PayProff

PayProff is developing an escrow service to keep users safe and secure from fraud or scams when they buy or sell high value goods (or when they're buying that personalised pair of sneakers). You just bought an expensive bike from someone online. They give you their MobilePay number and all you need to do is just send them the money. This is the all too familiar beginning of a scam and you've heard it from at least one of your friends. In the last few years the numbers of online fraud have exploded and we want to offer a solution so that people can protect themselves in such situations. The way we are solving this is by offering an escrow secure account where the buyer can place the money until the seller sends the product. In this way, the seller is sure that the buyer actually has the money and the buyer is sure they can get their money back if the product is not living up to their expectations. PayProff grew out of a leading European car auction platform, where users had to deal high value cars with strangers and needed a way to protect their money and assets.

Relox Robotics

We develop awesome robots using the latest technology within localization and path planning. Our ambition is to automate dangerous, repetitive and labor intense tasks using a robot, so that customers can focus on more value added tasks. We deliver a fully automatic system at a flat monthly fee with proactive support and continuous upgrades. Our first product aims to automate ball picking on golf ranges.

Fundmarket

Fundmarket er en investeringsplatform, hvor man som investor er kunde direkte i en investeringsforening – ikke i en bank. Det eliminerer omkostninger, så investeringer rækker længere. Fundmarket blev grundlagt i 2016, og i dag er vi 9 personer i teamet. På trods af det lille team administrerer vi over 30 fonde med en samlet formue på over 6 mia. dkk. Vi er en voksende virksomhed, og vi har netop haft vores første år med overskud - så vi står stabilt, og vokser på vores egne præmisser.

Triggy

Triggy is a Swedish tech corporation founded as of May 1, 2017 focused on developing highly personalized, data-driven products to help sportsbooks efficiently acquire, engage and retain customers. PRODUCTS Triggy provides state-of-the-art b2b2c products, based on its Triggy Engine, for the sports betting industry. Our products are designed to serve the next generation of bettors, and are built using machine learning and AI to personalize and enhance the customer experience with our alerts and NextBet technology. Currently, our products are available as standalone white label mobile apps and as SaaS through API’s. MARKET Our target customers include sportsbooks across the globe, and we are currently live with paying customers in Europe, Asia and LatAm. We are targeting U.S. sportsbooks with a mobile platform including Caesars Interactive Entertainment, DraftKings and BetMGM. The sports betting market is growing on a daily basis throughout the world, with the highest growth seen in the U.S. as more and more states legalize betting. In 2020, an estimated $15.4bn was generated in gross revenues and is expected to double in five years. In order for the market to grow this fast, sportsbooks need new, smart solutions, like ours, that cater to the next generation of bettors. We are modestly forecasting revenues of $16M in 2024. TEAM The team Triggy has put together is a unique composition of talent from sports betting, gaming, fintech and banking. The entire team is based in Stockholm, Sweden, except for our VP of North America who is Connecticut based. You will join a team where everyone shares a common interest in distributed systems, their scalability and continued development. Together we will find new ways to engage our customers in a creative and open environment.

During the last few years, we have used technology to revolutionize an outdated industry and our aim is to continue to do so with you on board. We have shortened the process and made customers the priority by making it possible for customers to customize and order their windows and doors themselves. From click to delivery in as short a time as 3 weeks! ⚡️ We help both the master handyman, Johnny-Good-With-A-Hammer, and Mr. and Mrs. Sweden, who likes to have everything done for them. Both need a trustful and personal online experience and it is our job to deliver that, as we continue to push the boundaries for quality, price, and speed. KLAR is growing and we need someone who can give our customers a personalized online experience, where they meet our brand and our product in a way that pushes tech, creativity, and funky ideas to the limit! 🏆

