The Brand Leadership Community (BLC) is a Copenhagen-based startup that has evolved from a series of events into a living learning and relationship ecosystem designed for the professionals behind the world’s leading brands. We serve as a strategic knowledge bridge connecting Brands, Agencies, and Technology Vendors—including iconic Nordic names like Maersk, LEGO, Pandora, Aller Media, and Bang & Olufsen (B&O). The Problem We Are Solving Modern brand building is increasingly complex, yet professionals face three critical roadblocks: o The "Martech Gap": Organizations invest millions in complex enterprise software (from a landscape of 14,000+ vendors) but fail to maximize its value due to siloed knowledge and a lack of platform-specific expertise. o Impersonal Networking: Traditional industry conferences are often impersonal "sales pitches" where real peer-to-peer connection is rare and tactical insights are often hidden rather than shared. o Leadership Isolation: Senior leadership can be lonely, and many operators lack a confidential space to compare notes, share "crime scene" stories of failed implementations, and solve challenges with trusted peers. Why We Do It & Current Focus We believe that better content leads to better conversations, and better conversations lead to stronger brands. In an AI-heavy landscape, authentic human connection and peer-led learning have become the ultimate premium. As we enter 2026, BLC is transitioning from "momentum to maturity" by professionalizing our operations through a structured OKR framework. Our current growth focus is centered on student engagement. We are actively recruiting ambitious Interns and Student Workers, primarily those studying Marketing, International Business and/or Business Administration, who want to act as "process engineers". These recruits will help build practical structures and playbooks while serving the architects of global brand leadership.

EquaFish AS

EquaFish is a company developing the only complete decision-making tool for fish farm operation. The AquaCulture industry is facing mass mortality and decreased yields as a result of knowledge and data being fragmented througout the farm. One facility usually have 10-15 different systems, Excell sheets and notes where only 10-15% of the functionality is actually used. EquaFish streamlines, process and visualize the data so that every employee, no matter role, understand the plan, status and future of the production. This $140B problem is faced by salmon farmers, telapia, halibut, shellfish and char farmers all alike. The tech is the same, even though the species is not. EquaFish has a SaaS solution bringing all growth, water quality, mortality and feed data into one, exploiting mathematical and statistical data processing to find causes and effects, which the fish farmer can act upon. The result is higher yield with reduced risks in the production, increased effiency, knowledge sharing and learning with the employees. Finally fish produced in more stable environments with less risk of death and non-friendly conditions. EquaFish was startet on the belief that one of the biggest industries deserve the newest and best tools. The time of post-it notes, Excell and systems from the 90s died 15years ago and the AquaCulture industry didnt get the memo. Kihleo

Kihleo is a medtech startup developing an early warning system for urinary tract infections in older people with incontinence receiving care at home or in nursing homes. UTIs are one of the most common reasons for acute deterioration, confusion, and hospitalisation in this group. They are challenging to detect early, because symptoms are often vague, many older people cannot clearly communicate discomfort, and home care staff and nurses have minimal time. Today, detection is primarily reactive. Staff notice that something is wrong, then order urine tests and start treatment when the infection is already well underway. This leads to unnecessary suffering, avoidable admissions, and a high use of antibiotics. Kihleo’s solution is a small sensor placed in the diaper that measures biomarkers in the urine every time the person voids. When the diaper is changed, the sensor is read, and data is sent to a secure backend. Algorithms and predictive models analyse patterns over time and provide early, trustworthy indications that an infection may be developing, days before clinical symptoms are usually recognised. The system is not a diagnostic tool. It is a decision-support and early-warning system that integrates into existing workflows and helps staff decide when to look more closely, consult a nurse or doctor, and perform standard diagnostic tests. The value is threefold. For older people, it means faster and more targeted treatment, fewer severe infections, less confusion, and a better day-to-day quality of life. For relatives and care staff, it provides reassurance, objective data, and more time for actual care rather than crisis management. For the public sector, it helps prevent avoidable hospitalisations and complications that are both expensive and resource-intensive. Kihleo is working with a hardware partner on sensor development and is already in dialogue with Danish municipalities about pilot projects. The long-term vision is to create a scalable, data-driven platform for early detection of infections and other complications in elderly care, using everyday materials like diapers as non-invasive data sources.

MUZE The Brand creates emotionally magnetic branding and content for premium hospitality brands, helping them solve the problem of being seen but not felt, with a foundation in psychology, storytelling, and creative strategy. There’s a huge gap in how premium brands communicate with their ideal clientele. Many, from luxury hospitality and lifestyle brands, struggle to express their unique story in a way that elevates them up the “luxury ladder” of their customer’s ideal reality. They live in a noisy space where attention is sparse. They’re seen, but rarely remembered. The brands that win are the ones people feel connected to and belong to, not just the ones they buy from. That’s where we come in. We build brand worlds. We immerse ourselves in the psychology of their target audience, gain an understanding of cultural cues and emotional triggers, and design a social ecosystem, cinematic content that make a brand feel like an insider’s club. MUZE The Brand started as ABN Media when I was 19, and evolved into MUZE The Brand about a year and a half ago. I built it because I believe premium brand content has lost the plot, too much of it is safe, bland, and forgettable. In the past 10 months MUZE has grown into a team of two, with plans to expand much further as I bring on creative support. I’ve never stayed in a 9–5 for more than four months. I’ve only ever worked a handful of part-time jobs. MUZE is my life, and I pour everything I have into making it the creative partner premium brands can’t afford not to have. The problem Despite billions spent on R&D, the research ecosystem runs on incomplete, siloed insight. Around 90% of drug candidates still fail in the clinic, wasting time and capital and delaying therapies for patients. This affects 4.5 million scientists across pharma, biotech, and academia who must constantly decide what to study, why it matters, and whether to proceed—with evidence that’s scattered and stale. Our solution We’re building the first agentic AI built for life sciences: a system that plans, reads, reasons, and writes like a tireless collaborator, and plugs into existing workflows via APIs. GitHub made it easy for the world to build software together. SomebodyMakeIt does the same for physical products. SomebodyMakeIt is where brands, IP owners, and product creators can turn ideas into real products without building supply chains from scratch through a shared infrastructure for sourcing, collaboration, production, and scaling. Physical product creation is still absurdly broken. If you want to launch something real, you usually need to find the right people, manage scattered files and feedback, coordinate suppliers, handle production risk, and commit money before you know if demand exists. That kills speed, margins, and momentum. It also locks out a huge number of creators and companies that could launch great products if the system were easier. This is a massive market gap hiding in plain sight. We are building the platform where physical products get built. A place where ideas, briefs, collaborators, makers, manufacturers, production knowledge, and execution can live in one system. Instead of every company rebuilding the process from zero, they can plug into shared infrastructure for developing, testing, and scaling products.
