Baser Baser is a family-owned, direct-to-consumer brand designing premium parasols, patio umbrellas, and bases. Founded on Scandinavian design principles, radical honesty, and a genuine commitment to sustainability, we help families across Europe and Australia make outdoor shade decisions they won't regret. We currently operate across four markets — Denmark, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia — with the ambition to become the modern market leader in e-commerce shade solutions across Australia, the US, the UK, and Europe. It's a category that has been overlooked for decades, and we see clear white space to build something better. What makes us different Nearly every umbrella in the world is produced by the same handful of factories and sold the same impersonal way: through retailers, marketplaces, and middlemen with no real relationship to the end customer. We took the opposite path. Baser is a fully digital, content-led, direct-to-consumer brand — and as far as we know, the only one in our category combining mid-to-high quality, an online-first model, content leadership, and genuinely personal service. That personal service is central to who we are. Instead of chatbots and call centres, customers get real, human guidance — including founder-led advice that helps them choose exactly the right product for their space. We'd rather educate someone honestly than push them toward the most expensive option, and that approach has earned us the trust of thousands of families. Baltic Assist

Baltic Assist is developing a flexible virtual staffing and business process outsourcing services model to help growing SMEs and scale-ups solve talent shortages, rising operational costs, and inefficient back-office processes with a vetted in-house team model, strong onboarding structure, and a long-term partnership approach. We are tackling a scalability problem. Across Europe, especially in markets like Denmark, Germany, and the Nordics, companies struggle to find qualified specialists in finance, IT, marketing, and operations. Hiring is slow, expensive, and risky. Leadership teams spend months searching for talent, face high employment costs, and often end up overwhelmed by operational tasks that pull focus away from growth and strategy. For many businesses, the bottleneck isn’t product or demand - it’s people and processes. This challenge is widespread among SMEs and fast-growing companies that need to scale quickly but lack the internal capacity to do so efficiently. Baltic Assist solves this by providing dedicated, in-house employed professionals who integrate directly into clients’ teams. We don’t work with freelancers or short-term outsourcing models. Instead, we recruit, hire, and develop specialists in Lithuania and build structured onboarding, performance management, and cultural alignment into the process. Clients gain access to highly educated, multilingual talent within the EU, while maintaining control, transparency, and long-term stability. Our “secret sauce” lies in combining flexibility with reliability - giving companies scalable capacity without sacrificing quality or culture fit. The motivation behind Baltic Assist came from seeing two realities collide: international companies struggling to build the right teams at the right time, and highly capable Baltic professionals seeking meaningful, global career opportunities. We realised that growth often stalls not because of a lack of ambition, but because of a lack of the right operational support. By bridging this gap, we enable companies to focus on strategy and revenue, while we take care of building and maintaining the teams that power their growth.

TheMOVE

TheMOVE is a health-promoting digital platform that supports children’s motor and sensory development through play and technology. By combining AI, motion capture, and game-based design, we motivate children to engage in expert-designed physical activities – at home, in schools and kindergartens, or as part of therapeutic programs. The challenge is both widespread and growing. A significant number of children show signs of motor or sensory difficulties, affecting their ability to learn, regulate emotions, and participate socially. While some children receive professional support, many do not. They are often misunderstood as inattentive or unmotivated, when the real issue is a missing motor or sensory foundation. Even when children are in treatment, exercises rarely carry over into everyday life. Home programs are often based on printed instructions or verbal guidance, making it hard for families to remember, prioritise, or motivate their child. As a result, progress stalls and valuable development is lost. TheMOVE addresses this gap by turning clinical expertise into an engaging, interactive game experience. Children are guided through tailored activities supported by playful interaction, adaptive feedback, and ongoing motivation. The experience is designed to feel like play – not instruction – making it easier for children to stay engaged over time. Whether used by therapists, teachers, or families, TheMOVE bridges the gap between professional knowledge and everyday practice. It supports early intervention, improves follow-through in therapy, and gives children a more motivating path to stronger motor skills, confidence, and wellbeing – while giving adults a structured, evidence-informed way to support them.

