GoGood

At GoGood, we work towards developing a reuse economy for office furniture that will be preferred to the consumer economy. Our solution consists of a digital reuse-platform that aims to become a driving force in the reuse economy for used office furniture. We have taken a concrete approach, starting with office interiors as our initial focus. In Norway alone, the office furniture market is worth over 4 billion annually, yet we discard 140,000 tons of furniture valued at 400-500 million Norwegian kroner each year. This cannot continue. That's why we have developed a reuse-platform for furniture, including a marketplace for the professional furniture market, making it incredibly easy for businesses, interior architects, and other stakeholders to sell their furniture while also simplifying the process of purchasing used furniture for interior projects, as well as making old furniture look new again. Over the past two years, we have made significant progress in developing modern reuse solutions, products, and services. With public support totaling over 15 million Norwegian kroner from the Research Council of Norway, Innovation Norway, and the Oslo municipality, as well as partnerships with industry players such as Flokk, Aarsland, Ope, Norsk Gjenvinning, Glomma Industrier, Hannah Nordh, Oslo Waste and Recycling Agency, NORSUS - Norwegian Institute for Sustainability Research, Norsk Regnesentral, and OBOS, we are now ready with our reuse-platform making the circular economy for office furniture on a large scale possible-

AquaFood

AquaFood has a patent-pending method for extracting high-value, food-grade components at cold temperatures from the side streams of fish production (e.g. heads, backbone, scales, etc.). The components we extract are; pure fish oil that fits as a supplement, a unique protein mass with high functionality (almost minced meat consistency) that fits perfectly for fish balls, fish burgers, or even tubed fish spread, and lastly, we extract a fine collagen powder that fits for dermatological applications. Today, the side streams of fish production account for 40-70% of the fish that is brought into the processing plants. This is a remarkably higher amount than any other food-producing industry. At the same time, the food production system worldwide accounts for 1/3 of green-house gas emissions, 1/3 of land usage, and 2/3 of groundwater withdrawal. The seafood industry has problems of their own, where 95% of our fish stocks are fully utilized and about 30% have already collapsed. There simply is not way for us to increase or even continue to produce the way that we are in a sustainable way. But we still need to increase food production as the globally increasing population will demand a doubling of protein production in the year 2050 compared to now. AquaFood believes that resource efficiency is a huge stepping stone toward reaching a sustainable food production system. A system where we use our resources efficiently and to their full potential is what needs to happen to step into a sustainable future. In our process, we can make sure that the FULL fish is used to its full potential. Through our process, we use no heating steps and the only effluents from our process are the water that we introduce to the system mixed with a small amount of protein. Therefore, our process is highly efficient, sustainable in terms of lower energy and water consumption but also in terms of the resource efficiency that it brings. Our technology is research-based and stems from decades of research in the area of utilization of aquatic biomasses.

Stack by me

Stack by.me is a social media platform where users can invest together, making investments more engaging and available to non-professionals - especially women. Today, there is a substantial capital gap in Norway and globally. In Norway, the gap is as large as a Norwegian state budget. (which is huge!) - only 20% of the value of Oslo Børs is owned by women today - Women invest 63% less than men, on average - while we only make 11% less - At the same time, 86% of all min. pension receivers are women, so women should be investing more - not less! Why is that? Women tell us - they don´t feel like they have enough knowledge - they don´t know who to ask for help Through the Stack-app, we give them the network to learn from and discuss investments - in an easy and fun way.

Dream Delivery

Dream Delivery is a foodtech startup on a mission to make food delivery fair for restaurants and couriers through democratic ownership. Say goodbye to the abusive tech giants - now we take control! THE DEMOCRATIC SOLUTION TO FOOD DELIVERY Dream Delivery began with a wish to stop the exploitation that couriers and restaurants experience from the current takeaway platforms. At the moment, couriers get a low salary and are afforded very few rights. Meanwhile, restaurants are forced to hand over large chunks of their revenue without getting any control in return. We are rethinking takeaway from the buttom up by democratizing the ownership of food delivery, along with the profits and the control. A TRULY UNIQUE STARTUP Dream Delivery is a democratic enterprise, also known as a cooperative. Cooperatives have in common that they are owned by a broad group of people, whose needs are met by the company. Decisions are made democratically, and all owners have one vote each. Ordinary people deserve to have a greater say – and that extends to our workplaces! This is what Dream Delivery is all about. THE DREAM TEAM Dream Delivery's developer team consists of young and dedicated idealists skilled within business strategy, organizing, software development and design. Our offices are in the heart of Copenhagen, with the opportunity for remote work, as well. Do you have the democratic spirit and entrepreneurial mindset to help changing takeaway and tech for the better? Well, what are you waiting for - hit us up!

Material Mapper AS

Material Mapper’s vision is to create a market of scale for secondary building materials by mapping them in Europe and leading the transition towards a closed-loop circular construction and demolition industry. The European construction industry is urgently lacking clear, centralized access to information about secondary building materials available in their area, due to the fragmentation and inconsistency with which these public data are captured and stored. This makes building planning with quality secondary building materials time and cost-intensive for stakeholders, in turn making it difficult to comply with the EU’s Waste Directive of 70% recycled/re-used building materials. Our young, multi-award-winning company is planning to launch a project over 24 months to build a breakthrough innovation for the whole of Europe using artificial intelligence and machine learning that will extract, read, evaluate, and forecast quantities of secondary building materials for the user, making future planning for property developers seamless through our platform. We are confident that our product is unique and that we have no direct competition. By combining our deep technology, partnership development, and B2B sales expertise, we are already working closely with major industry actors to harness insights and their existing networks for our customer base.

Cavai AS

Cavai AS was founded in December 2017 with the goal of revolutionizing online advertising. User experiences have largely been neglected on the web, and Cavai saw early on that chatbot technology, which has initially been used in customer service, could be a wonderfully good advertising product. Usually, chatbot technology is used as customer service on its own website, while Cavai's platform is built to be able to use chatbot technology on millions of websites for contextual advertising. The team today consists of 15 people, and the product has been launched in Norway, Finland, Sweden and the UK with 50 paying customers. Customers are very pleased and report that Cavai's technology is having a very good effect on completed advertising campaigns. Cavai will have its first month of positive operating results in October and looks to have sales of around 3 million in 2019. Next year will be a big growth year, where we have budgeted with a turnover of NOK 41 million. This growth has also been discussed by Finansavisen, where as part of Finansavisen's web-TV series "Vext", Cavai filmed his meeting with advertising legend Sir Marting Sorell in London. For more information, see https://finansavisen.no/vext/tech/2019/10/23/7465643/chatbot-company-cavai-2020-blir-the-store-growst>  To finance further growth, we are now running a seed funding round of NOK 9.5 - 15 million.
