Roots of Malmö is an innovative fermented beverage producer. We primarily produce kombucha, but also other interesting fermented beverages. All production takes place in our new brewery in Malmö, Sweden. Our kombucha is raw (unpasteurized), low in sugar, high in taste, and a great alternative to sodas or alcoholic beverages. Tastes good, does good.

It all started as an idea, concept, study project, and learning objective. The e-food truck was built by a student at the university. The generic product is based on 500 people's data from Munke Mose Park.
