Undy is delivering super comfortable underwear and socks for men. We primarily sell our products through our membership, where you are able to receive 2 pairs of underwear or 5 pairs of socks every 3 months. As a member at Undy you'll never have to think about buying new underwear again. You'll have access to your own controlpanel, where you are able to change size, color, next delivery data, change the monthly interval, etc.

Business Battlefield

Business Battlefield is a sprouting organisation consisting of volunteer students who aim to inspire, challenge and Shape the Leaders of Tomorrow. The organisation is part of the society CBS Case Competition and was founded back in 2017. Business Battlefield is an innovative leadership competition for students taking place in November. The first week of November will be one big orange party with events happening online and/or at different Copenhagen Business School locations. During this week a selected number of participants will receive training from our expert partners to prepare for the competition on the final day. During the year we also aim to host a series of inspiring talks and workshops with influential leaders for all students. The purpose of Business Battlefield is to offer students an inspiring experience and opportunity to exploit and challenge their leadership skills. The concept bridges the theoretical knowledge from academia with real-life leadership challenges preparing the participants for a career as a leader. We want Business Battlefield to be the first of its kind in challenging the contemporary characteristics of a leader. In a world where disruption, environmental issues, artificial intelligence and constant innovation are the most discussed business topics, we strive to identify the individuals that have the potential to successfully enter the world of leaders and make a change. Business Battlefield 2021 will be the fifth of its kind, and we aim to think big - nothing is set in stone and your creativity is the limit! Startak

Climate change is one of the biggest challenges humanity is facing. Solar power is expected to play a big role in reducing the use of fossil fuels. We make solar power plants more efficient and cost competitive, by increasing the energy production. At Startak we design and manufacture control systems for solar trackers used in large solar photovoltaic plants, to increase the energy production by 10-20% (depending on latitude). We provide our customers with a simple to use, modern and reliable hardware and software solution that is designed to give you peace of mind and control for the lifetime of your solar plant.

nightli ®

In short, nightli is a nightlife app where visitors can help each other with information about what´s happening tonight by sharing live stories on a map in form of pictures and texts that can be endorsed, promoted, and shared. When a visitor finds a location of interest on the app, they can directly access the guestlist or find tickets to the nightclub or event. Today nightli has 7 nightclubs publishing events, appx. 15,000 downloads from visitors, and have on three occasions been ranked as high as #10 on Appstore. Playvation Ltd

Playvation is a Finnish EdTech company that designs high-quality language learning solutions for early education organizations. Our flagship product Moomin Language School is an immersive digital language learning service for learning organizations with children between the ages of 3 and 10. The service is based on Finnish education principles, various learning theories and research into early language learning, language immersion and child development. Language skills are essential in the modern global world, yet millions of children lack access to high-quality teaching and learning content. We are about to change this. Thanks to our learning application and ready-made lesson plans, any learning organization can start teaching English to the children in their care. Moomin Language School combines the use of a learning application with teacher-led playful lessons to bring children the best of both worlds. With Moomin Language School, any learning organization can start to teach a foreign language to the children in their care. Children use the learning application individually to learn vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation either at the learning organization or at home. The learning application is used every day and the daily practice takes only 5-15 minutes. Our learning application’s time limit makes sure that children get only a healthy amount of screen time each day. Moomin Language School also includes lesson plans for 30-45-minute interactive and playful group sessions once a week for small groups. The lessons reinforce the language learned with the learning application and build up communicative skills, collaboration skills and social skills. The lessons are filled with social interaction, physical activities, songs, stories, and arts and crafts to help children use the new language in various contexts. Moomin Language School uses the flipped classroom model. This means that children first use the learning application to learn about the weekly topic and relevant vocabulary and grammar. After this they have the related playful lesson where they deepen their knowledge and use the language in a real-world setting. This model leaves the teacher more time to focus on communication and connecting with the children, making learning more effective and engaging. It also increases children’s courage to use the language by giving them a chance to practice first on their own using the learning application.

Lightbooth

When Lightbooth was established in 2017, our initial purpose was to build and market the most awesome photo booth known to mankind. In the years leading up to this crucial decision, we had played around with developing different types of photo booths and we learned that photo booths are extremely popular and perfect for building bridge between business and consumer. The Lightbooth is an exclusive photo booth which contributes to the party and atmosphere in any location. It has a habit of attracting attention with a pulsating beauty dish light, which creates astonishing photos. It will create a local social network, providing a valuable marketing and sale conversion platform for our customers. As a bonus, it will take the social media presence of any brand to the next level. volant - minimalistic handmade diffusers and organic essential oils

Volant was founded in Norway by Tobias Nervik and Daniel Hoftun. They shared a flat in Oslo and wanted to buy an aroma diffuser to start using essential oils after Tobias heard about it on the Tim Ferriss show. Daniel had just refurbished the apartment and wanted a nice-looking diffuser that fit well with the interior decor. They were unable to find one. That is why they created volant: to offer a minimalistic essential oil diffuser that goes with any interior. The volant diffuser was an instant hit in Norway and launched in 15 countries within the first year. The volant diffuser is Scandinavian in design and craftsmanship and is the flagship product of volant. It infuses our customers' spaces with fresh aromas and helps them feel relaxed, energetic or focused depending on their needs.

