Plant A Tree Music is a danish label service, providing the music industry with Digital and Physical distribution, release and marketing strategies, playlist and radio pitching. All of our action is done with a sustainable approach, and our sustainability manager has created a sustainability plan, with purpose of compensating the environment for all emission produced within our purpose of business. This is done by an extensive tree planting program. We work closely together with record labels and artists in Denmark, independant and majors. Helping each artist grow their followerbase and brand awareness by posting the correct content, having a good release strategy, distributing their music to streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music etc, and if they have a vinyl or merchandise, we sell these to the entire world trough our network of record stores. Hayon is a data-driven Fintech company bringing transparency to the mortgage market both for customers and banks. Since the launch in 2020 over 170 000 mortgage customers in Norway have registered on our rapidly growing marketplace Renteradar. Mortgage customers can use Renteradar to get an overview over the mortgage market and how much they can potentially save. In addition Renteradar provides the user with the tools to lower their interest rate by negotiating with their bank or apply for a cheaper loan elsewhere. In addition to Renteradar, Hayon provides analysis about the banking market with Hayon Analytics being the backbone of our offering. Hayon Analytics is an analytical tool built in Power BI providing unique insights to our partners. We are currently eight emplyees but looking to expand our team going forward. Hayon raised capital in beginning of 2023 and the media company Amedia became an investor.

Vi engasjerer og inspirerer folk og beslutningstakere gjennom å spre konseptet Fiksefest for elektronikk, og ved å sette bærekraftig forbruk av elektronikk på den offentlige agendaen. Vi er en del av et internasjonalt Restarters-nettverk som har vokst ut av Londonbaserte The Restart Project. Nordmenn ligger på Europatoppen når det gjelder bruk og kast av elektronikk, og dette har store klima- og miljømessige konsekvenser. Ved å jobbe praktisk og lokalt, spre glede og mestring knyttet til reparasjon ønsker vi å endre folks forhold til elektronikk, hvordan vi setter pris på og tar vare på den. På en Fiksefest utforsker og reparerer vi elektronikken sammen, lærer av hverandre og har det gøy med å la den leve lenger. Gjennom arrangementene sprer vi derfor nysgjerrighet og ingeniørferdigheter, i tillegg til glede knyttet til å ta vare på elektronikken vår.
