While there are a lot of different providers of fast-food in Norway, finding a healthy fast-food alternative is harder than one should think. Especially if you are interested in a healthy, fast and affordable meal, the alternatives are few, and you will often end up having to choose two of the three criterias (e.g. fast and affordable, but unhealthy). Healthy EATS is going to change the perception that healthy food cannot be both affordable and fast, by changing the way the food is distributed to the consumer - cutting all waiting time. We are creating a service and a platform that recognizes the material waste in an early phase and connects it to potential utilizers - companies that can use the rescued material in their products as it is, or after it is processed to new materials. Through our work in textile productions, we recognized the issue, and ran experiments and pilots to find solutions. In the pilots we have been able to eliminate waste by channeling the waste to new products. There lies undiscovered value in industrial sidestream, both for the economy and the ecosystem, and our mission is to recover that.
