Dagens is a tech company disrupting the current food system. Through the platform www.dagens.farm chefs and farmers can trade local food directly on their premisses. Produce is harvested on demand and nothing is stored. In addition, Dagens has developed tech that empowers farmers to take control of their own sale, administration and distribution. Zerotude

Byggnader formar våra liv. Med byggnader som förbrukar 40% av total energi och producerar 25% av växthusgasutsläppen är denna transformation existentiell. Europa står inför en aldrig tidigare skådad utmaning: renovera 35 miljoner byggnader fram till 2030 för att bekämpa klimatförändringar och energifattigdom. Dock skulle traditionella metoder som kräver expertbesök för varje byggnad ta 40 år bara för planeringsfasen - vilket i praktiken innebär att det inte finns någon genomförbar plan alls för en av de mest samhällskritiska utmaningar av vår tid. Zerotude har utvecklat en banbrytande mjukvara som revolutionerar hur fastighetsbolag angriper energirenoveringar i stor skala. Kärnprodukten genererar omfattande, skräddarsydda renoveringsplaner omedelbart från inget annat än en byggnads adress. Med hjälp av avancerade algoritmer baserade på forskning från LTH (Lunds universitet) analyserar mjukvaran byggnader genom kartdata, AI och energideklarationer för att identifiera de mest kostnadseffektiva renoveringsåtgärderna för att minska energiförbrukning och klimatpåverkan. Zerotudes mjukvara kringgår flaskhalsen. Istället för att kräva fysiska inspektioner skapar den korrekta renoveringsplaner digitalt, och identifierar exakt vilka renoveringar (tak, fönster, väggar, etc.) som kommer vara mest effektiva för varje specifik byggnad. Detta gör det möjligt för planerare att kartlägga renoveringsstrategier för hela städer, län och länder. Sedan lanseringen i augusti har Zerotude snabbt skalat upp till att analysera 5 000 byggnader som representerar 2% av alla svenska lägenheter. Med 8 fler företag som ansluter sig i oktober och aggressiva expansionsplaner siktar de på 20% av svenska lägenheter innan årets slut. Företaget har säkrat tre stora fastighetskunder, erhållit finansiering från Energimyndigheten och investerare inklusive Saminvest, och är positionerat för att skapa Sveriges första omfattande nationella renoveringsplan - direkt stödjande kommande lagstiftning kring implementationen av energiprestandadirektivet. Detta representerar en förskjutning från manuella, byggnad-för-byggnad-bedömningar till automatiserad, rikstäckande renoveringsintelligens.

At  Teacherspace we help schools recruit and retain teachers through digital mentoring and feedback by making it easy for teachers to use video to give and receive feedback. Teacher retention is the biggest global problem for elementary schools. 40% of new teachers leave within their first 5 years and there is a global teacher shortage. Our mobile apps for iOS and Android make it easy and secure for teachers to record their classroom and our web app makes it easy for mentors to provide specific feedback. Teacherspace is founded by curious and ambitious people who have more than 10 years of experience with education and the problems for teachers we want to solve and who has previously started a successful organization in the education space. You will join a team who has raised money, worked in education, built teams and taught and mentored teachers before so we have seen the problem we want to solve up close. Spect8

Spect8 is a norwegian tech startup with a mission to help sports organizations, pro-athletes and sponsors that don’t have enough time, capacity, or the necessary skills to reach their potential in growing fan engagement and commercial value. Due to the power of association among consumers, brands allocate an increasing amount of their advertising budgets towards sports teams and athletes. To measure the value of a sponsorship, sponsors rely on manual measurements and expensive consulting services. At the same time, athletes, clubs, and federations are left with few resources to decide what their commercial value is, and often forfeit revenue (and funding for their sport) by underselling their commercial value. To solve this problem, we have developed a tool called Foqus. Foqus is an easy-to-use machine learning tool created for sports teams and individual athletes to determine their commercial value for sponsorships, and for brands to manage and measure multiple agreements. We are currently working with Norsk Toppfotball, sports associations, clubs and and several brands, and are off to a good start to reach our goal of creating a new industry standard for how sponsorship value is created, measured, and driven. The existing team consists of three business developers with expertise in strategy, marketing, sponsorship, data and analysis. In addition, we have associated development teams with both front-end, back-end and database expertise. We have recently become a part of StartupLab's Accelerator program, are supported by Innovation Norway and have ambitions to scale our business both nationally and internationally in the coming years. We therefore wish to expand our team with a skilled developer who also wants to make a professional career as an entrepreneur. The CTO will have the overall responsibility for the further development and scaling of our core product, Foqus, as well as the development of new tools and concepts going forward.

Customer-first company. We're finalists of many insurtech competitions, but this is not as important as the great feedback we get from our clients. Thanks to our platform, on average, we see up to a 50% decrease in time-to-market and a 40% increase in revenue. While many of our competitors are just announcing innovative features, our clients have been using them for a while.

Techference ApS is a privately held company HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark. It is a SaaS based solution provider in MICE events industry for attendee management, enhanced experience and event analysis. Techference started operations on 25th Oct 2021. Products: Techference builds and operates SaaS to support MICE events in Europe. Products as on 28Nov 2021 Scanosk: Scanosk is a Do-it-yourself contactless attendee management solution for in-person & hybrid events. It helps to enhance the experience of event attendees using QR code by automating event check-in, seamless access control management and real-time tracking and accurate analytics of the activities for organiser and sponsors. Scanosk further helps to increase the event participation to global audience using its streaming tool. Interlangue: Interlangue is a Remote Simultaneous Interpretation tool to translate live streaming content into multiple languages. It is a widget tool that can be integrated with any virtual / hybrid event platform. Why Techference exists? Scanosk is positioned for the Post-Corona world where in-person attendance to conferences is expected to see a sharp increase in 2022-23. A contactless interaction during check-in can provide much-needed hygiene for the attendees. The customer is event organisers and sponsors. In post-covid times, the large scale events will require strict adherence to “limited contact” during events – this poses a challenge as the current solutions are dependent on attendees making manual contacts during the check-in to the events. Scanosk is positioned to solve this issue while giving in-depth real-time analysis data for events monitoring and Return-on-Investment evaluation.
