SonoClear AS develops an acoustic contrast fluid to remove noise in ultrasound images, used during brain tumor surgery to guide tumor removal. The goal is to be sure that all tumor is removed, as total resection improves patient outcomes. The technology is developed by neurosurgeons at St.Olavs hospital and engineers at Sintef. The technology is patented worldwide and is developed as a medical device according to ISO13485. The core team consists of CTO, Medical advisor, Quality manager, and Regulatory officer. We have developed a camera-based sensor for 24h automatic sea lice counting and biomass measurement. Our product solves the main challenges in high contrast underwater imagery of sea lice with deficient maintenance. We are looking for funding to take the effect to the next level, where approval of our solution in the industry and by authorities are key factors as well as the development of the organization.
