Art enthusiasts, on the other hand, are looking for a more relaxed, intimate experience where they can appreciate art at their own pace and engage with the creative process. This gap affects both the artist's exposure and the audience’s ability to connect deeply with art. At Galeria 18, we are solving this by creating a dynamic space that blends a gallery with a creative hub. Our gallery showcases modern art from both emerging and established artists, offering a platform for creativity, connection, and growth. In addition to exhibitions, we host workshops and courses led by the artists themselves, fostering a community where artists can share knowledge and connect with visitors. We aim to break down the barriers between artists and the public, making art more approachable and interactive. The motivation to start Galeria 18 came from a deep desire to create a space where art can flourish in a non-intimidating, vibrant atmosphere. I, Karen Dulong, have always been passionate about both art and entrepreneurship. With my background in strategic design and entrepreneurship and my own experience as an artist, I saw an opportunity to create something different – a gallery that not only showcases art but also acts as a creative haven for both artists and the community. This gallery is my way of supporting artistic talent and making art a more inclusive, shared experience.

Founded by an ex-operator at DS Norden, a leading player on the market, CleanQuote was born from first-hand experience with how manual and ineffective vessel cleaning operations is in most maritime companies today. After building and growing the company successfully for years, an ownership change took place in 2024 to further accelerate growth of the company.

Dette skal ske gennem opbygning af et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem, der kan højne kvaliteten og effektiviteten i dokumentationen inden for psykiatri og handicap området til gavn for medarbejdere og borgere. Der har gennem årtier været politisk fokus på at sænke dokumentationsbyrden inden for den kommunale velfærd, uden succes. Med fremkomsten af AI er der opstået en unik mulighed for at gøre dette og herigennem skabe gennemgribende forandringer i den borgernære velfærd. Vektor – AI er et Health – Tech startup, der tager denne udfordring op. Målet er at udvikle et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem til medarbejdere inden for psykiatri- og handicapområdet i landets kommuner. Systemet skal højne effektiviteten og kvaliteten i medarbejdernes dokumentation og herigennem mindske det administrative pres på medarbejderne og frigive tid til arbejdet med borgerne. Jeg har gennem de sidste 6 måneder lavet markedsundersøgelser, hvor jeg har interviewet medarbejdere, ledere, chefer og andre centrale interessenter inden for psykiatri- og handicapområdet i flere kommuner. Respondenterne har samstemmende tilkendegivet, at de kan se et stort potentiale i de skitserede løsninger. På baggrund af disse interviews, samt mine mange års erfaring som selvstændig konsulent inden for denne sektor, har jeg udviklet en plan for, hvilke funktioner et AI-understøttet dokumentationssystem skal have for at skabe gennemgribende forandringer. Ydermere har jeg fået tilkendegivelser helt op på chefniveau om, at man er interesseret i at investere i et system, der indeholder disse funktioner. Jeg har desuden skabt kontakt til både medarbejdere og ledere, der har udvist stor interesse i at deltage i afprøvningen af systemet i en testfase. Vektor-AI er stadig på et meget tidligt stadie, og søger en teknisk cofounder. En kommende cofounder vil få en høj grad af indflydelse på det færdige produkt, og på den videre udvikling af dette. Om mig: Vektor - AI drives af Jon Vilshammer. Han er uddannet psykolog (cand.psych.) fra Københavns Universitet og autoriseret af Psykolognævnet. Jon har gennem de sidste 10+ år arbejdet som selvstændig konsulent inden for psykiatri- og handicapsektoren i mange forskellige kommuner, og har herigennem opbygget et stort netværk inden for sektoren, som han trækker på i både udviklings- og salgsprocessen. Han arbejder primært med: kompetenceudvikling og supervision af medarbejdere, organisationsudvikling, teamudvikling og ledersparring.

As most people do not have a background in environmental science, it can be challenging to understand the full picture and how roles can be adapted. And while sustainability courses and seminars convey knowledge, it remains challenging to keep the energy high, the culture empowered, and the knowledge put into practice. The Hive Initiative’s Mini Climate Summit makes it easy to address these challenges. It brings employees together in real time to learn science-based facts and then gives them a forum to collaborate on solutions. With ideas captured and implemented, KPIs are met, ESG requirements are fulfilled and culture is strengthened. The result: more minds that help make company sustainability more active, enabled and empowered, which in turn makes society more educated and resilient. We are a group of people with high levels of climate anxiety- but also high levels of optimism. We want to use our skills in design and communication to make it easier for everyone to stay educated, hopeful and empowered, which will make it much easier for all of us to adapt to our changing world. As the founder, I wanted to work on solutions every day, and did so while having a day job. After 4 years, myself and my collaborators have built up a good product prototype, solid relationships with other climate orgs, and solid vision of what we hope to achieve. So it was the right time to focus on this fully. I really do believe that all of us want a world that is fair for everyone and is in harmony nature. We just have to figure out how to get there.
