Planday makes a real impact on the lives of shift-workers and business owners by simplifying administrative processes and communication, freeing up time for what really matters. Central to this is a product-driven mindset and great customer service. As an organisation, we are proud to be ambitious and collaborative and emphasise employee experience. BRANDT Copenhagen

BRANDT Copenhagen er et dansk, ejerledet designbrand skabt med stor passion for materialer, kvalitet og tidløst design. Vi designer og producerer eksklusive kollektioner af greb, belysning og accessories i messing, marmor og træ, hvor materialitet og et raffineret formsprog går hånd i hånd. Vi samarbejder med både arkitekter, designprofessionelle og projekter i Danmark og internationalt. Virksomheden er bygget på en entreprenant tilgang, en stærk designforståelse og en klar tro på, at selv de mindste detaljer er med til at definere helheden. Samtidig er vi en mindre organisation med korte beslutningsveje, tæt samarbejde og en kultur præget af ansvar, tillid, høj grad af involvering og en uformel, god stemning. Vi arbejder ambitiøst, men jordnært, og tror på, at de bedste resultater skabes i et miljø, hvor ordentlighed, engagement og fælles ansvar er en naturlig del af hverdagen – og hvor der ikke er langt fra idé til handling.

POUL

POUL was born in 2023 with the aim of bringing robots to pharmaceutical cleanrooms and other clean production environments. Since then, we’ve been on a wild journey, have met fantastic people, and carefully listened to many opinions. Vi er et team af specialister.

alma madmarked

alma er byens nye madmarked med fokus på økologi, kvalitet og ordentlige råvarer. Indtil videre findes vores butikker i København og på Frederiksberg, men vi har flere på vej. alma er opkaldt efter grundlægger Alfred Josefsens bedstemor fra Thy, der værnede om lokale råvarer af god kvalitet. Den tanke har vi videreført, så den afspejles i vores butikker og varesortiment, der er sammensat ud fra principper som autenticitet, økologi, det lokale og sæson. Vi kalder alma et madmarked, fordi vi er er sted, der primært handler med madvarer og drikkevarer. Derfor vil vi ikke have et stort udvalg af alle mulig andre varer, der ikke kan spises eller drikkes. Med alma giver vi danskerne nemmere adgang til økologi. Vi samler de bedste, sundeste, grønneste kvalitetsvarer på tværs af alle kategorier, så vores kunder får nemmere ved at træffe et bevidst valg, der er til glæde for både dem selv og planeten. Vi skaber en bedre indkøbsoplevelse og har fokus på den behagelige butiksindretning og det nærværende møde mellem vores medarbejdere og vores kunder. På denne måde håber vi at blive det foretrukne indkøbssted for ansvarsbevidste kunder, som nyder god mad, men samtidig går op i at passe på planeten.

Cempur

Cempur solves a common problem in renovation and construction: worn, uneven, or damaged floors that are expensive and time-consuming to replace. Instead of removing the existing floor, Cempur installs durable PUR and epoxy flooring systems directly on top of the current surface. This creates a seamless, hard-wearing floor that is easy to maintain. The result is a faster, more cost-effective, and long-lasting flooring solution for both residential and commercial spaces.

CircuCity

CircuCity is a circular e-commerce platform built to make sustainable consumption easier, more practical, and honestly, more appealing in everyday life. At its core, it is a marketplace where people can buy and sell second-hand items alongside new sustainable products, all within one ecosystem designed to extend product life cycles. But it’s not just about transactions. It’s about shifting habits. The problem we are addressing is rooted in the linear economy — the “take, make, dispose” model that still dominates global consumption patterns. Products are manufactured, purchased, used briefly, and discarded, often long before their functional life ends. This cycle drives resource depletion, carbon emissions, and growing waste streams. At the same time, consumers are becoming more aware of environmental challenges. Many want to make better choices, but the systems around them are fragmented and inconvenient. Second-hand markets exist, of course. But they are often scattered across multiple platforms, inconsistent in quality, and sometimes lacking trust. Sustainable alternatives, on the other hand, can be expensive or difficult to find. As a result, the intention to consume responsibly frequently clashes with convenience, price, and habit. People default to what is easiest — and that often means buying new, fast, and disposable. CircuCity bridges this gap. We provide a unified, user-friendly platform where circular choices are not an afterthought but the default. By integrating resale, reuse, and sustainable new products into one marketplace, we reduce friction in the decision-making process. Users can extend the life of items they no longer need, discover quality second-hand goods, and support more responsible brands — all in one place. Beyond functionality, we are building incentives into the system. Through mechanisms such as reward points, engagement challenges, and community features, CircuCity makes sustainable behavior visible and rewarding. The goal is not to lecture or guilt consumers into better habits. It is to design a system where circular consumption feels natural, economically sensible, and even motivating. Why does this matter? Because structural change requires behavioral change, and behavioral change requires better infrastructure. People cannot be expected to consistently choose sustainability if the systems around them prioritize speed and disposability. By making circular options more accessible, trustworthy, and engaging, we aim to shift consumption patterns at scale. CircuCity is not claiming to solve overconsumption overnight. But we believe that by extending product lifespans, reducing unnecessary waste, and empowering conscious consumers, we can contribute to a more regenerative economic model. In the long run, small individual decisions — when supported by the right platform — can accumulate into meaningful systemic impact. That is the space we operate in: practical sustainability, built into everyday commerce.

