Popswap

Popswap is a tech company, revolutionary social fashion platform inspired by gaming, tailored for swapping clothes and accessories, without the hassle of exchanging money. Popswap already has beyond ten thousand users and is now looking to grow rapidly. In our team you find product developers, UX designers, Community Managers och Paid Social Manager. 
 Popswap is looking for a Product Manager/Developer, full-time. The Product Manager/Developer makes decisions with regards to the technological interests of a company. They are responsible for together with the team outlining the company’s technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company’s business needs. The Product Manager/Developer needs to be a developer with experience in both backend and frontend. Popswap is built using Python/Django REST Framework, and runs in a Docker environment with Celery and a Postgres database. The app is built using Javascript/React Native/Redux and it is important that the developer is comfortable working with APIs. Calculate’s mission is to bring financial knowledge to CEOs and founders, empowering them to make better business decisions and to reach their next funding round. SundhedsTV

SundhedsTV er et digitalt og videobaseret samlingssted for sundhedsinformation. SundhedsTV er skabt som en reaktion på den stigende forvirring blandt danskerne omkring, hvad der er sundt og usundt – en forvirring, der bl.a. kommer af det (mis)informationsoverload, der findes på nettet samt det paradoks, at rigtig meget sundhedsinformation er tekstbåret, mens over en halv million danskere har svært ved at læse og forstå en simpel tekst. Derfor er der brug for overskuelig og korrekt viden om sundhed og sygdom til alle. Både for at give tryghed til den enkelte og for at understøtte sundhedsvæsenet, hvor der er travlt og behov for at kunne fokusere på det vigtigste. Men også, fordi den øgede mængde sundhedsinformation har gjort det sværere at gennemskue, hvad der er myter eller halve sandheder – og hvad der faktisk er korrekt og videnskabeligt bevist. SundhedsTV tilbyder troværdig og relatérbar viden om de mest udbredte emner inden for sundhed. Fra myter om lus til diagnosticering af kroniske sygdomme. During the last few years we had been noticing that there is an increasing amount of youngsters on e.g. Facebook, who offer themselves for helping with small tasks such as lawn mowing and pet sitting. They are willing to show their credibility and work ethic to people and find their place at the society. Unfortunately, often the Facebook walls they post their offers are so filled with extra noise, that not many potential adults ever see them. At the same time, while working on different great companies, we have found out that mid-/senior level employees do not only have more than enough of work to do at the office, but also very often have a family and a house to be taken care of. They work from 9-5 at the office and after that they head straight to the home and start the, we like to call it "workday no. 2". They indeed are the heroes of work, but we started wondering, is there anyway we could help them to get more out of their spare times, so that they really can enjoy their lives. Not to mention, that we could clearly see ourselves on their shoes in a few decades. With these two problems in mind the idea started slowly to take shape into the form of a web platform, where these two huge groups of our population could solve each others problems with the help of our matchmaking efforts. Adults with two workdays can buy the most important asset there is for their lives, they can buy valuable time with their loved ones. At the same time they can act responsibly by sharing their mundane tasks from gardening to window cleaning for local youngsters, who can finally show that they can be trusted and that they are diligent, which could be huge to their future careers and also they get paid for that. After the COVID-19 pandemic started taking over the world, we eventually came into the conclusion that this is our time to help people to get jobs and the economy to grow in a new way. We started quickly constructing the platform and now we have finally launched the first public MVP. We believe the working life is going towards a disruption, where peer-to-peer hiring will be a thing that enables people to solve each others problems. And that is what TaskShare is designed for.

LUVE Wellness Space helps to increase the utilisation rate of these properties so that the owners can make more money. Right now if you are an entrepreneur looking for a place you need to search on Google. Google will suggest you different venues such as yoga or fitness studios. Then you have to email those studios and the whole process takes a lot of time for both sides. Through our service we provide venue owners a platform where they can easily list their venue and keep their calendar and prices up to date. For people looking for a venue we offer a handy filtering system so that they can find a venue that suits exactly to their needs. Theres a lot of unused potential among wellness entrepreneurs as well as wellness venues. LUVE Wellness Space helps both sides to utilise that potential more effectively. Rehappen is developing a lean and easy process to help large corporations´ leaders to solve the complex administration around sick leave and unhealthiness. Today managers have a stressful situation in handling the employees health and mental health. It is easy to miss what you need to do to help employees, and also to follow the responsibility you have as a manager when employees are sick or show signs of unhealthyness. The top management also have little clue what is happening at the first line level or at different units. Rehappen is a HR-tech product and service company that help managers become sustaible by organizing all employees sick leave data, administration around sick leave and also a help preventing and creating a sustainble corporate culture and leadership. By collecting ALL sickleave data into our tool which is a GDPR-secure platform HR and managers get a full insight in how the situations as an overview and also all the way to an individual. Rehappen has all documentation and processes gathered in the system, and that makes it easy to help individuals. Our tech team is working to get a nuged process where it is easy for managers to do the difficult work around sick leave and unhealth easy. We have 24/7 phonecall and the tool itself is so easy to work with so managers by them self knows thru reminding system what to do. All documentation needed is in the Rehappen-tool, rehab plans, link to insurance company, link to governmental rules and regulations around sick leave, the companies´policy, rehabilitationsplans, early dialouges for preventing unhealthy situations, questions, contact to occupational health specialists. What fired our spark was the unclear situation and difficulties for managers around people with special needs, with a high absence, mental unhealth that rehappen. After many years as HR-director and HR-manager and line managers we we that the process around sick leave is "broken". People are really getting hurt by managers who do not know what to do or how to start when their employees have a difficult situation. HR-directors have no clue how to get the detailed sick leave data out of the systems. So we created a system for managers, HR or Management team to find out where the pain is in the organisation. The reason why we do this is simply because there is a lot of lives to save, money to earn for companies and managers to improve there leadership by start working with a great system. Rehappen är en HR-techstartup som stöttar stora företag i arbetet med sjukfrånvaro, hållbart ledarskap, psykisk ohälsa och erbjuder en plattform för chefer och HR att arbeta i.
