EpiGuard AS is an innovative Norwegian Medical Technology Company established in 2015 by a group of doctors at the Oslo University Hospital (OUS) together with co-founders Inven2, Eker Group AS, and Hansen Protection AS. EpiGuard has evolved into a highly skilled knowledge-based company. The business model is to develop and manufacture high-end medical equipment for the safe transport of contagious patients. The products will be distributed globally through strategic partners. Currently, the main product is the medical isolation and transportation system, EpiShuttle. The system is developed by clinical experts at OUS, with first-hand experience in providing advanced treatment and transportation of patients with highly infectious diseases, such as Ebola.

A7 was founded in USA late 2015. It was started as a movement dedicated to helping others reaching their full potensial. On the back of all the shirts there is a patented grip that prevents the bar from sliding when you do squats. When you do bench it keeps your body from sliding. Its usable for many other purposes in training as well but that´s the two big ones. 2016 was a true adventure for the Europe company.

We are helping and improving the well-being of the students in schools around the world. We have made a platform which the students uses in their class room together with their teacher - and its working! We have our first solid version of our platform and we have paying clients already. We are scaling this now.

Akademikernes Startup er blandt Danmarks største og mest succesfulde iværksætterprogrammer. Simplewire is a young but fast growing hardware startup, trying to solve a problem as old as electricity itself. As you might know, all buildings contain a myriad of electrical installations, which must be marked according to their point of origin. The process is called marking. Today, it is done manually with thousands and thousands of labels on wires, sockets, lamp sockets and junction boxes. Marking costs an enormous amount of labor time in planning and execution, and is virtually impossible to do correctly, as human error is inevitable. That leads to poor marking, which is a huge concern for building owners. Simplewire is a digital system that's installed at the switchboard.
