Unacast transform Human mobility data into Actionable insights. At Unacast, we define Human Mobility as the understanding of how people interact with places over time. Understanding human interaction and movement patterns empowers companies to build better products and make smarter decisions real time. We have built The Real World Graph® to radically improve accuracy in industries ranging from advertising and analytics to bots and AI. This is similar to what Facebook did with the Social Graph, and how Google has indexed the web. Unacast is indexing the physical world.

Optio Incentives AS

We aim to simplify how employees and key resources can gain ownership and take part of the value created within a company. All companies are different. And the incentive scheme for one company might not suit the next. An incentive program should not be “just a document” signed by an employee and stored in a drawer. A successful incentive program is built around its ability to generate the feeling of ownership and motivation, and its ability to align the interests of the employees with those of the owners. Through our software and expertise we assist management, founders and companies to achieve their optimal incentive scheme. Normative

Our Mission: Normative is here to make known and reduce the sustainability impact of all economic activities on the planet. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints. Our Story: Normative is rooted in climate research. In 2013, co-founder Kristian Rönn was working at Oxford University, simulating the consequences of climate change. The results showed that global warming would cause extreme human suffering, motivating Kristian to leave academia and take action. He joined forces with Adam Wamai Egesa and Robin Undall-Behrend, and in 2014 the world’s first carbon accounting engine was born to help humanity achieve net zero emissions and reverse the trajectory of climate change. We now have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London, and are actively hiring talent to join the mission. Today, companies from around the world trust our carbon accounting engine to help them reduce their carbon footprint. We partner with leading climate change organisations including the UN, to deliver actionable sustainability intelligence and have received a grant from Google. We are backed by some of the world’s most significant climate investors, and are the official software provider for the UN-backed SME Climate Hub initiative through which thousands of small businesses have committed to net zero. We are an innovative company providing football-data to our clients, created in 2016, looking to extend our Fantasy Sports product. Payr also improves invoice payments by providing truly independent price and quality comparison, enabling simple and fast switching to providers that offer greater value to our customers.Our first product launched Q3 2017 and can be found in App Store We have an experienced team of 11 people, with backgrounds from others startups and from leading Tech, UX, and advertising consultancy companies such as Making Waves and Dinamo, as well as a strong board of directors with backgrounds from Fintech, legal and IT at Nordea, Mastercard, Selmer Law, mCash and Itera.Even if we have an experienced team, we want everyone to be able to learn new things, so you get a lot of responsibility but also a lot of opportunities for improving and learning at Payr. We have international ambition, expanding to the Nordics next year. So you could say we have a pretty aggressive growth strategy as well. This makes most days hectic, but fun.We have 5 exits from other startups in our management team, so many of us have experience with doing this from before. Therefore, we try not to spend energy on stuff we know is going to be a waste of time. You could say we aim to have a professional way of running things, with systems to help everything run smoothly. Although we have high expectations for each other and our product, we also have a quite friendly environment, including a snoring office dog.
