The members are either independent professionals or teams that are selected based on certain criteria, such as high-quality, service, experience, specific technical/creative skills as well as a competitive pricing model.

Vi legger her stor vekt på global kompetanse som en kreativ ressurs blant studenter og bedrifter, der vi kvalitetssikrer studenter gjennom ulike screeningprosesser. Formålet er å dra frem konkurransedyktige kandidater med flerkulturell bakgrunn eller som har god kulturforståelse, og øke bevissthet rundt nytten og verdien dette gir til arbeidsplassen. FitArenaa is a B2B fitness technology startup helping gyms reduce member churn through data-driven and inclusive engagement. Gyms struggle with high churn and limited insight into how members actually engage with their facilities. Most existing systems focus on access and billing, leaving gyms blind to early disengagement — especially for members with different needs, such as neurodiverse individuals. FitArenaa enables gyms to understand member behavior, identify churn risk early, and support more inclusive fitness experiences without adding operational complexity. By focusing on retention rather than acquisition, we help gyms grow sustainably while making fitness more accessible to everyone.

We are building Commu, a platform that helps cities strengthen community, reduce loneliness, and improve wellbeing through everyday acts of help between people. Across Europe, municipalities are facing the same problem: Loneliness is increasing (especially among elderly, newcomers and vulnerable groups). Preventive wellbeing work is underfunded and fragmented and cities struggle to activate citizens in a scalable, measurable way. At the same time, there are thousands of people who want to help but no simple structure to connect them with real needs. Commu solves this gap. We enable municipalities to activate residents, organizations and volunteers into one shared digital community, where people can easily ask for help, offer help, and participate in meaningful local actions. Cities get visibility, data and impact. People get connection, purpose and a sense of belonging. Cities need modern tools to support participation, not just services We already work with municipalities internationally, and now we are building Sweden from scratch. This is not about maintaining a system it’s about creating a new way for cities and people to work together.

Swöm is a Nordic safety tech startup addressing drowning, one of the leading causes of death. Through the use of sensor and wearable airbag technology we have developed smart swimwear which automatically inflates in a potential drowning situation. Our initial product focus on children with plans for further expansion into the active water lifestyle segments (surfers, swimmers, kayakers etc) through licensing of our technology to leading brands across the globe. We have over a 3 year R&D period developed a unique and patent pending wearable safety hardware platform and are now in the process of starting commercialisation as well as developing version two which includes the introduction of space tech to add a tracking and alarm feature to the product. Our funding comes from both investors as well as grants. We were born in the incubation program at the VC Antler and have received grants for instance from the European Space Agency and the Danish Innovation fund. Our headquarters are based at the DTU campus in Kongens Lyngby.
