Clever Seal

We are building a patented security and authentication solution designed to protect products against fraud, counterfeiting, and misuse — across industries, not only textiles. Many industries struggle with the same core problems: • Fraudulent returns • Counterfeit products • Lack of reliable product authentication • High manual control and verification costs Existing solutions are often expensive, complex, or limited to specific product types. Our solution is a patent-protected security seal that can be applied to any physical product with a surface, not just garments. It enables fast and reliable authentication, prevents product tampering, and creates traceability throughout the product’s lifecycle. The technology is simple, scalable, and does not require changes to existing logistics or IT systems. It can be used in fashion, electronics, luxury goods, consumer products, and other industries where product authenticity and return control matter. We hold a granted European patent covering 22 EU countries, (include UK) and the business is designed to scale globally through a licensing model. This allows partners to operate locally while we retain full ownership of the intellectual property. Our mission is to make product authentication and fraud prevention simple, scalable, and commercially viable, helping brands protect both revenue and trust.

Improvin'

Improvin’ exists to solve one of the world's largest problems: how to produce more food, more sustainably, at the same time. Our solution focuses on primary production, the source of more than 70% of the food industry’s emissions. The Improvin' Sustainability Operating Systems helps food brands, processors and agricultural cooperatives measure, report and reduce the environmental impact of their value chains. Our mission is vital and urgent; the change is demanded by consumers, the Paris Agreement, IPCC regulations, EU legislation (CSRD) and ambitious corporate goals set with the Science Based Targets Initiative and Greenhouse Gas Protocol.

Baltic Assist

Baltic Assist is developing a flexible virtual staffing and business process outsourcing services model to help growing SMEs and scale-ups solve talent shortages, rising operational costs, and inefficient back-office processes with a vetted in-house team model, strong onboarding structure, and a long-term partnership approach. We are tackling a scalability problem. Across Europe, especially in markets like Denmark, Germany, and the Nordics, companies struggle to find qualified specialists in finance, IT, marketing, and operations. Hiring is slow, expensive, and risky. Leadership teams spend months searching for talent, face high employment costs, and often end up overwhelmed by operational tasks that pull focus away from growth and strategy. For many businesses, the bottleneck isn’t product or demand - it’s people and processes. This challenge is widespread among SMEs and fast-growing companies that need to scale quickly but lack the internal capacity to do so efficiently. Baltic Assist solves this by providing dedicated, in-house employed professionals who integrate directly into clients’ teams. We don’t work with freelancers or short-term outsourcing models. Instead, we recruit, hire, and develop specialists in Lithuania and build structured onboarding, performance management, and cultural alignment into the process. Clients gain access to highly educated, multilingual talent within the EU, while maintaining control, transparency, and long-term stability. Our “secret sauce” lies in combining flexibility with reliability - giving companies scalable capacity without sacrificing quality or culture fit. The motivation behind Baltic Assist came from seeing two realities collide: international companies struggling to build the right teams at the right time, and highly capable Baltic professionals seeking meaningful, global career opportunities. We realised that growth often stalls not because of a lack of ambition, but because of a lack of the right operational support. By bridging this gap, we enable companies to focus on strategy and revenue, while we take care of building and maintaining the teams that power their growth.

It’s a win-win: Founders save time and avoid mistakes, and partners get to support the next generation of Danish startups from the ground up. The Ramp is part of Luma, our broader mission to build the digital back office for modern founders.
