Soundroy AB is a music tech company that owns and maintain the music trading platform Soundroy, a music community and exchange for music rights. The mission of Soundroy is to bring to light the true value of music by open up for public trading in songs and musical works. The music industry has for some time faced a challenge regarding artists' adaptation to a streaming-dominated consumption as well as widespread dissatisfaction with remuneration levels and royalty rates. Many famous and established national artists today have a hard time living off only recorded music, and that's what it looks like also globally, country for country for national artists. At the same time, it´s not taken advantages of the willingness to pay that exists among fans, investors and the average music consumer. The conclusion is therefor that the music industry is greatly undervalued. Soundroys vision is an open and including music industry where fans, influencers, professional investors, artists, creators and music lovers can invest in each other, and together build a new economic cornerstone in the music industry. ÅBEN was founded in 2017 in Kolding, where it began as a brewery at the childhood farm of Philip Hulgaard. What started as a hobby alongside a full-time job has since grown into a passion and a way of life. After opening its doors on June 9th, 2017, things moved quickly. ÅBEN was named Brewery of the Year in 2019, marking the beginning of an exciting journey. Today, ÅBEN produces new beers every month which has led to an archive of more than 400 beers, spanning wide from generously hopped IPA’s, and full-bodied imperial stouts to a wide selection of distinctive sours. Most recently, ÅBEN entered the world of non-alcoholic brewing, with the first beer in the series - Y - winning Best Non-Alcoholic Beer in Denmark 2025, and with two more beers in the series on their way.
