Sustainability Hub

Sustainability Hub Norway aims to be the leading community for sustainability in Norway.     We will empower people with relationships, information, and tools to create actionable change. This is a direct response to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 17; partnerships.   What do we do: People, organizations, and companies in Norway need to get better at sustainable leadership and sustainable business in Norway.

SiteSage

SiteSage is developing an AI co-pilot for e-commerce customer support teams to help them resolve tickets faster and with higher quality by integrating directly into their existing systems and automating repetitive workflows with secure, action-based AI. In practice, we give support agents “superpowers”. SiteSage connects ticketing platforms with shop systems, WMS, ERP, shipping providers, and other operational tools, so agents no longer have to switch between systems or manually search for data. The AI retrieves context instantly, categorizes cases, suggests structured replies, and can execute predefined actions such as pausing orders or validating shipment status, all within controlled, role-based permissions. Instead of replacing people, we remove friction. Agents focus on exceptions and customer experience, while repetitive tasks and cross-system lookups are handled intelligently in the background.

Township

Township is a recently established tech start-up with funding from Innovationsfonden 🙏 We are reinventing social media, using a unique, patented, cryptographic method for eliminating misinformation and toxicity online! No more photo-shopped phony image, no more deep-fake videos, no more bots spamming your feed, and no more fake accounts claiming to be someone else! 😎 Our team is small, consisting of industry experts and experienced entrepreneurs, coming from previous successful fundraising rounds. The team works mostly part-time/unpaid until we find additional funding, which we plan to do during 2024 🤞

Steerpath

Steerpath is a Finnish startup solving global challenge of optimising benefits of hybrid working for both employee and the company. Our hybrid workplace application helps employees & companies get maximum out of multi-location working. We have built a mobile app where employees can easily see when to visit the office or stay remote based on their favourite colleague work plans and available capacity of meeting rooms, it can guide you around a space if you are new to the space via indoor maps, and much more. For managers we provide analytics of what spaces are being used, so they can develop their spaces in an optimal way. We have also developed an internal venture under a different brand called Spacehub, which are small pods you can book for working in shopping centres and similar. Customers are typically larger companies from 1000+ employees, with majority Headquartered in Finland, but we also have customers in the UK and US. In the future we will be focusing on the Nordic market, because in the Nordic culture there is trend to focus more on employee satisfaction. Our solution is already used by some of the largest and most well known brands in the Nordics, such as Finlands largest commercial TV broadcaster MTV. Steerpath was founded in 2013 by Mikko, Tuomas and Sam, all sharing a long history with several decades of experience in all aspects of product development, Bluetooth and other wireless technologies. Our team has since grown to now 15 people of different background and nationalities. Our office is in Alberga Business Park next to Sello in Leppävaara, easy to reach with public transport (15 minutes from city centre), and we have a very nice setup with a small living room in the middle. We have been able to bring together different strengths to deliver a solution our customers love and we are very excited to bare witness to some of the innovations that have already come out from the collaboration. We are a very friendly group who enjoy hanging out and do things together, we also have small events, board games nights, summer party and more. We have a start-up environment in our small team, and support a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work partially remote. We do recommend people to come to the office at least 2 days per week, as you will work closely with other members of the company, and this is the best way to get to know your colleagues. The rest of the team prefer coming in most days, and we even have colleagues stopping by during their holidays to say hi to the team, borrow tools, and other things, and that really says it all.

Enablment

"Collaborator" is a client company, who is subject to devising and creating technical solutions with Enablment. "Enabler" conventionally known as a consultant, but we enable Collaborators. We exist because we are Enablers who love to devise and create delightful technical solutions with Collaborators. We want transparency. In the sense that we have structurally implemented it in our professional relationship with Collaborators. We demystify the conventional consultancy-client relationship. We have a passion for rethinking and refining processes, why we deploy slim and execution oriented project teams. That means we have redefined the project manager as a role that is shared by Collaborators and Enablers, but it is structured by a system landscape. We place decision-making where it is due, by the people that most affected and the ones with the insight we are transitioning towards an organization with distributed leadership. At Enablement, everyone is passionate about digitization and capable to execute on it.

Northeast Flow Oy

At Northeast Flow (NEF), we offer a next-generation computational heating service for buildings. Our solution provides customers with better control, actionable insights and reduced heating costs. By generating heat through high-performance computing we create new revenue streams while delivering cost-effective heating. Our primary target customers are medium to large industrial buildings as well as residential buildings and business facilities. Our vision is to transform heating—the largest energy consumer in buildings—into a flexible and intelligent energy solution. By integrating computational processing and advanced energy management, we aim to enable the global transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources while bringing computing power to new environments. Today, NEF has six active customer cases with more in preparation, and a dedicated team of four full-time professionals. We are supported by experienced advisors and board members, who play a key role in guiding our growth. NEF is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with a growing revenue stream and financing from our current owners. While our current operations are in Finland, our Computational Heat service is designed for the global market—wherever efficient, sustainable building heating is needed.

Barberskabet er en abonnementsforretning målrettet mænd, som leverer hverdagsprodukter af højeste kvalitet, udviklet med unikke materialer og egenskaber, til en fair pris. Vores vision er at være mandens bedste følgesvend i hverdagen. Vi ønsker med en abonnementservice at matche danskernes travle hverdage og behov hertil, uden at gå på kompromis med kvalitet og uden urimeligt høje priser. Vi tilbyder derfor både barberingsprodukter, boxershorts, sokker, T-shirts og vitaminpiller, der alle er med til at optimere mandens hverdag og sikre den gode start på dagen. Den vigtigste målestok er vores medlemmers tilfredshed og vi bestræber os på at opbygge et tillidsforhold til alle medlemmer ved at være: Inkluderende, oprigtige og tilstedeværende. Barberskabet udsprang af et eksamensprojekt, som stifterne afleverede som en del af deres bacheloruddannelse. Det hele startede med idéen om, at der måtte kunne findes en praktisk og favorabel løsning på problemet med alt for dyre og middelmådige barberblade nede fra det lokale supermarked. Dette skulle ende med at blive startskuddet til en samlet platform for en simpel, fleksibel og nem forsyning af pleje- og hverdagsprodukter til den danske mand. Ved siden af kandidatstudiet blev der pakket barberblade på kollegieværelset, levering til kunderne foregik på cykel, specialet blev udskudt, og der blev optaget SU-lån blot for at få virksomheden og platformen op at køre. I dag står Barberskabet stærkere end nogensinde, og værdierne er stadig de samme: Vi vil være den bedste abonnementsservice for pleje- og hverdagsprodukter til danske mænd. Vores produktportefølje er i konstant udvikling, og kan allerede nu dække danske mænd ind på langt flere områder, når det kommer til personlig pleje og velvære i hverdagen. Vi går fortsat aldrig på kompromis med kvalitet, tilfredshed, eller det gode forhold til vores medlemmer.
