This creates unnecessary work for managers and a worse experience for employees, especially in teams where shifts, availability and staffing needs change often. We are building Orvello to make workforce planning simpler, faster and more structured. The goal is to help businesses save time, reduce scheduling friction and create a better overview for both managers and employees. We are still in the early stages and are currently building the first version of the product. Our focus is to create a clean, practical and easy-to-use platform that solves a real operational problem without unnecessary complexity. We are two founders building Orvello together with technical support, and our ambition is to create a modern SaaS product that can become a strong tool for businesses in Denmark and eventually across the Nordics.

KAHU aims to close a persistent gap in maritime visibility - the inability to continuously track vessels not transmitting AIS (Automatic Identification System) data. AIS can be switched off, spoofed, or absent, creating blind spots exploited by illegal fishing, shadow fleets, and other high-risk actors. The AIS market is also dominated by a few providers, limiting access and transparency. This affects not only maritime safety and security but also the monitoring of ocean environments. We address this by building the first real-time, crowdsourced radar detection network for the ocean. Our onboard software connects to existing vessel radar, collects radar echoes, and streams them securely to the cloud using low-bandwidth protocols. There, echoes are linked into vessel tracks and fused with AIS, satellite imagery, and other data layers to produce a continuous, sea-level view of vessel movements, enabling comprehensive visibility over human activity at sea and supporting timely, informed action.

Our story ChromaWay is a blockchain technology company. Since 2014, we have been developing and refining industry-defining blockchain technology platforms. Blockchain pioneers We created the first protocol for issuing tokens on the Bitcoin network. We used it to issue fiat currency together with LHV bank in 2014, and then to crowdfund startups on the Funderbeam platform. We designed a blockchain agnostic client-side validated smart contracting platform that put privacy first before privacy became a hot topic in blockchain. We have used it to support internal leasing in large organisations, issue financial instruments, and to allow government agencies to issue licenses digitally. In 2018 we used it to demo a live property sale together with the Swedish Land Registry. Technology by us We are the creators of relational blockchain, a new blockchain architecture which combines the power and flexibility of a relational database and the fault tolerant decentralised security of a blockchain. We built Postchain, a private blockchain or consortium database using the relational blockchain architecture. Postchain has registered property on three continents, accelerated the growth of green finance, and formed the basis for a proposed national e-currency. Relational blockchain also powers Chromia, our public platform for decentralized applications. Relational blockchain allows Chromia to offer a user and developer experience which no other blockchain platform can match.
