RiskFinder

RiskFinder helps the companies that keep heat, water and power running stay ready when something goes wrong. Our customers are utilities and critical infrastructure operators. Every year they face more cyber threats, extreme weather, supply chain failures and new rules. Most of them already have emergency plans and risk assessments. But the information sits in long documents, spreadsheets and people's heads. That is exactly where it is useless in a real crisis. We turn it into something teams can use under pressure: clear action cards, live risk tracking, exercise planning, supplier and asset overviews, and the proof that they are ready. This is not a tool for auditors. It is for the person on shift when a plant goes down at 3am, who has to make the call and keep the city warm. Those are the high-stakes moments we build for. When it counts, the work has to hold. We are early. RiskFinder is a small operation working with serious customers on hard problems. There is no narrow lane to stay in. You will see how the whole thing fits together, from talking to the people who run a plant to shipping the feature that helps them. Mitt Barnebarn

Mitt Barnebarn er en seniorhjelp-bedrift i Trondheim. Vi hjelper hjemmeboende seniorer med det praktiske i hverdagen: renhold, hagearbeid, småreparasjoner, handling og digital hjelp. Navnet sier det meste: vi stiller opp slik et barnebarn ville gjort. Et menneske på døra, god teknologi i ryggen. Problemet vi jobber med er at mange eldre faller mellom familie som ikke rekker det, og en kommune med vedtak og ventelister. De trenger trygg, fast hjelp uten byråkrati. Det er det vi gir dem, med samme hjelper hver gang. Det som gjør oss spesielle: hjelperne våre er unge mennesker, og for mange er dette den første jobben. Hvert besøk blir et generasjonsmøte der en ungdom og en senior faktisk blir kjent. Vi tror unge kan styrke eldreomsorgen og avlaste en presset kommune, og vi bygger en bedrift som beviser det. Vi er et ungt team som bygger noe fra bunnen, og vi tenker stort: å vokse by for by, og gjøre kontoret til en hub der unge får prøve egne ideer, lære ferdigheter de tar med seg videre, og bygge noe som betyr noe. Å jobbe hos oss skal være meningsfullt, og du skal vokse av det.

alma er byens nye madmarked med fokus på økologi, kvalitet og ordentlige råvarer. Indtil videre findes vores butikker i København og på Frederiksberg, men vi har flere på vej. alma er opkaldt efter grundlægger Alfred Josefsens bedstemor fra Thy, der værnede om lokale råvarer af god kvalitet. Den tanke har vi videreført, så den afspejles i vores butikker og varesortiment, der er sammensat ud fra principper som autenticitet, økologi, det lokale og sæson. Vi kalder alma et madmarked, fordi vi er er sted, der primært handler med madvarer og drikkevarer. Derfor vil vi ikke have et stort udvalg af alle mulig andre varer, der ikke kan spises eller drikkes. Med alma giver vi danskerne nemmere adgang til økologi. Vi samler de bedste, sundeste, grønneste kvalitetsvarer på tværs af alle kategorier, så vores kunder får nemmere ved at træffe et bevidst valg, der er til glæde for både dem selv og planeten. Vi skaber en bedre indkøbsoplevelse og har fokus på den behagelige butiksindretning og det nærværende møde mellem vores medarbejdere og vores kunder. På denne måde håber vi at blive det foretrukne indkøbssted for ansvarsbevidste kunder, som nyder god mad, men samtidig går op i at passe på planeten.

The model is built on credits: you earn credits when you host other members, and you use those credits to travel. There is no money exchanged between members, which makes the experience feel more personal, fair and community-driven than traditional renting. Travel with Homeswap feels different because you stay in real homes, in real neighbourhoods, from real people. It attracts a type of traveller who values meaning and connection over pure convenience. Many members also like the sustainable aspect – instead of building new hotels or keeping second homes empty, existing space is shared and used better. The platform has already grown organically to members in more than 20 countries. We have not relied on paid marketing so far. Growth has come through word of mouth, community recommendations and people who like the idea of travelling without paying for accommodation.
