Vi bliver også ældre og ældre, når vi får børn og derfor bruger mange af os måneder og år på at blive gravide. Med gravidtid.dk har vi samlet produkterne og en masse viden til denne stigende gruppe af danskere

We strive to make exposed professions safer by making work wear smarter and connected. To us it’s a no brainer – every workplace should provide a safe, healthy and productive work environment. When you’re at work you may find yourself in vulnerable situations like working alone, in the dark, or during tough weather conditions you should never have to worry about “what if”. Unfortunately there are many exposed professions like truck drivers, construction workers, road side assistance provoders and so on where accidents (sometimes fatal) happen. We believe some of these could be avoided with the use of smart technology. We believe that by combining the ease of use (integrating the technology in the safety wearable you have to have anyway) there is nothing additional that the person need. With integrated AI for fall detection as well as entry/exit of work vehicle detection, together with the connectivity and location mapping we can help making these professions safer. If something were to happen, alarms can be sent so that the person can get help. We are a start-up that took over the development from a major Swedish automotive manufacturer in 2020. In 2022 we launched the first product called the Alert Vest. More products and digital solutions are in the making and will be introduced in the coming months.

Zerotude har utvecklat en banbrytande mjukvara som revolutionerar hur fastighetsbolag angriper energirenoveringar i stor skala. Kärnprodukten genererar omfattande, skräddarsydda renoveringsplaner omedelbart från inget annat än en byggnads adress. Med hjälp av avancerade algoritmer baserade på forskning från LTH (Lunds universitet) analyserar mjukvaran byggnader genom kartdata, AI och energideklarationer för att identifiera de mest kostnadseffektiva renoveringsåtgärderna för att minska energiförbrukning och klimatpåverkan. Zerotudes mjukvara kringgår flaskhalsen. Istället för att kräva fysiska inspektioner skapar den korrekta renoveringsplaner digitalt, och identifierar exakt vilka renoveringar (tak, fönster, väggar, etc.) som kommer vara mest effektiva för varje specifik byggnad. Detta gör det möjligt för planerare att kartlägga renoveringsstrategier för hela städer, län och länder. Sedan lanseringen i augusti har Zerotude snabbt skalat upp till att analysera 5 000 byggnader som representerar 2% av alla svenska lägenheter. Med 8 fler företag som ansluter sig i oktober och aggressiva expansionsplaner siktar de på 20% av svenska lägenheter innan årets slut. Företaget har säkrat tre stora fastighetskunder, erhållit finansiering från Energimyndigheten och investerare inklusive Saminvest, och är positionerat för att skapa Sveriges första omfattande nationella renoveringsplan - direkt stödjande kommande lagstiftning kring implementationen av energiprestandadirektivet. Detta representerar en förskjutning från manuella, byggnad-för-byggnad-bedömningar till automatiserad, rikstäckande renoveringsintelligens.
