Kontorhuset Drift AS

Kontorhuset driver utleie av cellekontorer og plasser i åpent landskap med tilhørende fasiliteter i et profesjonelt kontorfellesskap i Drammen sentrum. Kontorhuset Bragernes har 37 moderne kontorer, free seating plasser og et stort kontor til 11 personer i 4 etasje. Vi kaller det Plug and work som betyr at du skal få ditt nøkkelkort og passord ved ankomst, koble deg på det trådløse nettet og starte jobben. Vi organiserer alt med tanke på møbler på kontoret, sosiale soner og tilstelninger, kjøkken, kopi/print og vask av lokalene. Du skal bruke all din tid på jobb og ikke små praktiske unødvendigheter i hverdagen, det tar vi oss av. Fra høsten av åpner vi Kontorhuset Strømsø, der skal vi ha ca 120 business mennesker under samme tak. Dette betyr at på Bragnernes og Strømsø vil Kontorhuset ha ca 180 mennesker som skal bygge relasjoner og skape verdier i jobben. Som leietaker i Kontorhuset får du tilgang på møterom, stillerom, vidoekonferanse, minikjøkken, kaffeautomat, kopi og print, toalettfasiliteter, garderobe og dusj. I kjeller eller bakgård kan du leie din egen parkeringsplass eller boder fra 4 til 38kvm for diverse lagring i kjelleren.  På Kontorhuset kan du ta en kopp kaffe med dine nye “kollegaer” for å dele tanker, ideer og utfordringer. Kanskje du får en advokat på den ene siden og en ingeniør på den andre? Mulighetene er mange. Tanken er at det skal skapes større verdier for deg ved å være en del av Kontorhuset.

A7 Europe AS

A7 was founded in USA late 2015. It was started as a movement dedicated to helping others reaching their full potensial. On the back of all the shirts there is a patented grip that prevents the bar from sliding when you do squats. When you do bench it keeps your body from sliding. Its usable for many other purposes in training as well but that´s the two big ones. 2016 was a true adventure for the Europe company.

Devent

We have now published the first version of the website Devent for Agility. The idea is to have a website where you can find agility-related information in the form of a meeting overview (list or calendar), results, annual overviews, and statistics for dog/organizer/judge (graphs are best viewed on a PC or landline phone). You manage which dogs you want to see statistics for easily on "my page". The system also has modules for setting up and running your own events and supports e.g. 5 size classes if desired. BRGN AS

The Norwegian fashion brand BRGN was founded in 2015 by Ros-Mari Tobiassen Gaundal and Karine Trellevik Lunde. Their mission is to offer great alternatives to the traditional all-weather jacket, through high-quality garments and shoes that can be worn on any occasion and in any kind of weather. Their technical and waterproof products, designed for a functional and urban lifestyle, are now sold by over a hundred retailers in Norway, Germany, France, and the UK in addition to their two concept stores in Oslo and Bergen. BRGN set a new turnover record in 2021, at 25.8 MNOK. Up from 16. MNOK in 2020.

uWork

Inspired by the sharing economy we're disrupting an old-fashioned industry, saving institutions in the health care sector immense amounts of money and time.uWork is Norway's 1st platform for on-demand healthcare staffing. Launched in May 2016, uWork has already partnered up with more than 50 healthcare institutions in souther Norway, and we're expanding rapidly. Our talent pool of pre-screened healthcare specialists now consists of more than 150 uWorkers, with more signing up every single day.

ProRoom ApS

Our technology allows businesses to open their showrooms and service customers 24/7 without the need for employees. We primarily service businesses in the home improvement category, where showrooms are necessary as the end consumer often wishes to touch and feel the product, they are looking at buying. E.g., furniture stores, tile and bathroom sellers, window and door manufacturers. Our technology consists of hardware and software. Hardware that is installed on location. e.g., cameras, locks. Software in the form of an App that businesses can access all their needs for running their showroom. We believe the market for our product is enormous. The improvement we are bringing to the market is in order of magnitude greater than previous solutions. The world needs this and we see almost endless opportunities ahead.

Skyfri

Skyfri Technologies AS is a global and fast-growing clean technology company based in Oslo, Calgary, Singapore and Hyderabad. Our advanced proprietary technology, powered by machine learning and big data, will completely digitize the way asset owners operate their power plants, and help them improve uptime and production. Our vision is to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy globally and we believe that software will be the engine to achieve that goal.

OMI Gaming

OMI Gaming was founded in Sweden as a development consultancy firm servicing the ever-expanding iGaming industry. In parallel, we also developed game technology of our own. Noting the increasing demand in the following years for high quality game content, the company’s focus shifted more and more towards in-house game development – which became our core business as of late 2017. With innovation at heart, we’re on a quest to become a leading slot game studio in the iGaming industry, creating fun entertainment for millions of users around the world.