Trusticate offers a data management white-labelling registry software specialising in carbon and biodiversity credit projects. Built on blockchain, our software allows for needed end-to-end transparency and traceability of projects. Designed by blockchain- and user experience experts the solution is made to communicate alignment to UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by digitally showcasing sustainability efforts that are traceable and transparent. Using blockchain we enable clients, and suppliers of nature-based credits, to fractionalise assets, allowing for traceable allocation of “credits” on a product or transaction basis. Newcycle

We are building Newcycle, because we want to end the throw-away society.   Every year our global society throw away 100 billion tonnes of materials. This obviously can't continue. At the the core of this issue lies a general perception that new things are more valuable than things we already own. Or that things new from the store is better than buying it used from someone else. We believe that if it was easier for people to treat the things they own better, keeping them maintained and in mint condition, this perception would change. We started Newcycle on an ambition to kickstart a circular revolution in retail and consumerism. The way we exploit our planet’s resources needs to change. The way we buy things needs to change. And the way we own things needs to change. With the Newcycle app, consumers can create an inventory of everything they own, to get an overview of their products. It's free to use the app, and we offer additional paid services, like reselling their used items. By giving consumers access to digital twins of everything they own, we make it easier for our users to maintain, repair, refine, buy and sell their products, regardless of whether they are the 1st, 2nd or 8th owner of a product. In the app The Newcycle app connects the owner of a product with the retailer who sold it and the producer who made it, for the entire life span of the product, benefiting both the consumers and the producers of the products. The positive result is longer use of the products and in the end recycling. We won’t change the world all by ourselves, but looking back ten, twenty or forty years from now, we’ll see that our role was a central one. Northeast Flow Oy

At Northeast Flow (NEF), we offer a next-generation computational heating service for buildings. Our solution provides customers with better control, actionable insights and reduced heating costs. By generating heat through high-performance computing we create new revenue streams while delivering cost-effective heating. Our primary target customers are medium to large industrial buildings as well as residential buildings and business facilities. Our vision is to transform heating—the largest energy consumer in buildings—into a flexible and intelligent energy solution. By integrating computational processing and advanced energy management, we aim to enable the global transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources while bringing computing power to new environments. Today, NEF has six active customer cases with more in preparation, and a dedicated team of four full-time professionals. We are supported by experienced advisors and board members, who play a key role in guiding our growth. NEF is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with a growing revenue stream and financing from our current owners. While our current operations are in Finland, our Computational Heat service is designed for the global market—wherever efficient, sustainable building heating is needed.

Vi ønsker med en abonnementservice at matche danskernes travle hverdage og behov hertil, uden at gå på kompromis med kvalitet og uden urimeligt høje priser. Vi tilbyder derfor både barberingsprodukter, boxershorts, sokker, T-shirts og vitaminpiller, der alle er med til at optimere mandens hverdag og sikre den gode start på dagen. Den vigtigste målestok er vores medlemmers tilfredshed og vi bestræber os på at opbygge et tillidsforhold til alle medlemmer ved at være: Inkluderende, oprigtige og tilstedeværende. Barberskabet udsprang af et eksamensprojekt, som stifterne afleverede som en del af deres bacheloruddannelse. Det hele startede med idéen om, at der måtte kunne findes en praktisk og favorabel løsning på problemet med alt for dyre og middelmådige barberblade nede fra det lokale supermarked. Dette skulle ende med at blive startskuddet til en samlet platform for en simpel, fleksibel og nem forsyning af pleje- og hverdagsprodukter til den danske mand. Ved siden af kandidatstudiet blev der pakket barberblade på kollegieværelset, levering til kunderne foregik på cykel, specialet blev udskudt, og der blev optaget SU-lån blot for at få virksomheden og platformen op at køre. I dag står Barberskabet stærkere end nogensinde, og værdierne er stadig de samme: Vi vil være den bedste abonnementsservice for pleje- og hverdagsprodukter til danske mænd. Vores produktportefølje er i konstant udvikling, og kan allerede nu dække danske mænd ind på langt flere områder, når det kommer til personlig pleje og velvære i hverdagen. Vi går fortsat aldrig på kompromis med kvalitet, tilfredshed, eller det gode forhold til vores medlemmer.
