Call Knut is a check-in buddy for the elderly. Call Knut is a service that makes sure that the elder person takes their medication, checks the mental status and make conversation about things such as the news or the weather. The problem we want to solve is very personal - how can I use technology to better keep in contact with my elder father (89 years old, in another city) when I am mid-career with 3 small kids... We are in stealth. Knut is my father.

Vevios- The future of safety alarms

Today’s safety alarms give a false safety. Seniors and chronically ill are highly risk exposed every day in their own homes. Their essential communication with Home Care through the divided safety alarm has major shortcomings regarding; communication, ergonomics and design. These shortcomings create unnecessary worry among users and even to casualties. The situation of today for society’s most exposed groups is totally unacceptable. To meet the security need of the risk exposed groups we have developed Vevios based on personal and empirical knowledge. Vevios is an innovative and mobile safety alarm, which provides safety and freedom. Vevios is a wearable safety alarm; a cell phone bracelet alarm. Today’s deficiencies Vevios can fulfil through new solutions within C E D Communication Ergonomics Design Vevios C Vevios’s alarm bracelet has an integrated eSim which enables global Coverage, Range and Positioning. The Direct communication is possible since the user after alarm activation, talks with the recipient directly through the alarm bracelet’s microphone and speaker. Vevios E Vevios has a concealed button solution that is easily activated through the patented Panic grip that Also reduces false alarms. Vevios gives a clear Feedback When contact is established. Light and vibrations give the important response which calms the worried soul until help arrives. Vevios D All of Vevios’s technical system is enclosed in the Stylish and flexible bracelet, which can be individually modified in color and size as is desired. The safety alarm’s technical core shall be reusable, when the silicone bracelet cover has to be replaced. This is a sustainable solution. Vevios new design solves the “aid product appearance” of alarms and other care products and encourage use. Vevios solves the problems of today's alarm as it is based on a wireless LTE- tech. The alarm function to operate everywhere. All the tech in Vevios are gathered in one simple silicon bracelet, worn by the user. The user can activate Vevios hidden alarm buttons, using the patented and ergonomic panic grip, which send out an alarm signal positioning to up to ten self-selected phone numbers simultaneously. Vevios will also light up red and vibrate, when activated. When an alarm signal is received by a recipient, Vevios alarm switch to green and provides haptic feedback. This gives the user feedback that the alarm has been received and activates Vevios integrated microphone and speaker. The user can then communicate with the recipients directly via the bracelet, until help arrives. Vevios idea is to develop the safety alarm regarding communication tech, ergonomics and design.

Norban enables all homeowners to digitally join their own marketplace, Pre-Market™, and sell if they get the right offer from the right buyer. All transactions are facilitated by Norbans own technology-empowered brokers who take care of every single aspect of the transaction. Selling your home on the Pre-Market™ comes with a 0 SEK commission for the seller. If needed, homes are marketed on the open market where the commission is fixed at 30.000 SEK for all transactions.

Quanturi Oy was founded in 2016 as a forerunner in deploying IoT sensor systems to farming industry. In just a few years, the company has gained a strong position in the business, extending its presence also to related industries like forestry and bioprocessing. Worked as yoga instructor while studying at BI Norwegian Business School Stavanger. For the past four years has developed large networks in Shanghai focused on the seafood industry as well as media, logistics, distribution, customs, banking and restaurants. Xuechun (or Tara amongst friends) runs our operation in China.Espen Strand Pedersen. Idea maker and concept developer of several retail stores, photography studios and other projects. Educated in photography and worked as professional photographer for more than 20 years. Experience in planning, start-up and daily operations of retail and studio businesses. In 1997 started Stavanger's first artisanal coffee shop, which remains in operation. Espen is now the CEO of Norway in a Box. Espen Strand Henriksen. Concept developer who likes to set things in motion, build networks, collaborate and see the world from multiple perspectives. Educated at BI Norwegian Business School and in the Royal Norwegian Navy. Twenty years’ experience in marketing, advertising, media, sales, management and product and concept development in Oslo and Stavanger, 14 of them working for the world’s first digital cinema company (CAPA), and was also a key person in developing the unique and award winning mobility concept (HjemJobbHjem/HomeWorkHome). Espen is in charge of stakeholders at Norway in a Box.

The objective is to replace fosil-based plastics and products in a wide range of applications, from packaging to chemicals.

Aega

Aega ASA is a solar utility company that acquires and operates solar power plants. The company currently owns a portfolio of seven individual solar parks in the Umbria, Lazio, Abruzzo, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardia regions in Italy with a combined production capacity of 7MWp, and an initial annual electricity production of approximately 10GWh depending on the annual solar irradiation.  The company focuses on acquisitions of smaller existing solar parks (below 5MWp capacity), following strict investment criteria.  The company targets to reach a total production capacity of 20MW within 2017 by taking advantage of the current attractive market for secondary solar parks meeting the strict investment criteria.
