We are a Copenhagen-based fashion brand, founded in 2018 by siblings Nanna and Simon Wick. We have made headlines all over the world from our performative fashion shows and unique approach to creating clothes. Our brand ethos at (di)vision is creating from what already is, as we explore the opportunities of producing clothes made from deadstock, recycled fabrics, vintage goods, and upcycling overstock. We offer youthful, contemporary, and unisex streetwear, catering to both Gen Z and Millennials. Central to our ethos is a personal and humorous approach to community and communication, fostering a strong sense of belonging among our followers. In a fast-moving market, we continuously strive to innovate, offering better solutions that resonate with our large and dedicated community. PARAL

Problem: Denmark faces a significant challenge with over 500,000 chronic heart patients who find themselves trapped in a cycle of frequent healthcare visits, averaging 16 times more visits per quarter compared to regular patients. This problem stems from a lack of comprehensive insight into patients' health due to inadequate consumption and continuous monitoring of biometric datasets. Consequently, patients resort to frequent hospital visits to compensate for this lack of insight, placing a substantial burden on medical facilities, clinicians, ethics, and patient well-being during these 'chronic cycles.' Vision: Our vision aims to optimize the current monitoring and care paradigm for chronic heart patients by providing detailed and long-term insights into patients biometric datasets. We intend to achieve this vision through the development and advancement of our product, 'The Link,' a patient-friendly Med-Tech wearable. 'The Link' simplifies user interaction with its recognizable design while maintaining clinical accuracy through 12-lead ECG and supplemented sensors.

Puro.earth

Puro.earth is the world's leading carbon crediting platform for engineered carbon removal. Our mission is to mobilize the economy to reward carbon net-negative emissions by helping voluntary corporate buyers accelerate carbon dioxide removal (CDR) at an industrial global scale. Via the Puro Standard we create carbon credit methodologies for processes that remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere for at least 100 years, such as biochar, direct air carbon capture and storage (DACCS), and enhanced rock weathering. We then certify suppliers that run those processes and issue digital, tradable CO2 Removal Certificates (CORCs) into the public Puro Registry, per metric ton of carbon dioxide removed. CORCs are purchased directly from suppliers or via sales channel partners by ambitious corporations like Microsoft, Shopify, and Zurich Insurance, to help reverse climate change and neutralize their residual carbon emissions. Trust Stamp

As society has progressively moved towards increased digitalisation and users have increased requirements for remote access to services, there is a greater need for secure methodologies that allow companies to identify and transact with customers and other stakeholders remotely. The government is no exception to this change: employees and stakeholders increasingly expect to be able to interact remotely with the government, both easily and safely. Biometric technologies are becoming ubiquitous, especially in support of remote interactions: when implemented well, they can bring tremendous advantages to business, government and their stakeholders with a slicker user experience, improved trust and lower costs. Inevitably, new opportunities come with new challenges, including: - Identity theft: biometric databases are proliferating and criminals are highly motivated to acquire biometric credentials and use them to impersonate others, usually for fraudulent purposes. Biometric credentials are far more valuable to criminals because, unlike passwords, they can’t simply be changed if stolen. - Trust: as remote interactions become the norm, it’s essential that both parties can be highly confident of the other’s identity. A business, government or service provider will need to be confident that the person connecting to the service is both a real person and the right person. - Exclusion: for those who do not have the necessary technology or skills, or perhaps bias in the biometric system that discriminates against some demographics and characteristics (such as skin colour and ageing). - Compliance: unlike passwords, biometrics are tied to an individual’s characteristics and could be used to identify that individual. GDPR places biometrics in a special or sensitive category of personal data and demands much stronger safeguards around collection and safekeeping. Trust Stamp recognises the challenges being faced by users and the market, and has responded to these challenges by creating a solution which provides users with a secure, private, and accessible identity. So, we're a company called Elk. A team of music lovers, ranging from violin makers and python magicians to computer PhDs and record label managers. We're based in Stockholm, but most of us work from wherever they are. At the core of what we do is an OS for Audio called Elk Audio OS which is the fastest audio OS on the planet. On top of this, we've built an ecosystem for musicians called Elk LIVE. Elk LIVE enables musicians to play live and in sync together over the internet. We're so happy for what it enables - more spontaneous musical moments, less need for traveling, and infinite studio space for the next generation of musicians. The Elk Audio OS is on the fast track to becoming the modern standard for how audio hardware and software are put to use.

PORPLE

Oskara presents: PORPLE. PORPLE helps companies to start incorporating security into their software development. PORPLE does this by evaluating multiple different aspects of software development to suggest what action provides the best return. "We need to change. We can't fix everything at once. PORPLE helps us get going". The cybersecurity market is NOT adapted to help companies balance security with the current pace of demand. Instead, there are 2 extremes. Either the patch-work, buy-more-security tools method, where you try to fix issues after they've been discovered, OR the overhaul method, where it's expected that companies seize all other operations, to fix their security flaws. Both of these options are too expensive, too slow, and don't provide either sufficient security, happy workers, or good returns on investments. PORPLE covers the spectrum between these 2 extremes. We understand that companies need to change, but also that reality makes this hard, so you have to be smart with your decisions. Sometimes it's the purchase of security tools, sometimes education sometimes just a little line of code, but there's a time and a place for all of these. I (Oskar) started working on making PORPLE a product as during my career, both as a developer and cybersecurity advisor, I've seen that there exist no flexible options for companies, which usually results in companies either choosing to gamble with their security or waste huge amounts of money because they don't understand the huge field that is cybersecurity.