Rehappen

Rehappen is developing a lean and easy process to help large corporations´ leaders to solve the complex administration around sick leave and unhealthiness. Today managers have a stressful situation in handling the employees health and mental health. It is easy to miss what you need to do to help employees, and also to follow the responsibility you have as a manager when employees are sick or show signs of unhealthyness. The top management also have little clue what is happening at the first line level or at different units. Rehappen is a HR-tech product and service company that help managers become sustaible by organizing all employees sick leave data, administration around sick leave and also a help preventing and creating a sustainble corporate culture and leadership. By collecting ALL sickleave data into our tool which is a GDPR-secure platform HR and managers get a full insight in how the situations as an overview and also all the way to an individual. Rehappen has all documentation and processes gathered in the system, and that makes it easy to help individuals. Our tech team is working to get a nuged process where it is easy for managers to do the difficult work around sick leave and unhealth easy. We have 24/7 phonecall and the tool itself is so easy to work with so managers by them self knows thru reminding system what to do. All documentation needed is in the Rehappen-tool, rehab plans, link to insurance company, link to governmental rules and regulations around sick leave, the companies´policy, rehabilitationsplans, early dialouges for preventing unhealthy situations, questions, contact to occupational health specialists. What fired our spark was the unclear situation and difficulties for managers around people with special needs, with a high absence, mental unhealth that rehappen. After many years as HR-director and HR-manager and line managers we we that the process around sick leave is "broken". People are really getting hurt by managers who do not know what to do or how to start when their employees have a difficult situation. HR-directors have no clue how to get the detailed sick leave data out of the systems. So we created a system for managers, HR or Management team to find out where the pain is in the organisation. The reason why we do this is simply because there is a lot of lives to save, money to earn for companies and managers to improve there leadership by start working with a great system. Rehappen är en HR-techstartup som stöttar stora företag i arbetet med sjukfrånvaro, hållbart ledarskap, psykisk ohälsa och erbjuder en plattform för chefer och HR att arbeta i. Vårt fokus är korttidssjukfrånvaro för vi vet att tidiga insatser och systematik ger goda resultat, och det påverkar också kulturen i företaget. Vi har blivit utvalda att växa snabbare två gånger av Vinnova och även Almi. Vi har stora börsnoterade kunder och vill växa än snabbare för vi ser att det finns ett stort behov på marknaden och vi ser också att det finns mycket pengar att spara och tjäna på att jobba på rätt sätt. Systemet digitaliserar den krångliga sjukfrånvaroprocessen genom att all dokumentation samlas på ett ställe, det går att fästa läkarintyg, rehabplan och andra dokument så som träningsprogram, länka till försäkringskassan, företagshälsovård, Kry eller någon annan digital hälsoaktör, arbetsmiljöverket eller AFA för att göra anmälan. Stora företag tar en GDPR-risk då ostrukturerad data ligger spridda på olika platser. Ett internat. företag fick böta 300 milj. Rehappen visualiserar både övergripande + per chef statistik och kostnader för sjukfrånvaron.

GreenStock

GreenStock’s cloud-based platform streamlines logistics for the reuse of building materials. Organisations can use the platform internally to map available materials in existing buildings and leftovers from building projects in a database for reuse in future construction projects. This will reduce carbon emissions as well as overall building costs. In future, GreenStock will be offered as a digital marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of reclaimed materials to reduce waste in commercial and residential construction projects. Concrete benefits Streamlined management of building materials can reduce construction waste, while cutting the costs associated with wasting new materials. GreenStock’s digital platform enables users to save materials, manage transport and storage, and gather documentation about the materials. It also provides data on the carbon reductions and financial savings generated through use of the platform. Materials that can generally be recycled from construction sites include steel and concrete elements, aluminium, untreated timber, cardboard, paint and plastics. Leftover materials may include complete products, such as doors, windows, insulation, flooring and technical equipment. Market potential GreenStock has completed development of the beta version of the platform and is testing it together with building developers. A fully developed solution for a public marketplace will be available by the end of 2020. The company is a member of NTNU Accel, an accelerator programme at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). GreenStock is targeting the Norwegian construction market which represent an annual revenue of NOK 466 billion (roughly USD 53.4 billion), Norway’s largest building suppliers which represent an annual revenue of NOK 29 billion (roughly USD 3.3 billion), as well as the home renovation market representing NOK 76 billion (roughly USD 8.7 billion). Around 10 per cent of materials from all building projects in Norway have the potential for direct reuse.
