ReCraft Design Studio transforms construction waste into architectural building materials for contemporary interiors. By developing scalable production methods for reclaimed brick, concrete, stone, and other mineral based materials, we turn demolition waste into high value interior cladding and architectural surfaces. The construction industry generates enormous waste streams while facing increasing pressure to reduce embodied carbon. ReCraft addresses both challenges by creating low carbon materials from resources already in circulation. Combining local production, craftsmanship, and contemporary design, our products offer architects and developers sustainable alternatives without compromising on aesthetics, quality, or performance. Nordesk er en tech-virksomhed, der bruger AI til at matche selvstændige og startups med den perfekte kontorplads - uanset om det er i kontorfællesskab eller egne lokaler. Vi befinder os i en branche, der i mange år har kørt efter de samme principper, i samme tempo og ikke mindst: baseret på den samme, gamle teknologi. Nordesks stifter - Lukas Gjetting - er udvikler af baggrund og har en håndfuld startups bag sig, både som seniorudvikler, co-founder og solo founder. Vi bruger vores dybe tekniske forståelse til at bygge interne systemer og AI-baserede processer, som gør det muligt at skalere med et lille team. Nordesk er officielt stiftet i 2024, men kørte de første par år som et sideprojekt. Siden 2026 er der kommet fuld gang i maskineriet, og nu drøner vi derudaf!

Risustudy er et AI-baseret softwaresystem udviklet til den danske folkeskole. Platformen er bygget op omkring tre centrale brugergrupper: elever, lærere og forældre. Vores mission er at løse nogle af de største udfordringer i folkeskolen – blandt andet mangel på tid, differentieret undervisning og manglende støtte til elever med forskellige behov. I dag oplever mange danske folkeskoler de samme problemer: lærere har for lidt tid til den enkelte elev, undervisningen bliver ofte for “one size fits all”, og mange elever føler sig overset eller tabt i systemet. Det er netop de udfordringer, vi vil være med til at løse gennem teknologi og AI. Idéen bag Risustudy kommer også fra personlige erfaringer. Jeg har selv haft en svær tid i folkeskolen, hvor jeg ikke passede ind i den traditionelle måde at lære på. Jeg er ordblind og har ADHD, og mine udfordringer blev ofte håndteret ved, at jeg blev sat til side i stedet for at få den støtte og forståelse, jeg havde brug for. Det gjorde, at jeg mistede motivation og ikke fik det fulde udbytte af undervisningen. Med Risustudy ønsker vi at skabe et værktøj, der hjælper elever med at lære på deres egne præmisser, giver lærere bedre muligheder for at differentiere undervisningen, og samtidig inddrager forældrene mere aktivt i elevens udvikling. Målet er at skabe en folkeskole, hvor flere elever føler sig set, forstået og støttet i deres læring.

Samtidig savnede jeg selv et miljø, hvor man får ansvar tidligt, arbejder tæt på beslutningerne og lærer forretning i praksis. Motivationen er enkel: At bygge virksomheder, der fungerer i virkeligheden – og samle ambitiøse mennesker, der vil tage ansvar, skabe resultater og vokse sammen med forretningen.