Student Survival Guide

Student Survival Guide is a community-driven project that is gathering in one platform all important information about university life in a foreign country. Students can also find tips from former students, learn more about daily life in the new country, and discover local gems, only other students know about. We are also running a weekly live broadcast where students can engage in a conversation about current events in the country and the world. We provide people with information that is crucial to a successful and happy life in Denmark. And we make sure that the information is correct, easy to understand, and actionable. We are making sure that we include the community, answer questions that people are asking, and touch on topics, which most other publicly funded organizations cannot. After a successful year on the market, we have learned how to communicate key information in an effective way, either through videos, articles or live streams. After our platform grew, we understood from peoples feedback that they needed a strong sense of community. Therefore, we are organizing weekly meetings in Aarhus, where all like-minded students can meet and work together on common goals. We have developed the project to it’s near full-market potential. We are present on all key platforms where the target group is and we have established an organizational structure that is recruiting more members. We are technologically capable to execute large projects and collaborations. We are part of AU Incubator since 2019, where we have held conversations with startup advisors. Consequently, we are using AU Incubator as a meeting point for the community that builds Student Survival Guide. Student Survival Guide is run by Michael Mares and Jaroslav Vyhnak, both 24 year old Master’s Degree Students in Economics and Business Administration at Aarhus University in Denmark. However, Student Survival Guide is a community-run project where a key asset are the contributors that write and share their knowledge. The contributor can be anyone with experience of the Danish way of life and schooling. So far, SSG has had more than 20 contributors. All of the contributors are bachelor’s/master’s degree students from international backgrounds. Contributors form teams that are responsible for various areas of the project, such as blogging, social media, video editing, news research and community management. All of the teams have their respective managers, who collaborate together to ensure proper project development. We have so far been able to reach more than 100,000 people through social media, gained more than 5,000+ followers on social media and got our videos viewed more than 43,000 times. On top of this, more than 10,000 students have already read our blogs and ‘survival guides’ to Denmark, on our website. We got the project to the point where many of the students prefer to contact us with their questions rather than relying on their universities or other ‘resourceful’ institutions.

WeUse

WeUse is a platform enabling communities such as housing associations, sports clubs, companies and private persons to become more sustainable and strengthen the cohesion by sharing resources, helping and connecting each other in closed networks. Besides saving space and costs of owning the resources yourself, you can earn money by providing your neighbourhood with resources you own. WeUse does not only have a direct positive impact on our environment, but also on our society by encouraging a mindful consumption, creating a strong community, and lowering the barrier for a positive contribution to our environment, by every individual. Most of our human behaviour is based on routines. If an object breaks or we need something in a specific situation, we tend to just go out and buy a new one, even though we will not use it that often. With WeUse we want to support a behavioural change in our society in favour of our environment. By developing an app, with a focus on a low usage barrier and a front-end created in collaboration with potential users, where people can easily rent each others objects, we want to strengthen the concept of a shared economy in our communities. the goal is to inspire people to change their mindset by using the app.

Acamp

Founded early summer 2020, acamp.com is a two-sided marketplace connecting RV Sites and private landowners with campers. We are the first Startup in Europe that let local landowner and small business tap into the huge, analog, and underserved market of RV sites. By digitalizing the market we create totally new opportunities for the entire industry. We are currently a small team of 16 very talented colleagues, diverse with 4 different nationalities and backgrounds from Apple, Spotify, and MIT students. All our work is in English, and majority of the team work from our HQ in Stockholm, but a few colleagues work remotely from other places in Sweden, Barcelona, US and the Philippines. We believe that empowering our employees makes our company stronger, and we therefore do a lot to make sure our team has the freedom they need to be and do the best they can. As we are a small team, where everything goes really fast in the startup environment, we need people to be independent and equipped to do what is needed. We therefore provide an overall centralised direction, but everyone here has a lot of autonomy and ownership over their own work. We work with flexible hours, where each team member can choose to work from home when they want, or from our pet friendly office in the heart of Stockholm close to "Sveavägen". We want our team members to be passionate about the value we create, and therefore do a lot to promote the nature environment, we do team events at our hosts, and at our office we have a rooftop garden with barbecue that we often make use of.
