SUP46 - Start-Up People of Sweden

Startup hub SUP46 offers a member based community and is home to Sweden’s next startup stars. Thanks to the world-class ecosystem of investors, mentors and partners we provide our members with a competitive advantage. We are also an open meeting place for the whole startup scene.  Located in the heart of Stockholm, and now also in Helsingborg, it is home to more than 60 startups and a natural meeting place for the startup community. Only the most exciting and innovative companies, mainly within Internet, mobile, media and gaming, are accepted as members. The startup hub SUP46 was founded in 2013 and has developed into one of the leading startup hubs in Europe for fast-growing tech companies - with over 100 member and alumni companies. Only the most exciting and innovative tech startups are accepted as members. Through a world-class ecosystem of investors, advisors, mentor companies and partners the SUP46 community gives startups a higher chance of succeeding. Pluto.markets (YC W22)

Pluto.markets is one of the most promising scale-ups on the Nordic venture scene, backed by Y-combinator, Seed Capital and 10 local unicorn founders - building the next chapter of investing to challenge investment titans like Saxo Bank/Nordnet. Founded in Copenhagen in 2021, we have built the first and only investment platform in the Nordics offering zero commission trading, fractional shares and recently added crypto to the platform with many new and innovative features in the pipeline. Founders are former Goldman Sachs Trader and Economist, Joakim Bruchmann, and software engineer Oscar Vingtoft - building their second business together. We are based on Købmagergade in the city centre - with a team currently of 9 FTEs with additional freelance support (of which half are engineers).

Orvello

Orvello is an early-stage SaaS startup building a smarter workforce planning platform for businesses. Many companies still spend too much time on manual scheduling, coordination and last-minute changes. This creates unnecessary work for managers and a worse experience for employees, especially in teams where shifts, availability and staffing needs change often. We are building Orvello to make workforce planning simpler, faster and more structured. The goal is to help businesses save time, reduce scheduling friction and create a better overview for both managers and employees. We are still in the early stages and are currently building the first version of the product. Our focus is to create a clean, practical and easy-to-use platform that solves a real operational problem without unnecessary complexity. We are two founders building Orvello together with technical support, and our ambition is to create a modern SaaS product that can become a strong tool for businesses in Denmark and eventually across the Nordics.

All Gravy

All Gravy: All the people stuff in one employee app - built for hospitality Hospitality is one of the largest employment sectors in Europe. It's also one of the most chaotic to operate. The average multi-site restaurant group or hotel brand manages hundreds of hourly workers across dozens of locations - none of whom sit at a desk, have a work email, or receive information through the same channel twice. The result is predictable. New starters show up on day one not knowing what to do. Training happens inconsistently, or not at all. Managers spend half their day answering the same questions on repeat. Communication happens in WhatsApp groups that the business doesn't own, can't audit, and can't control. Staff churn - already the highest of any industry, averaging 75% annually - gets worse. And operators have no way of knowing why. The tools that exist to solve this were built for office workers. They assume laptops, corporate email, and people who sit still. Hospitality doesn't work like that. All Gravy is the fix. We're a communications and learning app built specifically for multi-site hospitality operators - restaurant groups, hotel brands, contract caterers, quick-service chains. Our customers typically manage between 200 and 1,000 staff across multiple locations in the UK, Scandinavia, and Germany. The product gives operators one place to run everything people-related: Staff communications - a branded, structured feed that works like social media. Digital handbooks - a living, searchable library that employees access from their phone. Update once, everyone sees it instantly. No more outdated PDFs or laminated binders no one reads. AI assistant - trained on the operator's own content, not the internet. Employees get instant, accurate answers to questions about policies, procedures, and their role. Managers stop answering the same things over and over. The employee experience looks and feels like a social media app - because that's what people actually use. Adoption is high because the product meets people where they already are. Responsibly

Responsibly is a sustainability tech start-up with vision of making every purchase in the world responsible 🌍 There's no bigger problem out there than the climate, and procurement represents a big part of the solution - when purchase decisions are made on the background of responsible data like CO2 footprint, suppliers have a huge incentive to change. However, procurement is becoming overloaded with complexity. Different frameworks, different data sources, different coverage, making it difficult to make purchase decisions to improve your responsibility profile and scope 3 emissions. At Responsibly, we're trying to solve this issue by using leading technologies and data science, to build a supplier data platform that makes it easier to source responsibly. We're founded by two serial entrepreneurs with previous successes like Dixa and Ofload, and have received pre-seed funding from some of Europe's top VCs and angels. We're now building a top-tier team to tackle this big thing called climate, and have fun while we're doing it 🤘

GoWish, Ønskeskyen

GoWish was originally launched in 2015 as a wishlist gimmick by the national Danish-Swedish postal service, PostNord. In 2020, it was spun out by VC Dotcom Capital, and has since the launch of its international app GoWish in 2023 evolved into a global social shopping phenomenon. GoWish is a digital platform for wish lists and inspiration, where users can easily create wishes, as well as collect and share their wish lists and inspiration lists. With a large universe of inspiration, the app is a Social Shopping platform designed to inspire users to discover products, new ideas, and trends – and to add wishes directly in the app or from any online store. Users can create wish lists for birthdays, Christmas, weddings, and any other occasion, and share them with friends and family. In this way, GoWish serves as a social tool that makes it easy to find the perfect gift while avoiding duplicate gifts and unnecessary returns.
