leading to inconsistencies in player performance. This gap in assessment leaves coaches without reliable metrics to gauge tactical comprehension, hindering targeted improvement and strategic alignment.

Blend is a mission-led start-up which believes business should be a force for social good. Blend works with social enterprises who employ and uplift marginalized women from patriarchal villages in India to bring elegant products to the urban buyer in Nordics. Our main product line is carpets hand-made with natural materials such as wool, jute, silk and recycled PET. The carpets are made with the same superior weaving technique of Persian carpets but have simple and neutral designs which suit the Nordic design sensibility. By promoting handmade products by marginalized women Blend can impact 11 out of 17 UN SDG goals. We launched in Q2 and already have our products in boutique store in North of Copenhagen. Once we establish market connects, Blend wants to connect designers from Denmark and other Nordic countries to production centers in these rural villages to blend the functional Nordic design with 5000 years old artisanal talent of India. In future, Blend will also explore tech-based leasing options for its high-end home furnishing range. We believe that everyone should be able to upgrade home furnishings without giving-in to consumerism and impacting mother nature adversely. Blend is founded by Shakti, an Indian who has lived in Denmark and worked at many Senior Director level positions in Danish companies like Mæersk, Deloitte and Rambøll. Through Blend, Shakti hopes to bring functional Danish design closer to the 5000 years old artisanal talent of India. When one wholeheartedly loves two countries so diametrically opposite to each other, then it’s impossible to hold back from exploring what a blend of these 2 cultures can offer to the world. Dette skal ske gennem opbygning af et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem, der kan højne kvaliteten og effektiviteten i dokumentationen inden for psykiatri og handicap området til gavn for medarbejdere og borgere. Der har gennem årtier været politisk fokus på at sænke dokumentationsbyrden inden for den kommunale velfærd, uden succes. Med fremkomsten af AI er der opstået en unik mulighed for at gøre dette og herigennem skabe gennemgribende forandringer i den borgernære velfærd. Vektor – AI er et Health – Tech startup, der tager denne udfordring op. Målet er at udvikle et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem til medarbejdere inden for psykiatri- og handicapområdet i landets kommuner. Systemet skal højne effektiviteten og kvaliteten i medarbejdernes dokumentation og herigennem mindske det administrative pres på medarbejderne og frigive tid til arbejdet med borgerne. Jeg har gennem de sidste 6 måneder lavet markedsundersøgelser, hvor jeg har interviewet medarbejdere, ledere, chefer og andre centrale interessenter inden for psykiatri- og handicapområdet i flere kommuner. Respondenterne har samstemmende tilkendegivet, at de kan se et stort potentiale i de skitserede løsninger. På baggrund af disse interviews, samt mine mange års erfaring som selvstændig konsulent inden for denne sektor, har jeg udviklet en plan for, hvilke funktioner et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem skal have for at skabe gennemgribende forandringer. Ydermere har jeg fået tilkendegivelser helt op på chefniveau om, at man er interesseret i at investere i et system, der indeholder disse funktioner. Jeg har desuden skabt kontakt til både medarbejdere og ledere, der har udvist stor interesse i at deltage i afprøvningen af systemet i en testfase. Vektor-AI er stadig på et meget tidligt stadie, og søger en teknisk cofounder. En kommende cofounder vil få en høj grad af indflydelse på det færdige produkt, og på den videre udvikling af dette. Jon har gennem de sidste 10+ år arbejdet som selvstændig konsulent inden for psykiatri- og handicapsektoren i mange forskellige kommuner, og har herigennem opbygget et stort netværk inden for sektoren, som han trækker på i både udviklings- og salgsprocessen.
