Foodture is an innovative food company developing plant-based, fermented products using locally sourced ingredients. Developing new plant-based products that consumers love, and that are competitive with industrially-produced meat, is a key element of the transition towards a green economy and a regenerative way of life. Foodture’s product is a version of tempeh made from locally-sourced legumes which are fermented and then prepared as blocks, cubes, patties or in a shredded version. The product is used currently mainly in food service applications, but there are many other possibilities. RobSub is developing a robotic solution that will revolutionize the maintenance and repair of utility pipes. The solution is based on a UR16e robot arm, for which end-of-arm tools are being developed. RobSub collaborates with industrial partners such as HOFOR, VandCenter Syd, and Aarhus Vand.