TrueMass

Today, companies report sustainability metrics using estimates, averages, and spreadsheets. That creates noise, greenwashing risk, and enormous manual work. ESG reporting is becoming mandatory under regulations like CSRD, but the underlying data foundation is broken. We fix that. Our platform parses real accounting and procurement data and converts it into structured, auditable, product-level environmental insights. Instead of guessing emissions from spend categories, we calculate impact based on actual quantities, materials, and suppliers. We turn financial transactions into physical truth.

Planvagt

Planvagt er et digitalt vagtplanssystem udviklet til organisationer inden for pleje og omsorg, hvor bemanding, ændringer og koordinering er en del af hverdagen. Mange arbejder stadig med regneark, manuelle processer eller flere systemer samtidig. Det skaber let fejl, manglende overblik og unødvendigt tidsforbrug for ledere og medarbejdere. Planvagt samler vagtplanlægning, ændringer og overblik ét sted. Ledere kan hurtigt oprette og justere vagter, medarbejdere får tydeligt overblik over deres arbejdsplan, og organisationen får bedre styring af bemandingen. Løsningen er udviklet med fokus på brugervenlighed og virkelige arbejdsgange i pleje og omsorg fremfor komplekse enterprise-systemer. Målet er at gøre hverdagen lettere, reducere administration og skabe større ro omkring vagtplanen. Planvagt er særligt relevant for plejehjem, hjemmepleje og andre organisationer med skiftende bemandingsbehov.

Mini Motto

Mini Motto er en virksomhed dedikeret til at designe, producere og udvikle tillidsskabende, sjove og dekorative elementer til børn og forældre. Mini Motto er skabt med et kærligt ønske: at styrke børns selvværd, trivsel og indre ro gennem positiv selvforståelse og selvkærlighed. Mini Mottos produkter er skabt til at styrke børns selvværd og hjælpe både børn og voksne med at finde et fælles sprog for følelser, styrker og indre ro. Vores affirmationer er opstået ud af et konkret behov: Jeg manglede selv et værktøj til at støtte min datter i at opbygge en sund og kærlig opfattelse af sig selv. Med Mini Motto ønsker jeg at gøre det lettere for forældre, pædagoger og andre voksne at støtte børn i deres følelsesmæssige udvikling – og at skabe små øjeblikke af nærvær og selvkærlighed i hverdagen.

Spoilme er en digital platform, der forbinder behandlere og kunder inden for beauty- og behandlingsbranchen. Vi gør det nemt for kunder at finde, booke og opdage behandlinger – særligt last-minute tider og eksklusive tilbud – mens behandlere får mulighed for at øge deres synlighed, optimere deres kalender og skabe mere omsætning. Vi er en ambitiøs startup / scale-up med fokus på teknologi, AI og automatisering, og vores mål er at blive den førende platform for beauty- og behandlingsbranchen

Our main target groups consist of founders and teams, as well as municipalities mainly in the Nordics, that we support by training local businesses to progress and grow. As 50% of local businesses will not survive their 5th birthday, we aim to change the outcome to success for many more.

Ø12 was founded by Kasper and Enete, with a passion for Copenhagen’s café culture and a simple ambition: to create the kind of brunch place they felt was missing.
