Hauge Aqua

Hauge Aqua was established in 2012 by Cato Lyngøy, Audun A. Dahl and Arthur Lyngøy. In 2014 new partners invested in the company, Arne Sylta, Magne Bjørkhaug and Runar Lyngøy. They are all co-founders of the company. Hauge Aqua objective is to start, own, develop and operate business within aquaculture, develop new technology, offer counselling, nationally and internationally. The business is to be operated economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. Resources Hauge Aqua builds on resources, ideas, and knowledge from the creation. Through this the company wishes to glorify the Creator by showing good stewardship over these gifts. The goal is to use them in a fashion so that we may develop, manufacture and trade, wholesome, safe and competitive products. Innovation Hauge Aqua emphasises innovation as a decisive tool to safeguard our business in the short and long term. Minimum 10 per cent of our value generation shall always be used for research and development. This is to strengthen the business foundation in the company. Work Environment Hauge Aqua emphasises good, safe and dynamic jobs. UTRY

Imagine a world where the 'Size Chart', a relic of the 20th century, no longer exists. At UTRY, we are building a universal ecosystem for personalized digital fashion. Born at Aalborg University, our mission is to ensure the digital store adapts to the individual’s unique body, rather than forcing people to fit into static categories. We aren't just building a tool for brands; we are building an interactive, personalized experience for every shopper, where getting the perfect fit becomes the new global standard. We are tackling a massive, dual-sided problem. For the consumer, online shopping is a guessing game that leads to frustration and "fit-anxiety." For brands, this uncertainty results in 8,7 billion returned packages every year, where 53% of returns are due to poor fit. This cycle produces 24 million tons of CO2 annually, because costumers has to guess which size fits them. We saw this gap and realized that the industry doesn't need more complex 3D software; it needs a frictionless bridge between the buyer and the product. Our solution is built on smart synergy. Currently, we have launched our Virtual Try-On (VTO), which leverages generative AI to give shoppers a photorealistic view of garments on their own bodies. This provides the immediate visual confidence shoppers crave. Following closely behind is our Size Algorithm, designed to provide technical fit data to ensure the physical fit matches the visual one. By combining these into a single "UTRY ID," we are creating a cross-brand network where a user sets up their profile once and shops at every brand using UTRY with confidence. UTRY started because we did not fit into the standard size chart and had to order several sizes to find the correct size ourselves. As students at Aalborg University, we didn't just want to study the problem; we teamed up with a dedicated full-time crew to solve it. We are doing this because we believe that when you give consumers a personalized, engaging experience, the business value, higher conversions and lower returns, follows naturally. We are here to prove that what is best for the person is also what is best for the planet and the companies.

Qfix offer a digital platform that seamlessly integrate the local tailors with e-tailers, advertising platforms and logistics providers, which have an enormous potential to enable circular business models while creating efficiency in the entire process. The textile industry is one of the most resource-intensive sectors globally and accounts for approximately 10 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions. EU has identified textiles as one of the seven key product value chains that require increased circularity. Circular business models for clothing, such as secondhand sales, rental models, repair of worn garments, repair of reclaimed products, adjustments for better fit have been shown to significantly reduce environmental impact. The aims is to make the local tailors the hub of the circular transition by making existing repair services more accessible.

Konvolo (Unisurveys), is an AI-powered platform that helps universities understand why students apply, choose programs, or drop out. Instead of traditional surveys, we use conversational AI to conduct dynamic interviews that adapt to each respondent’s answers. The platform turns qualitative student conversations into structured insights by automatically analyzing, grouping, and summarizing responses at scale. This allows universities to move beyond surface-level metrics and gain a deeper understanding of student motivations, expectations, and decision-making. Konvolo is used to improve student recruitment, program development, and retention by capturing the “why” behind student behavior — in a scalable, data-driven way.
