KJELDGAARD - Skincare

We are Kjeldgaard’s Skincare — a fast-growing DTC skincare brand developing and selling luxurious skincare products to women and men aged 40+. The brand was founded by professional dancer Morten Kjeldgaard, known from the Danish TV show “Vild med dans” (Dancing with the Stars). We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our ad machine forward through daily management of Meta and Google Ads, while also leading the daily creative process by managing our marketing team to ensure that new content is constantly developed and tested for scalable growth. Your Responsibilities: Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals. Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages. Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners. Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time. Monitor and optimize funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and email flows. Analyze results, make quick decisions, and deliver clear recommendations. Prepare and present a weekly performance overview (CAC, ROAS, AOV, creative tests, funnels). We Expect You To: Speak and write fluent Danish. Have at least 3 years of experience with Meta + Google Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands. Have proven team management experience in marketing or creative. Have experience in developing and leading creative processes behind ads and campaigns. Show results where you have achieved or exceeded CAC/ROAS goals. Be both data-driven and creatively minded. Have strong project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tests and projects simultaneously. It’s a Plus If You: Have experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms. Have worked with email marketing and flows (e.g., abandon cart, competitions, quizzes, surveys, upsells / order bumps, post purchase). Have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages. Have experience with WooCommerce. Have experience in beauty/skincare or with the 40+ female target group. Have worked with direct response copywriting. 30/60/90 Plan: 30 days: Get to know the brand, target audience, and team workflows. Audit accounts, set baseline KPIs, and plan the first creative test cycle. 60 days: Establish a fixed structure for creative testing (2–3 cycles/week), launch the first new funnel/lander, and begin seeing improvements in CAC. 90 days: Have a self-sustaining test and reporting system in place. Scale winners, expand the funnel portfolio, and work toward set ROAS goals. What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonus over time). Litigence

We are building Generative AI for patents. The cost to create patents can range anywhere from $15,000 - $50,000+ just for the legal fees (not including the government filing fees). Many inventions by independent inventors, startups, and companies are not patented because the fees are too high. This also has a negative funding impact on deep tech research because investors and companies sometimes shy away from funding products that aren't protected. Our product helps lower the bar for patenting innovation and research.

Enablment

"Collaborator" is a client company, who is subject to devising and creating technical solutions with Enablment. "Enabler" conventionally known as a consultant, but we enable Collaborators. We exist because we are Enablers who love to devise and create delightful technical solutions with Collaborators. We want transparency. In the sense that we have structurally implemented it in our professional relationship with Collaborators. We demystify the conventional consultancy-client relationship. We have a passion for rethinking and refining processes, why we deploy slim and execution oriented project teams. That means we have redefined the project manager as a role that is shared by Collaborators and Enablers, but it is structured by a system landscape. We place decision-making where it is due, by the people that most affected and the ones with the insight we are transitioning towards an organization with distributed leadership. Explained is a visual data storytelling studio that helps organizations, newsrooms and other businesses communicate their data to their audience visually and inclusively. What: Currently, media and businesses communicate and inform their audience primarily through video, audio, or text.  These methods however have limitations when communicating data and make data inaccessible. How: We use visual data storytelling to understand complex data and turn it into clear, engaging, actionable insights and visually appealing stories. We use inclusive techniques to make our stories accessible and include a wider audience. Why: We understand the world best when it's explained visually.  Understanding today's world starts with understanding data. Globally, one in four people has some form of vision impairment that makes it difficult to understand the current communication formats. We believe in visual storytelling and are experts in this niche field. We have created many projects on different topics and have communicated them successfully with our audience. We have also built a community around visual data storytelling.

Proptly was founded in 2021 by Kristoffer Gjerde, Gunnar Windsand Sem, and Thomas Kristiansen, with a bold vision to transform the often-overlooked, yet critical, part of the climate tech ecosystem: installations. Fikse AS

Fixing and repairing of consumer goods are declining, and have been for many years. It can seem cheaper and more convenient to buy a new product and throw away the broken one. At the same time, repair shops need more customers. We will create a digital booking system to make repairing easier and convenient. Consumers can choose their preferred repair shop and order repairs directly from their couch and have it sent and delivered. At the same time, we help repairers reach new customers online and a CRM system optimised and co-created with repairers. Our mission is to build a culture for repair and inspire people to take care of what they already have. Our main SDG is number 12 - Responsible consumption and production. Increased volume of repair will lead to lower consumption and inspire consumers to buy less and better products. This is a big goal for Fikse and with our digital system, we know that it will lead to more reuse. In addition, Fikse is also contributing to goals 8, 11, 13 and 17. We care about the environment and will always work for these goals. In other words: We make repairs easy and convenient. Problem Today, repair and maintenance of consumer goods are a real hassle. It can seem cheaper and more convenient to buy a new product and throw away the broken one. In addition, repair shops need more customers and better margins. They also lack a customized system for managing orders and communicating with customers. Retail businesses have a hard time creating a solution for handling warranty and refund. Research shows that the inconvenience of repair is just as high an obstacle as the price. On the other side, repairers struggle to get customers. They do not have the time, money or resources to be active on social media or promote on digital platforms. They are also lacking a good system for managing orders and communicating with customers. Solution We help repair businesses and retail owners reach out to customers and respond to the emerging market for repairs and circularity. We are in the process of creating a digital booking system to make repairing easy, fast and convenient for all segments above. And we know that this sustainable concept is a service they actually want. At Høyer Paleet in Oslo, you can see for yourself. Together with the high-end retailer, we launched our MVP here in mid may. And what a response. We have over 800 bookings as of september 20, as well as the retail itself. This winter, we will start developing a fully digital version. This way, you can choose your preferred repair shop and order repairs directly from your couch and have it sent and delivered. At the same time, we help repairers reach new customers online by creating a CRM system optimized and co-created with repairers. We can manage all cases of repairs connected to warranty and refund for businesses to ensure the consumer a sustainable practice on all levels.
