SwayQ

About SwayQ The better company behind creator partnerships. SwayQ helps brands and creators work together through transparent fees, stronger trust, and better matching than the old agency model allows. Born in Copenhagen. Built for the world. SwayQ was built because the old agency model is too opaque, too expensive, and too far removed from the real partnership. Brands often pay more than they should without full clarity on fit, creators give up too much of the value they create, and both sides are asked to trust a process they cannot fully see. We built SwayQ to make the economics, the matching, and the trust clearer. We believe the economics of influence should be visible, the matching should be genuine, and both sides should see the same terms. Category over roster Matching is based on category themes and verified platform signals — not on whichever creators happen to be on an agency roster. AI-assisted matching is coming soon. Trust, not leverage Both sides see the same terms. No information asymmetry, no hidden incentives, no leverage games.

Newsec Maps

Newsec Maps is developing a web-based SaaS platform to help the Nordic commercial real estate (CRE) industry turn data into opportunities. Digitalization is a new term in the CRE industry, even though it's one of the world's largest asset class. The fact that it's such a big industry with huge value being transacted and managed, makes information and the speed of information extremely valuable. But today, most companies are subscribing to multiple different public sources, agency brokers, manual processes and personal networks to receive information used in decision-making. Newsec Maps collects, merge and enrich data from legal, property and commercial sources and makes it accessible in a modern map-based user interface. The platform saves countless hours of manual labour and makes it easy for CRE companies to discover opportunities and manage assets. The CRE industry physically shapes the cities we live and breath in. It's a conservative industry, all though not resistant to change. The potential for more efficient urban development and infrastructure is huge and achievable through digitalizing the industry. Meaning we can help shape cities by making information available and developing solutions that provides insights hidden in the data. This is what motivated us to start this company and develop Newsec Maps. At the time of posting, we are a team of 6 in Oslo and 12 consultants located in Europe. We are now growing the Oslo team and are actively searching for talented and motivated members. All our employees receive the same benefits and here's some of them: – Fast-paced startup environment backed by Europe’s largest full-service property house – High-end office facilities in Central Business District, Oslo – Subsidized gourmet lunch programme in Restaurant Haakon – Access to gym with towel service and spa showers – Top notch health and travel insurance – Competitive pension plan – Flat company structure – freedom with responsibility – Young and vibrant culture

Book My Ride

Introducing Book My Ride Book My Ride began with a simple mission — to help local taxi companies compete in a world increasingly driven by technology. We noticed that many taxi companies still rely heavily on manual processes. Bookings are handled through phone calls, dispatchers manually assign drivers, and operators spend significant time and money managing day-to-day operations. This creates unnecessary costs, inefficiencies, and a poor customer experience. We believed there had to be a better way. That is why we built Book My Ride — an AI-powered taxi dispatch platform designed to modernize how taxi companies operate. Our platform replaces traditional dispatch workflows with intelligent automation. Taxi companies can receive bookings through phone calls, chat, email, websites, and mobile apps, all managed through a single system. AI handles booking intake, dispatching, and communication, reducing operational costs while improving service quality. Every fleet receives: A branded passenger app under its own company name A driver app A modern dispatch and management system AI-powered booking automation Reporting and operational analytics By automating tasks that traditionally require dispatch staff, fleets can significantly reduce operating costs while serving more customers with greater accuracy and reliability. Book My Ride was founded by Karthik Sengottaian, who saw firsthand how much time and money taxi companies were spending on manual dispatch operations. His vision was to give every taxi company—regardless of size—access to the same level of technology used by the industry's largest players, while allowing them to maintain their own brand, customers, and independence. Today, Book My Ride powers multiple taxi fleets across Sweden and continues to expand its platform capabilities through AI, automation, and mobility intelligence. Our goal is simple: to become the operating system for taxi and mobility companies, helping them run smarter, more efficient businesses. Book My Ride — AI-powered dispatch. Built for modern taxi companies.

RE-ZIP

What is RE-ZIP RE-ZIP is a circular packaging concept offering circular packaging to more or less all players in the ecommerce industry. By circulating and hence reusing rather than using single-use packaging (even recycled) we save CO2 even the first time a packaging is reused. It works likes this RE-ZIP delivers the packaging to webshops who offer the sustainable packing solution to their customers at check-out for a minor fee (paid back via reward voucher upon returning the packaging). Upon receipt of the goods the customer folds the RE-ZIP packaging to a return format and return it at a Drop Point. The packaging is returned to the RE-ZIP warehouse for cleaning and re-circulation to the webshops. The RE-ZIP packaging can be circulated up to 10 times, but more importantly the packaging will begin saving CO2 Within the first or second use – depending on the type. RE-ZIP has developed a state-of-the-art backend system supporting the above process and are currently operating in Denmark, UK and Poland. Hence working at RE-ZIP will offer you in-person colleagues in Denmark and remote colleagues in before mentioned countries and more to come. Working at RE-ZIP Working from the Danish RE-ZIP HQ you will find a bunch of nice new co-workers who appreciate to work from the office most days, because the energy we create together is important for us. That does not mean that you have to be here all day every day. You will have flexible working hours to accommodate your daily life. The atmosphere in the office is laid back and rather than working solo on projects and tasks we gather and combine our skills. Send us your application to come join us in our mission to change e-commerce packaging for good.
