Operating is the SaaS tool to run an agency business we wished we had when co-founding and growing consultancies like Futurice, Reaktor and Columbia Road. Operating connects upcoming work from a CRM with people's skills, availability, and time tracking data to minimize idle time, keep projects profitable, and consultants motivated. In the same app, you can plan, track time spent and create invoices – it's an end-to-end solution for operating a lean, modern consulting firm. We've reached nice amount of MRR self-funded, and are now growing the team to develop the product further, and to go global. He tried using tutors and other resources, but they do not provide enough flexibility (in terms of time and price) and fail to mimic real industry scenarios. Languee solves this problem by offering an AI language tutor that is knowledgeable in industry- specific topics. SLASHPLAY has spent the past two years developing a Discord-based game-server hosting solution for gamers. Our bot can set up and configure game servers through Discord chat, reducing setup time from approximately 30+ minutes to 3 minutes and cutting costs for users. We achieve cost efficiency by utilizing cloud infrastructure, enabling on-demand services. This means we only incur costs when we generate revenue, allowing us to offer a more affordable and convenient service. By integrating our service into a Discord bot, we engage with our customers directly on their preferred platform, ensuring seamless interaction and accessibility. Additionally, we have recently secured Innofounder funding, which will accelerate our development and expand our capabilities.

Reprice is a small startup providing e-commerce stores with tools to automate pricing and monitor competitors. Our solution helps our clients maintain competitive prices, increase their margins, and drive a more profitable e-commerce strategy. In 2024, we were accepted to StartupLab and DNB NXT Accelerator as one of 9 out of 200 applicants! We brought Reprice to life out of a simple desire to solve a problem. Oskara presents: PORPLE. PORPLE helps companies to start incorporating security into their software development. PORPLE does this by evaluating multiple different aspects of software development to suggest what action provides the best return. "We need to change. We can't fix everything at once. PORPLE helps us get going". The cybersecurity market is NOT adapted to help companies balance security with the current pace of demand. Instead, there are 2 extremes. Either the patch-work, buy-more-security tools method, where you try to fix issues after they've been discovered, OR the overhaul method, where it's expected that companies seize all other operations, to fix their security flaws. Both of these options are too expensive, too slow, and don't provide either sufficient security, happy workers, or good returns on investments. PORPLE covers the spectrum between these 2 extremes. We understand that companies need to change, but also that reality makes this hard, so you have to be smart with your decisions. Sometimes it's the purchase of security tools, sometimes education sometimes just a little line of code, but there's a time and a place for all of these. I (Oskar) started working on making PORPLE a product as during my career, both as a developer and cybersecurity advisor, I've seen that there exist no flexible options for companies, which usually results in companies either choosing to gamble with their security or waste huge amounts of money because they don't understand the huge field that is cybersecurity.
