Cognity

We offer a system that makes unbiased and explainable decisions based on previously verified cases. The design is centered around human-interpretable knowledge, resulting in a system that is transparent to its core. We believe that useful AI must be explainable. Our system gives exact explanations for its decisions. The explanation is detailed, easily understood by non-technical business end-users, and can be used to document the decision. The system learns as it processes new cases, building a knowledge base. This knowledge base is human-readable and can be used to analyse the knowledge assets of an organisation. Knowledge becomes tangible and quantifiable. Unlike machine learning, our system gives users control over the decision process. Users can decide exactly how the knowledge base is built and what knowledge is included in the decision making. Therefore, biased decision can be easily detected and avoided.

CrewNew

We're building various products for remote software developers and a re-seller platform for our customers who refer, re-sell and partner (manage software projects) with us. We're building a platform of freelance and in-house development teams across various mostly Eastern European countries (from Estonia to Balkan countries). Our customers are individual salespeople who sell web/mobile apps but also small agencies who need tested quality developers. The platform allows them to add their profit margin and either re-sell their services under the CrewNew name or white label. All our products can be installed in customers' servers and be branded by them. Our main products: 1. Platform of developers and managing projects. Like UpWork and many other similar platforms but there's a project manager user between customer and dev team, not client + developer only. The project manager can be the re-sellers' PM or from our platform. It has built-in Escrow payments, invoicing and integration with free WaveApps accounting software. All our apps are built on top of Hasura so we have easy API integration with any external software. 2. ATS (applicant tracking system) for our in-house recruiters & for customers. Built-in scraper for fetching developers from Github, LinkedIn, StackOverflow and many other platforms. ML models to suggest recruiters who to contact first. One difference from other ATSs: every skill is rated by developer and recruiter / interviewing lead developer. Eg. someone may have a skill React rated higher but VueJS lower. 3. Trello-like Kanban board integrated with Slack-like open-source team chat Zulip (including chatbots that ask when team member works less hours than expected, doesn't appear to work on-time and much more). Kanban board is integrated into our TimeDoctor-like time tracker. It tracks time to the correct project/task automatically so the developers don't need to put any effort to track time for the right project/task. They just need to use the board that keeps the projects' board always up to date. Time tracker part we launch open-source because it has access to screen, keyboard and mouse so it must be transparent what information is sent out from the PC. A lot of information is used locally to automatically track the right project/task and to increase productivity (a lot of functionality that popular productivity app ResqueTime has). Our core team has experience with both TimeDoctor and ResqueTime since 2014 so we have picked the best functionality from both and integrated it with the Kanban board.

VETiSearch is a Danish veterinary medical search engine designed to streamline the process of accessing information on veterinary pharmaceuticals. It offers veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and students the ability to search for registered veterinary medicinal products approved in Denmark and the EU. Our mission is to provide veterinarians with the best digital tools to deliver optimal care and expertise in treating their patients, with the goal of promoting and protecting animal health throughout the EU.

Our platform makes drone data collection scalable, easy, and fast from anywhere. Ordering Drone Data is now just as easy as ordering an Uber. Our main clients are in: - Infrastructure: We inspect clients' infrastructure with the help of drones such as Solar Panels, Wind Turbine Blades, Telecom Towers, Buildings, and Bridges. - Environment / Climate: We track environmental changes, natural disasters, flooding mapping for prevention and search and rescue, agriculture, and fire prevention. At GLOBHE we provide clients with the necessary data for them to be able to make important decisions. The different types of data that we provide to our clients are 2D maps, 3D maps, Elevation maps, AI maps, Thermal maps, Photos/Raw Data, or Video Data/Live streams.

Raga & Muffin

We are a creative activity concept for kids aimed to help kids to find their voice through game, art and literature. Last winter as the pandemic was at its worst we decided to write and release a kidsbook as podcast. The idea was to bring some light into kids pandemic-driven days and make the story accessible to all, no matter background. We wrote and recorded it without any professional help as the idea was never to make money of off it. However, a few months later our podcast hit almost 15k downloads. With its roots in our saga we are now launching a full blown activity concept for kids. First out was a creative activity book for kids named Bonki's Adventure. Its already being sold in high-end resellers across Sweden. Now we are looking to expand our team with a AD/designer and a marketing & communications wizard to take us to the next level.

Celora Studio

Celora Studio is a start-up from Uppsala, Sweden, who designs, manufactures and sells sound-transparent speaker covers. So that you can show your personality, and design your home the way you like it. Soon we'll be launching Canvas – a speaker cover in a sound-transparent and eco-labelled fabric that allows you to change the color of Sonos One. Our next step is to create speaker covers for more Sonos products, and for other speaker ranges. Our vision is to make electronics something that adds beauty and personality to your home, rather than something you want to hide. And that you should never have to replace electronics just because you don’t like the look of it anymore. So how did we get here? First of all, we have a passion for entrepreneurship and wanted to build a company. A company with a sustainable business model, and where people can be happy and thrive. We also saw that small multi-room and smart speakers are becoming increasingly popular, but they mostly come in black, white and gray. Through qualitative studies we identified the need to change the look of these speakers, and realised it could be done through speaker covers. Since then we have also seen the need to personalise home electronics in general. We hope that being able to change the look of home electronics and applicances will increase their lifespan and reduce waste. This leads us to sustainability, which is an important aspect of what we do. We want to find ways that our business can contribute to the Agenda 2030 goals. Canvas for Sonos One is manufactured under fair working conditions in the EU, using fabric that’s certified according to EU-ecolabel and Indoor advantage gold. We also believe in diversity and fair working conditions at Celora Studio. We’re only two people in the team so far, but we’re diverse when it comes to age and ethnicity. We’re aware of our own biases, and strive to use unbiased and scientifically proven methods in everything from setting salaries to recruitment and promotions.

DM words is a learning platform that aims to bring to foreigners a special vocabulary dedicated specifically to all immigrants worldwide. This dictionary contains 1000 words and 300 sentences included into 33 chapters and divided into 7 categories. DM words is created to solve many immigration issues for governments, companies who deal with foreign labor force and basic needs in everyday life for all groups of immigrants. DM words is made for people who do not have any knowledge at all in any second language and as well for those who already have some basic knowledge and are looking to learn more. DM words is part of Edufif which covers only 5% of the whole project. Edufif is as an educational tool for immigration issues which provides information related to integration, communities and statistics. We aim to bring a brand to life that makes people excited to cycle through winter because of the design and functionality it offers the cyclist. Our three product strategy takes the car seat heating concept and expands it into a visionary perspective of bicycles as a year-round transportation mode. Abrigo in Spanish means jacket - and the latin origin word, connotes shelter. We want to make cycles a a form of shelter so that we are able to bridge the transportation gap whereby summertime cycling far outweighs wintertime cycling. We are starting with heated seatwear, and are going to expand into handles and pedals, in due course.
