Founded early summer 2020, acamp.com is a two-sided marketplace connecting RV Sites and private landowners with campers. We are the first Startup in Europe that let local landowner and small business tap into the huge, analog, and underserved market of RV sites. By digitalizing the market we create totally new opportunities for the entire industry. We are currently a small team of 16 very talented colleagues, diverse with 4 different nationalities and backgrounds from Apple, Spotify, and MIT students. All our work is in English, and majority of the team work from our HQ in Stockholm, but a few colleagues work remotely from other places in Sweden, Barcelona, US and the Philippines. We believe that empowering our employees makes our company stronger, and we therefore do a lot to make sure our team has the freedom they need to be and do the best they can. As we are a small team, where everything goes really fast in the startup environment, we need people to be independent and equipped to do what is needed. We therefore provide an overall centralised direction, but everyone here has a lot of autonomy and ownership over their own work. We work with flexible hours, where each team member can choose to work from home when they want, or from our pet friendly office in the heart of Stockholm close to "Sveavägen". We want our team members to be passionate about the value we create, and therefore do a lot to promote the nature environment, we do team events at our hosts, and at our office we have a rooftop garden with barbecue that we often make use of. We are a start-up based in Gothenburg. At the core of our company is our lightweight satellite terminal, capable of providing high speed internet at any location on earth. This is done by sending radiowaves 36000km into space, aimed at a satellite that is only a couple of meters wide, before retransmitting the signal back down. Our advanced terminal then interprets this signal - an internet connection has been established! In our next development phase, we aim to offer web services where clients easily can manage, control and update the Satcube terminal online.

Manna Insect Oy turns biowaste into valuable proteins and bio oils using black soldier fly larvae. We have developed a solution that is easy to move next to bio waste source and operate by anyone and anywhere in the world. Biowaste processing is a global problem and costs are increasing rapidly. Over 70 % of biowaste is not treated, even in western countries. On the other hand demand for high protein feed is increasing as soy and fish meal prices increase. Black soldier fly larvae are nature's most effective food processors. We have harnessed them, made it mobile, automated and scalable. This allows to setup biowaste processing factory quickly anywhere in the world and turn waste into usable protein.
