Oceanness is a purpose-driven apparel brand, created to save the ocean. From eco-friendly apparel made from recycled plastic bottles, to removing plastic waste from the ocean and coastlines, everything we do is for the love of our ocean. Oceanness provide sustainable clothes made from recycled plastic bottles, and jewelry made from ocean plastic collected on the shores of Oslo and Grimstad. For every item sold, we collect 2 kg plastic waste, equivalent to 100 plastic bottles, from the ocean and coastlines in partnership with Plastic Bank. Our mission is simple - to save the ocean by having the world #DressWithPurpose In short, we want Oceanness to enable you to make the best sustainable choice you can without compromising on quality and style. Green Island

Green Island is supplying underserved communities with fossil free utility solutions, providing people with not only power, water, heating, and circular waste management, but also local ownership of a future proof source of revenue to help the community transition and develop. Green Island accelerates onboarding and community organizing, project development, data-based risk mitigation, and access to financing. We enter into a long-term relationship with the community doing remote monitoring of the community's new utility solution and managing digital billing of consumers.

GreenSafe

We all need to eat more fruits an vegetables for the sake of environment, climate and health. But the good, green stuff takes up a lot more space in the fridge - especially if you have meal boxes delivered. The result is a lack of overview (what's the slimy stuff at the back of the veggie drawer??), less practical ways to store the food and in the end food waste. We cannot defend production of even more refrigerators, nor is it clever to setup an old, less energy efficient fridge in the garage. GreenSafe is the solution: a new way to store fruit and veggies just outside you door. Designed with respect for the environment, resources and you.

Stackbeam

The marketing technology insight and operations platform Stackbeam is building a marketing technology discovery engine and operations hub to simplify marketing operations for teams working in and around marketing. Companies use more marketing software apps every year and every new tool adds a layer of complexity. Stackbeam's curated discovery tools gives the user an overview of tools and platforms suitable for specific marketing use cases. The inflated world of marketing technology tools have gone from 150 in 2011 to over 8 000 in 2020 but only a fraction of them are market leaders and relevant for most marketing teams. We want to enable marketing teams to work faster and more focused by understanding the tech landscape so the foundation is there for them to act on. How do we do this? By building a lightning fast database for users to search, filter and save tools they need but also by giving them solutions such as an overlap tool to identify the areas where the new or existing tools overlap so teams can maximize their technology budgets. More tech tools and shiny new objects is not the answer ›› understanding the basics and organizing your marketing tech stack based on your company and team needs is the right way to go. Too many people believe new technology will solve complex things. We reverse engineer this and break complexity down into compartments for easier understanding and actionability. We do this so non-techie users can gain clarity and understanding in a world where simplicity needs to be our focus, not complexity.

HERVOLUTION Therapeutics (HERVOLUTION), an early-stage biotechnology company developing effective cancer and anti-aging immunotherapies targeting Human Endogenous Retroviruses (HERVs) HERVs are well recognized as tumour specific antigens, but until now, have been undruggable. HERVOLUTION has overcome this challenge and developed a powerful technology that can stimulate both arms of the immune system, the humoral and cellular response, against this rogue antigen class.

SellersPoint

We are SellersPoint, a Danish communication and training platform targeted retail businesses with the vision of taking customer service to the next level. 94% of all companies within retail agree that investing in product and sales training is very important in improving customer satisfaction and achieving financial results. However, while product knowledge is one of the core selling points of brick-and-mortar stores, they seldomly have the resources to train employees in every new product. SellersPoint is a multisided platform for suppliers to deliver e-learning content, training sellers in promoting their product, while retailers receive a tool for educating, motivating, and increasing the performance of their employees. Key to the platform is the connection between supplier and retailer, ensuring a constant flow of new material. Currently, it is not feasible for suppliers to create proprietary systems, as they are unable to provide enough content to justify the costs of such systems. By creating a platform for all suppliers, SellersPoint reduces the cost of each individual supplier and retailer, while maximizing value. Our two-sided platform is based on two SaaS revenue streams. Suppliers and retailers. For retailers we offer a free version that includes access to all supplier content without limits! Because of the free version suppliers will refer related retailers to the platform and vice versa, to improve their value of the product. The team consists of 5 dedicated people working from our office in Aalborg Central. We recently closed a 7 digit investment round and are in the process of scaling the business! Meebook er Danmarks største læringsplatform og bruges af halvdelen af landets skoler. Vi hjælper lærere med at planlægge deres undervisning, arbejde sammen og videndele. Vores mission er ikke at kæmpe for digitaliseringen generelt. Vi har alle børn, og vi ønsker, at de skal gå i en skole, hvor man taler, synger, tegner og ved, hvordan en lineal føles i hånden. Vores største frygt er at komme ud på en skole om fem år og se alle eleverne sidde og kigge ind i Meebook. Vores vision er at favne de muligheder, it skaber, og med det udvikle et didaktisk værktøj, et samarbejdsværktøj og et værktøj til videndeling, som giver mening for den enkelte lærer og hele tiden forholder sig til den virkelighed, læreren arbejder i. Vores platform skal være et sted, hvor lærere, skoler og kommuner kan bedrive den læring, den undervisning og det samarbejde, som de synes passer bedst.

Business Battlefield

Business Battlefield is a sprouting organisation consisting of volunteer students who aim to inspire, challenge and Shape the Leaders of Tomorrow. The organisation is part of the society CBS Case Competition and was founded back in 2017. Business Battlefield is an innovative leadership competition for students taking place in November. The first week of November will be one big orange party with events happening online and/or at different Copenhagen Business School locations. During this week a selected number of participants will receive training from our expert partners to prepare for the competition on the final day. During the year we also aim to host a series of inspiring talks and workshops with influential leaders for all students. The purpose of Business Battlefield is to offer students an inspiring experience and opportunity to exploit and challenge their leadership skills. The concept bridges the theoretical knowledge from academia with real-life leadership challenges preparing the participants for a career as a leader. We want Business Battlefield to be the first of its kind in challenging the contemporary characteristics of a leader. In a world where disruption, environmental issues, artificial intelligence and constant innovation are the most discussed business topics, we strive to identify the individuals that have the potential to successfully enter the world of leaders and make a change. Business Battlefield 2021 will be the fifth of its kind, and we aim to think big - nothing is set in stone and your creativity is the limit!
