In the sense that we have structurally implemented it in our professional relationship with Collaborators. We demystify the conventional consultancy-client relationship. We have a passion for rethinking and refining processes, why we deploy slim and execution oriented project teams. That means we have redefined the project manager as a role that is shared by Collaborators and Enablers, but it is structured by a system landscape. We place decision-making where it is due, by the people that most affected and the ones with the insight we are transitioning towards an organization with distributed leadership. Or that things new from the store is better than buying it used from someone else. We believe that if it was easier for people to treat the things they own better, keeping them maintained and in mint condition, this perception would change. We started Newcycle on an ambition to kickstart a circular revolution in retail and consumerism. The way we exploit our planet’s resources needs to change. The way we buy things needs to change. And the way we own things needs to change. With the Newcycle app, consumers can create an inventory of everything they own, to get an overview of their products. It's free to use the app, and we offer additional paid services, like reselling their used items. By giving consumers access to digital twins of everything they own, we make it easier for our users to maintain, repair, refine, buy and sell their products, regardless of whether they are the 1st, 2nd or 8th owner of a product. In the app The Newcycle app connects the owner of a product with the retailer who sold it and the producer who made it, for the entire life span of the product, benefiting both the consumers and the producers of the products. The motivation behind the platform was to alleviate the hours of internet research and pasting into spreadsheets required to plan a trip. Our site has around 80 detailed and hand-crafted travel itineraries, and over 1,000 locations of interest - packed with meta data to drive our algorithms. Our site allows users to complete a profile with their travel preferences and interests - and we're finalising an algorithm to create automated travel itineraries. Not only does the site make trip planning easier, but it also acts as an internet marketing platform for businesses in the tourism and travel sector. MapADay has many gaps (we've been focusing on basic functionality, content and SEO) - but we have a roadmap to where we need to get to in order to evaluate the product's potential. We're looking to expand our team with a focus on business development and marketing.

Foodbee (Part of Cyberbee group) is a modern QR based food ordering platform. We assist restaurants to register their menus on our system and then restaurant visitors can order food by scanning QR codes 😋. These QR codes are printed and placed in various locations, for example on each table. Foodbee is a complete digital platform, with features such as reviews & ratings, payment gateways, discount coupons and analytics 👏.
