Our customer range is between small consulting companies up to huge companies within the Nordics. bizzcoo was founded late 2018 and we released our first module during September 2019, one month later we had our first customer in. We continue to develop our platform with new modules and are nbow expanding the team.

We are SellersPoint, a Danish communication and training platform targeted retail businesses with the vision of taking customer service to the next level. 94% of all companies within retail agree that investing in product and sales training is very important in improving customer satisfaction and achieving financial results. However, while product knowledge is one of the core selling points of brick-and-mortar stores, they seldomly have the resources to train employees in every new product. SellersPoint is a multisided platform for suppliers to deliver e-learning content, training sellers in promoting their product, while retailers receive a tool for educating, motivating, and increasing the performance of their employees. Key to the platform is the connection between supplier and retailer, ensuring a constant flow of new material. Currently, it is not feasible for suppliers to create proprietary systems, as they are unable to provide enough content to justify the costs of such systems. By creating a platform for all suppliers, SellersPoint reduces the cost of each individual supplier and retailer, while maximizing value. Our two-sided platform is based on two SaaS revenue streams. Since 2014 we have continuously produced and developed the products that include 100 original sayings and illustrations,a line of knitted products including bags, dolls, gloves, scarves, hats, egg warmers and christmas decorations, another line of DIY products including cross stitch patterns and blockposters. Next for Chimi Productions is to develop the business and see how far we can go internationally.
