Teton.ai

Teton is a care empowerment platform for senior living and healthcare operators. We use an in-room sensor and application layer to continuously understand residents, staff activity, and the care environment, then translate those signals into action for frontline care teams. Senior care operations are under structural pressure. Chronic staffing shortages, rising resident acuity, and inconsistent observational data have left care teams flying blind between documented events. Most existing tools simply record what already happened, and that is no longer sufficient. When teams are stretched, they need earlier signal, faster response, and more consistent decision-making, not another retrospective report. Teton exists to close the decision gap between observation and action. The shift we are making is from a reactive model of documentation, isolated alerts, manual interpretation, and delayed intervention, to a proactive one built on earlier signal, workflow-aligned insight, and faster, more consistent action. Our direct user is the care team, and resident and family outcomes improve because staff decisions improve. What sets us apart is that we lead with outcomes and let the technology serve them, not the other way around. We provide continuous visibility that surfaces risk before situations escalate. We fit into existing care workflows without adding new steps. We use longitudinal behavioral and health signals like movement, gait, sleep, and routine patterns to enable individualized, preventative care rather than one-size-fits-all responses. And we deliver community-level operational clarity from consistent in-room data, supporting accountability without resorting to surveillance or long-buffer video watching. Importantly, Teton is not a fall detection product, a single-event alerting system, or a retrospective dashboard. Those tools address fragments of the problem. We address the whole gap. The reason this matters is that when care teams can see risk sooner and act earlier, the impact compounds. Operators see stronger resident retention through more consistent and individualized care, lower incident-related costs by reducing preventable falls and hospitalizations, improved staffing efficiency by removing manual observation and rounding burden, and greater operational predictability across shifts, teams, and communities. Care quality stops depending on which staff member or which shift happens to be working. Our north star is simple: Teton empowers care teams to stay one step ahead, so operators can deliver better outcomes and run more predictable businesses. Stay Ahead. Care Ahead.

Baltic Assist

Baltic Assist is developing a flexible virtual staffing and business process outsourcing services model to help growing SMEs and scale-ups solve talent shortages, rising operational costs, and inefficient back-office processes with a vetted in-house team model, strong onboarding structure, and a long-term partnership approach. We are tackling a scalability problem. Across Europe, especially in markets like Denmark, Germany, and the Nordics, companies struggle to find qualified specialists in finance, IT, marketing, and operations. Hiring is slow, expensive, and risky. Leadership teams spend months searching for talent, face high employment costs, and often end up overwhelmed by operational tasks that pull focus away from growth and strategy. For many businesses, the bottleneck isn’t product or demand - it’s people and processes. This challenge is widespread among SMEs and fast-growing companies that need to scale quickly but lack the internal capacity to do so efficiently. Baltic Assist solves this by providing dedicated, in-house employed professionals who integrate directly into clients’ teams. We don’t work with freelancers or short-term outsourcing models. Instead, we recruit, hire, and develop specialists in Lithuania and build structured onboarding, performance management, and cultural alignment into the process. Clients gain access to highly educated, multilingual talent within the EU, while maintaining control, transparency, and long-term stability. Our “secret sauce” lies in combining flexibility with reliability - giving companies scalable capacity without sacrificing quality or culture fit. The motivation behind Baltic Assist came from seeing two realities collide: international companies struggling to build the right teams at the right time, and highly capable Baltic professionals seeking meaningful, global career opportunities. We realised that growth often stalls not because of a lack of ambition, but because of a lack of the right operational support. By bridging this gap, we enable companies to focus on strategy and revenue, while we take care of building and maintaining the teams that power their growth.

Returna

Returna is the ITAD orchestration platform that gives enterprises full visibility and control over every device transition, from the moment a laptop is flagged for return to its final disposition outcome. Large organisations retire thousands of IT devices every year across multiple regions, vendors, and regulatory jurisdictions. Most still manage this through spreadsheets, email threads, and fragmented vendor relationships. The result: compliance gaps, lost recovery value, and coordination overhead that scales with every new office and every new vendor. Returna replaces that patchwork with a single platform. One interface for every device retirement, regardless of region or vendor. Certified data erasure with per-device chain of custody. Automated compliance reporting across GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS2. Real-time visibility into recovery value, grading, and vendor performance. And integration with the tools teams already use, including ServiceNow and Freshworks. For IT operations, Returna provides a single registration point for devices entering disposition, with automated routing to certified Return Hubs based on geography, device type, and security policy. For finance teams, every disposition has a financial outcome mapped to cost centres, categories, and invoicing workflows, with full recovery tracking per device, batch, and region. For compliance, erasure certificates, audit trails, and chain-of-custody records are generated automatically and available on demand. No more chasing vendors for documentation. For sustainability, every reuse, recycling, and recovery event is tracked and certified, with ESG metrics aligned to GRI and CSRD reporting requirements. Returna connects enterprises with a global network of certified Return Hubs that handle the physical work: collection, erasure, diagnostics, repair, and resale. The platform coordinates, documents, and reports. One orchestration layer for the entire IT asset disposition lifecycle.

Stack Boost

StackBoost is a startup that’s transforming the way businesses approach B2B sales and marketing through the power of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Our mission is to make B2B sales journeys more strategic, targeted, and efficient, creating a streamlined pathway from initial engagement to conversion. In today’s competitive market, traditional marketing and sales tactics are becoming less effective; companies are realizing that broad, unfocused outreach doesn’t yield the results they need. Instead, they want a smarter approach that is data-driven and precise—one that makes use of detailed insights to target high-value accounts with relevant, personalized messaging. The problem we solve centers around the fragmented nature of many companies’ marketing and sales processes. In many organizations, these departments operate in silos, which leads to inefficient workflows, disjointed messaging, and missed opportunities. StackBoost bridges this gap by integrating CRM systems into ABM strategies, enabling businesses to run unified, coordinated campaigns. This approach not only aligns sales and marketing teams but also helps our clients engage and nurture the right leads—companies with a high probability of conversion—thus improving ROI on their marketing and sales efforts. Our expertise in CRM systems allows us to implement advanced customer data management, segmentation, and workflow automation for our clients. By combining ABM with CRM functionalities, we help companies create and deliver personalized experiences across various touchpoints. This interconnected structure allows clients to better understand their customers’ journey, anticipate needs, and provide tailored solutions. At StackBoost, we believe that a successful B2B sales engine is built on a foundation of reliable data, personalized customer journeys, and strong interdepartmental collaboration. Whether our clients are aiming to expand into new markets, upsell to existing customers, or increase engagement with key accounts, StackBoost provides the tools and strategy needed to build, scale, and refine their approach.
