We believe that access to private markets is very important to retail investors as it outperforms public markets and adds diversification to the portfolio. It also serves as a gateway to financial literacy for youngsters and minorities. However, private market investments are inherently opaque. We want to shed light on these opportunities. We are basically building Seeking Alpha / Motley Fool for private markets. The company was founded by two serial entrepreneurs. We are looking for a third co-founder, a Nordic social media star (social media marketing, excellent blogger and podcaster, face of the franchise), preferably a woman. We are looking to do a Series A at the end of the year at a valuation of USD 5M (raising USD 1M). Until then, the project is self-funded. The co-founders are serial entrepreneurs: Michael (based in Florida) is the founder and CEO of Sprig (www.drinksprig.com), which he sold in 2019.
