We are developing the first at-home health-device for real time hormone tracking and personalized treatment plans. Tracking your hormones should be as natural as tracking your period, your calories or the number of steps you take in a day.

Normative

Our Mission: Normative is here to make known and reduce the sustainability impact of all economic activities on the planet. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints. Our Story: Normative is rooted in climate research. In 2013, co-founder Kristian Rönn was working at Oxford University, simulating the consequences of climate change. The results showed that global warming would cause extreme human suffering, motivating Kristian to leave academia and take action. He joined forces with Adam Wamai Egesa and Robin Undall-Behrend, and in 2014 the world’s first carbon accounting engine was born to help humanity achieve net zero emissions and reverse the trajectory of climate change. We now have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London, and are actively hiring talent to join the mission. Today, companies from around the world trust our carbon accounting engine to help them reduce their carbon footprint. We partner with leading climate change organisations including the UN, to deliver actionable sustainability intelligence and have received a grant from Google. We are backed by some of the world’s most significant climate investors, and are the official software provider for the UN-backed SME Climate Hub initiative through which thousands of small businesses have committed to net zero. Our AI-agent is specialized in high-volume hiring flows - finding, engaging, and shortlisting candidates 24/7 in 100 + languages, at a fraction of manual recruiting cost and with a far better experience for applicants and hiring managers. We’ve just closed a €4M seed round led by Cherry Ventures (plus top EU angels) and are assembling the founding team that will turn Kiku from clever prototype into a category-defining product.

Gravel Group ApS

Gravel Group supplies gravel, sand, stone, soil, and base materials for residential, commercial, and construction projects across the United States. Using our online pricing tools, U.S.-based customers can order materials by ZIP code and receive fast local delivery directly to their job sites. Gravel Group sells and coordinates the distribution of construction aggregates and other materials for residential, commercial, and government construction and landscaping projects, both large and small. Our aim is to make it as simple and transparent to look up prices and order construction materials for our customer's projects using our broad and ever-growing supplier network. We have delivered to more than +30,000 different customers with projects of varying size and we work hard to provide top class support and service for a satisfying customer experience. Spuddle

Spuddle is developing a Duolingo-style app for Excel to help young professionals boost their digital confidence and career readiness by turning complex skills into fun, bite-sized learning. Our secret sauce? Gamification, microlearning, and a community-driven approach that makes Excel something you actually want to practice. Across the world, more than a billion people use Excel and yet most have never been taught how to use it properly. For young professionals and recent graduates, this creates a huge barrier: they’re expected to “just know” Excel, but in reality many feel insecure, waste time on manual tasks, or miss out on opportunities because of weak digital skills. This gap affects productivity, confidence, and employability and it’s widespread across industries, especially in early career roles where Excel is a daily tool. We’re building a mobile app that makes learning Excel engaging and accessible, like Duolingo, but for spreadsheets. Instead of long, boring tutorials, users complete short, gamified exercises that fit into their everyday routines. The app adapts to their level, rewards progress, and helps them practice consistently until Excel becomes second nature. Beyond Excel, our vision is to expand into other workplace tools, becoming the go-to microlearning platform for digital skills. Spuddle started as a side project on social media. We shared quick Excel tips on Instagram and TikTok, and within six months had over 200,000 followers. The overwhelming response showed us just how many young professionals struggle with these skills and how much they crave accessible, fun learning. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a mission: to make digital skills education less intimidating and more empowering. We’re building Spuddle because we’ve lived the problem ourselves, and we believe mastering the basics should feel motivating, not overwhelming.

Francis

We’re building the next-generation financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform – designed for the most ambitious finance teams. While most businesses still rely on Excel, the next generation of finance teams at companies like Les Deux, ÅBEN, and Female Invest use Francis for consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering. We’re a lean team of six, working in person from our office in Copenhagen. We move fast, aim for high quality, and keep bureaucracy to a minimum. Despite our size, we’re currently serving 400+ companies and are backed by top VCs, including PSV and ByFounders – the investors behind companies like Lovable, Pleo, and Lunar.

Wolt (DK)

Wolt is a Finnish technology company best known for our food and retail delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favourite meals or products from either our restaurant or retail partners and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners. A few years ago Wolt operated in 4 countries and 10 cities across the Nordics. Fast forward to today, we’re in 27 countries and over 130 cities across EMEA, servicing over 20M registered users. We’re expanding rapidly, from our offices in Copenhagen, and now we’re looking for someone to be part of this hectic, fun and rapid expansion and help to further build our presence in Denmark.

Meela

Meela personalizes mental health care for women by matching them to their best fit therapist. Based on research, Meela has developed the world's most comprehensive matching algorithm taking into account clinical metrics and patient and therapist data. Meela is a platform with over 250 licensed psychologists and psychotherapists, and over 170 individuals in therapy through us. One of our most important KPIs for us is therapy drop-out, because today 50% of people starting therapy drop out before session 3, mainly because of a poor therapist-patient match. Meela's drop-out rate, thanks to our matching technique, is today as low as 2.2%. Meaning, people not only start therapy but the finish is also. Meaning, they get help for their mental illnesses. Meela is a consumer-facing product, and we want to get away from the feeling of "sickness" of therapy. Therapy is not about being sick, it's a tool for personal development: both for healing and thriving. Meela is a female-founded company, co-founded by the British Tiffany Boswell and the Swedish-Greek-Finnish Natali Suo. Meela is an intersection between tech, psychology and business. We have been granted innovation grants and taken in investment from some heavy weighters within the European health tech scene, with the vision to be the biggest player within female mental health care.

Nomono

Nomono is about to change podcasting as we know it with disruptive hardware and software. We’re a Norwegian tech-startup and lucky to be building a global brand where customer satisfaction is a key ingredient. Many challenges exist between recording and publishing. Getting ready and setting up equipment can feel like a time drain. Cables, microphones, and obtrusive stands get in the way of natural conversations. Laborious editing and audio cleanup distract you from being creative with the content. Faced with heaps of hurdles and complexities, even the most experienced creators sacrifice quality when crafting a story. We have created a portable recording studio that offers high quality audio recording and processing, consisting of a compact and easy to use recording kit (microphones, recording unit, charging station) controlled with a mobile app, as well as a web app supplying the ecosystem for processing it (offered as a SaaS solution). Recordings automatically sync to the cloud, and through machine learning you can clean out the sounds, remove background noise etc. A lot of great feedback from users, backing by large investors, and recently receiving the Innovation award in the audio category at SXSW 2023 is a great proof point that we are on the right track! Our main customers are broadcasting houses, agencies, journalists and independent podcasters, and our products are currently mainly shipped to customers in the US. We are a team of 37 (and growing) with expertise across signal processing, acoustics, consumer electronics and media production. Our headquarters is based in Trondheim, and we have a satellite office in Oslo and New York. We build hardware and software that is intuitive, collaborative and easy to use while delivering exceptional audio quality. Our vision is to make voices heard.
