WiSub Acquired by Transmark Subsea The acquisition will strengthen their ability to provide solutions for the growing market for underwater autonomy and wireless drone docking. WiSub is an ocean technology company based in Bergen, Norway. They supply patented, innovative, and flexible wet-mate pinless underwater connection systems to international markets. Transmark Subsea manufactures a broad range of qualified cable systems for the distribution of electrical signals, power, and fiber optics to the offshore subsea industry. Transmark Subsea design, produce, and service all kinds of cables, umbilical- or tether systems, used on ROVs/ROTs, cables used for power and control of "permanently"​ installed subsea components like wellhead systems, pumps, manifolds, and transducer arrays. Momentum Technologies is a specialist company with a focus on preventing stress and fatigue in vital equipment and structures in the oil and gas industry. Fatigue in oil and gas leading pipes can lead to fire and explosions and may cause large-scale accidents. We have now published the first version of the website Devent for Agility. The idea is to have a website where you can find agility-related information in the form of a meeting overview (list or calendar), results, annual overviews, and statistics for dog/organizer/judge (graphs are best viewed on a PC or landline phone). You manage which dogs you want to see statistics for easily on "my page". The system also has modules for setting up and running your own events and supports e.g. 5 size classes if desired. Barcontrol has been a supplier of checkout and logistics systems to the restaurant industry for over 20 years. We were one of the first on the market with iPad-based solutions when we started with Gastrofix in 2014. We are a one-stop shop and assist restaurants all the way with the choice of cash register solution, from advice and implementation to operation and support. We also develop integrations to connect the checkout solution with accounting, inventory management, ordering solutions and more. We tailor solutions that are suitable for everything from large restaurant chains to small coffee and wine bars. We will be restaurant owners' preferred partners for technology solutions.

Intravision Group is the only LED-tech company in Norway, we are a small office with 3-4 employees in Norway, 2 in Canada, and one in China. Our main market is currently greenhouses in Canada where we have several ongoing research and development projects, we have a PCB production and LED-diodes supplier in China. We finished the first batch of lamps in the Autumn of 2015 and are looking for a technical drawer to assist us in a potentially large project, we are looking for a person with technical understanding who understands technical issues within automated systems and have cad-drawing experience.
