We are always busy at work, further developing our range of sensor types and improving the usefulness of our software.We have sold 10.000 sensors and they are deployed in more than 41 countries. We are currently storing more than 370 million customer measurements in our cloud backend.

KlarPris is cloud-based price comparison and purchasing service targeting construction companies. We started in 2014 and have more than 800 companies using KlarPris every day to optimize their business. CATR is an AI-powered marketplace for catering and events. On CATR you can find, order, coordinate, and handle every type of event in one place. From a department dinner for 20 to a 200-person summer party. One platform, one bill, no email chains. The problem Booking an event today is a mess. If you're an office manager planning a summer party or a department head organizing the Christmas dinner, the process is always the same. Five vendor emails. Three rounds of quotes. Scattered invoices. Last-minute scrambles. Stuff goes wrong. The industry hasn't been rethought in decades, and the only ones really benefitting from that are the legacy event agencies who charge €10k+ to coordinate what should be self-serve. I've spent 20 years in this industry. I've opened and sold restaurants. I've catered the biggest festivals in Denmark. I've run operations for thousands of guests at a time. And the same problems keep showing up: quotes that disappear, invoices nobody can find, orders nobody can track. Everyone in the industry knows the system is broken. Nobody has bothered to fix it. Why now Consumers learned to order pizza on their phone. There's no good reason they should still have to call five vendors and chase emails to plan their company summer party. And AI is finally capable enough to handle the operational complexity that crushed every previous attempt at this market. ezCater, Hungry, Foodee. They all got stuck on human-heavy operations. The future of fragmented industries is marketplaces that pull everyone into one place. Nobody has done for events and catering what DoorDash did for takeaway. The window is open right now. Pre-funding, raising once cofounder is on board. Next: the wedge We're going after 20-30 selected office managers in Copenhagen first. They give us repeat usage, real GMV, and the operational learnings AI needs to scale. From there: mid-sized company events across Denmark, then every standard event, B2B and consumer, running on CATR. The longer vision covers the full lifecycle. From "let's host something" through vendor sourcing, operations, payment, and the social layer afterwards where guests get invited, share photos, and stay connected.

Baltic Assist

Baltic Assist is developing a flexible virtual staffing and business process outsourcing services model to help growing SMEs and scale-ups solve talent shortages, rising operational costs, and inefficient back-office processes with a vetted in-house team model, strong onboarding structure, and a long-term partnership approach. We are tackling a scalability problem. Across Europe, especially in markets like Denmark, Germany, and the Nordics, companies struggle to find qualified specialists in finance, IT, marketing, and operations. Hiring is slow, expensive, and risky. Leadership teams spend months searching for talent, face high employment costs, and often end up overwhelmed by operational tasks that pull focus away from growth and strategy. For many businesses, the bottleneck isn’t product or demand - it’s people and processes. This challenge is widespread among SMEs and fast-growing companies that need to scale quickly but lack the internal capacity to do so efficiently. Baltic Assist solves this by providing dedicated, in-house employed professionals who integrate directly into clients’ teams. We don’t work with freelancers or short-term outsourcing models. Instead, we recruit, hire, and develop specialists in Lithuania and build structured onboarding, performance management, and cultural alignment into the process. Clients gain access to highly educated, multilingual talent within the EU, while maintaining control, transparency, and long-term stability. KJELDGAARD - Skincare

We are Kjeldgaard’s Skincare — a fast-growing DTC skincare brand developing and selling luxurious skincare products to women and men aged 40+. The brand was founded by professional dancer Morten Kjeldgaard, known from the Danish TV show “Vild med dans” (Dancing with the Stars). We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our ad machine forward through daily management of Meta and Google Ads, while also leading the daily creative process by managing our marketing team to ensure that new content is constantly developed and tested for scalable growth. Your Responsibilities: Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals. Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages. Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners. Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time. Monitor and optimize funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and email flows. Analyze results, make quick decisions, and deliver clear recommendations. Prepare and present a weekly performance overview (CAC, ROAS, AOV, creative tests, funnels). We Expect You To: Speak and write fluent Danish. Have at least 3 years of experience with Meta + Google Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands. Have proven team management experience in marketing or creative. Have experience in developing and leading creative processes behind ads and campaigns. Show results where you have achieved or exceeded CAC/ROAS goals. Be both data-driven and creatively minded. Have strong project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tests and projects simultaneously. It’s a Plus If You: Have experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms. Have worked with email marketing and flows (e.g., abandon cart, competitions, quizzes, surveys, upsells / order bumps, post purchase). Have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages. Have experience with WooCommerce. Have experience in beauty/skincare or with the 40+ female target group. Have worked with direct response copywriting. 30/60/90 Plan: 30 days: Get to know the brand, target audience, and team workflows. Audit accounts, set baseline KPIs, and plan the first creative test cycle. 60 days: Establish a fixed structure for creative testing (2–3 cycles/week), launch the first new funnel/lander, and begin seeing improvements in CAC. 90 days: Have a self-sustaining test and reporting system in place. Scale winners, expand the funnel portfolio, and work toward set ROAS goals. What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonus over time). Fully remote position, with overlap in EU/Asia time zones.
