Upwards of 70% of women suffer daily discomfort from bras in the wrong size and fit, that are just not designed for their body type. If we are unable to find something that fits, that can create a sense that no-one has seen a body like ours before. The inability of the general fashion industry to create garments for the individual not only creates heaps of waste and overconsumption - it toys with our sense of self and how we see our bodies. Even though the industry is getting better at showing us diversity on catwalks and photoshoots, that mindset rarely manifests in the products. We are here to change that. How? Our technology works as a digital tailor, intelligently mass customising wirefree bras. Herodesk is a fully remote tech startup based in Denmark. We have created a new customer service platform for small and mid-sized businesses and webshops. Our mission is to make customer service easy. It should be easy for our customers to use Herodesk, which in turn should make it easy for their customers to get the help they need. To achieve that, we've created a helpdesk and live-chat product that is simpler and cheaper than the alternatives. Our product was launched in September 2023. Now, a year later, we have close to 100 paying customers, with more being onboarded weekly. Our founder, Anders Eiler, has previously co-founded SpeedGaming and Meebox, and led the DanDomain E-commerce division (a >€10M rev. division).
