Triolith Games AB

The next revolution of the gaming industry will be driven by blockchain, NFT's (non-fungible tokens), which will give game developers new ways to generate revenue. While at the same time let the players create and own the economies in the games they play, and by doing so be able to monetize their time spent in the games! What we do Triolith aims to build a game economy management platform that lets game developers implement blockchain, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and their own native cryptocurrencies into their games. In addition to this, we will develop a marketplace where gamers can store and trade the items they have found or bought in the games they love to play. Benefits of NFT's and Blockchain in games? Player-driven economies. New game design innovation. Better alignment between players & developers. No more gold farming with black markets and "eBaying" of items. No missed revenue opportunity for the developer. Reduces transaction costs. Allows gamers to own their personalized/unique in-game items. Provides gamers with the opportunity to monetize their time in the games they play Lets developers increase their revenue opportunities and user engagement. And more... Why we do what we do Since the first consoles, the gaming industry has evolved at a rate not many industries ever see, new hardware, new types of games, new ways to monetize and engage players, etc. The industry is now so big that it has overtaken almost all other entertainment industries, as an example, there were more people watching the world championship finals of League of Legends than the Super Bowl! But as the industry has advanced there is one thing that has remained constant, where the money goes. The developers have always been the ones profiting from players spending hours in their games. We believe that players should be able to monetize their time in games, we also believe they could be given more power when it comes to games and how they are developed etc. With blockchain and cryptocurrencies, this is now possible to change and let the players monetize their time in the games they play, while at the same time the developers can earn even more money from new types of revenue streams. We set out to democratize the industry so players can monetize their time they spend in the games they play. However, we are doing it the correct way and not the easy and cheap way as many of our competitors are doing. We believe in challenging ourselves and not doing things the cheap or the easy way but to be innovative and to do it the correct way. The road ahead of us will be hard, but when we succeed Triolith will be the main go-to platform for any game developer wanting to implement blockchain, NFT's and cryptocurrencies into their games.

SKAARHOJ ApS

Founded in 2011 SKAARHOJ is still a very young and small company, but with a very promising future.  As many other Start-ups, SKAARHOJ also started more or less by coincident, when Kasper Skårhøj in his profession as a Video Producer at DTU saw a need for a smaller and cheaper broadcast control unit instead of the solution available from the company Blackmagic Design.   After 2 years he achieved what he had started out to develop and in 2013 he incorporated SKAARHOJ as a company.