VR-Nature

VR-Nature – “innovative relaxation of patients by nature in virtual reality”. Especially dental patients. VR-Nature is led by female founder & CEO Thuri Kledal, PhD. It is a tech B2B SaaS business with an MVP ready for sale. Developed in collaboration with dentists and featured in “Tandlægebladet”. Initiating collaboration in UK and US. Attended the TechNordicAdvocat accelerator program for women led tech companies evaluated to show high growth potential. Dental fear is the most common reason that up to 40% of the European population delay or never attend their dental appointment. If they ever turn up - the dentist has a hard time treating these patients due to anxiety, muscle tension, interruption, and a risk of delays. VR-Nature relaxes patients by engaging their attention in a nature therapy based virtual experience. An effective way to calm patients based on a data, and a science driven solution. The solution fit custom available VR goggles. Thuri drives the company with enthusiasm and stamina, resulting in an MVP with a unique front end adapted to dental treatment – all created on bootstrapping. The sales process is initiated and VR-Nature seek investment and increase the team to increase marketing, sales, and continue a healthy tech business development. VR-Nature aim to become "Global first choice for dentist to treat patients with dental fear". Why? – Because VR-Nature has the potential to help up to 40% of the population to better health and dental care. Developed to fit dental procedure and more vertical markets to come. Thuri started VR-Nature on a fascination of the combination of tech, nature, and business to help patients – because it feels the best way to spend precious energy and time in life. Geeklab

Geeklab is creating an ultimate mobile marketing powerhouse to assist mobile advertisers in converting  purchased impressions into installs. The mobile marketing industry is constantly expanding, with an estimated $412 billion in spend by 2024. However, because this market is so fragmented, marketers are forced to shoot in the dark. We created a tool to assist marketers in converting impressions into installs by optimizing the most important, yet underutilized, part of the mobile marketing funnel, the app stores themselves. We are expanding our product offering to include a full mobile marketing ecosystem focused on ensuring marketers can run effective campaigns. In today's world, data is viewed as a threat; however, the massive benefits of using data for good are what allow businesses to grow and humans to have great and meaningful interactions with one another. We're here to change the narrative and turn data into an ally, not an enemy.

RightHair

RightHair is developing a global market and education platform for curly and afro-textured hair to help people and minority women solve the problems of lack of availability of products and services and women's challenges in being financially independent worldwide. Through RightHair we give women all over the world an opportunity to start their own businesses and be financially independent. We do this by creating a software platform to connect freelancers, retailers and hairdressers to their customers. And we top that off with a “skill share” community for education. People with curls and afro textured hair are excluded from offers and services in today's beauty industry. Also, financial abuse is one of the main reasons why women are unable to leave relationships, worldwide. These problems contribute to discrimination in society, that women with minority backgrounds end up outside society and this makes the poor poorer. Women of color are excluded from many of the existing offers worldwide. RightHair solves these problems by creating a market platform where all services and products meet. So that people with curly and afro textured hair always can find something in their area. We also solve women's job and financial challenges around the world by offering a platform on which they can sell their products and services. Here they also get the opportunity to take courses, learn how to start and build a business and collaborate with partners outside their network. RightHair was founded by Lalla Coulibaly and Olimata Jeng who both grew up in Norway with roots from Africa. Due to the lack of offers for themselves and their community, the ladies each started their own platforms. Over the past 5 years, Krølltopp.no and Norwegian Naturals have grown into Norway's largest platforms for curly and afro textured hair with a total of 12,000 monthly users. now the ladies have teamed up to start RightHair as the question they get the most on their platforms is “where can I get my hair cut” and “where can I find products?''. Both ladies want to put time and energy into something that can contribute to women's opportunities and living conditions. This desire comes from their own experience as minority women in Norway with African roots.

Muinmos

We help protect investors from being misused by financial institutions, financial institutions from being misused by money launderers and terror financers, and the financial system from excessive risk-taking. There are 2 connected problems that we solve. They originate from the fact that financial institutions are required to adhere to strict regulations when onboarding clients. This makes the onboarding journey of a client slow and onerous, and causes many clients to abandon the onboarding process. We call this problem the "Consumer Compliance Conflict". The second problem is that this regulation also makes client onboarding complicated, costly, and prone to human error - and for that reason, many financial institutions simply don't comply, leaving investors and society open to fraud etc. We call this problem the "Cost of Compliance". We solved these two problems by automating the entire client onboarding journey. This makes the process fast and smooth for the client; and also a lot less expensive and complicated for the financial institution - and therefore the level of compliance, and as a result the levels of investor and society protection, significantly increase. It's a win-win-win situation. The investors get more protection; financial institutions get more protection and lower costs; and even compliance officers, which at first fear their jobs are endangered by automation, find out it only takes away the repetitive, error-prone parts, and frees them to do the more interesting parts of their role. Hey hey, we are deidei. We're a Nordic-based global DEI agency that helps your organization reach its full potential. It's not really a story of why we wanted to start deidei, but why we had to. There were three reasons. One of them was the enormous need we saw for a DEI agency that genuinely understands DEI as both a people case and a business case. For true impact, DEI has to be looked at as continuous business development, not a box to tick.
