My interest for mobile engagement started when working with email marketing and personally seeing the (lack of) engagement from your most important audience. Another key issue is the lack of response you get when you are competing for people's attention via email. When I created Rispons I wanted to create a personal and effective channel to bypass all the clutter in the email inbox. I wanted everything to be fast, mobile first and extremely effective, but without anyone downloading another app. This is why I created a browser-based platform that can message anyone that owns a smartphone, and get much higher and faster engagement.
