Vesiro is an early-stage startup that is developing an add-on to Elasticsearch to enable much better search performance. The product is in part based on our novel, patented search algorithms. Initial tests on data from Common Crawl (which is the same data used to train ChatGPT) shows that we can cut search times in Elasticsearch by 30-50% depending on search type used. The increase in search speed means that our software enables a more efficient use of servers in Elastic clusters, helping our customers save money on servers. It also means that the software reduces server energy consumption as fewer servers are needed to do the same amount of search. Vesiro was one of 20 companies to be accepted among 2500 companies applying globally to participate in the Norrsken Accelerator 2023. This means that we have been recognized as one of the world’s foremost high potential impact startups. Upotential was founded 2019 in Sweden by Marianne 'Maja' Marescotti, a former elite tennis player, and Catrin Eriksson, an Ironman finisher. Maja and Catrin felt that something was off in the discussions around mental health. Instead of focusing on what can be done proactively to avoid mental health problems, too much focus had been put on reactive treatment. Why wasn't there an inspiring place for people who want to proactively train their mental skills to improve performance and mental well-being?! United by a clear vision to contribute to a healthier and more fun world to live in, the founders felt it was time to create a new solution and make mental fitness training social, accessible and affordable. The main idea behind the gym for mental fitness was to create a typical kind of gym, but instead of training your body, you would train your mental skills and work on everything it means to be human, such as discovering yourself, finding your passion points, going for your goals, and learning how to connect to yourself and others! The next addition to the team was Camilo Sáenz-Moncaelano, an expert with a PhD in Sport- & Performance Psychology.
