Nordic Bio-Graphite aims to transform industries toward a net-zero future by supplying CO2 negative graphite. Graphite is the largest component in EV batteries and a critical material for green steel production. However, traditional production methods emit up to 20 kg of CO2 per kg of graphite and consumes significant energy. Leveraging two patent-pending innovations developed by leading materials scientists at KTH Sweden, we have developed the first solution to produce fossil-free graphite from bio-based materials at scale. This unique process enables us to produce green graphite at a cost close to fossil based graphite, while significantly reducing emissions and boosting energy efficiency. Within four years, NBG aims to prevent over 150,000 tonss of CO2 emissions annually.

We are an agtech startup driven by a clear mission: to strengthen Swedish agriculture and food production through sharing of agricultural data. Agriculture is currently undergoing a digital revolution, characterized by the use of sensors, connected devices, and data monitoring software.
