I am Currently Looking to expand my upcoming Scandinavian fashion brand. I started sewing as a hobby, but last year I quit my job to make my hobby my full-time job. I sew unique pieces by hand, only Using one-of-a-kind Fabrics - which makes my pieces Even more special. The Concept is about simple silhouettes and designs but makes Them multifunctional in special materials. One top from my brand, gives 10 more in your closet, just by wrapping and knotting it in Many Different ways.  Currently, I do it all by myself from sales, design, production, creative process, economy and retail. My Handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces and theme, have Found a working segment and client group, and the brand is growing fast at the moment. It has come to a point where the sales keep increasing, and I have too much to organize all by myself. I have a bachelor's degree in fashion design and modelling. I Need help and advisors to max out all the possibilities Coming my way. For upcoming future plans, I have a sew- and design book Coming up; in collaboration With the Norwegian book-publishing firm Aschehoug, we Are making a book about my concept, sewing patterns, inspiration and fashion. This book will be ready in September. I also have a collaboration involving a catwalk show With my Handmade pieces in Oslo this summer, and a design job, sewing pieces for a Norwegian artist for a summer tour and tv show. Nordic Gelato Factory is producing beatiful vegan gelato. It is all hand-made, sustainable, locally produced Italian style ice-cream. We have proven sales data from Finland and customer testimonials are overwhelmingly good. At the moment we are entering Danish market. We have been looking for right investor but we are still on process to finding the suitable. But in order to meet to requirement fo funding we need more skilful people onboard. Since we are not aiming to be only ice-cream shop in traditional context but a supplier for Gelato as a Service business model we need different knowledge onboard in order to execute the plan. This business model would need knowledge how to run a subscription model as well as handling the logistics. Lean production planning is crucial for effective production runs. Our marketing strategy wil be outsourced and we have the right company to do it. And extra pair of hands is needed for day-to-day marketing updates ! I am the company owner and founder. My best skill are in sales and marketing as well as creating customer experience. I can run the production as well. For the operational team we would need 2-4 persons with different talents supporting the journey of Nordic Gelato Factory. After getting Denmark up and running we are heading to LONDON!

Connecting Grounds is a food start-up based in Aarhus that up-cycles spent coffee grounds (a.k.a. coffee waste) into a food ingredient for B2B snack and confectionary companies and restaurants. Why do we do it? 1. Environment Spent coffee grounds are often treated as waste. Think about how many cups of coffee you or the people around you drink per day. All the coffee waste from drinking coffee adds to the Greenhouse Gas Emissions. 2. Nutritional Value When we brew our cup of coffee, we are only taking advantage of 1% of coffee's nutrients. 99% of these nutrients stay in the spent coffee grounds. These nutrients include caffeine, dietary fibre, proteins and valuable minerals. What we do is change the narrative behind hidden food waste by starting with coffee by-products. By up-cycling such a product, we evert emissions, take advantage of our resources and raise awareness on the importance of up-cycling. Rethinking food is what we do, and we will not stop with coffee by-products. We will continue to search for resources/ingredients that have the potential of being reintroduced in the food stream, again.

Formify helps small and middle-sized companies to legally sign digital documents in Europe. Supporting the EU-regulation eIDAS (for e-signatures) we target the ease of doing cross border business. With a disruptive price modell we do not see that a signed document should cost more than a stamp and envelope. Since dec 2019 with have focused on a real cost effective development with a small team and have passed MVP. We are now scaling our journey to country after country in their native language. Competitors or colleagues in the segment have build platforms that are too hard to understand and not user friendly as you expect from applications today. Too many platforms are build on the need for demos with long sales cycles. In our world, complex things are easy to use! Formalizes the way we sign. (guess where our name come from:-)
