Her startede vores brygmester, Casper Møller, med at brygge øl tilbage i 2005, der var inspireret af skovens dufte, smage og oplevelser. Og selvom vi i dag er rykket ud af det lille bryghus i skoven til større faciliteter, så er den stadig essentiel i vores øl og den måde, hvorpå vi bringer gode øl ud til forbrugerne. Eftersom vi udspringer fra skoven, har vi altid følt et ansvar for at passe godt på den. Derfor arbejder vi løbende med at effektivisere og skabe en ansvarlig forretning, som ikke kun tager hensyn, men samtidig også giver tilbage til skoven, i form af genrejsning af dansk folkeskov. Foodture is an innovative food company developing plant-based, fermented products using locally sourced ingredients. Developing new plant-based products that consumers love, and that are competitive with industrially-produced meat, is a key element of the transition towards a green economy and a regenerative way of life. Foodture’s product is a version of tempeh made from locally-sourced legumes which are fermented and then prepared as blocks, cubes, patties or in a shredded version. The product is used currently mainly in food service applications, but there are many other possibilities. Several product development efforts are ongoing, including collaborations with Aarstiderne and Noma. There is a real sense of momentum in the category, with a high pace of innovation and competition. The environmental footprint of tempeh is very low compared to red and white meat, but also compared to most other meat alternatives on the market today.
