A startup from Haugesund in Norway was established late 2021 aiming to create better and more revolutionary products for building powerlines. There is the slow development of new and innovative products in this industry, which we have experienced ourselves while building powerlines. A quick youtube search on building powerlines will leave you astonished by the old-fashioned techniques and products that are being used. In many areas of the building, it is done in the same way as 20 years ago. Despite all this, the need for reliable power is bigger than ever and continues to grow every year. While the demand is growing, the existing power grid is deteriorating. Our products will make building new powerlines safer, and cheaper and will deliver less environmental damage. Combined with hardware products, software, and AI we make optimized solutions for the future building of energy distribution. We are starting to test products this summer, get confirmation from customers and continue to build product this fall. Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (G.S.S.O) is a Norwegian Government Agency located in the centre of Oslo. It has approximately 750 employees and an annual budget of 624 million Norwegian kroner. G.S.S.O reports to the Ministry of Government Administration and Reform. The main purpose of G.S.S.O is to provide synergy for the ministries with cost-effective and reliable shared services. We have invented an effective trap for long tailed silverfish, a pest spreading rapidly between houses all over Norway and northern Europe. The traps are effective for months, can be reused, and only biodegradable, non-toxic lure is used. We developed this trap as we found it to be more effective than glue traps in most cases, it doesn't need additional lure to trap this species of silverfish, doesn't need frequent replacement, kills insects instantly, you don't see dust and dead insects inside the trap, and traps are solid and can handle humid and wet conditions. We sell traps to consumers and businesses in Norway on our webpage and through resellers in other countries.

Skypass aims to make returns in e-commerce more economically and environmentally sustainable through smart, data-driven decisions. In order to do this, we need to create an end-to-end digital platform that facilitates the shipment and customs process for online retailers. Today, we have created an MVP that reads and systematizes customs data on behalf of retailers, allowing them to save money on returned goods from Norway. In the time ahead we wish to grow our company and work towards the broader goal of revolutionizing e-commerce returns.

Nordic Electrofuel offers a solution for the rapid transition from fossil to renewable electrical energy for all transport sectors. It is based on the conversion of renewable electric energy into liquid electro-fuels that can be as easily transported, stored, and used as conventional fossil hydrocarbons. It also provides a good solution to distribute and store stranded electrical energy. PTL (Power To Liquid) has been considered too expensive, but with the low electricity price in Norway and new efficient processing and upgrading solutions, it has become commercially feasible. Electrification of transportation is required to avoid catastrophic climate change. Battery- or cable-electric solutions are not feasible for transport like aviation and long-distance marine transport. Liquid energy carriers such as biofuels are desperately needed but limited. The fuel is free of sulfur and can therefore be used maritime industry as a fuel after 2022. The fuel emits much fewer particles and aromatics than conventional fossil fuel, so it also solves the local pollution problem. Competitive advantages: • Norway’s low electricity price from hydro and lately also wind power. • 20 - 30 % lower electricity consumption than with existing technology • Lower production price than advanced biofuels • Agreements in place for a site at Herøya, which has all utilities (cooling water, cheap renewable electricity, etc.) and processing expertise available. • About the same source to shaft efficiency as hydrogen, but with much lower total CAPEX due to no investment in distribution systems and engines.
