Flair Copenhagen

We are a Copenhagen based sustainable silk brand, inspired by the universal unisex minimalistic Danish design, that wants to make quality silk garments accessible to all. We believe in sustainable production and circular economy within the fashion industry, and strongly support waste reduction within the fashion industry. Sustainability lies in the core of our production process, as the silk we use is remaining stock from large productions in Italy. Each and every silk garment is handcrafted in Europe, avoiding overseas shipping and reducing waste of fabric. This results in big diversity of colors within our collections, and limited edition models.

Synega

Norway's first online consulting company. We started out with accountants, and kept it that way while we built our IT-platform and overall business structure. Now we are ready for the next phase, and will expand with a line of new services in 2020. ChargeSmart

Olemme kehittämässä järjestelmää kiinteistön hetkellisten kulutushuippujen hallintaan sekä ei-aikakriittisen kulutuksen ohjaamiseen matalan kuormituksen jaksoihin. Innovaation tavoite on säätää kiinteistökohtaista energiankulutusta siten, että suurilta kulutuspiikeiltä vältytään ja että kiinteistö kykenee hyödyntämään ostettavan energian hintavaihteluita mahdollisimman paljon. Laajasti käyttöön otettuna järjestelmä tasoittaa kulutusta myös koko jakeluverkon tasolla ja auttaa nykyistä infrastruktuuria vastaamaan energiankulutuksen kasvuun mahdollisimman pitkälle, mikä vähentää tarvetta laajamittaisille kapasiteetti-investoinneille. Innovaation taustalla on ladattavien ajoneuvojen tuoma muutos kiinteistöjen sähkönkulutukseen. Tällä haavaa latausjärjestelmien markkinointi keskittyy painottamaan lähes yksinomaan akkujen latausnopeutta, unohtaen sähkön jakeluverkon aiheuttamat rajoitukset energian saatavuudelle. Latausasema ei kuitenkaan ole irrallaan kiinteistön muusta sähkönkulutuksesta, joten kiinteistön kaikkia kulutuspisteitä on tarkasteltava kokonaisuutena ja määriteltävä kunkin kulutuspisteen saamat resurssit dynaamisesti, jotta energian riittävyys kiinteistön kaikkiin toimintoihin tulee turvattua.

KreditNU er en del af Blue Finance Denmark ApS, som er en dansk underafdeling til finske Blue Finance Oy, der siden 2011 har drevet virksomhed i Finland. I 2019 åbnede vi op og tilbyder lån under KreditNU. Vi lægger et stort fokus på grundighed i kreditvurderingerne, ligesom ansvarlighed også ligger dybt i vores DNA. I modsætning til mange af vores konkurrenter, så er vores kreditvurdering ikke fuldt ud automatiseret. Vi har også en menneskelig vurdering på de lån, vi godkender. På den måde sikrer vi, at vores kunder har det rådighedsbeløb og økonomiske råderum, der skal til for, at de kan betale deres lån tilbage. Ligeledes skal man også være fyldt 23 år, før man kan optage lån hos KreditNU. Det er for at sikre, at vores kunder har den modenhed, der skal til for at kunne overskue konsekvenserne af at optage et kviklån. About Goodtalks is a professional digital network for woman. The platform supports woman in building a strong network they can draw upon to advance their career. Our goal is gender equality in leadership roles and management boards – to the benefit of the individual, corporations and society at large. The What SDG 5: gender equality Despite the fact that it’s recognised more women in top management has a positive impact on the bottom line, gender equality in Danish leadership roles and management boards leaves a lot to be desired. With 27% of woman in leadership positions Denmark is the lowest ranking of the Nordic countries and even below the OECD average of 31%.1 When it comes to corporate and board management numbers are even lower. In 2018 the proportion of women in top management was 13% and board management 17% , and the trend is decreasing. For instance only one of the C25 listed companies has a female CEO. One challenge is that candidates to fill top leadership positions are recruited via network and since these are male ‘heavy’ it creates a vicious circle that takes effort to interrupt.1 Goodtalks address the network issue that prevent women from landing top management positions by offering a platform where woman can build strong alliances and get support to grow their career. The How Goodtalks offer professional women a digital platform that allows them to build and strengthen their network across roles, functions and businesses. It works as an exchange of experiences and knowledge, which given the digital format removes barriers by making help, sparring and sharing easily available. In addition the setup encourages honest exchange of both good and challenging experiences, which serve to fuel our members with needed competencies and courage to advance their career. Further members are regularly offered the opportunity to meet in person at live events where they network and listen to two inspiring speakers (e.g. CEO’s and politicians) who share the unglossy version of their career stories. The Why Spending many years in Corporate World, Pernille who established Goodtalks, would at times find herself in organisations that had a deep negative impact on her mood and wellbeing. So much so that she would bring the tension home and take it out on her family. Searching for an explanation (and solution) a pattern emerged. Business where she had struggled to thrive all had a lack of female competencies in leadership roles and management boards in common. An imbalance that affected the entire organisation. A deep desire to facilitate balanced organisation via gender equality and change this dynamic took root. Pernille identified community as a key leaver to achieve this. An environment where women can meet up online and offline to share experiences and support each others growth. She also recognised that in order for the sharing to be relatable and have a transformational impact it had to be honest and ‘unglossy’. Soon after Goodtalks was launched.

