While Grønne Mil AS is a B2C business offering a wide scope of products, Besen Group AS is a local agent and distributor of the largest cables and charging station producer in China, Besen International Group AS. The aim is to cover the entire value chain with both Besen Group AS in Norway and Grønne Mil AS. Besen Group International in China is transferring customers for local handling and development.

WiSub Acquired by Transmark Subsea The acquisition will strengthen their ability to provide solutions for the growing market for underwater autonomy and wireless drone docking. WiSub is an ocean technology company based in Bergen, Norway. They supply patented, innovative, and flexible wet-mate pinless underwater connection systems to international markets. Transmark Subsea manufactures a broad range of qualified cable systems for the distribution of electrical signals, power, and fiber optics to the offshore subsea industry. Transmark Subsea design, produce, and service all kinds of cables, umbilical- or tether systems, used on ROVs/ROTs, cables used for power and control of "permanently"​ installed subsea components like wellhead systems, pumps, manifolds, and transducer arrays. This includes: * Normal dry mate connectors for use subsea * Wet mates for divers or ROV/ROT operation. * Pressure balanced systems for long time use at depths >4000m salt water. We are a team of dedicated scientists, engineers and designers with competence in computer vision, advanced robotics and edge AI. Bergen Robotics has developed an advanced autonomous payload for power-line inspections. The payload can shoot detailed images of specific components at high speed and fully based on onboard AI. Nordic Electrofuel offers a solution for the rapid transition from fossil to renewable electrical energy for all transport sectors. It is based on the conversion of renewable electric energy into liquid electro-fuels that can be as easily transported, stored, and used as conventional fossil hydrocarbons. It also provides a good solution to distribute and store stranded electrical energy. PTL (Power To Liquid) has been considered too expensive, but with the low electricity price in Norway and new efficient processing and upgrading solutions, it has become commercially feasible. Electrification of transportation is required to avoid catastrophic climate change. Battery- or cable-electric solutions are not feasible for transport like aviation and long-distance marine transport. Liquid energy carriers such as biofuels are desperately needed but limited. The fuel is free of sulfur and can therefore be used maritime industry as a fuel after 2022. The fuel emits much fewer particles and aromatics than conventional fossil fuel, so it also solves the local pollution problem. Competitive advantages: • Norway’s low electricity price from hydro and lately also wind power. • 20 - 30 % lower electricity consumption than with existing technology • Lower production price than advanced biofuels • Agreements in place for a site at Herøya, which has all utilities (cooling water, cheap renewable electricity, etc.) and processing expertise available. • About the same source to shaft efficiency as hydrogen, but with much lower total CAPEX due to no investment in distribution systems and engines.
