Cosgear

Cosgear was founded in 2018 with the goal of developing costume technology to become a world-leading brand in the cosplay market. So far, we have launched an autonomous electric tail and a magnetic headband for use in cosplay. We have delivered 2,500 products to over 20 countries, and have taken a commanding position in cosplay tech. Day to day, the company operates with strong systematic process management, and works in 4-6 week focused sprints. We have since the beginning developed a clear corporate culture, and are generous with both each other and our customers. Ideas flow freely and we are always open to creative suggestions and initiatives. We believe that trust in each employee's competence builds good companies, and we do not intervene unless we see that the goals we have set together are not achieved.

Docendo

Docendo is developing tools to help schools worldwide scheduling and plan their resources. Schools currently work in ad-hoc, centralized manner on resource planning which leads to suboptimal solutions and errors. At Docendo we build solutions that help delegate the work and make the numbers add up so no resources go wasted. At Docendo we strive to improve education for children worldwide.

Visbok

It all started when I started my own limited company for the first time, I had a great interest in accounting but no knowledge. I started with an accounting course and tested most accounting services on the market and felt that it should be possible to make it both easier and smoother for self-employed people which was the start of Visbok. It has been a very fun and educational journey for me, with 18 hours working days for over 2 years. I did everything myself from requirement, architecture, development, testing, deployment, SEO to marketing in the beginning and started a team of accountants, developers and entrepreneurs with the vision to make accounting easy and efficient for small business owners. Today, the system is managed by the team and I help with the architecture, project management as well as sales. The program is widely used today and has customers from small startups to senior accountants. We are receiving amazing feedback from all of them.

Scaleout Systems

We are solving the data access challenge in AI. AI is the next major enabling technology, just like cloud and smartphones. It will transform every industry. Machine learning is about learning from data. The problem is that most companies cannot use the data they already have. There are privacy concerns, regulatory constraints, and many practical issues to deal with. We're building a federated learning solution that makes it possible to create machine learning models on unseen data that is distributed between several data controllers, either in different data centers or devices at the edge. We are currently working together with organizations such as Swiss Air, AstraZeneca, AI Sweden, GE Healthcare, and several others. We are an expert team with post-docs and faculty members from top-ranked Uppsala university and experienced entrepreneurs. And as one of the leaders in this field, we are now accelerating the development to take our solution to market.

Einka Økonomi

Einka Økonomi' solution aims to prevent financial stress by providing knowledge, coaching and necessary tools to address the effect financial difficulties can have on life areas such as mental health, legal disputes and family economy planning. EINKA wants to be a completely neutral information channel, that employers can rely on to bring their employees closer to financial wellness. We are developing a knowledge hub that will help users in differing financial situations, building a tailor-made journey comprising of interactive financial tools, tutorials, strategy guides and virtual coaching with the purpose of achieving greater financial wellness for the user and increased productivity as a result - for the business. Our preliminary research has shown us that in the first quarter of 2019, the total amount of claims amounted to NOK 1 billion in Norwegian debt collection cases. In August of 2019, NAV stated that eight per cent of Norwegian employees had forced salary deductions. Personal economy subjects are not obligatory within the Norwegian schooling system, rather most people are educated on these topics via banks and other financial institutions, or often through following in their family's footsteps. This results in a knowledge gap and a hurdle for social mobility. As social entrepreneurs we have seen that nothing is being done to alleviate these problems in an effective way, so we have decided to take a stance, and commit to being the solution. The company is run by Nicholas (former founder and CEO of Maria Black Jewelry) and Anders (tech startup founder and business developer).

ClearView Trade

At ClearView Trade, we want to digitalise Danish exports. We want to minimise the time and resources that Danish companies spend on booking transportation as well as completing and obtaining all the relevant documents and certificates regarding export. In cooperation with the Danish Chamber of Commerce, the Confederation of Danish Industry, the Danish Agriculture & Food Council, SME Denmark and the Danish Tax Authority, we already offer fully digitalised customs declaration forms as well as the issuance of Certificates of Origin.

Storebuddy

Storebuddy is a SaaS company dedicated to making the lives of webshop owners and online sellers easier. Online sales is on the rise i Denmark with more than 150 billion in online sales a year - and it's rising every quarter! More online sales creates new software needs and challenges, due to rising complexity, changes to laws, new business models and products. As we further immerse in the digital age and online selling is becoming increasingly popular a few issues are becoming very clear. There's: 1. MANTLE is the wellness brand of the future, building a health and beauty universe powered by cannabis. We are a female-founded premium CBD brand born in Sweden. Our mission is to break new ground and become Europe's most loved CBD brand through a premium offering. MANTLE has been featured in e.g. Forbes, Damernas Värld, Dagens Industri, Women's Health, Costume, Styleby and Stylist Magazine. In February 2020, we launched our first product The Original Oil - a CBD oil made from the highest-quality organic Swiss leaves. The product is awarded "Wellness product of the decade" by Styleby Magazine. We followed up with premium CBD skincare which has been incredibly well-received among both customers, press and influencers. Videolink

Videolink er en unikt hightech kommunikationsystem til lowtech brugere - en slags ”Facetime for Oldies” via TV. Vi ønsker at styrke kontakten mellem generationerne i familien og inkludere eks. ældre familiemedlemmer i deres familie via brug af moderne bruger- og ældrevenlig kommunikations-teknologi. Vores mission er ganske enkelt at fjerne afsavn og minimere ensomheden. Vi har udviklet et helt unikt kommunikations-værktøj (som rent faktisk er en verdensnyhed), der muliggør, at eks. en beboer på et plejehjem, kan kommunikere med sine pårørende via videotale ved brug af eget TV. Og dette helt uden brug af nogen form for tastatur eller fjernbetjening. Det hele foregår automatisk ved, at "den som kalder op” (eks. en pårørende) modtager en SMS på ens smartphone, iPad eller PC, og så klikker vedkommende på dette link, og så starter modtagerens TV automatisk op, og ”videolink samtalen” kan begynde. Når eks. den pårørende "afslutter" videosamtalen, så slukker modtagerens TV helt automatisk igen (eller skifter helt automatisk tilbage til flow TV igen). Ideen opstod bl.a. ved, at vi har oplevet meget "ensomhed" på bl.a. plejehjem, hvor manglende kontakt til de pårørende syntes at påvirke beboernes livskvalitet. Desuden har vi et ønske om "at skabe lidt mere liv" hos den ældre del af befolkningen, som måske ikke er helt så teknologivante som gennemsnittet af befolkningen. Mange har et uopdaget behov for at holde deres familierelationer vedlige, men er måske "teknologi-skræmte", "teknologiske analfabeter", eller mangler motoriske færdigheder, er demente mm. og derfor måske har svært ved at kunne håndtere en iPad eller en smartphone. Det kan vi løse med Videolink, som er utroligt simpelt at anvende og desuden ikke kræver nogen fysisk interageren hos modtageren af videokaldet. Med Videolink, vil vi forbinde familier igen, som f.eks. pga alderdom, sygsom, demens etc. er blevet adskilt fra deres familier f.eks. ved at et ældre familiemedlem er flyttet på plejehjem, og dermed måske geografisk er distanceret fra deres familier. Desuden har den igangværende COVID-19 situation vanskeliggjort besøg på eks. plejehjem. Med Videolink håber vi dermed at kunne øget livskvaliteten og reducere ensomhed og afsavn for familier generelt. Vi giver de ældre borgere, som har skabt vores samfund, "en del af deres liv tilbage".
