proprty.ai is building a service to help Danish property managers leverage machine learning technology to create better condition assessments and maintenance plans. The cost of maintaining the Danish property mass is growing fast, and property managers are struggling to keep up with maintenance and regulatory responsibilities. This is not only hurting the property managers, but also the people using and living in the buildings. The challenge to live up to the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities, is made harder, by not having the tools nor data to make the right strategic choices when planning and executing maintenance. With our service we aim to create property condition assessment and maintenance plans faster and more accurately than what is possible today. Using machine learning algorithms trained on millions of m2 worth of data, we can provide property managers with data to make the right decisions, when it comes to spending resources on maintenance. That way they can cut costs, improve property conditions and push the property mass towards a sustainable future. We're creating an AI powered web platform, that allows property managers to create condition assessments and maintenance plans in a fraction of the time they're using today, by mixing output from our machine learning models with boots on the ground input. It's not only faster. It provides high quality data instead of subjective information. At proprty.ai we've already signed partnerships with 18% of the Danish residential property market. Dintero

Dintero is a tech-first company that offers a one-stop payment solution for the Nordic market. We focus on simplifying the payment journey and have created one integration to support multiple payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, Vipps, Swish, MobilePay and Walley BNPL (soon Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay). Our unique solution Split Payment helps Platform and Marketplaces to connect with multiple sellers to their platform, and Dintero can split one payment to multiple parties. Dintero handles the KYB/KYC and AML. We have API-first approach when we build our microservices. Dintero handles over 60 million API requests a month. Dintero was started by experienced tech-entrepreneurs with a background from NTNU and over 10 years of experience. The founders have previously built dSAFE, which was acquired by Bambora. We launched in Sweden in 2021, but our main market is in Norway, and our customers include webshops, restaurants and physical stores. Some of our investors are Schibsted Ventures, Bring Ventures and CoFounder. We have grown substantially in recent years, but are still a small and agile team of 19 people in Oslo, with the passion for making payment as simple as possible. Our team consists of highly skilled people with long track records in the payment industry. Together, we aim to challenge the market through quick development, advanced features, and a relentless focus on the customer. Our values are based on helpfulness, honesty, agility and curiosity. Meela

Meela personalizes mental health care for women by matching them to their best fit therapist. Based on research, Meela has developed the world's most comprehensive matching algorithm taking into account clinical metrics and patient and therapist data. Meela is a platform with over 250 licensed psychologists and psychotherapists, and over 170 individuals in therapy through us. One of our most important KPIs for us is therapy drop-out, because today 50% of people starting therapy drop out before session 3, mainly because of a poor therapist-patient match. Meela's drop-out rate, thanks to our matching technique, is today as low as 2.2%. Meaning, people not only start therapy but the finish is also. Meaning, they get help for their mental illnesses. Meela is a consumer-facing product, and we want to get away from the feeling of "sickness" of therapy. Therapy is not about being sick, it's a tool for personal development: both for healing and thriving. Meela is a female-founded company, co-founded by the British Tiffany Boswell and the Swedish-Greek-Finnish Natali Suo. Meela is an intersection between tech, psychology and business. We have been granted innovation grants and taken in investment from some heavy weighters within the European health tech scene, with the vision to be the biggest player within female mental health care.
