Operating connects upcoming work from a CRM with people's skills, availability, and time tracking data to minimize idle time, keep projects profitable, and consultants motivated. In the same app, you can plan, track time spent and create invoices – it's an end-to-end solution for operating a lean, modern consulting firm. We've reached nice amount of MRR self-funded, and are now growing the team to develop the product further, and to go global.
