The graph-based method — not a raw LLM wrapper — is what lets normify reach 96.1% labelled recall across 10+ standards. It is norm-agnostic (customers bring the standards and requirements their projects are bound to), portable across LLM providers, and available self-hosted so sensitive engineering data never leaves the customer's environment. normify is extending from compliance checking into version-aware change intelligence — tracking what changed between document revisions and whether it still complies. Cleaners carry the whole business on their backs but are treated as disposable, and customers suffer the consequences through constant turnover and unreliable service.
