Istället för att kräva fysiska inspektioner skapar den korrekta renoveringsplaner digitalt, och identifierar exakt vilka renoveringar (tak, fönster, väggar, etc.) som kommer vara mest effektiva för varje specifik byggnad. Detta gör det möjligt för planerare att kartlägga renoveringsstrategier för hela städer, län och länder. Med 8 fler företag som ansluter sig i oktober och aggressiva expansionsplaner siktar de på 20% av svenska lägenheter innan årets slut.
