The top management also have little clue what is happening at the first line level or at different units. Rehappen is a HR-tech product and service company that help managers become sustaible by organizing all employees sick leave data, administration around sick leave and also a help preventing and creating a sustainble corporate culture and leadership. By collecting ALL sickleave data into our tool which is a GDPR-secure platform HR and managers get a full insight in how the situations as an overview and also all the way to an individual. Rehappen has all documentation and processes gathered in the system, and that makes it easy to help individuals. Our tech team is working to get a nuged process where it is easy for managers to do the difficult work around sick leave and unhealth easy. We have 24/7 phonecall and the tool itself is so easy to work with so managers by them self knows thru reminding system what to do. All documentation needed is in the Rehappen-tool, rehab plans, link to insurance company, link to governmental rules and regulations around sick leave, the companies´policy, rehabilitationsplans, early dialouges for preventing unhealthy situations, questions, contact to occupational health specialists. What fired our spark was the unclear situation and difficulties for managers around people with special needs, with a high absence, mental unhealth that rehappen. After many years as HR-director and HR-manager and line managers we we that the process around sick leave is "broken". People are really getting hurt by managers who do not know what to do or how to start when their employees have a difficult situation. HR-directors have no clue how to get the detailed sick leave data out of the systems. So we created a system for managers, HR or Management team to find out where the pain is in the organisation. The reason why we do this is simply because there is a lot of lives to save, money to earn for companies and managers to improve there leadership by start working with a great system. Rehappen visualiserar både övergripande + per chef statistik och kostnader för sjukfrånvaron.

Ladybox was founded in september 2018 and sells a monthly subscription box containing products within selfcare. The Ladybox target women between 25-40 years. We are three founders and one student worker and are in the process of accelerating our business. Therefore, we need more hands to help us on the way to become a great succes.

Urbanization and worsening transport problems in cities (e.g. air pollution, noise, traffic injuries, congestion, parking shortages, etc) lead to new mobility trends. The increased importance of cycling and micro-mobility is one of them. Our mission is to enhance urban cycling and encourage more users to commute on their bikes. To do so we design, assemble and deliver unique electric bicycles (also called pedelecs) for urban commuters. But we are not just a bicycle manufacturer, we consider ourselves as a company defining urban mobility. We are a young Finnish startup company with 6 team members, who are currently living in 3 different countries. We came up with the concept of our e-bike and started active prototyping in early 2019. We've already built first prototypes, tested key hypotheses and are now on the final stage of product development. Because of an ongoing patenting process, we are still in somewhat "stealth mode".

At Counting Hero we develop cutting edge machine vision systems, capable of recognizing and classifying items and events in videos and images. Counting Hero AS was established in September 2019 and is currently running development projects. We have our first pilots in deployment. Organization count 3 persons. One on full time and two on part time. For 2020 we will grow the organization and to complete first investment round. Mit navn er Daniel og jeg startede Watery.dk som 17-årig i Oktober 2016 med målet om at lave Danmarks største online svømmeshop efter selv at have svømmet på eliteplan gennem mange år. Her 4 år senere er det mål opnået for længst og med et #teamWatery på +25 motiverede og unge medarbejdere arbejder vi nu efter at gøre Watery til et internationalt svømmebrand, der vender op og ned for industruen. Med en omsætning på +25 mio. i 2020 og knap 80.000 ordrer forventer vi at runde 100 mio. indenfor 2 år.
