Rub & Stub is a social enterprise that focuses on sustainability. We ran the restaurant 'Spisehuset Rub & Stub' for three years: the first restaurant in Europe to put surplus food on the menu. Now, we facilitate food waste-workshops, do surplus food-events and consultancy - all to share our knowledge on food waste and inspire to more sustainable action.

Konceptet bag Drivi er et bredt administrativt softwaresystem udviklet til køreskolebranchen. Produktet har til formål at reducere tid brugt på administration med op mod 60%, og samtidigt gøre det til en meget bedre oplevelse at tage kørekort fremover. Vi er baseret på Innovation House China-Denmark i København. Vi er et lille og ambitiøst hold bestående af tre personer, som alle brænder for tech og iværksætteri.

NewSchool develops innovative digital tools for collaboration and project based learning by combining agile working methods, psychology, games and mobile media.The tools draw on a set of successful business practices  - the kanban boards for Lean Management, adapted to education purposes, in real-time. By focusing on the organization of the process, not its content, it helps develop self-regulation and collaborative skills for 21st century learners. We are an education technology start-up, with extensive change management experience, unique insights in workforce trends and technology, and pedagogy at its core. All team members have solid international experience from fields like mobile technology, business development and technology management, international education, instructional design, and learning sciences research.The team consists of Fredrik Harloff, Chief Executive Officer, and Mihaela Tabacaru , Community Manager, both co-founders of NewSchool, working full time. The third co-founder, Stian Hofslett Thowsen, works full time as a teacher and part of management team at Langaugen secondary school in Bergen, Norway. Besides the three co-founders, NewSchool relies on an interdisciplinary board of administration with senior level execs: Anne Posner, Bjarne Solhaug, and Paal Kaperdal, all with broad experience, covering international business development expertise, publishing house and human resources expertise, and digital transformation expertise. Frequent contributor and education research expert is Marina Hirnstein, PhD in cognitive psychology, expert in learning analytics .We have offices in Bergen and Oslo,  members of two incubators: Nyskapningsparken in Bergen (http://www.nyskapingsparken.no/) and SoCentral in Oslo, Nordic Center for Social Innovation (www.socentral.no). With an international mindset from day 1, we have been testing our product in classrooms across Europe, from Norway to Denmark, Portugal and Romania, to USA. Our extensive education network made it also possible to plan pilots in emerging countries like India and Iraq.

Learnlink ble startet i 2016 og tok i løpet av kort tid posisjonen som landets ledende leverandør av online én-til-én-undervisning. I 2020 ble tilbudet utvidet med sommerkurs i koding etter sammenslåingen med CodeAndGo . I dag jobber vi med å ruste barn for fremtiden ved å lære de STEM-fag på en morsom og givende måte. Dette gjør vi både 1-til-1 og i grupper, både fysisk og online. Med på laget har vi det vi “Pros” - toppstudenter barna ser opp til som bidrar til å tenne lærelysten. Alle i Learnlinks kjerneteam har høye ambisjoner for veien videre og brenner for å hjelpe barn med å lære det de trenger for fremtiden. I tillegg til de faste ansatte bistår et knippe dyktige rådgivere og et erfarent styre med retning og strategi. Nå som vi ser at Learnlink-modellen virkelig har potensiale, er planen å øke veksttakten ytterligere i Norge og ta den videre i utlandet. In 2020, the offer was expanded with a summer course in coding after the merge with CodeAndGo. Today we work to prepare children for the future by teaching them "STEM" subjects in a fun and motivating way. We do this both 1-to-1 and in groups, both physically and online. Additionally, a number of skilled advisers and highly experienced board members assist with developing guidelines and strategy.
