Frisk Fokus er stiftet af Carl Johnsen og Simon Catana. Vi er to unge på 18 år, som gerne vil løfte kvaliteten i rengøringsbranchen, samt skabe et fedt job for unge. Økonomista udkommer som trykt magasin fire gange årligt og ugentligt som digitalt nyhedsbrev til læserne. I Danmark er der 133 år til, at vi får økonomisk ligestilling, og det giver vi ikke vente på! Derfor skabte grundlægger Mille Skjold Madsen for fire år siden Økonomista så vi kunne få et samlingspunkt for al den viden, som vi skal bruge for at skabe de bedste forudsætninger for vores penge. Foodture is an innovative food company developing plant-based, fermented products using locally sourced ingredients. Developing new plant-based products that consumers love, and that are competitive with industrially-produced meat, is a key element of the transition towards a green economy and a regenerative way of life. Foodture’s product is a version of tempeh made from locally-sourced legumes which are fermented and then prepared as blocks, cubes, patties or in a shredded version. The product is used currently mainly in food service applications, but there are many other possibilities. Several product development efforts are ongoing, including collaborations with Aarstiderne and Noma. There is a real sense of momentum in the category, with a high pace of innovation and competition. The environmental footprint of tempeh is very low compared to red and white meat, but also compared to most other meat alternatives on the market today.

In LiveEquipe we are developing a monitoring and visualization system for riders, making it possible to get live data on how they are positioning and impacting on the horse. The data will get stored and data processing will be made so the rider can see their challenges and improvements over time. The system should help riders improve their performance to heighten the welfare for horses.

Nikris offers premium, sustainable plantbased cheese alternatives for cooking in professional kitchens. Cheese is used in various meals. However, there is a need for alternatives as the carbon footprint emissions from conventional cheese is significant. Our products have low carbon footprint emissions and can replace conventional cheeses used in cooking. The characteristics of our products are: good natural taste, good functionality in cooking, have a strong nutritional profile and are free of allergens.

OCEAN IDEASHIP is a non profit organization, based on a broad foundation of collaboration. The quest is to share knowledge about the blue transition and empower blue impact startups. We are making a flagship for the blue transition, and sailing from place to place, we will share knowledge and showcase the possibilities in the blue in the green transition. With a sailing flagship we can create the attention the ocean deserves, and make sure that the blue transition gets the same awareness and acceptance as the green transition have today. By building capacity, knowledge and awareness into the startup ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs, we will secure many more blue impact projects in the future.
