We want everyone to be able to afford a home, and participate in the real estate market, the best asset class to build generational wealth. We are doing it with bleeding edge technology and a financing model that is simple to understand and highly transparent. You will not need a degree in finance or rich parent to Nest.

Bryte Batteries

Bryte provides buildings owners with clean and profitable energy storage to turn power into profits. Solar installations create new opportunities for commercial and industrial building owners to save money and contribute to a cleaner environment. However, the size of a solar panel system can quickly be limited in size because of regulations where the cost of selling or managing surplus energy outweigh the benefits – unless the surplus is stored in batteries. Bryte uses proprietary flow battery technology to provide building owners with safe and affordable energy storage.

Acter

Acter is a non profit Association who is building an all in one mobile and desktop app for effective organizing. Encrypted and decentralized. DRYE - New washable glove liner and innovative sweat technology.

We are a rapidly growing startup soon launching our innovative product and are looking for a passionate and dedicated co-founder to join us on the journey. If you have experience in advertising strategies, a burning interest in being part of shaping the future of gloves and skinhealth, and are ready to contribute your expertise and enthusiasm, then you are the one we are looking for! We believe in creating meaningful changes and are seeking a co-founder who shares our vision and is ready to tackle the challenges that come with building and growing a successful company. If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please contact us to discuss further. Problem: Despite billions of people using gloves daily, few have reflected on how hand sweat and materials like rubber can affect their career choices and quality of life. 1. Skin diseases affect almost one-third of the world's population. 2. For over 137 years has moisture accumulation inside gloves been a globally unresolved issue costing the society billions and leading to decreased quality of life and career changes. 3. In the US alone, the willingness to invest in symptom relief for hand eczema amounts to 40 billion dollars. Solution: Unlike products on the market that absorb moisture, our product absorbs and transports away hand sweat to keep hands soft and free from moisture and irritation, no matter how long you wear them. Uniqueness compared to cotton gloves: Cotton gloves cannot transport sweat away, as cotton only acts as an absorbing surface, leading to damp hands. Additionally, cotton gloves are used as disposable items and require 50,000 liters of water to produce one kilogram of cotton. Function and material: The DRYE inner glove is made of an exclusive material combination consisting of 55% Lyocell and 45% Polypropylene. This technology is deliberately designed to minimize irritation while enabling optimal moisture transport, enhancing user comfort and effectiveness. Moisture transport technology: Our advanced technology effectively absorbs moisture from the inside of the glove and transports it to the outside of the fabric. By keeping hands dry, our glove not only improves the user experience but also enhances the quality of life for billions of people suffering from hand-related issues.

Tebrito

Tebrito upscales residual food streams to provide the food value-chain with organic fertilizer and high-quality protein applications for feed and food. A growing population combined with changing diets are creating a protein gap that needs to be filled with sustainable solutions. Alternatives are needed for Plant (fertilizer), Animal (feed) and Human (food) nutrition, Tebrito is active on all three segments. We accommodate residual food-streams and biomass (brewer's spent grain, bio sludge) to feed our insects and deliver our products. With automation and best in class protein extraction process, we can make this sustainable source of protein and integral and profitable part of the food value chain. Food production is one the biggest driver for climate change and an industrial approach is needed, discrete for customers ("true alternative" in price and quality), an innovation that does not rely on additional resources. Insect-protein is a low-tech high impact solution that Tebrito wants to develop at large scale.

Vaquita Technologies

Vaquita Technologies aims to revolutionize the current market of water quality measuring devices by introducing a modular device that can be adapted to different client needs (ex. setting different parameters, such as ‘pH’ or ‘turbidity’) worldwide. Our sensors are equipped with the newest optical sensor technology and are powered by renewable energy while remaining visual pollution-free, blending into the environment they are placed in.

Trikel

We make property management better and cheaper by applying modern technology and transparent pricing. Most incumbents rely heavily on manual labor and hide relevant data from the board of home owner associations in part due to old software systems that are not prepared for sharing data and in part because they are afraid of getting too many questions
