Buzz - Virtual Office for Remote Teams

Buzz is the virtual office platform where remote and distributed teams connect to work together - as effortlessly as if they were sitting in the same room. Users can see where their team mates are and if they are available, jump in and out of voice or video rooms without creating links and simply talk or screen share in one click. By re-thinking today’s technologies and enhancing them with intentional and smart UX, Buzz aims to translate a lot of the interactions that happen when working in a physical office, into their equivalent virtual representation. So that people can interact and express themselves without limitations or friction. By re-imagining remote communication and collaboration as we know it today, we are on a mission to revolutionize the future of work.

FællesSkabet i København

Fællesskabet i København or The Free Fridge Copenhagen is an open public community fridge located at Stengade 50 in Nørrebro, the idea is inspired by a variety of similar projects around the world. The idea of the Free fridge is to create a space for truly unconditional food sharing, with no restrictions, requirements or time limitations. The space is open 24/7 and caters to anyone who has surplus food to give, or needs food. Anyone from employees in an office which has surplus food after lunch, to people who are unable to afford it or access it through the various programs around the city. The Free Fridge aims to cater to everyone! Surplus food redistribution is very centralized, there are a number of organizations that in a way or in another decide to whom the food will go and decide how they can access it. We think this is an unfair redistribution of a necessary resource. With the fridge we attempt to decentralize the power that at the moment is in the hand of little and we want to make it open for everyone to join this initiative.

Hiava is Finnish company, aiming towards global markets with its services and offering. In addition to our services we combine and add software solutions into our offering. Since we are already working in international environment, we are offering our workers possibilities to grow, develop themselves and have experience from start up and most modern technologies. In cooperation with our partner Ainak, we are developing 3D process modelling tool – Ainak LeaPP – to support our development analysis and process development activities. Ainak LeaPP is in pilot phase, granted with external funding and it is in use for customer cases. In addition, Hiava represents purchasing automation solution called Nadii in Nordic countries. As a latest addition in our service, we also provide proactive transportation & logistics engineering as our Hiava 4PL -service.

We are a digital law firm based in Paris, Stockholm and London specialised in all aspects of commercial law! Gerrish AB is our Swedish startup with a focus on legal tech and contract automation powered by our experienced lawyers! Our aim is to bring a human approach to the legal tech experience and ensure that legals are accessible for all - regardless of size. Based on our founder's previous experience in large multinational firms, we noticed that there is often a disconnect between the lawyer's (and firm's) approach and the unique needs of the client. Our aim is to become a true business partner, facilitating the experience via doc automation and legal tech wherever possible - to keep efficiency up and cost down for all involved. Our team is highly international - currently sitting across Sweden, the UK, Greece and France. We spend our days thinking of new ways to offer innovative legal solutions and to service our clients with more advisory services but also how we can facilitate life via legal tech solutions. We just launched our Contract Portal, so that is our key focus right now! And why Gerrish AB and why this approach? Well, our founder quit the day job because there HAS to be a better way to do law - for clients and lawyers alike!

After the project is done, you can set your own rules that Wonsta will run for you: update plugins on Friday, send invoices every 30th, send management reports every week, etc. The reason why Wonsta exists is that we were tired of losing money, our health, and nerves to endless swamp regarding website portfolio management: currently when you grow as a freelancer or as an agency, you're just praying that all previously created websites stay up and they work with a minimum level of maintenance.
