At Northeast Flow (NEF), we offer a next-generation computational heating service for buildings. Our solution provides customers with better control, actionable insights and reduced heating costs. By generating heat through high-performance computing we create new revenue streams while delivering cost-effective heating. Our primary target customers are medium to large industrial buildings as well as residential buildings and business facilities. Our vision is to transform heating—the largest energy consumer in buildings—into a flexible and intelligent energy solution. By integrating computational processing and advanced energy management, we aim to enable the global transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources while bringing computing power to new environments. Today, NEF has six active customer cases with more in preparation, and a dedicated team of four full-time professionals. Newsec Maps collects, merge and enrich data from legal, property and commercial sources and makes it accessible in a modern map-based user interface. The platform saves countless hours of manual labour and makes it easy for CRE companies to discover opportunities and manage assets. The CRE industry physically shapes the cities we live and breath in. It's a conservative industry, all though not resistant to change. The potential for more efficient urban development and infrastructure is huge and achievable through digitalizing the industry.
