In August 2021, we branched out into illustrations. The cost of maintaining the Danish property mass is growing fast, and property managers are struggling to keep up with maintenance and regulatory responsibilities. This is not only hurting the property managers, but also the people using and living in the buildings. The challenge to live up to the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities, is made harder, by not having the tools nor data to make the right strategic choices when planning and executing maintenance. LumiDocs is founded by experienced entrepreneurs, two of whom experienced the difficulty of developing compliant technical documentation, getting a slot with a responsive notified body, and the dire consequences of notified bodies flagging detailed non-conformities. As a response to issues with expensive consultants, Niklas and Mathias turned to developing an internal system for using LLMs to develop the documentation and obtain the company’s first medical device certification.
