Boligmarkedet – både i Norge og de fleste internasjonale storbyer – er moden for disrupsjon. I flere tiår har boligprisene utviklet seg i et langt raskere tempo enn lønnsveksten, og som et resultat av dette ender stadig flere opp utenfor markedet. Dette er en uønsket utvikling ettersom en høy andel boligeierskap har flere samfunnsmessige gevinster. En av årsakene til denne utviklingen er at det de siste 100 årene ikke har vært vesentlige endringer i måten vi bygger og bor på. I Co-Own har vi en ambisjon om å gjøre boligmarkedet tilgjengelig for alle, og samtidig hjelpe unge mennesker å bygge meningsfulle fellesskap. Dette gjør vi ved å hjelpe mennesker med å finne andre som de kan kjøpe seg inn i kollektiver sammen med. Vi bistår i hele prosessen med å etablere nødvendige avtaler, skaffe finansiering, tilrettelegge for et godt bo-forhold, og til slutt gjøre det enkelt å finne kjøper til egen andel når man er klar for å reise videre. På denne måten kan mennesker nyte de sosiale fordelene av å bo i et kollektiv - og samtidig ta del av de økonomiske fordelene av å være del av boligmarkedet.

Greenphones

Greenphones provides an end to end solution for to extend the lifetime of mobile phones and tablets. Through the provision of a simple user friendly interface allowing private individuals to trade-in their used phones where the value can either be used for the purchase of an upgraded phone or paid out in cash. We saw a clear need in the market to help the consumer and at the same time reduce the number of new mobiles being introduced into the market. As such for each and every new mobile 'not sold' sold in the market, we reduce the CO2 footprint by approximately 55kg. We estimate that we can extend the lifetime of any mobile between 250% and 300% Inspiration for your startup description There are other firms selling used mobile/tablets, but very few that offer the level of service trade-in value. The founders who previously worked with used IT equipment saw that the used mobile market was also in need of a solution. Greenphones has a number of strategies to expand beyond the core business to enhance the circular economy and is constantly in search of ways to support climate initiatives.

When downloaded, Liked asks the user to mark the people most important to them in their phonebook and then collects dates such as birthdays and names days as well as delivery addresses for them. When a date approaches, Liked sends a reminder. In addition, when swiping in to the app, users will find name, date and address pre-filled to the person in question, the only thing left is to write a message and click send! When entering the app, the user gets a clear overview of all upcoming dates related to their contacts, as well as holidays and other inspirational occasions to spread joy. Apart from automating the process of adding important dates, the user can add dates and information about their contacts manually, adding e.g anniversaries. Our goal is to become the go-to-place for people in need of electrical services by providing the easiest and safest way to get the job done. With SpotOn you order online, get a fixed price instantly and the job done by handpicked pros at a time that suits you. We're an in-house startup backed by one of Norway’s fastest growing companies; Elektroimportøren, a wholesaler of electrical equipment who disrupted their industry by selling directly to end consumers both online and in over 20 retail stores across Norway. Working as a startup and building on our parent company’s strengths and infrastructure has enabled us to scale fast and make our service available to over 70% of Norwegian households. The Problem Our research show that people feel stress just thinking about hiring an electrician and that many struggle to even get started. The main reason being that they don’t know who to contact and what it will cost them to get the job done. But they are also worried because of stories they hear of poor results or misleading prices leading to surprises when the invoice arrives. As a consequence they’ll ask friends or family for recommendations to avoid making the wrong choice. Lack of trust and clarity around pricing creates uncertainty and often leads people to postpone contacting an electrician until absolutely necessary. They learn to live with suboptimal solutions because getting the job done requires too much effort. And when they finally decided to hire an electrician they often experience the person not arriving at the agreed time, and without the necessary equipment to get the job done. The frustration reaches its boiling point when they then have to pay for the extra time needed to drive and pick up the equipment. Our Solution We have digitized the whole process of hiring an electrician, creating a seamless journey from need to end result and a superior booking experience that puts the customer in the driving seat. 01 Instant Fixed Price We’ve built a job-configurator with an inbuilt price calculator making it possible for customers to get a fixed price instantly by answering a few simple questions. This way our customers get’s a price in advance and no surprises when it’s time to pay. 02 Free Video Inspection In addition to our simple job-configurator our customers can book a free video inspection the next day. We’ve hired a team of electricians and built a digital inspection tool making it possible to create and send offers with a fixed price within 24 hours. 03 Handpicked Pros We’ve handpicked pros from Elektroimportøren’s already established network of contractors across the country. This way our customers don’t need to spend time finding a trustworthy electrician and can feel safe knowing the job will be done by qualified professionals. 04 When it Suits You We’ve built a scheduling system from scratch that allows our customers to choose when they want the job done. They simply pick a time and date in our digital calendar and the job is automatically delegated to one of our electricians in the area. 05 Efficient installation We’ve utilised the retail stores across the country to streamline logistics and make installations efficient. We pack and send the electrical equipment in advance so the electricians have all they need, removing unnecessary time spent driving and picking up equipment. 06 Industry-leading Guaranty All our customer are given the opportunity to evaluate their experience after the job is done. If the result is not as promised we fix it free of cost. Onbaz

Onbaz is a marketplace to help brands and influencers show off and sell their products online with Live Video Shopping. We're sort of like a YouTube for e-commerce, where instead of showing pictures of products, the seller talks about their products in a video stream. The buyers can watch it live, or on demand since the stream is recorded. The seller can also build a following, which is really powerful and interesting for influencers and brands that work with other social media platforms. It's really easy to start a stream and the only thing you need is a phone or a webcam, and some great products of course :) Live Video Shopping started in China 2016, and have already reached over 150 Billion USD in sales in 2020, and we're among the first players in this space in Europe.

In Allihop we are the first Green Business Travel Platform enabling businesses to easily access green mobility in all European countries and cities. Today companies struggle in meeting their CO2 emission goals related to travelling since they cannot offer greener modes of transport to their employees. Our aim is to support companies in reducing their CO2 emissions from corporate travel, encourage more green modes of transport and reduce private bookings. We are aware that business travel is a huge contributor to CO2 emissions and there are lots of studies showing the impact, but there are no solutions as of yet. Allihop founders are start-up enthusiast, not new to the start-up world but they wanted to work on something they feel passionate about - green travel and sustainability.

We all need to eat more fruits an vegetables for the sake of environment, climate and health. But the good, green stuff takes up a lot more space in the fridge - especially if you have meal boxes delivered. The result is a lack of overview (what's the slimy stuff at the back of the veggie drawer??), less practical ways to store the food and in the end food waste. We cannot defend production of even more refrigerators, nor is it clever to setup an old, less energy efficient fridge in the garage.
