Nyx Systems ApS

Nyx is a cloud-based nightclub management platform designed to streamline operations for venues and enhance the nightlife experience for guests. It offers a suite of tools including membership management, table booking, ticket sales, and guest list handling, all integrated into a single system. For venues, Nyx provides a comprehensive suite of features to manage daily operations efficiently. The platform allows for the creation of custom membership systems, enabling venues to offer unique perks and engage with their audience through push notifications, emails, or text messages. The table booking system offers a visual overview of the venue, handling orders, payments, credits, and bookings, all integrated with the membership system to provide a seamless experience. The ticket system facilitates the sale of event tickets or regular covers, with integration into the members app for a consistent user experience. For guests, Nyx serves as a digital wallet for nightclub membership cards, allowing users to discover clubs, register using their Nyx account, obtain memberships, buy tickets, and stay updated on events and news from their favorite venues. Nyx's flexible pricing model caters to venues of all sizes, with a starting price of €29 per month, and additional costs based on the number of members and active logins. The platform is available on both iOS and Android, ensuring accessibility for all users. With over 200 venues and more than 400,000 registered members, Nyx is redefining the way nightclubs manage their operations and connect with their audience.

Solid IO

Solid IO is developing a test that shows in advance whether immuno-oncology (IO) drugs will work for each cancer patient, helping doctors avoid trial-and-error and giving more patients access to these promising medicines. IO drugs are transforming cancer care, but they don’t work for everyone. Today, most patients tat receive these treatments don't benefit. Valuable time and resources are lost, and side effects and emotional stress can be heavy. This problem touches millions of people worldwide, frustrates doctors, and slows down the development of new IO drugs. Our solution is a test that mimics a patient’s cancer and immune system outside the body. With it, doctors and researchers can see how that patient reacts to IO medicines before starting treatment. This means patients get a more effective plan right away, and pharma and biotech companies can design smarter, faster trials for new IO drugs and combinations. We started Solid IO because we believe cancer patients deserve more than guesswork. In our work we saw how life-changing IO medicines can be, but also how devastating it is when they fail. That inspired us to create a way to bring more certainty, speed, and hope into cancer care.

Sikr is the first company specializing in Cyber Security (CS) for Small and Midsized Enterprises (SMEs). We have a product, we have a few paying customers, and we are EU-funded though the Danish National Coordination Center for Cyber Security. We have developed a platform that helps SMEs to get basic CS, in a way that is as easy for the company to implement our products, while it is very non-intrusive and hands-off for us, and while it is as cheap as possible. The problem SMEs have with CS: Complexity and Cost: Many existing IT security solutions are designed for large corporations, making them overly complex and financially out of reach for SMEs.​ Lack of Resources: SMEs often lack dedicated IT departments, leaving them vulnerable to cyber threats without adequate protection or support.​ This issue leaves smaller businesses exposed to cyber risks, with limited options for effective and manageable security solutions, that in theory could have been avoided very easily. Unioo is building a digital compliance and board management platform to help financial institutions and voluntary associations handle complex regulatory reporting—simply, securely, and without friction. 1. What problem are we solving? Associations in Europe are required by law to submit complex KYC and AML documentation to their financial institutions. This process is often confusing, paper-based, and time-consuming—especially for small, volunteer-run associations. At the same time, banks are struggling to comply with increasingly strict regulations without overloading internal teams or alienating nonprofit customers. 2. How are we solving it? Unioo provides a secure, plug-and-play digital platform where associations can easily complete their mandatory bank reporting. At the same time, they gain access to a suite of free digital board tools—meeting management, task tracking, file sharing and more. Banks receive fully compliant data packages with no internal resource strain. Associations stay compliant while benefiting from better tools for managing their boards. 3. Why are we doing this? We started Unioo as volunteers ourselves. We saw how much time was wasted on outdated processes, and how legal changes (like AML) were turning volunteer work into a bureaucratic burden. Then we realized: we could help both associations and banks by offering one unified solution—tailored for the unique needs of volunteer boards and aligned with financial institutions' regulatory requirements. 4.
