Dashl’s vision is to redefine the beauty industry, for consumers and professionals, through a trusted and scalable tech platform which provides high quality beauty services wherever, whenever.  Let’s be completely honest, we do like a bit of a challenge. That’s why we’ve set out to build a platform like no other. Usually people build either a marketplace, or a digital booking platform, a photo sharing app, or a payment solution. We decided to build a platform with all of those features. Why? Because it’s 2017 and it’s ridiculous that we don't have information about a hair or beauty professionals availability, pricing, portfolio and reviews in one single place. Oh, and then the ability to turn that content to commerce. With Dashl you can Book the Look. We want to ensure that our users have access to all of their hair and beauty needs at the tip of their fingers. After all, they don’t call us a personal digital beauty concierge for nothing *brushes off shoulders*.   The Dashl team is diverse from different backgrounds and cultures. We all have very different professional backgrounds, skillsets and experiences, which when brought together creates magic. We all get along really well and have fun working. "Collaborator" is a client company, who is subject to devising and creating technical solutions with Enablment. "Enabler" conventionally known as a consultant, but we enable Collaborators. We exist because we are Enablers who love to devise and create delightful technical solutions with Collaborators. We want transparency. In the sense that we have structurally implemented it in our professional relationship with Collaborators. We demystify the conventional consultancy-client relationship. We have a passion for rethinking and refining processes, why we deploy slim and execution oriented project teams. That means we have redefined the project manager as a role that is shared by Collaborators and Enablers, but it is structured by a system landscape. We place decision-making where it is due, by the people that most affected and the ones with the insight we are transitioning towards an organization with distributed leadership. At Enablement, everyone is passionate about digitization and capable to execute on it.

We are building Newcycle, because we want to end the throw-away society.   Every year our global society throw away 100 billion tonnes of materials. This obviously can't continue. At the the core of this issue lies a general perception that new things are more valuable than things we already own. Or that things new from the store is better than buying it used from someone else. We believe that if it was easier for people to treat the things they own better, keeping them maintained and in mint condition, this perception would change. We started Newcycle on an ambition to kickstart a circular revolution in retail and consumerism. The way we exploit our planet’s resources needs to change. The way we buy things needs to change. And the way we own things needs to change. With the Newcycle app, consumers can create an inventory of everything they own, to get an overview of their products. It's free to use the app, and we offer additional paid services, like reselling their used items. By giving consumers access to digital twins of everything they own, we make it easier for our users to maintain, repair, refine, buy and sell their products, regardless of whether they are the 1st, 2nd or 8th owner of a product. In the app The Newcycle app connects the owner of a product with the retailer who sold it and the producer who made it, for the entire life span of the product, benefiting both the consumers and the producers of the products. The positive result is longer use of the products and in the end recycling. We won’t change the world all by ourselves, but looking back ten, twenty or forty years from now, we’ll see that our role was a central one. A natural effect of rising demands in the building sector is also a higher price for the customer. The people at MKK AS, have a technology that combines sustainable products. The combination is going to compete with concrete elements when it comes to bearing capacity. A regular buildup of an outer wall, when it comes to insulation. A bitumen-coated roof, when it comes to water tightness. Our products and material are going to replace the need for concrete, all over the world. One step closer, to reducing CO2 costs of buildings! The patent is pending, we need investors for making the first tests and to be able to implement the structural products in projects.
