The motivation to quit our day jobs and pursue this entrepreneurial venture stemmed from a shared passion for fashion, sustainability, and a belief that top-quality clothing should be more accessible to all. We are driven by the desire to contribute to a more sustainable fashion industry and provide customers with a viable alternative that aligns with their values.

AquaFood has a patent-pending method for extracting high-value, food-grade components at cold temperatures from the side streams of fish production (e.g. heads, backbone, scales, etc.). The components we extract are; pure fish oil that fits as a supplement, a unique protein mass with high functionality (almost minced meat consistency) that fits perfectly for fish balls, fish burgers, or even tubed fish spread, and lastly, we extract a fine collagen powder that fits for dermatological applications. Today, the side streams of fish production account for 40-70% of the fish that is brought into the processing plants. This is a remarkably higher amount than any other food-producing industry. At the same time, the food production system worldwide accounts for 1/3 of green-house gas emissions, 1/3 of land usage, and 2/3 of groundwater withdrawal. The seafood industry has problems of their own, where 95% of our fish stocks are fully utilized and about 30% have already collapsed. There simply is not way for us to increase or even continue to produce the way that we are in a sustainable way. But we still need to increase food production as the globally increasing population will demand a doubling of protein production in the year 2050 compared to now. AquaFood believes that resource efficiency is a huge stepping stone toward reaching a sustainable food production system. A system where we use our resources efficiently and to their full potential is what needs to happen to step into a sustainable future. In our process, we can make sure that the FULL fish is used to its full potential. Through our process, we use no heating steps and the only effluents from our process are the water that we introduce to the system mixed with a small amount of protein. Therefore, our process is highly efficient, sustainable in terms of lower energy and water consumption but also in terms of the resource efficiency that it brings. Our technology is research-based and stems from decades of research in the area of utilization of aquatic biomasses.

A-Maze was founded in 2022 and has since built a working platform that has been co-created and tested with multiple schools across Denmark. Furthermore we have a private Investor, Kasper Holst, previous founder of Matematikfessor, which he exited in 2020 after a 13 year long journey. Vintrovert bottleshop is a local Vesterbro shop where you can find affordable natural wines, our own whisky, craft beers and soon CBD. Behind the shop is our eventspace which fits up to 25 people. The space is our cultural collaboration space where we co-host events with other importers, local shops, communities, book clubs ect.

A startup from Haugesund in Norway was established late 2021 aiming to create better and more revolutionary products for building powerlines. There is the slow development of new and innovative products in this industry, which we have experienced ourselves while building powerlines. A quick youtube search on building powerlines will leave you astonished by the old-fashioned techniques and products that are being used. In many areas of the building, it is done in the same way as 20 years ago. Despite all this, the need for reliable power is bigger than ever and continues to grow every year. While the demand is growing, the existing power grid is deteriorating. Our products will make building new powerlines safer, and cheaper and will deliver less environmental damage. Combined with hardware products, software, and AI we make optimized solutions for the future building of energy distribution. We are starting to test products this summer, get confirmation from customers and continue to build product this fall. We are looking for team members who have experience in start ups, business and IT,whom wish to make a real contribution to meet our electric and green goals.
