Anteo sine løsninger dekker flåtekontroll, logistikk og oppdragsplanlegging samt overvåking og varsling ved risiko for brudd på biosikkerhet.

Moggie

Moggie is a smart collar and mobile app for cats that becomes the world’s first cat care system with intelligent vet knowledge base. The app keeps all data about the cat (age, weight, breed, castration status) in one place and shares tailored tips for every cat owner based on entered information. The collar uses embedded advanced motion algorithm to track all cat’s activities, understand needs and analyze behavioural patterns of the pet.   Today we developed a device that will help busy people from all over the world to take care about their cats, despite time, distances, lack of knowledge or other obstacles. The best thing about Moggie that we unite cat lovers across the world. It is exciting to be the first to learn about cat needs and lives in the way no one has done before. Plus, thanks to Moggie we will finally find answer to the most important question in the universe - what our cats are doing when no one watches them :)We are 5 co-founders and close to 15 people working on making Moggie a success. In the founding team we have two MBA graduates from TOP-5 European Business Schools, winner of international design awards, winner of hardware competitions and veterinarian with international experience.

Wintra

Wintra is a Danish software and consultancy agency specialized in performance measurement, content management, digital strategy implementation, and governance of the digital workplace. Since 2008, we have provided analytics and reporting software for some of the largest Scandinavian companies, including A.P. Moller – Maersk, Novo Nordisk & Nordea. Wintra is working towards becoming the preferred choice within digital workplace analytics for the largest organizations in Europe. We work with a structured approach, which is valuable in solving complex tasks. To our customers, we contribute with direction when too many questions start to blur the aim. We engage easily with our customers whilst being firm in what value our product shall provide. We are analytical in our approach to tasks and build repositories of research which we use to ensure that people we are working for is using a factual base in context of the problem to be solved. Making sure what we do is rooted in solid research and good decision process is important to us. Hence, we often assume the role as decision catalyst to our customers. We also have a competitive nature, which shows in our motivation to work with the best in class when it comes to digital workplace performance. Working together with people that value integrity is of highly importance to us as well. Our ProductWeb Performance Indicator (WPI) is the outcome of 8 years of studies of the development of content management systems and 4 years of software development. The objective of WPI is to “make intranets work”, which in other words enables customers to “take control of their content” and “lead by numbers”. WPI provides detailed analytics and performance indication on views and visitors, traffic patterns, content life cycles, target groups, and engagement.

&tradition

&tradition is a Danish design company established in 2010 with the founding principle being tradition tied to innovation. Their unique library of furniture and lighting spans from the 1930s to the present day and includes designs by internationally renowned designers. Although &tradition is influenced by their Nordic heritage, they handpick design talent and production facilities internationally and across the ages. This is part of their remit to reshape, redefine and reinvent materials, techniques and forms, helping them to find a unique position in the international design market.

KJELDGAARD - Skincare

We are Kjeldgaard’s Skincare — a fast-growing DTC skincare brand developing and selling luxurious skincare products to women and men aged 40+. The brand was founded by professional dancer Morten Kjeldgaard, known from the Danish TV show “Vild med dans” (Dancing with the Stars). We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our ad machine forward through daily management of Meta and Google Ads, while also leading the daily creative process by managing our marketing team to ensure that new content is constantly developed and tested for scalable growth. Your Responsibilities: Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals. Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages. Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners. Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time. Monitor and optimize funnels, advertorials, quizzes, and email flows. Analyze results, make quick decisions, and deliver clear recommendations. Prepare and present a weekly performance overview (CAC, ROAS, AOV, creative tests, funnels). We Expect You To: Speak and write fluent Danish. Have at least 3 years of experience with Meta + Google Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands. Have proven team management experience in marketing or creative. Have experience in developing and leading creative processes behind ads and campaigns. Show results where you have achieved or exceeded CAC/ROAS goals. Be both data-driven and creatively minded. Have strong project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tests and projects simultaneously. It’s a Plus If You: Have experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms. Have worked with email marketing and flows (e.g., abandon cart, competitions, quizzes, surveys, upsells / order bumps, post purchase). Have experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing pages. Have experience with WooCommerce. Have experience in beauty/skincare or with the 40+ female target group. Have worked with direct response copywriting. 30/60/90 Plan: 30 days: Get to know the brand, target audience, and team workflows. Audit accounts, set baseline KPIs, and plan the first creative test cycle. 60 days: Establish a fixed structure for creative testing (2–3 cycles/week), launch the first new funnel/lander, and begin seeing improvements in CAC. 90 days: Have a self-sustaining test and reporting system in place. Scale winners, expand the funnel portfolio, and work toward set ROAS goals. What We Offer: Competitive salary (depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonus over time). Fully remote position, with overlap in EU/Asia time zones. Freedom to implement your ideas and ownership over the entire growth engine (decisions are, however, made in close dialogue with the founder).
