Buildright is developing an AI intelligence layer for construction projects to help contractors and project teams solve invisible risk — by turning the data already generated on every project into actionable insights before problems become costs. The problem hiding in plain sight Construction is broken. 85% of large projects finish over budget. Rework accounts for 9% of total project cost. Delays cost $280bn annually in North America alone. The signals that predict these outcomes already exist — in meeting notes, deviation logs, change orders, and task lists. But no one sees them in time to act. Risk only becomes visible after it has already cost you. This affects every contractor, project manager, site foreman, and HSE officer on every project — in an industry that represents trillions in global economic activity. From raw data to the right decision Buildright connects the data already generated on construction projects and surfaces the right insight to the right person — at every level of the organisation. Project directors get cross-project risk visibility to see which projects need attention before they escalate. PMs, HSE managers, and quality leads get role-specific dashboards with the decisions they need to make, surfaced daily. Site crews get targeted microlearning triggered automatically when a risk pattern is detected — before the next shift starts. But we go beyond insights. Cobrief is developing an AI-powered public procurement platform to help businesses across all industries find, evaluate, and win government tenders — replacing manual, time-consuming bid processes with intelligent automation that acts like having an extra colleague on the team. Public procurement represents over 800 billion NOK annually in Norway alone, yet the average government tender receives only around 3–5 bids. In nearly 20% of tenders, only one or zero suppliers submit a bid. The reason: tender data is scattered across closed platforms, the process is complex, and small businesses lack the resources to keep up. Suppliers can't find the opportunities, or give up because the process is too complicated. The result is less competition, worse deals for taxpayers, and lost revenue for businesses that could have won. Cobrief aggregates public tenders from procurement databases across Scandinavia, Finland, and Germany — including Doffin, TED, Udbud, and Hilma — into a single searchable platform. AI-powered matching scores every opportunity against each company's profile, sending relevant alerts via email, Slack, or Teams. When a team decides to bid, an AI writing module drafts proposal responses from a knowledge base of past submissions. Automated price sheet filling pulls from product catalogs, and CV matching identifies the right personnel. A Bid Manager Agent provides autonomous support throughout the entire process — functioning as an AI colleague from evaluation to submission. Teams collaborate in shared workspaces with task boards, deadline calendars, and role-based access. Used by 1,500+ companies, with a free plan to get started. The founders experienced firsthand how broken the public procurement process is for suppliers. Tender data that should be freely and directly accessible by law is in practice locked behind commercial platforms, creating unnecessary barriers to competition. They saw that businesses — especially SMBs — were missing out on opportunities worth billions simply because the system was too opaque and complex. Cobrief was built to fix that: make public tenders accessible, understandable, and winnable for every business. Beyond the product, the team is actively advocating for open procurement data in Norway through anbudsdata.no, pushing for systemic change so that public tender data is truly open — not just in theory, but in practice.

Imagine a world where the 'Size Chart', a relic of the 20th century, no longer exists. At UTRY, we are building a universal ecosystem for personalized digital fashion. Born at Aalborg University, our mission is to ensure the digital store adapts to the individual’s unique body, rather than forcing people to fit into static categories. We aren't just building a tool for brands; we are building an interactive, personalized experience for every shopper, where getting the perfect fit becomes the new global standard. We are tackling a massive, dual-sided problem. For the consumer, online shopping is a guessing game that leads to frustration and "fit-anxiety." For brands, this uncertainty results in 8,7 billion returned packages every year, where 53% of returns are due to poor fit. This cycle produces 24 million tons of CO2 annually, because costumers has to guess which size fits them. We saw this gap and realized that the industry doesn't need more complex 3D software; it needs a frictionless bridge between the buyer and the product. Our solution is built on smart synergy. Currently, we have launched our Virtual Try-On (VTO), which leverages generative AI to give shoppers a photorealistic view of garments on their own bodies. This provides the immediate visual confidence shoppers crave. Following closely behind is our Size Algorithm, designed to provide technical fit data to ensure the physical fit matches the visual one. By combining these into a single "UTRY ID," we are creating a cross-brand network where a user sets up their profile once and shops at every brand using UTRY with confidence. UTRY started because we did not fit into the standard size chart and had to order several sizes to find the correct size ourselves. As students at Aalborg University, we didn't just want to study the problem; we teamed up with a dedicated full-time crew to solve it. We are doing this because we believe that when you give consumers a personalized, engaging experience, the business value, higher conversions and lower returns, follows naturally. We are here to prove that what is best for the person is also what is best for the planet and the companies.

Zerify is developing SafeCall to help individuals and businesses solve the global problem of phone fraud and lack of digital trust with verified calls using BankID. The problem is that phone scams deceive thousands of people every year, causing a breakdown in trust where people no longer know if the person calling is genuine. With the rise of AI, this has become even harder, as technology enables realistic voice clones that can mimic a parent, a boss, or remove language barriers for scammers. "No verification = no trust," meaning people are afraid to share sensitive information over the phone. We are building technology to make digital trust possible. Our solution is SafeCall, an app where you call with a verified identity by using BankID to authenticate the call. For businesses, we offer SafeCall Business, allowing companies to verify their calls so customers feel safe to answer, thereby strengthening the trust between company and customer. We are "Swishifying" (swedish app Swish) telephony to make verified communication the new normal, where unverified calls are ignored just like we avoid clicking on unknown links today. Our vision is to make the digital world safe, credible, and human. The motivation comes from a desire to protect people and companies against fraud, AI manipulation, and false information. We believe that IT should not be complicated; it should be easy to use correctly. By creating solutions like SafeCall, we aim to be a driving force towards a safer digital Europe where trust is a given, not a risk.
