Erghis

Erghis is a Swedish startup from the vibrant Öresund region. Its gesture-based interface, The Sphere, allows complete touchfree control of smart devices and can easily be integrated into other applications as a powerful touchfree control scheme. In 2014 Erghis received the distinction of being chosen as one of the top 20 tech startups in Swedish incubators. Since then Erghis has featured in international media with its revolutionary interface. At Erghis, we believe that computer interaction should be all about you, the user. It doesn’t matter what you are interacting with or why. Whether you are typing an email, using a vending machine or controlling a robot, what matters is that you are able to interact easily and comfortably, in a way that suits you. As technology continues to get smaller and is built into our very surroundings, traditional interfaces will no longer be enough. Zilo is a Danish content editor built for the AI search era. AI Overviews have arrived in Denmark: 56.9% of the 850 Danish keywords we measured ourselves now trigger one. Yet the established content tools are all built English-first - none of them are anchored in the Danish SERP. Zilo scores your text live while you write, against two yardsticks at once. The SEO score benchmarks against the pages actually ranking in the Danish top 10 for your keyword. The AI citability score measures whether your text covers the facts that AI Overviews and the SERP actually cite. Both are fully explainable: open weights, evidence behind every component - and a suggestion is only shown if it measurably lifts the score. From analysis to deliverable: traffic value in kroner, prioritized next actions, shareable briefs, and publishing straight to WordPress - no plugin required. Built in Denmark by Mads Nordskov (19 years in SEO, founder of Passioness). Currently in closed beta with Danish SEO professionals.

Bliqat Software Labs

Bliqat is building the AI-native operating system for the construction and installation industry. We help contractors eliminate the administrative work that takes time away from billable work by automating everything from customer visits and quote generation to project management, documentation, and invoicing. Construction is one of the world's largest industries, yet millions of small and medium-sized contractors still rely on fragmented software, spreadsheets, and manual processes. Administration often consumes 20–30% of their working time, while slow and inefficient quoting leads to lost revenue and poor customer experiences. Bliqat uses AI to transform a simple voice description into a professional quote in under a minute and automates the workflows that follow. By embedding AI into contractors' daily operations, we continuously learn each company's pricing, customers, and workflows, creating proprietary workflow intelligence, increasing switching costs, and becoming the system of record for the business. Our vision is to become the AI operating system powering millions of contractors across Europe, helping them spend less time on administration and more time serving customers and growing their businesses.

Arctic Arms

Arctic Arms is a Swedish defence-tech startup building the next generation of realistic force-on-force training systems for military, law-enforcement and security organisations. Today, many training systems rely on lasers, static targets or expensive marking ammunition. These solutions often fail to reproduce the physical consequences, stress, movement and decision-making of a real armed confrontation. As a result, organisations may train tactics and behaviours that do not fully transfer to real-world operations. We are developing an integrated system consisting of a modular projectile-based training weapon platform, a patented training projectile and TRACE — our portable data and analytics platform for real-time tracking, hit detection, sensor fusion and after-action review. Our goal is to make high-realism training safer, more measurable, more mobile and more cost-efficient. TRACE enables organisations to understand not only who was hit, but why, where and when tactical failures occurred — and to measure improvement over time across teams, scenarios and critical locations. The problem hiding in plain sight Construction is broken. 85% of large projects finish over budget. Rework accounts for 9% of total project cost. Delays cost $280bn annually in North America alone. The signals that predict these outcomes already exist — in meeting notes, deviation logs, change orders, and task lists. But no one sees them in time to act. Risk only becomes visible after it has already cost you. This affects every contractor, project manager, site foreman, and HSE officer on every project — in an industry that represents trillions in global economic activity. Leftovers

Leftovers is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting home cooks with neighbours who want affordable, authentic, home-cooked meals, starting in Copenhagen. We all know how expensive eating out in Denmark can be. And cooking takes time and skill most people don't have. The result? Overpriced delivery, repetitive convenience food, inefficiency and waste. Meanwhile, thousands of skilled home cooks (food influencers, aspiring chefs, international residents cooking family recipes) have excess capacity and no easy way to monetise or share it. Leftovers closes that gap. Through the Leftovers app (live on iOS and Android), neighbours browse daily home-cooked meals from local cooks, order affordable portions (50–100 DKK), and collect locally. Cooks get flexible, high-margin income and a micro-brand for their cuisine. Customers get real food, at fair prices, with zero cooking required. All while building community and addressing waste. We've just launched a Kickstarter pilot in partnership with CBS Housing (Copenhagen Business School's student residences) and are actively securing further co-living and student housing partnerships to validate and grow the model. Denmark's regulatory environment for small-scale home food sales makes it feasible. I noticed the opportunity while living in a student dorm in Copenhagen last year, where I was constantly choosing between expensive takeaway and my own basic cooking, while talented students across the hallway were cooking incredible family recipes every day. We tried sharing food amongst ourselves, and it worked. Surveys across students, young professionals, and families confirmed the need. I've since come across many examples of successful local food sharing initiatives, but no platform that coordinates it. Leftovers isn't just a platform for sharing home-cooked meals. It unlocks idle kitchen capacity, empowers home cooks, makes food more affordable, improves access to authentic local produce, fights waste, and helps build local community. The long-term vision is city-by-city expansion across Denmark, Scandinavia and Europe, where local food regulations make sense. I'm now looking for a co-founder with a passion for community-building and marketing to help turn early traction into a movement. Equity on the table. Dimmi is an early-stage Danish legaltech SaaS start-up revolutionising how European companies navigate the complexities of immigration law across the European Union. Companies across Europe are increasingly in need of international labour and talent. Yet navigating immigration law and obtaining work permits is highly challenging and costly for companies of all sizes. Combining unique research and legal insight into migration law and global mobility with augmented retrieval technology, Dimmi is building the first-ever digital infrastructure for end-to-end case handling of international hires, making legal immigration compliance fast, easy, and cost-predictable. From guiding users through the most viable visa track, deadlines, and documentation requirements, Dimmi empowers companies to file compliant applications to the authorities faster, cheaper and with higher rates of compliance. Dimmi is a spin-out company pioneered by a research project conducted by research conducted at the University of Copenhagen, Center of Excellence for Global Mobility Law by Dr Christian Prener with aim of resolving the major legal and financial bottlenecks that European companies face when hiring candidates from outside of the EU. The project is funded by Lighthouse, University of Copenhagen’s innovation centre and currently based at the University of Copenhagen. We are in search of a co-founding CTO to lead the development of the technical platform in collaboration with the Alexandra Institute.
