Mobaro

At Mobaro, we develop operational software for amusement parks, water parks and other visitor attractions. Founded in Denmark in 2014, we bring safety, maintenance and daily operations together in one platform, helping 400+ customers all over the globe run world-class operations without blind spots. We have a strong product, an established market position and significant potential ahead of us. We think of ourselves as a grown-up startup: the pace, autonomy and short distance from idea to decision of a smaller company, combined with the stability, experience and respect for work-life balance of a mature business. We're ambitious and expect ownership, but we don't confuse long hours with commitment. Busy periods happen, but permanent urgency shouldn't. We care deeply about doing excellent work. We care considerably less about status and corporate ceremony. If that sounds like your kind of company, we would love to meet you.

We want to shake people together through the shared experience of cocktails. We help people to discover what cocktails fit their individual tastes and learn how to impress their guests by making fancy drinks at home (or at your garden party!). By giving people the tools to learn what they like to drink and enable them to discover new sides of themselves, we educate consumers by making the complex world of mixology simpler and more accessible to people who are interested in enjoying drinks. Follow your favorite bartenders, save recipes or publish your own take on a drink you love!

Triton Depth

Triton Depth is one of Europe's fastest-moving defence tech startups, building the acoustic intelligence layer for the seabed through hardware enabled software. Our nodes listen continuously to classify what moves through the water on-device. Divers, autonomous underwater vehicles, vessels behaving in ways they should not. They form a the tripwire, that warn operators in real time. The ocean is the last unmonitored domain. Ninety percent of global trade moves across it, and the cables, pipelines, and wind farms that Europe runs on sit in water nobody is listening to. Nord Stream. The Baltic cable cuts. Repeated incursions around critical infrastructure. The threats stopped being hypothetical a long time ago, and the cost of getting this wrong is not measured in euros. It is measured in cities that lose power, in naval crews who get no warning, in conflicts that escalate because nobody saw what was coming. Spun out of DTU. Backed by leading European defence and deep-tech investors. Working with navies, ports, and allied forces across the continent. The window for a small team to define this layer is open right now, and we are taking it. Join the mission.

Tandem

At Tandem, we build the foundations that turn questions into answers. Data systems underneath, software and AI on top, so companies can improve how they work. Built around [ you ]. Intended for [ use ]. We serve organizations whose operations depend on systems that were never designed to talk to each other. For teams who need software built for the way they actually work, not the way a standard product assumes they do. For businesses that want technology to remove friction from the daily job rather than add another tool to manage. This is our focus. We bridge technology and business outcomes. Every solution is customized and crafted with the end user in mind. We combine technical expertise with commercial insight and a methodical approach to each engagement. This means close collaboration and investing time to understand both the challenge and the stakeholders involved. We start underneath, where the data lives. Pipelines, integrations, and models that connect the systems a business already runs on. Then we build on top: web applications, internal tools, and AI that does real work rather than demonstrations. The same principle applies at every layer. Sophisticated technology made practical, complex challenges resolved efficiently. No unnecessary complexity, no technical barriers. Operational tools that people reach for because they make the work easier. We founded Tandem after observing too many organizations struggle to extract value from their technology investments. We had seen how the right foundations, properly built, could transform not just strategies but entire ways of working. How software, when correctly implemented and adopted, could accelerate growth rather than create friction. We recognized the need for a different approach, one that balanced technical sophistication with practical application. That conviction guides our work. We are not here to showcase complexity or deliver generic solutions. We are here to partner with organizations in building the systems, software, and intelligence that move their business forward, creating solutions that are as powerful as they are practical.
