TUMling is a groundbreaking IT solution, created to revolutionize the documentation process in daycare facilities. With an advanced integration of artificial intelligence and computer vision, TUMling automates and simplifies the collection and analysis of data from daily activities. This frees up educators' time from extensive paperwork, allowing them to immerse themselves in direct interaction with the children, thus improving the working environment, enhancing the quality of childcare. A significant pain point in the industry is the burden of documentation, which often feels meaningless and too complex, as well as it stands in the way of educators' core tasks. This issue has led to high stress, sick leave, and industry exodus, which harms both the professionals and the children they care for. TUMling directly addresses this by transforming the documentation process into a quick and meaningful task, taking as little as 30 seconds per day. Competitors primarily focus on retrospective documentation, where educators must set aside time to reflect over long periods. TUMling, on the other hand, integrates documentation into daily work, actively and effectively utilizing photo documentation, instead of the current practice where thousands of photos are rarely fully utilized. The economic advantage is clear: TUMling could potentially save over 144 million Danish kroner annually with nationwide implementation, based on a weekly time saving of one hour per preschool classroom. With 260,000 children in Danish daycare facilities, and competitors' prices of about 250 kroner per child per year, TUMling faces a Danish market of 65 million kroner annually. TUMling was founded in the fall of 2023 by me, Stefan Steinmejer. I am a former bachelor-educated preschool teacher, who has now further educated myself and will complete a MSc in Information Technology, Specializing in ICT, Learning and Organizational Change, in the summer of '24. I also have two children who attend a private preschool institution, where I have served on the board for 2 years. The foundation of TUMling is thus a combination of professional insight, technological innovation, board experience, and a problem that strikes right into both my educator heart and my father heart. With a prototype developed in 2023, TUMling is now in the software development phase, and is actively seeking partners who can fully program the solution. The plan is to enter agreements with the private market in 2024 and launch sales in 2025. In the longer term, the goal is to expand to the public and international markets. SLASHPLAY has spent the past two years developing a Discord-based game-server hosting solution for gamers. Our bot can set up and configure game servers through Discord chat, reducing setup time from approximately 30+ minutes to 3 minutes and cutting costs for users. We achieve cost efficiency by utilizing cloud infrastructure, enabling on-demand services. This means we only incur costs when we generate revenue, allowing us to offer a more affordable and convenient service. By integrating our service into a Discord bot, we engage with our customers directly on their preferred platform, ensuring seamless interaction and accessibility. Additionally, we have recently secured Innofounder funding, which will accelerate our development and expand our capabilities.

AquaFood has a patent-pending method for extracting high-value, food-grade components at cold temperatures from the side streams of fish production (e.g. heads, backbone, scales, etc.). The components we extract are; pure fish oil that fits as a supplement, a unique protein mass with high functionality (almost minced meat consistency) that fits perfectly for fish balls, fish burgers, or even tubed fish spread, and lastly, we extract a fine collagen powder that fits for dermatological applications. Today, the side streams of fish production account for 40-70% of the fish that is brought into the processing plants. This is a remarkably higher amount than any other food-producing industry. At the same time, the food production system worldwide accounts for 1/3 of green-house gas emissions, 1/3 of land usage, and 2/3 of groundwater withdrawal. The seafood industry has problems of their own, where 95% of our fish stocks are fully utilized and about 30% have already collapsed. There simply is not way for us to increase or even continue to produce the way that we are in a sustainable way. But we still need to increase food production as the globally increasing population will demand a doubling of protein production in the year 2050 compared to now. AquaFood believes that resource efficiency is a huge stepping stone toward reaching a sustainable food production system. A system where we use our resources efficiently and to their full potential is what needs to happen to step into a sustainable future. In our process, we can make sure that the FULL fish is used to its full potential. Through our process, we use no heating steps and the only effluents from our process are the water that we introduce to the system mixed with a small amount of protein. Therefore, our process is highly efficient, sustainable in terms of lower energy and water consumption but also in terms of the resource efficiency that it brings. Our technology is research-based and stems from decades of research in the area of utilization of aquatic biomasses.
