Brand Leadership Community

The Brand Leadership Community (BLC) is a Copenhagen-based startup that has evolved from a series of events into a living learning and relationship ecosystem designed for the professionals behind the world’s leading brands. We serve as a strategic knowledge bridge connecting Brands, Agencies, and Technology Vendors—including iconic Nordic names like Maersk, LEGO, Pandora, Aller Media, and Bang & Olufsen (B&O). The Problem We Are Solving Modern brand building is increasingly complex, yet professionals face three critical roadblocks: o The "Martech Gap": Organizations invest millions in complex enterprise software (from a landscape of 14,000+ vendors) but fail to maximize its value due to siloed knowledge and a lack of platform-specific expertise. o Impersonal Networking: Traditional industry conferences are often impersonal "sales pitches" where real peer-to-peer connection is rare and tactical insights are often hidden rather than shared. o Leadership Isolation: Senior leadership can be lonely, and many operators lack a confidential space to compare notes, share "crime scene" stories of failed implementations, and solve challenges with trusted peers. Our Solution We facilitate "relationships that matter" through a multi-layered platform for professional growth: o Strategic Event Formats: We run premium, intimate gatherings like Masterminds and energetic Jam Sessions that prioritize facilitated problem-solving over standard presentations. o Specialized Tech Tribes: We build software-focused sub-communities (e.g., Adobe, Google, and Amplitude tribes) where practitioners help each other drive adoption and innovation. o Knowledge-Based Publishing: Through BLC Insights Magazine, we translate live conversations into evergreen editorial content, creating a repository of peer-endorsed wisdom that guides decision-making. o High-Value Networks: We facilitate high-ticket Network Groups where senior managers workshop real-world problems in an exclusive, non-technical setting. Why We Do It & Current Focus We believe that better content leads to better conversations, and better conversations lead to stronger brands. In an AI-heavy landscape, authentic human connection and peer-led learning have become the ultimate premium. As we enter 2026, BLC is transitioning from "momentum to maturity" by professionalizing our operations through a structured OKR framework. Our current growth focus is centered on student engagement. We are actively recruiting ambitious Interns and Student Workers, primarily those studying Marketing, International Business and/or Business Administration, who want to act as "process engineers". These recruits will help build practical structures and playbooks while serving the architects of global brand leadership.

Getia

Getia is a Norwegian venture studio that builds and invests in technology companies. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Oslo, Getia identifies market opportunities, assembles teams, and actively develops products to capture significant market share across multiple verticals. The studio has launched 18+ products spanning privacy and compliance (GetCookies), email marketing (GetMailer), server-side tracking (GetCAPI), AI-powered customer support (GetAnswers), property management (Bellkeep), content distribution (GetFeeder), and more. Each product is designed as a focused SaaS tool that solves a specific problem better than bloated enterprise alternatives. Getia's core strength is speed and execution. With in-house expertise in product strategy, UI/UX design, full-stack development, data analytics, and go-to-market, the team can take a product from idea to paying customers in weeks rather than months. All products are built on modern tech stacks with EU-hosted infrastructure, making them a natural fit for privacy-conscious European businesses. The studio operates from Mesh, Oslo's largest coworking space, and is currently raising its Series A to accelerate growth across the portfolio. Getia is looking for investors who bring strategic value beyond capital — partners with deep domain expertise and distribution networks in the Nordics and across Europe.

Killer Kebab

Killer Kebab is a modern fast-casual food brand deeply in love with kebab. We make ours personal and unique in a world that expects more and more from the food it eats. The problem we are solving is simple but deeply rooted: kebab has become synonymous with low transparency, inconsistent quality, and shortcuts hidden behind speed and convenience. Consumers want fast food that feels honest, crafted, and worth trusting, but the category has largely failed to evolve. Killer Kebab exists to change that. From day one, we set out to prove that kebab can be both fast and uncompromising. We build our kebab from scratch, marinating our meat in-house every morning, making all sauces and falafel ourselves, baking sourdough flatbreads fresh to order, and frying every falafel only when it’s needed. We deliberately serve fewer options, focusing instead on quality, repeatability, and operational excellence. Our approach turns quality from something subjective into something systematic. By owning every critical step of production, we create a product that is consistent across locations while remaining deeply human and handcrafted. This operational model allows us to scale without losing what makes the brand special. Beyond the product, Killer Kebab is built as a brand-first company. With a strong visual identity, a bold tone of voice, and a loyal community, we are creating more than meals. We’re building emotional connection, cultural relevance, and everyday rituals around food that feels good to eat and good to believe in. Today, with multiple locations and a growing fan base, Killer Kebab is positioned to scale as a modern food brand that balances craftsmanship, efficiency, and personality. Our ambition is to set a new standard for fast-casual dining and prove that “fast” never has to mean careless. In short, we’re not just serving kebab. We’re rebuilding trust in fast food, one killer bite at a time.

Componental

Componental began with a simple but stubborn curiosity: what happens when musicians are given tools that invite exploration instead of prescribing outcomes? Founded by musicians and technologists, Componental was born out of years spent taking instruments apart, questioning workflows, and searching for better ways to stay connected to the joy of making music. At the heart of Componental is a belief that technology should feel playable, expressive, and a little bit magical. Our work is deeply rooted in electronic music culture, from studios and live stages to DIY scenes and experimental communities, but always with an eye toward the future. Dubby, our first product, grew from this mindset: a versatile music multi-tool designed to remove friction, spark ideas, and encourage happy accidents rather than constrain creativity. We build slowly, thoughtfully, and with intention. Every decision, from hardware design to DSP, from software workflows to community features, is guided by real musicians, real use cases, and real curiosity. Componental isn't about chasing trends or shipping features for the sake of it. It's about creating instruments people can grow with, trust, and return to again and again. As we move forward, our mission stays the same: to design musical tools that feel alive, honest, and deeply inspiring, tools that invite you to explore sound on your own terms. Dubby, our music multi-tool, is a hands-on electronic music instrument that lets you build sounds, perform live, and explore ideas in real time. It bridges the gap between studio experimentation and stage performance, without locking you into presets, genres, or workflows.

Unlike traditional project management, Sitedrive uses location-based schedules to control and optimize tasks, resources, logistics, finances, and site conditions. This creates a single source of truth for all stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays on the same page and improvements are made continuously.
