Archi Systems AS

Archi Systems builds Archi Automate, the AI automation layer for architecture, engineering and construction. It connects Claude, GPT/Codex, Gemini or any MCP-capable AI assistant directly to the tools architects and engineers already use: Revit, Archicad, Rhino and Grasshopper, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender, QGIS, Tekla, Vectorworks, IFC/openBIM, Autodesk Forma and Autodesk Construction Cloud. The assistant reads live models, queries elements and parameters, and makes governed changes under a configurable execution mode (read-only, preview, or allow-changes) with every write audited. It validates IFC models against IDS specifications, runs clash detection, quantity take-off and embodied-carbon estimates, and can move entire projects between Autodesk hubs and regions, something Autodesk itself offers no service for. Since version 27.26, Archi Automate also renders AI imagery directly from a model view: a photographic or conceptual visualisation using the practice's own OpenAI, Black Forest Labs, fal.ai or Google account, with masks, multi-turn editing, print upscaling and a full provenance record (model, prompt, seed, cost) for every image. API keys are stored encrypted on the user's machine and are never shown to the AI assistant. One signed Windows installer connects every host application through a single desktop Hub. Architects get an AI assistant grounded in their real project data, not descriptions of it. Founded and built in Oslo, Norway.

Uber

We reimagine the way the world moves for the better. Movement is what we power. It’s our lifeblood. It runs through our veins. It’s what gets us out of bed each morning. It pushes us to constantly reimagine how we can move better. For you. For all the places you want to go. For all the things you want to get. For all the ways you want to earn. Across the entire world. In real time. At the incredible speed of now.. Uber is committing to becoming a fully electric, zero-emission platform by 2040, with 100% of rides taking place in zero-emission vehicles, on public transit, or with micromobility. It is our responsibility as the largest mobility platform in the world to more aggressively tackle the challenge of climate change. We will do this by offering riders more ways to ride green, helping drivers go electric, making transparency a priority and partnering with NGOs and the private sector to help expedite a clean and just energy transition.

KhaosGuard

KhaosGuard is making greenhouse gas emissions visible. KhaosGuard is developing a new generation of laser and optical technology that can measure, map and quantify greenhouse gas emissions across large areas in real time. By combining advanced mid-infrared laser spectroscopy, optical sensor networks and wind-field data, we can turn complex emission plumes into accurate, quantitative measurements of where emissions come from and how much is being released. Our technology brings together advanced spectroscopy and atmospheric modelling in a robust field system — creating a level of spatial and real-time emissions intelligence that has not previously been available. Starting with wastewater treatment Our first focus is wastewater treatment plants, where we are helping operators detect, localise and quantify nitrous oxide (N₂O) emissions — commonly known as laughing gas and a highly potent greenhouse gas. By making these emissions visible, we give wastewater operators the intelligence they need to understand what is happening across their plants, identify emission hotspots and optimise their processes for greater efficiency and lower emissions. Ultimately, our goal is simple: you cannot optimise what you cannot measure.

Crowdster

About Crowdster At Crowdster, we're building one of Europe's next-generation investment platforms, combining proven technology with a new vision for accessible investing across Europe. For decades, many attractive investment opportunities have primarily been available to institutions, banks, and professional investors. We believe that should change. Our mission is to make investing more accessible, transparent, and secure by connecting investors with carefully selected real estate and business financing opportunities across Europe. Crowdster is a regulated European investment platform operating under an ECSP (European Crowdfunding Service Provider) licence issued by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. This enables us to offer investment opportunities throughout the European Union within a highly regulated framework designed to protect investors while creating new financing opportunities for businesses and property developers. Our initial focus is real estate financing. Many high-quality property developers struggle to secure flexible funding through traditional banks despite having strong projects and valuable underlying assets. At the same time, private investors are increasingly looking for investment opportunities that offer attractive returns backed by real assets. Crowdster brings these two worlds together. Through our platform, investors gain access to professionally structured investment opportunities, while developers receive an efficient, transparent, and scalable source of financing. Every project undergoes a comprehensive due diligence process, and investor protection is at the core of everything we do. While Crowdster is a new European brand, it is built on a proven foundation. The platform, technology, and business model originate from Fundbricks.com, which successfully operated in Denmark for more than five years. The knowledge, operational experience, and technology developed during that journey now form the foundation for Crowdster's expansion across Europe. Today, the original founders are supported by an experienced management team, a professional Board of Directors, and a CEO with more than 20 years of experience from the banking and financial sector. Together, we combine entrepreneurial thinking with deep financial expertise and regulatory compliance to build a company designed for long-term growth. But we're building far more than an investment platform. Our ambition is to create one of Europe's leading investment communities—where technology, transparency, regulation, and trust make investing accessible to more people than ever before. Our headquarters are located in Malmö, Sweden, and we work with investors, developers, and partners across Europe. As a fast-growing fintech company, we value initiative, collaboration, and people who enjoy solving challenges in a dynamic environment. We're still early in our European growth journey. That's exactly what makes this an exciting time to join. You'll become part of a company where your ideas matter, decisions are made quickly, and you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of a regulated European fintech from the inside. If you're ambitious, enjoy taking ownership, and want to help build something with genuine European potential, we'd love to hear from you. We're not just building an investment platform. We're building Europe's next investment community.

The PeopleFirst Standard™

The PeopleFirst Standard™ Psychological Safety. Measured. Proven. The Problem Psychological safety is now a legal obligation in 30+ countries. ISO 45003, Danish BEK 1406, the EU Framework Directive, UK HSE Management Standards, Canadian CSA Z1003, and Safe Work Australia all require organisations to assess and evidence psychosocial risk at work. None of them prescribe how. So organisations reach for what they have: engagement surveys. Likert scales that ask people how they feel. Global engagement sits at 21% despite billions spent annually on these tools. Regulators, boards, and insurers increasingly know the difference between an opinion score and a defensible evidence base. The organisations that can't tell the difference are accumulating liability. The measurement approach is broken. We're fixing it. The Solution The PeopleFirst Standard™ is the first independently certifiable standard for psychological health and safety at work. Not a survey. Not a wellness tool. A standard, built on the same logic as ISO 9001 for quality or B Corp for social responsibility. The platform delivers a 25-question scenario-based behavioural diagnostic across 5 dimensions, measuring what people actually do under pressure, not what they say when asked nicely. Results are mapped clause-by-clause to ISO 45003:2021, BEK nr. 1406/2020, EU Directive 89/391/EEC, CSA Z1003-13, HSE Management Standards, and Safe Work Australia Code of Practice simultaneously. Organisations achieving Level 3 or above on our 5-level maturity model earn the independently certifiable PeopleFirst Standard™ mark. Those below receive a full diagnostic report with prioritised, evidence-based recommendations. For Danish organisations, the assessment serves as a validated psychosocial supplement to the mandatory APV process, providing the evidence base that Arbejdstilsynet's own framework requires but does not supply. GDPR compliant by design: no PII collected, sessions destroyed on submission, 20-respondent anonymity floor. Advisory services delivered by a separate team, after the report is issued help organisations act on what they find. Why It Matters 136 independent studies confirm psychological safety predicts team learning, innovation, and performance. (Frazier et al., Personnel Psychology, 2017). Work-related stress costs Danish employers €1.17 billion annually. The conditions that produce these outcomes are measurable and improvable. Where We Are The platform is live at thepeoplefirststandard.com. Active pilot conversations are underway with major Danish employers. The team brings two decades of leadership across military, Ørsted, Novo Nordisk, and startups backed by advisors spanning occupational psychology, enterprise sales, and organisational safety. We are applying for Innofounder funding and building the team that takes this global.
