Dixie is a software and service business. Our vision is to create a single platform where small and medium businesses can manage their administrative tasks with ease 👌We want to utilize AI and machine learning to automate tasks like bookkeeping, payroll and VAT to provide a superior experience for our customers. Dixie is a maturing and growing company. We have managed to establish what we consider an ideal work environment, with transparency, humor, agility and flexibility.We are proud to be working with innovative solutions to automate tasks that are uninspiring to small and medium businesses. While our vision goes far beyond this area, we're currently working on automating and easing the processes around bookkeeping, payroll and VAT.

Acodyne

Acodyne is building the world’s fastest unmanned eVTOL cargo aircraft for heavy payloads. Designed for missions where time, access, and risk define the outcome, whether it’s offshore logistics or frontline resupply. With a proprietary ducted-fan system and fixed-wing efficiency, the E200 model carries 200 kg at 450 km/h, delivering critical supplies up to 10× faster than land and at a fraction of helicopter cost. We are currently 10 people, based at our workshop at Avedøre Airfield, and plan to double our team in the next year.

This is a direct response to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 17; partnerships.   What do we do: People, organizations, and companies in Norway need to get better at sustainable leadership and sustainable business in Norway.

TheMOVE

TheMOVE is a health-promoting digital platform that supports children’s motor and sensory development through play and technology. By combining AI, motion capture, and game-based design, we motivate children to engage in expert-designed physical activities – at home, in schools and kindergartens, or as part of therapeutic programs. The challenge is both widespread and growing. A significant number of children show signs of motor or sensory difficulties, affecting their ability to learn, regulate emotions, and participate socially. While some children receive professional support, many do not. They are often misunderstood as inattentive or unmotivated, when the real issue is a missing motor or sensory foundation. Even when children are in treatment, exercises rarely carry over into everyday life. Home programs are often based on printed instructions or verbal guidance, making it hard for families to remember, prioritise, or motivate their child. As a result, progress stalls and valuable development is lost. TheMOVE addresses this gap by turning clinical expertise into an engaging, interactive game experience. Children are guided through tailored activities supported by playful interaction, adaptive feedback, and ongoing motivation. The experience is designed to feel like play – not instruction – making it easier for children to stay engaged over time. Whether used by therapists, teachers, or families, TheMOVE bridges the gap between professional knowledge and everyday practice. It supports early intervention, improves follow-through in therapy, and gives children a more motivating path to stronger motor skills, confidence, and wellbeing – while giving adults a structured, evidence-informed way to support them.

It is a startup methodology and coaching process for incubators, accelerators and investors to support their portfolio impact startups in making their sustainable impact measurable, operational, and profitable. We work with incubators, accelerators and VC funds globally, primarily in Europe, eg. Startup Wise Guys, Rockstart, Climentum Capital, Ideon Science Park, Climate Resilient Africa Fund and NEEW Ventures.

Smartwatt

Smartwatt er et software selskap som benytter AI og skyteknologi til å optimalisere styringen og senke energiforbruket i næringsbygg. Vår teknologi identifiserer hvor og hvordan næringsbygg kan optimalisere eksisterende installasjoner for å spare maksimalt med strøm. Smartwatts software benytter maskinlæringsalgoritmer, inneklimadata, værmelding og morgendagens strømpriser til å regne ut optimale driftsparametre for næringsbygg som utveksles automatisk med byggets eksisterende styringssystem. Løsningen installeres raskt i bygget og kundene våre opplever resultater på svært kort tid. Av de 70 bygg som allerede har tatt teknologien i bruk er effekten betydelig og har ført til en besparelse på opptil 30%. Vi er fortsatt i startfasen av vår reise, men har allerede etablert oss som en seriøs aktør og utfordrer i bransjen. Asko, Elkjøp, Elektroimportøren, BI og Møller Bil, er blant kundene som har tatt i bruk Smartwatt sine løsninger, og vi har store ambisjoner. Med sterke investorer i ryggen gjennom en nylig gjennomført finansieringsrunde, ledet av Hafslund Invest og DNV, er vi klare til å fortsette veksten og la flere bedrifter dra nytte av våres løsninger. Northeast Flow Oy

At Northeast Flow (NEF), we offer a next-generation computational heating service for buildings. Our solution provides customers with better control, actionable insights and reduced heating costs. By generating heat through high-performance computing we create new revenue streams while delivering cost-effective heating. Our primary target customers are medium to large industrial buildings as well as residential buildings and business facilities. Our vision is to transform heating—the largest energy consumer in buildings—into a flexible and intelligent energy solution. By integrating computational processing and advanced energy management, we aim to enable the global transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources while bringing computing power to new environments. Today, NEF has six active customer cases with more in preparation, and a dedicated team of four full-time professionals. We are supported by experienced advisors and board members, who play a key role in guiding our growth. NEF is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with a growing revenue stream and financing from our current owners. While our current operations are in Finland, our Computational Heat service is designed for the global market—wherever efficient, sustainable building heating is needed.

CirBu

At CirBu we make sustainable buildings the obvious choice for everyone! The earth is running out of resources, and 50% is used by construction, but most is not reused. This is causing big damage to our planet. CirBu's software solution helps property developers make smart sustainable choices in the early report, resulting in lower costs of design, use and maintenance. A Win-Win for everyone.

Ecombooster

Ecombooster is developing a back-end system for e-commerce companies to remove manual and tedious tasks in order too boost profitability. Typically, e-commerce spends a lot of time gathering product information, images, descriptions etc, put them in excel and then imports them into their e-commerce platform. We automate this work, as well as enable up-to-date stock levels, pricing, purchasing and many more things. Today, there is no good way to automate this kind of work. Ecombooster is onto the solution and save e-commerce personnel loads of time that can be spent on increasing sales and profitability. We do this by webscraping the suppliers websites and then Ecombooster does its magic to make sure the data gets from the suppliers into the e-commerce platforms and set up a sync schedule so the information is uptodate at all times. The company was founded by Tobias GÃ¥rdner who had these problems in his own webshop and he thought there must be an easier way to solve this. And then he thought, I can't be the only one with this problem. Said and done, that was the birth of Ecombooster.