This is done by collecting, organising and connecting their energy data to third party services. Metry is used by energy utilities, real estate companies and energy service providers that want to make energy a bit more understandable and engaging.

Peopl A/S er et digitalt konsulenthus, som huser flere specialistvirksomheder inden for SEO, SEA, Paid marketing, design, influencer marketing og videoproduktion. Peopl A/S arbejder med strategi og digital marketing for virksomheder, der ønsker fokus på bundlinje og kompetent rådgivning. Arbejdsmiljøet er præget af høj energi og drevet af ambitiøse mennesker. Det er meget normalt, at folk arbejder i fællesskab om aftenen for at færdiggøre deres individuelle og fælles projekter for kunder.

Safedesign AS

Safedesign AS was established in 2018 in the wake of a booming solar industry in Norway. Solar installers need an improved system to safeguard the workers. Typical solutions, such as scaffolding are time-consuming and costly. Safedesign AS is growing, and taking market shares in the solar sector, but also in telecom and refurbishment. We need more competent people on the team to scale the business. We need more hands in the areas of economy, marketing, sales, and hands-on roof work. We are in the process of further developing our product to make an impact in general roof refurbishment. This is a well-established market, we see great benefits with our product compared with scaffolding, especially in urban areas.

Maguru

Maguru is reinventing the way craftsmen interact with their customers. There are 100 million transactions in the EU B2C market alone, but despite the high frequency the process is fundamentally broken: According to trade association ‘Dansk Byggeri’, 87% of end customers are happy with the end result while only 17% are happy with the customer experience. Our Marketing and communications platform remove transaction costs, improve the customer experience and facilitate repeat and referral business.

Reach Active

The Pitch Reach has developed a 100% online physiotherapy app to help MSK pain sufferers (the #1 cause of disability globally) access quality and evidence based care and build up the active habits that are shown to most effectively treat and prevent pain. The What Pain management and prevention should be centred around a multidimensional approach - focusing on physical activity and exercise but also on building understanding of pain and the confidence in one's ability to deal with pain. Frustratingly, MSK pain is a global epidemic, and a lot of the current treatment is part of the problem, not the solution: 1. Still, too many health practitioners promote passive treatment approaches and passive coping strategies. 2. For most, the active approach that best treats pain requires active habits to be formed, which includes both belief and behaviour change. Sadly, no one offers this high-quality care in a way that supports habit change. At Reach, we build up people’s ability and confidence to self-manage, so they do not become dependent on health professionals. In everything we do, we strive to make recovery and prevention more reassuring, accessible and motivating. The How Currently patients complete a 8 minute online assessment and receive a personalised video exercise program, we then motivate and evolve their program to recovery. During your time with Reach, we’ll work with you to develop the confidence you need to stay active at your own pace, in a way that suits your lifestyle. We’ll also support you with ongoing educational material to make sure you fully understand what’s going on ‘under the bonnet’ of your pain. You’ll get access to new educational material at checkpoints throughout your road to recovery so that you can make informed choices about how best to deal with your symptoms and keep progressing. The Why This is where it all started, and what drives everyone at Reach, everyday. - We really believe in all the benefits of being active - social, stress relief, increased energy, better health and more. - And we admire all those trying their hardest to make themselves and their lives better - and I genuinely believe most people are trying their hardest in life (shout out to Brene Brown’s book on Shame and her ted talks for this learning). - There are loads of great tools and people helping you to be active and stay active, but when things go wrong and you’re held back by pain and injury, the available choices are all so frustratingly inconvenient, slow and boring. - SO, we are ‘empowering people when their active best is under threat’. And we hope that by helping people become stronger and move forward, we can help make their lives that much better, in-turn increasing their capacity to make the lives of those around them better, and bit by bit we’ll make the world that bit better.
