SUP46 - Start-Up People of Sweden

Startup hub SUP46 offers a member based community and is home to Sweden’s next startup stars. Thanks to the world-class ecosystem of investors, mentors and partners we provide our members with a competitive advantage. We are also an open meeting place for the whole startup scene.  Located in the heart of Stockholm, and now also in Helsingborg, it is home to more than 60 startups and a natural meeting place for the startup community. Only the most exciting and innovative companies, mainly within Internet, mobile, media and gaming, are accepted as members. The startup hub SUP46 was founded in 2013 and has developed into one of the leading startup hubs in Europe for fast-growing tech companies - with over 100 member and alumni companies. Only the most exciting and innovative tech startups are accepted as members. Through a world-class ecosystem of investors, advisors, mentor companies and partners the SUP46 community gives startups a higher chance of succeeding. Odins.ai is an Marketing SaaS platform built for companies and marketing teams who needs a clear link between marketing spend and business outcomes. It’s designed for teams that want to move beyond last-click attribution, understand true incremental impact, and confidently invest across the full funnel. Using machine-learning models, Odins automatically connects sales and paid marketing data, enabling continuous forecasting and scenario planning.

Normative

Our Mission: Normative is here to make known and reduce the sustainability impact of all economic activities on the planet. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints. Our Story: Normative is rooted in climate research. In 2013, co-founder Kristian Rönn was working at Oxford University, simulating the consequences of climate change. The results showed that global warming would cause extreme human suffering, motivating Kristian to leave academia and take action. He joined forces with Adam Wamai Egesa and Robin Undall-Behrend, and in 2014 the world’s first carbon accounting engine was born to help humanity achieve net zero emissions and reverse the trajectory of climate change. We now have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London, and are actively hiring talent to join the mission. Today, companies from around the world trust our carbon accounting engine to help them reduce their carbon footprint. We partner with leading climate change organisations including the UN, to deliver actionable sustainability intelligence and have received a grant from Google. We are backed by some of the world’s most significant climate investors, and are the official software provider for the UN-backed SME Climate Hub initiative through which thousands of small businesses have committed to net zero. Our Team: We are a global team working to solve a global problem. We’re headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in Copenhagen and London as well as remote team members located all over the world. We have spoken at the World Economic Forum, consulted the European Commission, and worked with the United Nations to develop a new standard for emissions accounting. Wolt (DK)

Wolt is a Finnish technology company best known for our food and retail delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favourite meals or products from either our restaurant or retail partners and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners. A few years ago Wolt operated in 4 countries and 10 cities across the Nordics. Fast forward to today, we’re in 27 countries and over 130 cities across EMEA, servicing over 20M registered users. We’re expanding rapidly, from our offices in Copenhagen, and now we’re looking for someone to be part of this hectic, fun and rapid expansion and help to further build our presence in Denmark.

Spuddle

Spuddle is developing a Duolingo-style app for Excel to help young professionals boost their digital confidence and career readiness by turning complex skills into fun, bite-sized learning. Our secret sauce? Gamification, microlearning, and a community-driven approach that makes Excel something you actually want to practice. Across the world, more than a billion people use Excel and yet most have never been taught how to use it properly. For young professionals and recent graduates, this creates a huge barrier: they’re expected to “just know” Excel, but in reality many feel insecure, waste time on manual tasks, or miss out on opportunities because of weak digital skills. This gap affects productivity, confidence, and employability and it’s widespread across industries, especially in early career roles where Excel is a daily tool. We’re building a mobile app that makes learning Excel engaging and accessible, like Duolingo, but for spreadsheets. Instead of long, boring tutorials, users complete short, gamified exercises that fit into their everyday routines. The app adapts to their level, rewards progress, and helps them practice consistently until Excel becomes second nature. Beyond Excel, our vision is to expand into other workplace tools, becoming the go-to microlearning platform for digital skills. Spuddle started as a side project on social media. We shared quick Excel tips on Instagram and TikTok, and within six months had over 200,000 followers. The overwhelming response showed us just how many young professionals struggle with these skills and how much they crave accessible, fun learning. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a mission: to make digital skills education less intimidating and more empowering. We’re building Spuddle because we’ve lived the problem ourselves, and we believe mastering the basics should feel motivating, not overwhelming.

Francis

We’re building the next-generation financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform – designed for the most ambitious finance teams. While most businesses still rely on Excel, the next generation of finance teams at companies like Les Deux, ÅBEN, and Female Invest use Francis for consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering. We’re a lean team of six, working in person from our office in Copenhagen. We move fast, aim for high quality, and keep bureaucracy to a minimum. Despite our size, we’re currently serving 400+ companies and are backed by top VCs, including PSV and ByFounders – the investors behind companies like Lovable, Pleo, and Lunar.

Munin Dynamics

Every month, drones injure or kill more than 5,000 Ukrainians. Munin exists to stop that. We build point-defense systems against unmanned threats. Our first product is a hand-launched micro-missile designed to intercept small drones at close range. It is small enough to carry three in a vest and cheap enough for mass deployment. This will be the smallest and most cost-effective guided missile ever fielded. Our aim is to change the battlefield in Ukraine through very high-volume production, then deliver proven systems to NATO.

Legal Desk is bringing automation to the legal industry in order to democratize the drafting of legal documents. We combine our knowledge and experience with law with the potential of technology to offer our customers a valuable alternative to the traditional lawyer service. Our intelligent software asks the same questions that a lawyer would and automatically generates your legal document ready for signature. We offer legal documents for private use as well as business. We offer our products and services within family law (B2C) and business law (B2B), and are the market leader in Denmark. We have also launched our services in Norway and Sweden, where we are rapidly growing. With more than 200.000 registered users, the platform is undergoing continuous changes and improvements and we are always developing new legal services. Our team currently consists of 48 dedicated people (and one equally ambitious office dog), that all share the nerdy obsession of automating legal processes through our platform. We speak mainly Danish and English at work, but you might also hear Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian and Macedonian around the office. We know that diversity is a force, and that a great workplace is versatile. We love our social butterflies and wall flowers. Our HQ is in new, bright rooms in the best location in Copenhagen - Islands Brygge (5 min. from a metro station).
