For renters, the deposit can financially be very harmful. The design of a deposit is inherently poor. We quickly realized that there is no need for a deposit at all. We replaced the security component with an insurance policy, it protects the landlord and brings fair conditions to the renter. As a result, we can completely change the way securities are defined in the real estate industry. Ebie is an insurance agent, we are partnered with a large Swedish insurance company that enables us to sell our insurance product. This way, we can offer comfortable and risk-free securities for both landlords and renters. We are developing a platform where landlords and renters can apply for our insurance on existing rental contracts. Furthermore, we are determined to offer landlords great value beyond not having to handle deposits again. As an insurance agent, we assess thoroughly the risk with each renter. We have all been out in a dining situation where the waiters are too busy to get to you, and it takes the fun away from being there with friends and family. What if you could just order and pay, have fun with the people you are there with, and then wait to get served. After you're done, you can order more, or leave the place without getting the waiter one more time. OrderBuddy is an ordering system, where guests can place and pay their orders directly from the table on their own phones. No need to install anything, just scan the QR code on the table, or go to the webpage and find the dining place, add items to the cart and pay. The order goes directly to the kitchen or bar. The idea for OrderBuddy of course started when I was out dining with some friends. The place was busy, and we actually wanted to order a new round of beer to the table, however the waiters were too busy elsewhere, and when we finally got a hold of the waiter we decided to just pay. The restaurant lost revenue and ended up with customers who had a bad experience.

HR-directors have no clue how to get the detailed sick leave data out of the systems. So we created a system for managers, HR or Management team to find out where the pain is in the organisation. The reason why we do this is simply because there is a lot of lives to save, money to earn for companies and managers to improve there leadership by start working with a great system. Ladybox was founded in september 2018 and sells a monthly subscription box containing products within selfcare. The Ladybox target women between 25-40 years. We are three founders and one student worker and are in the process of accelerating our business. Therefore, we need more hands to help us on the way to become a great succes.

Urbanization and worsening transport problems in cities (e.g. air pollution, noise, traffic injuries, congestion, parking shortages, etc) lead to new mobility trends. The increased importance of cycling and micro-mobility is one of them. Our mission is to enhance urban cycling and encourage more users to commute on their bikes. To do so we design, assemble and deliver unique electric bicycles (also called pedelecs) for urban commuters. But we are not just a bicycle manufacturer, we consider ourselves as a company defining urban mobility. We are a young Finnish startup company with 6 team members, who are currently living in 3 different countries. We came up with the concept of our e-bike and started active prototyping in early 2019. We've already built first prototypes, tested key hypotheses and are now on the final stage of product development. Because of an ongoing patenting process, we are still in somewhat "stealth mode".

At Counting Hero we develop cutting edge machine vision systems, capable of recognizing and classifying items and events in videos and images. Counting Hero AS was established in September 2019 and is currently running development projects. We have our first pilots in deployment. Organization count 3 persons.
