Telgea

Our mission is to become the world's largest mobile company, providing coverage in the most countries and enabling companies and individuals with access to mobile plans wherever they need them. Supported by venture capital and a team of founders with several successful companies behind them, we are rapidly scaling, thinking ambitiously, and breaking down boarders. We want to empower people to live, work, and scale globally. We start by transforming the way multinational companies manage their global mobile operations. We streamline and centralize mobile plans, cutting costs and boosting efficiency in one unified global agreement that satisfies local needs. Telgea is a remote-first company with optional physical offices in Stockholm and Austin, allowing our team to work from where they have decided to live. Work from anywhere, anytime, and in any way that suits you, as long as you are a team player that keeps us growing. Our founders are based in Stockholm, Sweden, and Austin, Texas. Every three months, we gather at different locations to align on strategy, grind, and have fun together.

syncable

Syncable — The Cloud OS for the Agentic Era AI now generates code faster than teams can understand, deploy, or govern it. That's the new bottleneck — and it widens every sprint. Three crises hit simultaneously as AI coding adoption accelerated: 1) The Understanding Gap. 50% of all code is now AI-generated. 2) 1 in 4 AI samples contain a confirmed vulnerability — 2.74× more than human-written code. 3) 75% of developers say reviewing AI code is harder. Comprehension debt compounds every sprint. The Governance Gap. Static analysis sees code. Observability sees runtime. Cloud tools see infra. Nothing connects all three. 82% of companies have accumulated security debt; 80% of tech debt will be architectural by 2026 (Gartner). The Deployment Gap. 50%+ of code is AI-generated, but ~0% is deployed autonomously. Teams choose between PaaS lock-in or DIY complexity — at a cost of €450k+ per year in platform engineering alone. Syncable closes all three gaps with one platform: Deploy. Operate. Understand. 1) Deploy any cloud in 20 minutes. One command, zero YAML, BYOC — your cloud, your keys, EU sovereign. 2) Operate with MTTR reduced from 60 minutes to under 5. A knowledge graph links alert → commit → config change in under 30 seconds. 3) Understand your entire system through a Temporal Knowledge Graph — a living, graph-native record of every service, change, dependency, and deployment event, queryable at any point in history. No single competitor provides all three layers with a temporal knowledge graph underneath. That graph is the data moat: it compounds with every repo, every deployment, every incident. What Cursor did for coding, Syncable does for deployment — plus the world model that governs it all.

Diwala

Diwala is a Norwegian-based company that is focused on building opportunities for youth, addressing the global issue of identity theft and certification fraud. Today, displaced individuals and people in emerging markets are challenged by high costs and slow manual processes to verify the authenticity of their skills, identity and credentials. As a result, these individuals have to deal with tedious and out-dated credentialing processes, and are in some cases forced to repeat years of education. This leads to both loss of productivity and inflated unemployment. Imagine that you had to flee your own home because of war. Like Aıscha Najjar, a Syrian doctor turned refugee immigrated to the United States to pursue her dream of work & a safe home. Yet, due to loss of information, she was forced to repeat medical school in the United States. If she had a verifiable skill identity, she might have had the privilege of practicing medicine without any questions. Aıscha`s story amongst others epitomizes the challenge Diwala is addressing. To tackle this challenge, Diwala has created a platform that enables schools and NGOs to issue skill-based identities, backed by blockchain technology. A skill-ID is a digitally verified record of a person’s educational and work history. Diwala is building an ecosystem of trust, by enabling educational institutions and organizations to safely and digitally issue and verify credentials. This will, in turn, save all parties time, money and build a bridge for global work opportunities for untapped talent. Complementing the platform, Diwala has built an app that allows students to easily receive, store and share credentials of both soft and hard skills. By utilizing a decentralized identity management tool, Diwala’s application will also give people ownership of their data information. Diwala is currently executing pilots regularly, to optimize the features and security of the platform in both Kenya and Uganda. Working with their implementation partner Clarke University in Kampala, Diwala recently issued the first set of skill-identities to both students and administrators. These are the first ever digitally verified certificates backed by decentralized identity and blockchain in Africa
