This is a big target, and it means a lot of challenges but also opportunities.  We are, technically a virtual team as a few of us are based in Norway and a few of us are based in Sweden, but we work as if we would share the same office. For us it is extremely important that every team member is involved in decision making and even though we have different responsibilities, we work as a team no matter if your core expertise is marketing or statistics.
