EveryonePrint offers next generation print solutions. While printing has gone wireless, it is still a source of hassle and daily disruptions at many work places. EveryonePrint makes the process as seamless as possible with software that enables users to print from any platform within a company. A key focus is customized setups for large institutions that handle sensitive information. Clients include Lloyd’s Bank, several universities and medical companies. With a team that divides its powers between Denmark and the US, EveryonePrint’s employees often touch base digitally. Video meetings and Slack conversations are an integrated part of the work culture, and the amount of actual facetime with your closest manager can be limited. This makes it crucial for team members to be able to motivate themselves. On the other hand, the free structure welcomes working remotely and from home. What ties the company together is a shared passion for the product.

Onlime.dk

We provide cloud solutions in terms of backup and synchronization mainly to private customers and businesses in Denmark. Our goal is to offer an internet service that is full of features but at the same time with a customer service that is understandable and personal to the customer. In many cases, Internet services are abstract to the average computer user. Often they need help and a support-team who understands them. They need guidance and in their native language.

Introdus

In Denmark alone, 800,000 people changed jobs in 2019. Of these, 1 out of 4 quit their new job within the first year. Through various years, where we experienced unsuccessful Pre & Onboarding (if any), we concluded that the industry needed a tool which could improve the employee's Pre & Onboarding experience while being easy to implement and create. The result? A platform so simple, elegant and intuitive that new employees feel prepared, informed and as an integrated part of the organisation from the day they sign their contract. Det er et oplysningsprojekt af iværksætter og foredragsholder Denis Rivin, der formidler og fremhæver håbefulde fremskridt inden for teknologi, videnskab og global udvikling. Ordspillet of course off course hentyder til, at vi har nået en historisk skillevej hvor der er nye og bedre måder at gøre tingene på, hvorfor vi selvfølgelig må skifte kurs.

Ngenic’s cloud-based products strive to deliver intelligent solutions to real consumer problems by using IOT solutions. One example is our system Tune™, which helps the home owner to save energy and reduce the environmental footprint, controlled by an app on their smart phone. It is built to handle inputs such as; energy spot pricing, weather data etc., thus enabling to shift from peak hours. NewSchool

NewSchool develops innovative digital tools for collaboration and project based learning by combining agile working methods, psychology, games and mobile media.The tools draw on a set of successful business practices  - the kanban boards for Lean Management, adapted to education purposes, in real-time. By focusing on the organization of the process, not its content, it helps develop self-regulation and collaborative skills for 21st century learners. We are an education technology start-up, with extensive change management experience, unique insights in workforce trends and technology, and pedagogy at its core. All team members have solid international experience from fields like mobile technology, business development and technology management, international education, instructional design, and learning sciences research.The team consists of Fredrik Harloff, Chief Executive Officer, and Mihaela Tabacaru , Community Manager, both co-founders of NewSchool, working full time. The third co-founder, Stian Hofslett Thowsen, works full time as a teacher and part of management team at Langaugen secondary school in Bergen, Norway. Besides the three co-founders, NewSchool relies on an interdisciplinary board of administration with senior level execs: Anne Posner, Bjarne Solhaug, and Paal Kaperdal, all with broad experience, covering international business development expertise, publishing house and human resources expertise, and digital transformation expertise. Frequent contributor and education research expert is Marina Hirnstein, PhD in cognitive psychology, expert in learning analytics .We have offices in Bergen and Oslo,  members of two incubators: Nyskapningsparken in Bergen (http://www.nyskapingsparken.no/) and SoCentral in Oslo, Nordic Center for Social Innovation (www.socentral.no). With an international mindset from day 1, we have been testing our product in classrooms across Europe, from Norway to Denmark, Portugal and Romania, to USA. Our extensive education network made it also possible to plan pilots in emerging countries like India and Iraq.

Abakion Supply Chain Box develops it-software for supply chain management, with an ambition to expand into the European marketspace of supply chain companies. Our focus is on utilizing Microsoft technology to build standard solutions that can compete with traditional heavily customized erp solutions. The approach of standard solution makes it easy to maintain the solution.

Imerso

At Imerso we want to get more from data to help the world build better. We are a fast-growing tech company in Oslo transforming the global construction industry with new-generation software. Imerso is a first-of-its-kind platform that uses volumetric 3D data from construction sites to automatically track work progress — detecting mistakes and deviations from the building plans, and preventing massive costly problems and delays. Norlase

Norlase is a fast-growing medical device company, founded by Danish and US serial entrepreneurs and backed by VC-investors. XMReality

We enable large companies to solve their problems faster out in the field as well as preventing problems using Augmented Reality (AR). We allow businesses to save costs, open up new revenue streams opportunities and improve service quality. We have worked with large enterprises such as Tetra Pak and Volvo, and we have a strong global presence with purchase orders from all continents. Our revenue has been growing around 200% and in a few months, we are launching our iOS offering. Our values are based on simplicity, innovation, and efficiency. We need to be the most adaptable technical solution on the market and deliver top-notch value.   As our team is rapidly growing, we need to have defined roles even though everyone is still involved in strategic decisions and has an impact on the future of the company. We have different experiences both regarding amount of time but also abilities, which creates a complemented team. Further, we are very goal driven, and we carefully measure our KPIs on a monthly basis to make sure we are going in the right direction. We are an informal group, and we tend to solve problems as we go, but we are here to grow. Next year, we see the company grow with 100%, expanding the team from 15 to 30 people. To us, it all comes down to two things: do the right things and do the things right. It’s as simple as that.

Optolexia

Optolexia offers a new method for early and reliable detection of dyslexia. We use eye tracking and machine learning to identify patterns that are unique in kids with characteristics of dyslexia. We started in Sweden, in schools and municipalities, and we are right now introducing our method in new, international markets such as France and Dubai. We are a team consisting of researchers, developers, teachers, and marketers. We are all experts in our specific fields and complement each other well. Everyone does what they do best, and therefore we base our work on trust. Our vision is clear: every child with reading and writing difficulties should get support from early on, and consequently have full access to the written word. We base our offering on science so evidence and research are important to us. We maintain a very informal tone at the office, and we offer flexible work hours and location. We need to approach our customers differently depending on the industry, but we aim to speak their language and understand their challenges. Our expertise and shared vision of making education accessible to everyone, with or without difficulties, are what define us.

MARTA DOLSKA

Marta Dolska Copenhagen-based Polish-Danish eponymous designer brand evokes snobbistic attention to detail with very freeway interpretations of basic and classic pieces with strong street style influences, PLAYing around with references. Her desire to surprise and excite is a key inspiration with deeply seeded habit for questioning the status quo with gene for experimentation. Tension between masculine and feminine, past-now-and-thefuture, unapologetic attitude, inspired by danish way of living with a very minimal underlying style. Love for menswear and men, in general, inspires her to add men’s fashion line to her portfolio which adds androgyny and transversal touch to her designs with peculiar tailored pieces. She is as much into rave as she is into classical music. Dolska operates around subtle narratives which is a preludium to drama, design idiom that can be both subtle and dramatic. Marta Dolska started to work with Fashion in 2012 altogether with relocating to Denmark, where she continued to work with aesthetics, graphic design, photography, and Copenhagen became her playground.
