Minimapper is a Finnish proptech startup building an AI-powered tool for making real estate photos understandable. Our product helps property portals, brokerages, and landlords to make listings easier to understand by showing exactly where each photo was taken within the property. Minimapper adds a small floor plan minimap with a viewing marker to listing photos, giving property seekers a clear spatial understanding of the spaces from the very beginning. Even though floor plans and photos are two of the most important assets in real estate marketing, today, this crucial connection is often missing from property listings. Interior photos can look attractive, but users often struggle to understand how the rooms connect, where a photo was taken, and how the property actually feels as a layout. According to a user survey by leading Finnish property portal Etuovi.com, 80 % struggle with spacial understanding without Minimapper, and two-thirds want to see Minimapper in listings, as it helps 87 % to understand the spaces easier. Minimapper is available in all HOAS properties in the Helsinki region, where they manage over 10 000 apartments. In 2025 alone, Minimapper helped over 650,000 students to find their next home more easily. We are now developing Minimapper into an automated AI API that can process property listings at scale. The goal is to enable major real estate portals and listing platforms to automatically add minimaps to property photos whenever a floor plan is available. We are looking for a backend-focused full-stack developer to help build the backend systems, cloud infrastructure and integrations around our AI pipeline. Experience with APIs, scalable backend architecture, Google Cloud, Dart & Flutter, visual AI, image processing or real estate technology is especially relevant. This opportunity is best suited for someone who is motivated by startup ownership and long-term upside. Initially, the compensation is expected to be primarily option-based, with the aim of building a well-funded, scalable company together. DiFacto is an AI-powered SaaS startup based in Aarhus at Incuba, automating invoice auditing for companies with complex supplier and rebate agreements — starting with the Danish construction industry. The problem: Construction companies operate under intricate price agreements with major suppliers like STARK, XL-Byg, and others. These agreements contain volume discounts, seasonal rebates, and project-based pricing. In practice, invoices frequently deviate from the agreed terms — but checking them manually is time-consuming, expensive, and requires specialist knowledge that most SMEs simply don't have. Our own pilot data shows that around 10% of all invoices contain errors or rebate breaches, putting 1–1.5% of total procurement volume at risk. Why we built it: We spent 14 months manually analysing hundreds of real price agreements and invoice structures from Denmark's largest building suppliers. That deep understanding became the foundation for a platform that does in 30 seconds what a trained analyst would take hours to do. Our core engine reads invoices via OCR, converts them to structured data, and cross-references them algorithmically against the client's price agreements — flagging every discrepancy automatically. Why now: We have a working MVP, real pilot customers, and a clear path to a commercially scalable product. We're a small team of three co-founders building something technically complex in a space with almost no direct competition. This means an intern won't just watch from the sidelines — you'll work directly on live problems, contribute to a microservice-based backend architecture, and learn how to build AI-driven data pipelines in a real startup environment at Incuba, Aarhus.

Our research shows a clear gap between the desire to travel and the confidence to do so. In our survey work, a majority of respondents indicate that they would value a solution that combines timely safety warnings with practical, location-specific guidance. Market trends point in the same direction: travelers are increasingly attentive to safety and preparedness, while existing information sources remain fragmented, generic, or difficult to apply in real situations. Our purpose is to make travel safety clearer, more relevant, and easier to act on. We are developing a technology-based approach that brings together trusted international data, local context, and intelligent processing to support better decisions before and during travel. The focus is not on providing more information, but on providing the right information at the right time. The platform is structured around two core elements. The first is warnings and alerts when relevant incidents or changes occur. The second is a practical “411 guide” that provides contextual information about local conditions, norms, and considerations that matter for safety and confidence while traveling. Together, these elements form a consistent safety layer that follows the individual traveler, independent of destination. Technology and AI are essential to this approach. By aggregating multiple data sources and applying contextual filtering, we reduce noise and increase relevance. This allows complex and fast-changing situations to be translated into clear guidance that travelers can understand and use. We believe this represents a necessary evolution in travel technology.
