Recruiting for entry-level positions can be a daunting task as applications often reach 300-400 for a single open position. Hubert automates the initial screening from application down to a curated shortlist of the most promising candidates. Each candidate is invited to an automated chat session with Hubert, which, in combination with the resume and cover letter, is automatically analyzed and used to rate participants in an unbiased way and according to requirements.
