Kompassmat comes out of Kompass & Co and functions as a recruitment Company for youths at risk between the age of 15 and 25. We have created job oppertunites  within food, urban gardening and redesign/upcycling for youth at risk of dropping out of the norwegian society. We want to help Norway develop concrete examples of optimal left-over food usage that align with the UN's sustainability goals such as reducing food wastage by 50% by 2030. I have worked as a process developer and project manager at St1 Biofuels (Finland), helping to develop first 2nd generation renewable bioethanol plants. I have also gained great project management experiences from working with Borouge in the Arab Emirates during 2015-2016. There my job was to plan and execute two major process development projects (value 10M USD) from detail designing to execution. During this period I also gained excellent experience working with a very international team.
